Per cercare di semplificare possiamo dire che il marketing consiste nella gestione di relazioni profittevoli con il cliente e il suo scopo è creare valore per il cliente e ottenere in cambio un valore da quest’ultimo.
Oggigiorno le imprese di successo hanno tutte qualcosa in comune, sono fortemente focalizzate sul cliente e sono molto attente al marketing.
La priorità fondamentale è la soddisfazione dei bisogni del cliente e tutti i componenti dell’organizzazione sono motivati a contribuire allo sviluppo di relazioni durature con il cliente basate sulla creazione di valore.
