I was like, I gotta show you this because you know,
I just you know, it's just this is in between
the pages, right. I did this once before, but I
was just kind of laughing because I was outside and
I was in my garden and I was doaying for
the mail to come, and then the male guy comes.
The only mail I got today of Yellow Pages. It's

so thin. It comes with like little magnets. But I'm like,
this one's for his rotor ruter, a real ruder man.
This one's for plumbing I'll put on. But it's just like,
let's go in between the pages. It's a total Yellow Pages.

I'm actual gonna look in here and see there's anything
that I need that could really work. I mean, it's
so if you're listening to this, come to YouTube jail
jam to see that. But I'm showing it's just I
don't know, it's I just it's so many pages. It is, yeah,
it's it's about one hundred and sixty pages long. I've

already speak thinking. I already said with white and yellow pages.

Beer Wars and the Summer eighty two. I can't wait
to read it. And it's hardcover. I love hardcover. But
he talks about eighties baseball, and I'm telling you we
had a great conversation on that show A Lot of Sports.
He'll be out now. It won't be out by the

by Richard C. Schwartz, PhD. Well. My clients had went,
I guess to a website of his or something and
started liking his stuff, and I said, let me go

get his book. Let's let's let's see what he's talking about.
I always like to learn stuff from people and see
what's going on. And it starts out with that IFS
assessment test, which I did. I did one. I did it, Okay.
It tells you the self assessment test for example, well,

I got to small back by setting your attention. So
it's a self assessment to begin your journey, take a
few months to fill out this i FS self assessment.
This will help you assess what areas may need to
find most useful to focus on in your healing journey.
Answer honestly if you can, so you check these boxes.
They ask you all these questions. You check these boxes.

For example, I did check. I'll take the ones I
did some of the ones I checked. I'm gona be
honest with you, guys, I checked. I often work to
the point of burnout that is me. Sometimes I spiral
the depression. Sometimes I get panic attacks. I think I
might have PTSD. I have chohod wounds that still need healing.
I've unresealbed with all the conflict in some of my relationships.

Sometimes I feel like there are parts of me in
conflict with each other. I have a Boucher anxiety. And
I answered honestly, And they go in there. They go
into a meditation, which I do. I meditate. They go
into all kind of stuff. But it's an interesting book
I thought too that we got. And it's another one.

I don't have it over here. It's a really good
pr book, and that's gonna be on my show All
Access even Planning. It's a really good book, but I can't.
I don't how the from me. I don't worry it is.
It was right here a second ago somewhere else. But
that's a good one too. So that's one of the
books I got recently. In recent times, we're always getting

books sent here. All the time I was getting books.
I have lots of guests lined up. I have some
interviews in the can that will be coming out soon.
