Speaker 1 (00:03):
Yeah, yeah, in your house without common and your kind
of your house house light, your word of your house
upon He's had in new clouds, so you can't writ
no kind allouds wrestling in front of the crowds Parrent
got holding it.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Doubt anybody can. Anybody can get it. Guys, just standing
on the SI. He is the voice. There is no choice.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Here's some choice in your house making wrestling noise and
p fact, it's like cruis away to act.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Your house is the perfect stratch. You probably see your
ears when you attract. You get this work with some
wrestling back and smoke. But what is up, guys, what
is cracking is the com man i in your house.
And you guys already know the vibes anytime we said
don't do We're gonna give you that work when it
comes to professional wrestling business. And guys, it is Sunday,

(00:53):
but you guys know what that means. That means it's
Sunday Funday, and it's time for another Sunday house party
here at in your house. And what a good weekend
it is to have a Sunday house party. Because we
got a lot of wrestling to talk about. We just
had night of Champions that went down in Saudi Arabia.

(01:15):
We had Friday Night SmackDown that went down in Saudi Arabia,
and there was a lot of things to chat and discuss.
And before I do that, I, of course have to
bring on my squad. Here my man voice. He'll be
back here in a second. He's he's in some undisclosed location.

(01:36):
I don't know where he is at. He is. He's
just out there in the country, chasing wolves, doing strange things,
looking for Bigfoot only voice things. That's exactly what we're
used to. But he'll be here in the second. But
we have to there. He is there, he is, He's
back from his excursion of chasing Bigfoot. It's the voice,

(01:58):
Josh Joseph. Here your house from an undisclosed location.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
What is up? Man? How goes with everybody? How goes
the household? Yeah? Bigfoots out here chasing me and fucking
with my WiFi. So hey, I'm here. I'm ready to
talk some wrestling and get into this.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Yes, yes, like I said, my man is at an
undisclosed location. I'm thinking the government finally subdued him. But
we'll figure that out as the episode goes on. We
have the Chat Chief Antonio Fry in there giving us
the ones. That's right, the Chat Chief is here, and
make sure you guys join our discord. The discord is

(02:40):
starting to really pop off. Before we really get into that,
I got to bring it over to my man who
does his thing on SmackDown. He talks all things smacked
Down in his room. He's the blue eyed villain, but
you can't see him because he's got his sunglasses on.
That's the Grunmeister. What is up? Man?

Speaker 4 (02:56):
What is up? I am just thrilled that John Cena
has shown me need the light and that the best
thing for him to do is to real win wrestling.
Because now you got these wrestlers. I'm sorry, but we're
gonna get into it later. CM. Punk is a fake,
He's a nobody. I can't wait to see him put

(03:17):
in the ground.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
And that's exactly what we saw seeing Punk came out
with an l coming out of Night A Champions, all
of all of that, all of him having to switch
directions and having to to apologize to Saudi Arabia and
do all these things just for him to come out

(03:40):
with a loss. And we're definitely gonna talk more about
that as the episode goes on. But fellas, I have
to celebrate. We're celebrating today. It's a celebration today because
it is the ending of the single worst mid card
title reign in modern day history. That's right, ladies and gentlemen,

(04:02):
Zelena no Pop Vega is no longer the Women's United
States Champion. It's Julia. And I gotta tell you, I
will say this. We call a lot of things here
on in your house. We're on top of a lot
of things here. But I remember vividly, just a few
weeks ago that I said on this very show that

(04:23):
WWE has to see what is going on with Zelena
Vega and they have to pull the plug on it immediately.
That's exactly what they did. Zelena Vegga is not over.
I don't know if she's gonna get over anytime soon.
That experiment is over. It failed, it's done, and now Julia,
who has a lot of potential and a lot of promise,
is now the queen of the mid card there the

(04:47):
Women's US Champion. Grun, you cover all things SmackDown. If
you could give me some of your thoughts on that
situation and give me some of your best highlights from SmackDown.

Speaker 4 (04:58):
Right now, the best highlights down, like you said, is
Julia ending the title reign of Zelena Vega because unfortunately
Zelena Vega's title win it was a great moment. Unfortunately
it was worth just that moment and it was it
was worth nothing. And it wasn't from Zelena not trying

(05:21):
to be herself.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
She was.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
It's just unfortunately, it seems like there's not much to
her as a person. Unfortunately, which in the real world
that's good. If everything you see is face value, that
that means you're a value. You know, that means you
can be a value, but not much deeper to her
as a wrestler, unfortunately. I mean, it is what it is.

(05:43):
But you know what she puts her work in. Some
other highlights is that the Wyots got screwed out of
a tag team title win. Oh and it is because
everyone's afraid of the Wyat's winning.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
You have.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
Williana got the belt as a signing bonus for Alistairs.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Damn, damn.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
That is that is cold as cold. I mean, to
be honest, Alistair, probably now I know you joking. At
the same time, Alistair, He's not like that, Like if
we've learned name. Alistair's like, no, you put in the work,
you do what you gotta do, do and and you
do your part. That's Alistair, sir. So love got you voice.

(06:39):
But like I said, tagging division, they're threatened by the
White Six, so it's gonna be Josh isn't threatened by
the White Six. He's not, I am because you know
what those spooky mother mofos they they give me the
heb g beause I ain't, I ain't. I ain't messing
with them. Nah dex with Lewis is gonna follow me home,

(07:00):
and I don't know we can do it, okay, Joe Gacy,
he's gonna tie me up just for fun. I don't
know what he's gonna do after that. He definitely not
killed me, but he's gonna do something free seat he's
a cross is the nightmare of all people. Eric Groan
is a giant and then Bo Dallas, Uncle Howdie, Uh,
I'm sorry, do you need to see any more? The
man's blinding a great state of mind he's got.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
He's he's a skitzo bro.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
He's he is definitely So if I.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Can add to that as far as that being one
of your moments there. I I watched it. I was
in the gym a little bit earlier, and I kind
of went back and caught the highlights, and I gotta say,
I love the chaos that happened. Of course, the match
got thrown out, it was decued, but everything after that,
the chaos, everybody killing each other, it was great. I

(07:49):
really enjoyed that. Even with the addition of the Wyatt six,
I think this tag team division is still cooking pretty well.
Oh that common why of the modern day oddities. I
want to see what Voice has to say about that, though,
because he's a huge oddities guy.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
I do like the oddities. They were in one of
my top ten for best entrances because they ran around
with ICP. I enjoy them. Yes, real quick, though, I
would like to, uh get into the Zelena Bega thing.
Please her title reign over. I would just like to say.

Speaker 5 (08:29):
Uh, because weeks ago, months ago, almost a year ago,
how spilled out exactly how to make Zelena relevant, make her.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
Character intriguing and captivating. They did no such thing. They
gave her the United States title and said run, bitch, run.
So now we get to Julia. Let's see what Julia
does with it. Let's see, let's put her in the
hot seat. Let's see if she can hold this. Let's
see if she can go above Zelena's bar, which I

(09:08):
think that she can, but time will tell. Now that
drags us back to this gruns fictitious world of everybody's
scared of these wyats sick. You know what, I'm scared
of COVID more than the whyat six as it Well,
they're both boogeymen. So and we all know boogeymen don't exist.

(09:30):
Uh So here we go. We're we're looking at these
guys and we're we're we're seeing this. We're seeing what
was it a couple of weeks ago they said, Uh,
I believe it was Bo Dallas said something about this
isn't a tribute to my brother. We're not doing this.
Is there a rocking chair still at the entrance? Grun?

Speaker 2 (09:51):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (09:52):
Yeah, yeah, there is still.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
Hold a lantern? Yes, does bo Dallas grab that land
turn to blow it out?

Speaker 4 (10:02):
I think so? Yes, As they.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
Sat in my rocking chair the whole time while the
matches going on, until the attension is drawn to him
and he has to get out of that rocking chair
and compete.

Speaker 4 (10:13):
Yeah, who the fuck else did that? Grun uh his
his brother, Bray Wyatt.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
But it's not it's not a tribute and it's nothing
to do with Bray Wyatt anymore.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
I I did not say that's my case.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Your honor.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
I'm just a simple Southern loyal just pointing out inconsistenties
of the prosecution over he all.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
So yeah, I'm done with the Wyatts. They They're not
intriguing me. I would much. I would rather watch Teletobi's
on repeat than the WoT six right now. God, I'm sorry.
They had their chance, they blew it, and now it's
getting shoved down our throats. First off, the street profits

(11:01):
being the Tag Team UH champions right now is the
best thing for the Tag Team Division. They can keep
it entertaining without the Wyatt six. Everybody who is around
that ring is capable of keeping the Tag Division entertaining
without these guys.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
So so let me, okay, just to be clear, I
want to because I want to kind of encapsulate what
you're saying here. You're saying that once again, I want
to try to make this concise and to the point,
you're saying that the Wyatt six needs the Tag Team

(11:40):
Division the tag team division doesn't need the whya At.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
Six exactly because nobody else is doing singles work. When
when have you seen a Bo Dallas match or Uncle
Howdy whatever the fuck you want to call him.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
We have Eric Crowen match exactly and Rowan can go.
We haven't even seen a Nikky cross match exactly.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
So what the fuck are we doing here? Are we
tickling the balls of WWE and saying thank you guys
for keeping maliats going. No, we need to as fans
kill it. It needs to be done. It's not doing
anything good in the w w E.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
And I want to say this, ladies and gentlemen, if
you think that voice is being critical, go back to
when the Wyat six debuted and you'll hear the excitement
in his voice when they first came. So I'm just saying,
I'm just saying, ladies and gentlemen, like he's not just
shitting on it, just a shit on it. This comes
from a place of you know what, you lost my trust,

(12:45):
you lost my confidence, you lost you know, there was
a place that there was a lane I thought that
you could have went and you didn't go there. And
for that I understand that totally understand that. I think
that WW is gonna try to keep rebooting them. That's
why they're doing what they're doing right now. But I
don't know what the ceiling is for them right now,

(13:06):
and I don't think that it's high. I think that
for them being in the tag team division. Here's the
here's the honest truth. The hard truth is I think
they're gonna get those tag team championships. I do, because
why even put them in that situation if you weren't
gonna eventually put them on them.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Now.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
I'm not saying that's what's best for business. I'm just
saying that that seems to be where we're going. So
that's that's my thoughts on it. I know Voice has
his thoughts, we got we know we had our guy
Grun's thoughts here, but I gotta throw it back to Grun.
Anything else on SmackDown that really really caught your eye?
There was a couple of things for me, But you're

(13:43):
a SmackDown guy.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
Uh. You know what, As I'm thinking through the some
of the big one of the big things that happen
on SmackDown, and it is it follows one of the
greatest promos Johnson has ever cut and it was. And
yes I've seen the critics online saying, and yes, it
absolutely was John Cena in the modifying Seampunk's famous pipe

(14:09):
Bomp from fourteen years ago. You know that was his
greatest promo of all time. However, the cringiest, the most
god awful thing I've ever seen is Cempong coming out
like he's John Cena. And yet here's here's what to
make very clear, John Cena last week, the week prior,

(14:31):
he wasn't dressing like Seampong. He wasn't. He didn't come
out to uh the song by kill Switch and gate
this by kill Switch engage. He didn't. He didn't do anything.
He didn't do any of Seampunk's mannerisms. All you do
was sit on the top corner corner. That's all he did.

(14:53):
Did he eat make He made references initie in to
get people's attention to the fact that that he is
going to tell a promo that is similar to the
pipe the famous pipe bombon promo from CM punk. And
what does cmpunk do? He he all he does he
dresses up like he dresses like John Cena from Thugging

(15:15):
Nap when he was doctor Thuganomics he comes out to
word life and he looks like a fool. And yet
you know what, he sounds like CM Punk. Still, he
sounds like he doesn't. He isn't trying to to do
with John Cena tried to do. He isn't trying to
to to recapture the magic that John Cena had captured

(15:39):
with his pretty ok rap skills was CM Punk is
a tool and all he wants is money. All he
wants is money. He is not a rebel. John Cena
is rebelling against the current day w W E. And
I can respect that because you know what, the fee

(16:01):
is kind of right that the fans have been abusive
to him when he was the hardest worker. Did he
take advantage of his authority and or his his power,
his political power back Stay sure, I'm sure he's guilty
of that. I'm not gonna let him slide on that
that bit. At least he's always been honest with us.
He's always been honest. Punk lies when it's convenient for him.

(16:29):
Punk tells the truth when he's caught, then he rewards
it to make it fit his narrative.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Okay, I just okay, that's funny right there, seeing buk
look like a wanna be. That's good. That's good. Shout
out to our guy Daniel Garcia over there in Puerto Rico.
We appreciate you, man that thanks for hopping in our guy.
The JAT chief himself says Punk compared himself to Kendrick
but god ethered like nas Oh man, I get that

(17:02):
hip hop reference in a major way, bro, I get it. Okay,
all right, all right, grun you're you're done right. I
know you got to off your chest. You were okay, great.
I want to make sure that the path is clear
for me because here I come. Seeing Punk is a joke.

(17:23):
I mean, I listen, man, one, he was doing that
pipe bomb promo in twenty eleven. I was all locked in.
I was bought in. I bought Punk merch. I was
waiting for him to leave money in the bank twenty
eleven with that championship, because I thought it was just
symbolic of the awful direction that WW was in at

(17:45):
the time, and he was one of the only bright spots.
This guy likes to act like he is a martyr,
like to act like he is a rebel, like he's
anti establishment. Well, we've seen over these last few years.
Punk his kind of had to eat a shit sandwich
that he crapped out himself. Most definitely when he left wrestling,

(18:07):
he didn't just burn the bridge. He charred that bitch
like he was on the way out the door from wrestling.
He talked shit about everybody said, had had things to say,
hated wrestling, this and that. But guess what when the
UFC didn't work out, when those commentary checks from UFC

(18:28):
didn't work out, when the well was starting to run
a little bit dry and a w came back, he
looked at AW as an opportunity to be like, this
is my way. I'm gonna have to eat some crow anyway,
but I'm not gonna have to eat as much crow
because I don't have to go back to the WWE
that I really chat on and had issues with lawsuits

(18:52):
and things of that nature. So he went to AW
as like a safety not to be like, hey, this
is me getting back into wrestling, but no, I'm not
going to trust me. I'd never go back to WWE. Well,
we all know how history played out, and we all
know what happened with seeing Punk in ae W and

(19:13):
how that played out. So guess what it was a
couple of years ago at Survivor series and guess who
came back? Guess who shocked the world and came back
and then showed up at Survivor series and oh my gosh,
one of the biggest returns. We never thought it would happen.

(19:34):
All right, that's great, that's fine. You went and you
had to eat more crow, you had to eat another
shit soundwich that once again you crapped out yourself. What
have we seen since then? We've seen this man show
up to TKO Evince in a suit looking like a
corporate douchebag. You know. We've had to see this guy

(19:55):
apologize to Saudi Arabia and then show up and Saudi
Arabia and lose the match. We've seen this man dress
like a damn fool. He is a forty year old
man that looked like he was fifteen trying to dress
up like the doctor of Theagonomics after John Cena, who
who artistically ethered him last week in a way that

(20:19):
he he ethered him in twenty eleven. And then this
is your response. Listen, if you ask me, there's not
a better man on the mic that can sell you
a feud when things get personal more than c M Punk.
This is what you cracked out. You dressed up like

(20:41):
a fifteen year old in two thousand and two and
came out with the awful rap and talking about Yeah,
I'm kin drink and you're drake.

Speaker 3 (20:50):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
Nobody cares about that. That was relevant a year ago.
What has happened. C IM Punk is a shell of
his former self. And you know what, I'm sure he's
having a quiet I'm sure he's okay looking himself in
the mirror when he can fall back and sleep on
his piles of money. But Bro, you're not a rebel,
you're not anti establishment. You're a millionaire. You're making money.

(21:15):
You're making money off of pretending that you're a martyr,
pretending that you're a rebel. Bro, just turn heel and
go corporate, because that's the only way you can save face,
because you've become a disgrace of what you used to
be seeing Punk. Listen, I just want to enjoy you
as a wrestler because I will never respect your opinions
ever again. And that's that.

Speaker 3 (21:38):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
That's great. You're hitting every point that I think a
lot of his critics were trying to highlight throughout the
years and very well put man, you know, like sampunks,
Like I think Antonio said he's running on the stuf.

(22:01):
He's been doing that. Does that mean jungle Boy might
have been one the young bucks might have been speaking truth?
I mean, uh, we all want to We all thought
that CM punk was going to be when he came back.
We thought we were getting old c M Punk. Maybe

(22:21):
ae W got the last bit of that. Well, but
what we're getting right now is a polished I'm gonna
do everything right, uh CM Punk, and he ain't. I mean,
that's where we're at WITHAM Punk right now. This is
what we have. We're not getting anything better. This is

(22:41):
maybe the heel turn will be something that we can
sink our teeth into as fans. But I'm I mean,
I'm not. I'm not holding any money for that.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
Yeah, So if I could come so the aw situation
with CM Punk, I think I don't think really anyone's innocent.
I don't think there is a sole guilty party. I
think I think he was. I think Punk, Yeah, everyone
was at fault. Punk let his emotions get the best
of him. He allowed himself to be to get over

(23:15):
to get so emotionally involved in aew that he expected
everything to go perfectly. He's like, no, You're always gonna
work with people. It doesn't matter if you're a pro wrestler,
work in a warehouse, work in a car dealership, whatever,
you're always there's always gonna be people that you don't like, like,
but you gotta pay the bills. You gotta Okay, okay,

(23:35):
And so it's like it's just a fact of life.
You're there's gonna be people you don't like, don't like,
and you just gotta learn how to work with them
because you know what, you got bills. You gotta pay them.
They got bills, they gotta pay pay their bills.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
Okay, Okay, it is time. It is time for us
as fans to do this, to see him punk. And
he held him at the light that he has held
all these other guys for. And I am so upset
that he is making me a John Cena fan. John
Cena is doing some of the best fucking work in
wrestling two day storyline wise, pushing younger talent, making sure

(24:13):
even the older town who helped him get to where
he was got the nod that they deserve. Talk to
John Cena is wrestling. It kills me to say this,
but he's.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Crazy, Bro, so damn crazy to those words. I can't
I know, I can't believe it. Bro, this is the guy,
this is the guy that was like, Bro, let anybody
else win the WWE title back in twenty ten. You
know what I'm saying, like, let anybody else have a
chance at it. But like now, it's like I don't

(24:50):
want to. I don't want to go as far as
to say that he's writing those sins because, like you,
you can't. He's he's never been like a bad guy.
But like when there's times when you have to get
and anybody will tell you, any wrestler will tell you that,
when those times when you can put your foot on
people's neck and say, hey, I'm the guy, I have

(25:12):
the final word. I'm that dude. I'm going to I'm
gonna be in the spotlight as long as I say so,
what do you expect them to say?

Speaker 6 (25:21):
No?

Speaker 3 (25:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (25:24):
Do you expect them to say no?

Speaker 4 (25:26):
I think I think I need to say what we're
all feeling. And here's the thing, Punk, if you weren't
pretend still pretending to be a martyr, still pretending to
be a rebel, still saying how how I'll say, you're
not mister Tko, how you hate Tko? How you still
hate corporations in all that crap, if you weren't saying
that and just being like, look, I had Look, I

(25:48):
had to admit that I cause problems in WWE, that
I was not the best person to work with with,
and now I realize I'm not that hot shit, I'm
not the best in the world. It's something I said
to get underneath Johnsona's skin. It's something I said to
get under your skin. It's something I did to ultimately,

(26:12):
and this was my goal the entire time, make money. Yeah,
we and we we'd forgive you because like.

Speaker 6 (26:19):
Okay, no I didn't And we get and we understand
that you had just gotten married to April Mendez aj
Lee when you got your papers that.

Speaker 4 (26:35):
W were releasing you. It's like, Okay, that sucks. I
believe w W that they didn't intend for that to happen,
because I imagine you probably get that information pretty close
to the chest, so maybe only a few people knew that.
But my guess is the people that sent the letter
didn't know that you were getting married soon and when

(26:57):
they sent it and just had him to arrive on
your web. So you're mad, you got mad at w W. Listen,
all you gotta do is be a man, and that
is admit that you were wrong, Admit you did things
wrong and that. Yeah, you want to make money. We
all want to make money, we all do. But you

(27:17):
gotta have conviction. You gotta have values, okay, because you
know what Roman Raine says, he's revealed some of his values,
and you know what, he's still Roman Rings. He's still
when he's in that ring, when he's cutting that promo,
he is giving the fans everything they want and everything
they need, and he is building the story that he

(27:39):
is supposed to build. John Tina learned after you left
how much damage he did, and so he did what
he could. It may have not been much, but you
know what. He gave a good match to Adrian Neville.
He gave a good match to Kevin Owles, a good
match to Sammy's Zay And now look at those three now. Granted,
packed like he's been wishy washing in aew right now,

(28:02):
but Sammy's saying and Kevin Owens, two of the biggest
stars in WWE, two day John Cena could have ruined
their careers and you know what, he didn't.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Hey, I'm just saying what John Cena is doing right now? Really,
I mean, he's still being John Cena. H He's still
being John Cena with everything that he's doing. And I
think that, honestly, I think that's why people were gonna
organically get back behind him, because he's just out there

(28:35):
telling the truth. We got the chat chief in there.
He's like, the only reason why fans cheered Punk when
he was gone is because he wouldn't let them forget
every podcast, every interview, every opportunity. And here's the thing, Bro,
I just want to say this. I just want to
say this, How are you the best in the world
when you didn't wrestle for ten years? It's just I mean,

(28:58):
for him, it's just a moniker. Now. Did we get
a lot of that. We saw a really good version
of him in ae W. I'm not disputing that, but
this isn't ae W. This is WWE. And yes, while
he had while he had one, in my opinion, one
of the better hell in the cell matches I've seen
in this era for sure against Drew McIntyre. I think

(29:22):
we can all agree that this is a what have
you done for me lately? Business? And him parading himself
out there in a Cubs jersey and a Nikki Bella
hat backwards with drug free written on his hand. Thing,
he's whatever, his his rings whatever. I don't care.

Speaker 3 (29:41):
It was corny.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
It was cringey. You you look stupid. And you know
if this was your response for John Cena parroting your
pipe on promo, you didn't get me, man, you did
not get me at all. In the sidest bit, I
think we got to move on from that, just because
I mean that that was that was what it was,

(30:04):
and we we spend a lot of time on it,
but a lot of time needed to be spent on it,
for sure.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (30:10):
We talked about the you the new United States champion
that is, uh, Julia. We talked about the Wyatts. We
talked about c M Punk and everything going on with that. Honestly,
I think we kind of hit a whole lot of
the highlights, for sure. I think that what other thing

(30:31):
that I do want to talk about real quick, we
can just skitter across this really fast, and that is
it looks like Ron Killings is about to enter a
program with Alistair Black. I think that could be a
good pivot point for Killings. I think it's a good
thing that we can have Alistair Black have his first
like real feud since coming back to the w WE.

(30:54):
But real quick, I want to get your guys' thoughts.
We'll start with voice over there. What are your thoughts
right now in the direction of Oster Black and Ron Killings.
It looks like they're on a collision course. What are
your thoughts?

Speaker 3 (31:05):
I love it. I think this is great for both involved.
I mean, think about it. We're getting Alistair Black back
in the WWE, and again he's still doing Alistair Black Ship.
It's like he never left. I do like. I do

(31:25):
like more where he's leaning into guys and whispering to
him and saying ship to him. I love that aspect
of it because his whole demeanor, his whole presence is
is Alistair Black. It's dark, it's it's the unknown, and
that's I think that's where we're entering, uh for this

(31:46):
generation to learn about Ron Killings too, because there's not
a lot this younger generation knows about Ron Killings. They know, Yeah,
Ron Killings is a killer man. He does not stop
until he gets what he wants and we've seen him
do it many times. And the simple fact that he's

(32:09):
with Alistair Black in this and it's outside of the
John Cena storyline, as the John Cena the storyline is
still unfolding, it really gives me hope that they are
going to be doing something really big with Ron towards

(32:30):
the end of John Cena's run. And I've been saying
it for weeks since it started with Ron, with our
truth getting back with John Cena, Ron Killings will be
the one to stop John Cena. Seth will cash in
on Ron Killings and save us from Ron Killings, and

(32:52):
it will be that moment where what you brought up house,
you wrap this package that I've been building with the
perfect but it's the Silent Retirement and I can see it.
I can see it. Yeah, I love this chapter.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
Yeah, No, I'm I'm with you. I think I'm telling
you keep keep with that because I'm keeping with it too.
I'm I'm I do feel like we're seeing the quiet
retirement year of Ron Killings. I truly truly do. And
you know, if if it's right for him, if it's
what he wants, I hope I'm right, ladies and gentlemen,

(33:34):
If it's what he wants, I hope that I'm right. Uh,
but let's get some of your quick thoughts before we
go to break. We got to talk night to champions.
On the other side of the break, Grun, what's your
thoughts on the direction of Ron Killings and Alistair Black This?

Speaker 4 (33:47):
I feel like this is I feel like we're looking
at ar Truth's final contract with the WWE, and I
think what we're I think we're gonna see a lot
of things accomplished. We're gonna give We're gonna see w W
give our Truth moments that he deserves, possibly another title run,
possibly possibly be the one to end John Cena's title reign.

(34:10):
And you know what, I think we are all we
all can say this that Ron Killings earned this, he
has deserved. He has entertained us for over a decade,
and and you know what, he has been an incredible
part of the WWE. And even when w was at
its worst, Ron Killings was always funny, entertaining. It is definitely,

(34:32):
it definitely feels like it is Killing season. I cannot wait.
This is gonna be an emotional roller coast for some people.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
I agree fun.

Speaker 2 (34:43):
I think it's gonna be fun too. I truly do,
I truly do. Keep your eyes on Wrong Killings. He's
getting He's now it seems like he's about to start
this feud with Alistair Black. We have wrong Killings, not
not our Truth. We know how our Truth always integrated
himself into storylines in a fun way, in a goofy way,
in a silly way, whether it be like with the

(35:05):
Judgment Day or whatever. And you know the twenty four
to seven Championship and the fun that we saw with that,
we saw some fun stuff. Now we're seeing the integration
of Ron Killings in the storylines. It's going to be
very interesting. It's something to keep your eye on as
the year goes on. But I stand on business when
I say I do truly feel like we're seeing the

(35:27):
final contract, the final days of Ron Killings as a
professional wrestler, as he retires and maybe does his music,
maybe does something else, maybe just enjoy his family. I'm
sure this is a guy who's made plenty of money
and saved it really well, and he seems like a
smart man. So yeah, that's some of our highlights. Some
of Grun's highlights from this past Friday night on SmackDown.

(35:49):
But we got to move on to Night A Champions.
But hey, before we do that, we gotta take a break.
We gotta pay a few bills one week. Come back,
we are gonna talk Night A Champans. Maybe we'll find
out if the government came and subdued our boy voice.
But you guys got to stick around on the other
side of that break to find out all that information.
We'll see you in a second.

we continue to positively influence many people by being the
change that we wish to see in the world. Hello,

(37:07):
everyone is the POLP Elijah Burgh founder.

Speaker 2 (37:11):
Hey guys, welcome back to in your House. As we
have talked already about SmackDown, as was a really good conversation,
the deep conversation. We gave our thoughts about seeing Punk
and we were very honest about it. We talked about
the direction of the tag team division and Daniel Garcia,

(37:33):
You're right, seeing Punk is no eminem. I prefer him
to stay seeing Punk. I don't ever need to see
MC punk ever again, that is for sure. But guys,
we have to dig deep into nighted Champions. It happened,
ladies and gentlemen. It came, it went Saudi Arabia and

(37:56):
that was the Night of Champions. We opened the show
with the finals of the of the men's King of
the Ring tournament that saw Cody Roads defeat Randy Orton. Now,
one thing from SmackDown that we did not touch on,
and I want to make sure that I do very quickly,
is the fact there was about twenty minutes where the

(38:17):
feed cut out from the hard camera and when it
came live on WWE on USA. We saw side camera
for about twenty minutes of Cody Roads and Randy Orton
pleading their case as far as why they should be

(38:38):
the King of the Ring of twenty twenty five. I
thought it was a very interesting angle. I didn't hate it.
Sometimes it was like I was like, okay, because my
wife watched it too, and she was like, well, how
come they can't get the camera straight on them? How
come the camera is panting and stuff like that. I've
had to explain to her, it's hard camera. When you're

(38:59):
on the side camera, it doesn't have to be pretty.
It doesn't have to be clean, because they anything that's
not pretty and clean, they cut that out. But because
the hard camera feed went out, they had to rely
solely on, you know, the ringside cameras, and they're not
They don't have to stay steady and firm and hold
it is, you know, like hard camera does. Hard camera
has to stay stationary. Ringside roaming camera is allowed to

(39:23):
move around, and then they just cut out the bad
shots and they you know, they take they keep it
mainly on. This is inside baseball for you guys in
there that have never done professional wrestling production. I've helped
produce many shows. That's not a brag, that's just a fact.
So they have the hard camera that is stationary, and

(39:43):
then they'll have some cuts from ringside camera to help,
you know, give you a different perspective on the show
and get closer to the ring and maybe see some
things that you're not gonna see on hard camera. They
had to rely solely on the roaming camera because of
the feed to the main camera, the you know, the
stationary camera. It got cut for twenty minutes. I did

(40:05):
not hate that. I did not hate it. I liked
the realism. It looked real. Maybe go to that every
now and again. I'm not saying do it all the time,
but I'm just saying I didn't hate it. I didn't
hate this match either, between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton.
I was a little surprised, not surprised, I don't want

(40:28):
to say surprise, but like this is the first time
they've wrestled each other, I believe, and since since Cody
came back, and it's just crazy that it was at
a King of the Ring finals. Like, so I'm I'm
at a I'm at a weird tipping point here. I
love the fact that our King of the Ring Finals

(40:49):
has potential to be two guys the caliber of Cody
Roads and Randy Orton. But at the same time, I
came up on old school King of the Ring man,
an old school King of the Ring elevated talent. It
took a guy that had potential from the mid card
and gave him a reason to move up to the
main event. You didn't get that with this finals. You

(41:11):
got a you know, a fourteen time World Heavyweight champion
and a guy who just lost the ww Underspeed a
championship for his first reign after a year reign at WrestleMania.
So no, this did not offer up opportunity for anybody
new once again, good match. Enjoyed it, and I understand
the story. I understand the story. Now Cody's gonna cash

(41:31):
his ticket. We're gonna see Cody and seeing a rematch
at SummerSlam. It's happening. But I just for me, the
King of the Ring always meant something else. But I
want to throw it to I'm gonna get voiceless thoughts
because he came from the same era as me of
King of the Ring. But first, real quick, I gotta
ask grun because you did not come up on the

(41:52):
King of the Ring that we came up on. What
were your thoughts on this match and the results of
the finals of the King of.

Speaker 3 (41:57):
The Ring tournament?

Speaker 4 (41:59):
Oh so uh? I believe the first person I ever
saw win King of the Ring if I am correct,
it was Booker T. And we had booked up.

Speaker 2 (42:12):
That was your first King of the Ring.

Speaker 4 (42:14):
That's so crazy, I think so it was either Regal
but I and I don't think they did much with
Regal as King of the Ring. I can't, I vaguely,
I I but anyway, like Booker T, I remember it
was great. I'm like, now he's a landing little bitch
on LFG season two complaining that he that he I

(42:36):
should have won I should have won season one. It's
like dog dog undertakers. Guys were doing better at one point.
Your guys, they were getting a little bit stale, and
yet you know what what Look, there's three of them
are back, And what happened to the other one? The fourth?
What happened to Jasper Troy? He fucking won a contract.

(42:59):
Sorry for the cursing, but he won the NXT contract.
So so you're mad, You're not mad that you lost.
You mad that you don't have the title. Okay, so Booka,
stop being the salty, whiny little bitch and just teach
four new talent. And who cares that Michelle mcle got

(43:22):
p nasty And Anthony Luke, Anthony Luke has a lot
of work to do because he thinks that he is
Anthony Luke and he's not being the Rock. And yet Sorry,
but Booker, you were right on that. Anthony Luke was
very much by the end of season one was just
another copy of The Rock and it's never worked. You cannot.

(43:43):
You can imitate, but dude, you can imitate, but you
can never duplicate. Now, as far as this King of
the Ring, look, I think it's hard because not everyone

(44:06):
the King of Ring doesn't always have something that can
that that can elevate somebody some like the King of Ring.
Like I like it when when it fits. When so
you can elevate someone with a King gimmick just because
it's fun, it's something new, something errantating to help them

(44:26):
really explore their what they're they're performing and their promo ability.
I like it. I I enjoyed that that one thing
that they had that they've added is that the winner
now gets a title match at SummerSlam.

Speaker 2 (44:41):
It's like, I like it.

Speaker 4 (44:42):
I like it that definitely, that that fills the void
of what happens when the King of the Ring title
doesn't really do anything for the person and they it's
just they won a tournament. Yeah, exactly, this this year's
Winter King the Ring. I ring Like. Look, I know
a lot of people are upset, and it's a lot
of the people that only spend money on the internet,

(45:05):
and they don't spend money on the merch. They don't
spend money on the tickets. They don't watch it religiously.
All they do is watch the highlights and then complain
when they don't like the results. On yep, as we're Queening.

Speaker 3 (45:19):
Of the Ring.

Speaker 4 (45:20):
I I like the that that we have a Queen
of the Ring tournament. This Queen of the Ring tournament
at the final result was a disaster.

Speaker 2 (45:32):
Man. All right, okay, let's let's let's do what you
guys do on Monday nights and put a pin in
that very quickly. We're definitely gonna get back to that
because we gotta get voices thoughts on the King of
the Ring tournament. But put a pin in that because
we have to talk about that for sure. Voice.

Speaker 3 (45:52):
Yeah, grun, I'm sorry, man, I go with you a
lot of the times, but uh, let me let me
play something for you. Okay. You do realize he was

(46:12):
going up against one of the oldest guys at that
time in wrestling that nobody really cared about. Uh, and
it was a king of the ring and Stone didn't
run around pretending he was a kingdom something.

Speaker 4 (46:28):
Hey, I I said, I I said, I liked the idea.
But but yeah, you brought that up. And I'm not
gonna say anything because that was when Austin three, he's sixteen.
That was when Stone called Steve Austin was born. That
was the moment that we got the Texas Rattlesnake, the
Stone called Steve Austin. That we love, the shattered glass,
the beer drinking drinking, smack talking mother, love of that

(46:51):
we know and love and and and and admire in
and worship today.

Speaker 2 (46:58):
And and if I may add to I'm sorry to
interrupt your voice, So I just want to add to
what you're saying here. That was the coming out party
of Stone Cold. That was when we saw his trajectory change.
So when I say that. I love the fact that

(47:18):
we can have a match the caliber of Cody Rhodes
and Randy Orton be a finals and I like that.
I enjoy that at the same time, that's the King
of the Ring. I came up on the King of
the Ring. I came up on propelled talent. This didn't
propel anybody, It didn't change anybody's trajectory. It just moves
stories along, and that's fine for what it is. But

(47:40):
once again, not the uh, not the King of Ring
tournament I came upon exactly.

Speaker 3 (47:47):
And so where we're at now is just they're using
the King of the Ring as a title and not
a momentum builder. And that's the wrong way to use
King of the Ring. The the idea that like some
of these guys do become a king, as in the

(48:09):
King Booker, King of the Black Hearts, Owen Heart. You know,
those things I like for certain people because those things,
like what King Booker did for Booker T's career was
he was being introduced to a WWE audience coming out

(48:30):
of a WCW company. It gave him legitimacy in our
eyes because it was of a tournament that meant something.
There were so many guys built from the King of
the Ring, which makes me that this finals was very
not not good. I didn't enjoy it, Honestly. I would

(48:53):
have loved to see Solo in the finals of this.

Speaker 2 (48:56):
We got to talk Solo for sure.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
Exactly we'll get to. But I think if we would
have put Solo in this and those guys would have
came out that came out in that to make him
King of the Ring. Now you're telling me king of
the Ring means something. It meant something that the Samoans
had to bring their big enforcement to this to make

(49:20):
sure one of them wins and gets that momentum. Bill,
you creatively wwe took the lazy way out by making
Cody the champion, because you can write Cody into that
story without him getting this this title, this accolade in
his belt, and that's what's disgusting. You could have done.

(49:43):
You could have done a justice to Randy Orton if
you're going to keep those two in there, and given
him the title, because he the last time he was
in Saudi Arabia, I believe he lost a King of
the Ring. If they would have did that, that would
have been a nod to the fans giving them what

(50:03):
they want, making it kind of important at their place.
I don't know. These are things I'm just thinking of.
So I'm with you, House, I'm not a fan of
this one. I love the match. I thought the match
was good match. I love I love seeing Randy Orton
just live in the moment nowadays and enjoy every bit

(50:23):
of it. But again, I don't need Cody as a
king of the ring.

Speaker 2 (50:29):
No me, me neither, Bro just no man. I mean,
once again, it is what it is. I think we
kind of set our peace on it at this point.
We would just be kind of circling around and saying
the same thing. But yeah, good match. I you know,
two good competitors. Orton is, Orton is is not like

(50:50):
on his last leg like like it looks like it
is on seeing Punk like but but like Orton rustles
a different style. Cody in his prime right now, those two,
you know, went out there and just had a great match.
But like, to me, the story always always fits into
my enjoyment of the match in some kind of way.
And knowing that this is going to be like a

(51:13):
one of these guys, one of these established talents is
about to become the King of the ring knowing that
I'm just like I mean, I'm just I'm just watching
for the match, you know what I'm saying. So it
is what it is. We got to move on because
comment real quick.

Speaker 3 (51:29):
Yeah, yeah, Daniel, I was there in Chicago when Cody
was in aw I believe it was one of his
last matches that he was with a W and they
Cody threw out his weight belt to a kid in
the crowd, and that Chicago crowd booed that kid so
badly to give that belt back to Cody. And I

(51:53):
seen Cody just like you can see the energy dropping
and when that happened, and I knew at that he
was not going to be there much longer. And uh also,
Antonio Fry, after the show, I will hit you up
in Discord and give you a quick guide and show
you how to do things.

Speaker 2 (52:12):
Yes, please join us because we need your energy in
the discord. You're our chat chief over on Facebook. We
need you to be our chat chief over on the
Discord as well. So yeah, most definitely you. You you
are a pseudo part of this team man. As far
as uh, as far as doing what you do in
the chat, we would love to have that energy brought
to the discord. Uh. But that's just a great pivot point.

(52:34):
And normally I go match to match, but let's just
go ahead and pivot right to the queen the ring,
because I think there's a conversation to be had. We
put a pin in. It depends out. We're about to
talk Oscar Jade Cargle uh And and we saw Jade win.
I said, in my mind, Jade was going to win
and needed to win. Why did I say that? Because

(52:56):
if I didn't say that, I'd be a hypocrite. Because
Ksca is an established talent and Jade needed this just
a little bit more. Now, now, let me say some
things here. When Jade came out, she looked incredible. I mean,

(53:17):
she looked like what Grun is saying over here. She
looked like money. She looked great, the cosplay, the way
that the let me say this. Let me say this.
I remember the first time and maybe you fellas do too,
the first time that they went to Saudi Arabia and
the women had to wrestle and they had to wear

(53:39):
body suits. The bodysuits they wore on those first few
events were awful, terrible. It was no thought put into it.
It was just bodysuits because it was like, hey, we
have to do this. The progression of the bodysuits that
the women wear for the Saudi Arabian culture to kind
of fit, you know, with their belief system or whatever,

(54:01):
have progressed so well. And I gotta say, I think
Jade had one of the best ones with that Storm cosplay.
That was incredible. Bell to bell. The match wasn't bad.
It wasn't bad. I think Osca was the right dance
partner for Jade because Osca is experienced. I feel like

(54:21):
Osca is out of point in her career where she
is going to put over other talent. We saw that
happen in this match. But another thing, Jade, We're pushing
for you. We want you in these spots, We want
you to have these opportunities. You gotta clean up some
of these botches.

Speaker 8 (54:40):
Man.

Speaker 2 (54:40):
You know, she knows, she knows more than anybody else,
more than anybody else, that the microscope is on her.
It's been on her since she signed Listen, let's be honest.
It's been on her when she was in AEW. When
she was in AEW, the microscope was on her. And
then when she came to WWE, the microscope intensified and

(55:05):
then she got protected in the tag team with Bianca
bel Air and then they let her off on her
own after that. And she hasn't done terrible. She's done
She's been good, she's been passable. I think she still
has some work to do on her promos. I think
she still has issues with confidence as far as promos

(55:25):
and stuff like that. I even noticed that in her
victory speech last night when she won Queen of the
Ring that it still needs to be some work, but
it's time to clean it up. It's never gonna be
more of a time than now that you need to
clean it up. Because look at jay Usso. Everybody was saying,
jay Uso needs to get an opportunity. Jay Uso needs
to be the world heavyweight champion. Jay Usso his potential

(55:48):
to be the face of the company. And then what happened.
They gave him the title and the Microscope was in
on him ever since he won the Royal Rumble. It
was because because we watched every little thing that he did,
and we didn't applaud things that he did great well.
We did because we you know that we talk about
everything here in wrestling, but I'm talking about the IWC.

(56:10):
We didn't applaud what he did well, but boy did
we get on his ass when he messed some shit up.
Do you guys remember back in I think March, when
he slipped up on the spear that he was supposed
to hit gun through with and then they literally had
to turn that botch into a storyline. That's where we're
at with Jade. The microscope is on you more than

(56:31):
it's ever gonna be on you, and that pin was disgusting, disgusting.
You were supposed to have an indefinite and indefinite, unquestionable
dominant victory over somebody the caliber of Oscar. You put

(56:52):
her down with your finisher, You did your pin, and
what happened? You fell backwards, and the crowd didn't know,
Oh what happened? You could hear a pin drop because
to my eye, to voices eye, I know that for
a fact, and to a lot of many others, Oscar's
shoulder was up. You didn't look clean doing that. You

(57:15):
were supposed to look dominant. Put her down, put your
do it, put your your elbow and drive it into
her head to get leverage. When you're when you grab
the leg, take the arm and put it down maybe
across the neck or you know, just slightly under the
chin to be like, hey, I'm getting leverage here from

(57:36):
your leg and keeping your shoulders down with my body here.
But you fell backwards and it looked like Oscar's shoulder
was up and you could hear a pin drop in
Saudi Arabia. Come on, you gotta clean it up. I'm
glad you won Queen of the Ring. I'm happy you
won Queen of the Ring. But it's time to clean

(57:58):
that stuff up because if you do you if you don't,
it's gonna be bad for you because there's a lot
of people that are probably gonna think you're gonna win
the title with SummerSlam. You got to clean it up.

Speaker 3 (58:11):
Now is the.

Speaker 2 (58:12):
Time for sure. The chat's going crazy up in here.
I'm gonna let Voice acknowledge the chat. Then Voice give
me your thoughts because I know you got a lot
of them. As far as it's Clean of the Ring.

Speaker 3 (58:23):
Finals, yeah, we got o g and Tony. He said
he's still on it. Jade still there's a point that
he had there with him Antonio the chat chief saying
Jade was in the eighty W trophy. You got it there,
chat chief, So yeah, and uh, Daniel, he's letting us

(58:45):
know that he believes Orton is a natural in the
ring and I can you find a better one? But
the one I would like to hit the most is
this one. And this will take me into my thoughts
on this match. Kat Keith is correct, Jade messed up

(59:06):
the night before on that pin too, and what it is,
and correct me if I'm wrong in their chat. But
to me, aw is do big move, pause, look at
crowd way for reaction. That's how I see Jade goes

(59:27):
to these things. Her pin from Friday night. She tries
to do this thing where she licks her finger as
she rubs her as she's doing a pin. Stop that.
That just makes you look foolish. You don't look dominant,
you look like you're hungry for your own hand. So
stop that. In which that's where I kind of seen
her do this roll up with Oscar at the end.

(59:49):
She kind of went for something and then couldn't do that.
And this we're getting it. This is insane, Daniel. What
you're saying right here? Oscar carried Jade did she though
Oscar tried to carry Jade through this whole thing. But Jade,
and I'm sorry because I've been one of the biggest

(01:00:10):
supporters of this woman since her name dropped with ww
when she was in ae W. I was defending her
in chats on my Saturday night watch Alarms. I was
about Jade because I see the potential in her. She
is a anomaly in the women's division, and I think

(01:00:33):
you're right House. Her confidence is hitting her because she's
not getting into the character. Okay, aw did her so
many disadvantages because I'm seeing right here chat she was saying,
Logan Paul and Jade wrestled the same. I don't think
they do because Logan Paul hate him for what he is.

(01:00:58):
But the dude will bust his ass until he gets
that move right. And we've seen video of him doing it.
We don't see video of Jade out there doing even
in her on the mic work. When you're doing these
things for ww LEE as a whole, as an organization,
as a company, and you're on a mic, that's the

(01:01:19):
time for you to get better. You were with Bianca
bell Air, one of the most captivating women in wrestling,
two day in Ring on Mike Backstage whatever she's doing.
If the camera catches her, you want to know what's
going on, even when she's taken video with her husband

(01:01:40):
in What I Forget. Australia was the last place they
were at and they're just standing out there looking at
the mountains. It was amazing because they are amazing. Montez Ford,
he's another name that needs to be brought up more.
Everybody needs to be talking about him, and that's where
I think Ja needs to be. But she's not there

(01:02:01):
right in ring work Oscar Oscar should have made her
look like a diamond, like the Storm character she was portrayed,
and she felt like a drizzle. She felt like master
shake on the drizzle, you know, like you're not doing anything.

Speaker 5 (01:02:21):
I love the drizzle too, But did the drizzle do
anything besides set nuclear wasts and turning.

Speaker 3 (01:02:26):
Down ex So what the fuck are we doing with her?
Like she imagine if we could write for Jade and
where she would be at today. Somebody has to step
in her ear and I don't know how many her
people are left because Trips has been in her ear.

Speaker 2 (01:02:47):
I don't know where we go. What's it gonna take
to unlock that potential? Because I think we all can
agree that potential only caries you so far.

Speaker 3 (01:02:57):
It does.

Speaker 4 (01:02:59):
I I think chat he Yeah, Tony, you have Antonio
both saying something I think wwe did not realize because Aew,
like Josh was saying, did her a disservice. AEW covered
up every one of her weaknesses to make her look great.

(01:03:24):
And Jade, I give her this, She's got the charisma
in her, she's got the the the bigger than life
persona ability, but she has not honed it. AEW directed
it and were in complete control of her her and
and the problem was they needed to because she didn't

(01:03:46):
have the knowledge of the industry. Now, rox Sander is
I know people don't aren't huge fans of her, and
and yeah, I'll admit, like, okay, she hasn't blown me away,
but you know what rock Sand at least was what
she's doing. She's young, and yet she's Josh Joshna. That

(01:04:08):
is gonna be the whole thing.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
Okay, Okay, before you go any further, since you were
saying that with Roxanne, explain her getting into this match
and what happened. Why did she not close line from
the front.

Speaker 4 (01:04:23):
Why did she not close line from the front, you
know what, I I don't know. It could have been
I don't know. It could have been a mistake. It
could have been she mistimed.

Speaker 3 (01:04:33):
It could have been a big mistake because it could
have snapped the other girl's neck. If you go back
and you rewatch the way that girl fell because of
Roxanne coming in there and doing her hitt into the
back that put all the pressure onto that neck.

Speaker 4 (01:04:48):
I'm just saying, okay, all right, but well, but so
so back to Jake car Gill, w W E if
they had realized and I don't think they truly tested
her out until they had signed her, and it was
already out that they had signed her. Ae W made
her seem like a really big deal. The Internet made

(01:05:11):
her seem like a really big deal. So W we
were forced to put her on the main roster. They
were in a bad position, and now now they're like, Jade,
it is it. We we thought maybe you could do decent.
We didn't need you to do fantastic, amazing, next world
level great, but you needed to be decent. You did

(01:05:35):
a good job selling the knee until until you did
the kip up. And it's like anyone else would know
that if you're selling a knee and you do a
kip up buckle the knee that you can stand up,
face struggling through the pain and pose and at least
that looks better the pin. I believe the pin is

(01:06:00):
and like you guys are saying, I believe the pin
is completely on Jade. She I don't think she slipped.
I think she didn't realize how far she was pulled,
how hard she was pulling Osca. Osca would not. Esca
has been in this industry for a long time. She
was in New Japan, and they are does not matter
where you are from you, they are strict. If you

(01:06:21):
are not good enough to perform in New Japan, you're
not good enough to perform anywhere, or at least maybe
not anywhere, but not at a high level. Not able
to perform at a high level. Well, Osca knew that. Okay,
this is the finish. I let Jade control my body,
let her pin me. Jade yanked her body way too far.

Speaker 9 (01:06:45):
Jade, you're new, you're talking about that, j not you.

Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
Yeah, but.

Speaker 7 (01:06:59):
It is.

Speaker 4 (01:07:00):
It's a bad case where you know what, Jade, her
wrestling career might be cut short, or they might tell
w might have tell Jay, look, there is nobody on
the main roster we can put you with that's going
to cover up your flaws. So you have a choice
to make. You either bite the bullet and go to
an XT or we have to let you go because

(01:07:23):
because we can't keep doing this with you, we can't.
There are other women. Bailey Humphrey on LFG, she deserves
that spot more because and here's the thing that's crazy
to me, me the people on LFG, most of them,
they look better than Jay Cargill, and and you know
what they don't. They didn't have all these special coaches.

(01:07:44):
They didn't have. What they have is years of working
in college sports, being college, being college and just being athletes.
That's all they have. They're coming in this industry with
the knowledge that they do not know a jack shit
about this industry. They are coming in knowing that they

(01:08:04):
are replaceable if they cannot learn this industry and cannot
get the fundamentals down. Bailey Humphrey came in. Was giving
a nice assignment to Bailey. You don't you don't look pretty.
You can't be a diva, you can't be happy, go luck.
You just happy to be here here a talent Aria kanellis,

(01:08:24):
you need to be a monster, and Bailey said, you
want me to bring out a monster, Okay, I'll bring
out a monster. Scared everybody.

Speaker 8 (01:08:31):
Everybody's intimity by Bailey Humphrey, her finisher that she's picked.
I don't remember Shane something from the indies, does it
in Shane Shane Mercer, And everybody says, Bailey Humphrey hit
that move beautifully. It looked at intense, amazing, It had
the right pasmos to get you build up to the

(01:08:54):
excitement of the impact. Then she hits it and bang,
Bailey Humphrey deserve I mean roster. If we're gonna let
Jake carg go on the main roster, listen, let me.

Speaker 2 (01:09:03):
Jump in real quick because I agree with what you're
saying here. Run, but I'm gonna tell you this. WWE
will release Jake Cargo before they send her to NXT.
Listen to what I'm saying. Hear me, listen to my words, WWE.
WWE will release j Cargo before they before they send

(01:09:26):
her to NXT, because that means they would have to
they will have to admit they were wrong. They will
have to admit that, oh well, they had all this
fanfare for Jade. Oh we we sniped one of the
biggest talents from ae W. Now she's too deep. She's
in too deep to the main roster for them to
go backwards now, because that would mean that they were wrong,

(01:09:49):
and I just don't see that happening. They'll sooner make
her a manager of some faction or or have her
hosting WrestleMania's or something before where they send her to NXT,
because they would have to admit that they were wrong,
and I just don't see them doing that, especially the
investment that they've put into Jade Cargo already. And you know,

(01:10:14):
it's just like it's just like my guy is saying here,
Gary Immittt He's saying, in Japan, you have to know
how to wrestle, period. Hence Wadel Patrick's is over there
killing it. He stays over there, Raisehill, Praisdale, Huge Dale
Patrick's guy. But the reason I bring that up is
that when you go over there, when you go to Japan,

(01:10:36):
you know you're getting a crisp style. It's one of
the most crys styles in all of wrestling. I used
to watch New Japan religiously, religiously because I was trying
to escape from. This is years ago when I was
trying to escape from WW, and I'm telling you that
wrestling style is very, very very different than it is here.

(01:10:57):
It's more physical, it's more fast. They're snug. They lay
that shit in and that's every strike, Every single solitary
strike looks crisp and real and snug. So yeah, you
can't come with that weak shit. I mean, an excursion
for I honestly, an excursion to Japan for Jade Cargle

(01:11:23):
would make or break her period. I don't see no
middle ground. It would make or break her either. Either
she would rise to the occasion and become an incredible striker.
It was incredibly fast paced action for her size, or
she'd be like this ain't for me, you know. And

(01:11:45):
that's just how I see it. But yeah, they're not
sending they're not sending that athlete back. They're not sending
her back to NXT because that would make WW in
WWE's eyes, that would make them look stupid. Yeah, just
my thoughts, Just my thoughts. But we we spend a
lot of time on that. We do got to move
on to the remainder of Night of Champions because a

(01:12:07):
lot of things happened rear Ripley defeated Raquel Rodriguez. I
it wasn't all right match man for me, this and
the other a non title singles match that happened that
I'll get to in a second. It would have been
so much more beneficial if their counterparts won. I mean,

(01:12:31):
if if Raquel Rodriguez would have beat rear Ripley with
the assistance of of Roxane Perez. Here's the here's the
ripple effect to that. You have h Raquel Rodriguez pick
up a huge victory over one of the biggest stars

(01:12:52):
in the company right now, that would give her the
ability to finally put some trust into Roxanne Perez and say, hey,
maybe you are about the judgment day here take this
tag title. We're gonna do it. And then what happens
what proceeds in those months you see and you have
to it has to happen that were Kel Rodriguez and

(01:13:12):
Roxane Perez become one of the best women's tag teams
that you've ever seen. And what happens from there in
the few months that they're champions, successful defense after successful defense,
looking better, looking cleaner as a tag team, what happens there?
What happens, Live Morgan returns from her injury and Live

(01:13:32):
Morgan is pissed. And from there, not only do you
have the big story that Live Morgan returns on where
Keil Rodriguez having to pick a side and it helps
elevate Rox Sane Perez in all simultaneously. It's great for
all three of those women if this were to happen.
But what happens, Real Whippley wins again. Real Ripley now

(01:13:56):
sets her intentions for the women's Championship. Ria Ripley, Rea Ripley,
I love Rita Ripley. I'm a little oversaturated on Riha Ripley.
Uh run give me your thoughts on this match. Once again,
we don't have to go too deep into it, but like,
give me, give me some of your thoughts.

Speaker 4 (01:14:15):
So you know what I I think I think the
biggest overall, uh problem with it, not just this match,
with this paper you was that the Saudi Arabia. Saudi
Arabia wanted wanted the crowd to be happy and so
and with tensions being a little bit hot in the
Middle East, w we probably thought, Okay, well, we can't

(01:14:39):
really have a lot of heels win, So what are
we gonna do? Raquel has to lose. What I'm saying,
we'll get into the other matches, but it's they Saudi Arabia.
I mean like, for example, they wanted Yoko Zuna to
show up to the greatest royal rumble ever and and

(01:15:00):
you didn't know this, You didn't know this, You'll could
soon have passed away a very long time ago, many years.
So that wasn't exact gonna happen. Something had to find
somebody that kind of looked like Yo Lazuna just to
please the Saudian prince. But uh, yes, yes, but this match, overall,

(01:15:24):
I thought it was all right. I thought it was good.
I thought it was good that they showcased women in
a street fight in Saudi Arabia. I think, look, I
don't know what the politics are like over there, but
I do think that we can say if we assume
they are very slowly, slowly changing and in a good way. Josh,

(01:15:46):
I see, like, yeah, like I'm not about to buy
property in Saudi Arabia.

Speaker 10 (01:15:52):
Okay, but but I think the I maybe in twenty
years we'll see more, because let's all, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:16:02):
I do want to point this out because I don't
know how many people saw the post show Ria Ripley
was allowed to wear a T shirt on in Saudi
Arabia on live camera. Oh wow, It's like in the
US and everywhere else in the world does like, what
was that a big deal? Women aren't allowed to show
their arms, let alone have tattoos, piercings and all those
things that Ria Ripley has. She's been allowed. She was

(01:16:24):
allowed to display some of that.

Speaker 2 (01:16:27):
So I did that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:16:29):
Yeah. Yeah. So it's like, okay, so they're so clearly
there is change happening in their politics, but like, this
is not something that's gonna happen over time. I think
maybe in one hundred years, maybe a thousand years is
gonna take there. Yeah, it's not gonna be quick. It
is not gonna be American influence. It's going to be

(01:16:51):
the people voicing, people of Saudi Arabia voicing their opinions.

Speaker 2 (01:16:55):
Enough.

Speaker 4 (01:16:55):
But overall, back to the match, and she's like, I
thought it was good. It's somehow they're gonna spin this
to Raquel and Rock Saane become a tag team. Somehow, someway,
they had.

Speaker 2 (01:17:09):
An easy way just let rekut.

Speaker 4 (01:17:10):
Win they did that was that would have been the
easiest way to get there, but now they have to
finagle it and play three D chests again because Saudi
Arabia will not allow ww to write their own stories.

Speaker 2 (01:17:25):
Mmm mm hmmm, yeah. I just I just feel like
it would have been big for Quel Big, probably one
of the biggest singles wins in her career, and then
you you solidify the Rock Sane Perez uh partnership, and
I just think it felt so easy. But I said
my piece already. Uh. I just want to skitter across

(01:17:46):
this because we do got to talk about the other
singles Magic Voice, give me some of your thoughts on that.

Speaker 3 (01:17:51):
I'm just waiting for Gruns Strip Blug in Saudi Arabia,
so everybody, in a couple of years, Grun's gonna be
there with all you know. Anyways, the match was okay.
It was again you didn't need Rihea to win at all.
You did need the Prodigy to Uh. I don't know

(01:18:13):
understand what's happening in the match, and maybe not almost
break someone's neck, that'd be cool. But outside of that,
I think this is gonna also give Finn a reason
to be on screen because he's going to be the
keynote into doing the lip service for Roxanne to be
trusted by Raquel. So I'm not too upset with that

(01:18:37):
because it's more Thinn. That's more seeing what Thinn Balord
is going to be doing, because I still exactly and
I still think he's cooking up something and if it's
taken this long, it's gotta be good.

Speaker 2 (01:18:51):
Hey, we will most definitely see. But we have the
Lou in the chat. He says, grun, take those glasses off.
He a so comes back and he says IYH, Happy Sunday,
and then with throwing it up runtime for the IYH floodline.
Our guy the Lou is in the chat. Check out

(01:19:14):
what he is doing. He is an awesome creator. He's
coming in and clocking in from Twitch. But let's switch
gears real quick because we have to talk about Sammy
Zayne and Carrying Cross and I have a lot of
thoughts on this now. Carrying Cross. He came out on

(01:19:34):
social media before the match, and you know, he pretty
much was saying, thank you for being so loud, thank
you for giving me this opportunity. He all in all
is very grateful to be able to have his first
PL match since like two thousand and two, I think
it was. He hasn't been on a PL in like

(01:19:54):
three years, two or three years. That's crazy to think
he was on one this past Saturday. But I gotta
tell you, man, with the same thing is the same
thing with Rhea Ripley. You could have just gave this
one the carrying cross because only thing that you did
carrying cross has been in Sammy Zane's ear for months now.

(01:20:18):
They've been building this story and now you know, Sammy
gains the victory, and it's just like, what's the point
of carrying even coming to come and knocking on his
door anymore? You know, you would have definitely had more
stories to be able to grow from carrying Cross winning.
Maybe Sammy becomes doubtful and realizes that carrying Cross is right,

(01:20:39):
that I do kind to have to be a little
bit emotionless, a little bit cold if I'm going to
actually become a world heavyweight champion instead. And you know,
I hate it. I hate the fact that I can
call a spot for spot because when I was watching
that match on my couch after I got off of
my shoe job, I sat down, we watched it me
and my son did. And I saw where carrying Cross

(01:21:04):
Irish whipped samu'se Ain into the corner and then he ran, uh,
he ran and hit him with the clothes line. You know,
he kind of looked around to the audience and kind
of was like taking it in a little bit. Then
he runs back. And I said it before that, I
was like, after that clothesline carrying cross is about to
run back, Sammy's about to follow him, and then he's

(01:21:25):
gonna hit him with the halluva kick. And what happened.
Carrying Across hit that clothesline, looked around at the crowd
a little bit, ran back to try to deliver another
clothes line, and Samy's Ain followed him hit him with
the halluver kick one two three, And I just remember
I was there shaking my head, shaking my head because
why are you doing this to carry and what's the point.

(01:21:47):
What's the point? Sammy's Ain's already established. Sammy's Ain really
doesn't have much of anything else going on, So what
did he benefit from this? Win me nothing, nothing, I understand.
He came out and he's like, yeah, I represent the
culture and blah blah blah, yaha, gotta yatta, that would
have even been more. That's more reason to give Carrying

(01:22:08):
the wing. But once again, like Grunt highlighted earlier, uh
sting Rabian cultures like give me what I want, I need,
I need this, and things are a little tense over there,
so you give them what they want? But what price
do you pay for that? You're now having to once
again grun set it plays some three D chess and

(01:22:29):
finagel How you're gonna make Carrying Cross relevant again? How
you're gonna make Raquel Rodriguez and and Uh and Roxane
Pereza tag team and make it make sense you sacrificed
layups in your storylines just to make these people happy.
I'm not in love with it, voice with some of

(01:22:50):
your thoughts. Carrying Cross and Sammy Zay, we'll skit her
across this one as well.

Speaker 3 (01:22:55):
I love the Carrying Cross is making me a fan.
I thought it was a good match for him. I
hated the ending, but the rest of my comments are insensitive,
so I'll pass it off to you guys.

Speaker 4 (01:23:10):
Well, uh, you know what, guys, I found a post
that apparently WWE because I do believe we would be
the only one of the only people they are able
to reveal this information on YouTube. You're the creator can
see disliked comic dislike posts, or dislike dislikes. The same

(01:23:31):
aising carrying Cross match has and seventy two likes, but
five thousand, seven hundred fifty seven dislikes.

Speaker 2 (01:23:44):
All right, that's interesting.

Speaker 4 (01:23:45):
Fifty one percent have said they dislike the same Easing
Carrying Across match. And now let's be very clear, Sammy's
at has built up a lot of love over the
years as a heel, as being a conspiracy theorist, and
just being Sammy Zay. And this has nothing to do

(01:24:10):
with people disliking Saudi Arabia. It has nothing to do
with Sammy Zaine. It has to do with Carrying Cross
not getting the win when he needed to get the win,
Because what does the loss do for Sammy. It doesn't
hurt Sammy because Sammy's entire career, his entire story, is

(01:24:31):
pushing forward and coming back from defeats.

Speaker 2 (01:24:36):
Yeah, very true. You have a chat even a saying
Cross is gonna pick a fight with zawin next and
lose that too. Why does triple carrying cross brows?

Speaker 4 (01:24:47):
God, No, I don't think it's I don't think it's
triple h. I don't. I think somebody is in his ear.
My guess is that t KO. It could definitely be
kind of trying to say. Look, Carrying Cross is very
volatile online. With the language he used and what he says,

(01:25:08):
we don't necessarily like it. But the problem is.

Speaker 11 (01:25:17):
But maybe we know that Caring Cross he has earned
a lot of love, he has gotten a lot of people,
and now that he's not with the Final Pastor, Bordeaux
are doing her own thing and it is working, It
is getting excited. The is very it's perfect for Carrying

(01:25:40):
Cross and Bordeaux. This is Carrying Cross doesn't need to
win the speak the same exame but any Zane, you
mean to start digging deep into that darker side and
he didn't dig into that darker side Carrigan but again

(01:26:03):
and got involved who have done a lot more off
than either want.

Speaker 3 (01:26:10):
That doesn't look that me win.

Speaker 2 (01:26:19):
Around true, true, and I think that's important. I like
the fact that we could see a rematch, that the
possibility I'm not saying they're gonna do it, but the
possibility that we could see a rematch and Carrying Cross
wins dirty because that's what Carrying Cross has been saying
this whole time, is that you're gonna have to do

(01:26:39):
some things that you wouldn't normally do if you're gonna
become a world heavyweight champion. The difference between me and
you is I'm willing to do them. So you know,
there's they could still say this thing, but you know,
in the in the all in all, I didn't like it.
I mean, I just felt like, you you take you
take that opportunity right there with Caring Cross. You give
them that pr win and uh and and carry it

(01:27:03):
from there. Uh. But we're gonna move on here because
we got to jump to a title match. One of
the two title matches that went down, I thought, I
and I and sidebar real quick. I do like the
I like how the card was built. I didn't this
isn't I'm wasn't in love with this event. But I

(01:27:23):
do like how the card was built. That we had
two title matches, a street fight, a singles match, and
UH and two tournament finals matches. I love that structure.
I like it. I think it. I think for me personally,
that's the recipe for a B plus A minus P
l E. This pl E wasn't that for me. We'll

(01:27:44):
get to that, but let's get to the the first
championship match that happened. That's the United States Championship. Jacob
FA two goes up again Solo Sokoa, and I gotta
tell you, as somebody who is a huge Jacob Fatu
advocate and also a big fan of former In your
House guest Solo Sokoa, who's been on the show before

(01:28:05):
before he signed with WWE, I never thought i'd see
a situation where I was like, you know what, my guy,
Jacob is not the United States Champion. And I'm okay
with it because not only do we get a return,
we got a debut. You know, we had the return
of tong Galoa. He came back to the company, the
goat himself, as the kids call him, tongue Galoa returns

(01:28:29):
to the company. And then finally, after months and months
and months of speculation. I know we've talked about it,
especially particularly Grun has talked about it. Hicoleo finally making
his debut to the WWE. I didn't hate it. He
comes in, he comes in and he grabs Jacob by

(01:28:49):
the face and he's like, you should have appre you know, paraphrasing,
you should appreciate what you had. You know you had
it all.

Speaker 1 (01:28:56):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:28:57):
Choke slams them through the table and effectively helps so
win the United States Championship. Now we have the reformation
of the blood Line with J. C. Matteo, Solisako United
States Champion, the return of Tongaloa, and the debut of Hiceleo.
And now we have another bloodline stable. And I'll say this,

(01:29:22):
it's not the main it's not the main event faction.
It's not taken over it. Now the Bloodline has been relegated.
I don't want to say relegated, because that's that sounds derogatory.
The blood Line is now in the mid card, and
I like that lane for them. I think if they
stayed in the main event, I'd be like, all right,
here we go with the blood Line again. But it

(01:29:43):
seems like the blood Line three point zero is gonna
be a prevalent faction in the mid card. I'm okay
with that if that's where it's gonna be. I'm also
okay with Solo so finally touching Singles gold and becoming
the United States Champion. But I want to get your
guys to thoughts, starting with voice your thoughts on the
United States Championship. Solo, A new champion where you at?

Speaker 3 (01:30:07):
I guess you know I'm gonna wait and see what
they do with that one. I personally introducing Tree this way.
I mean, that's cool, you can do it that way.
We've been waiting for him a while. But the more
interesting thing to me is remember when the name Jacob

(01:30:29):
Fatu first even hit the Bloodline conversation and the USO's said,
we were told never to be around that man. Yeah,
even Roman. Now there's a reason to be around that
man because that man's now needs them just as much
as they will need him. Because if we if we

(01:30:52):
think this new bloodline that is coming up but that
is formed, is gonna take things lightly with the amount
of monsters as Booker two would say, that are around
Solo now, I personally, again, I want to go back
to it. I would have loved to sing solo in

(01:31:13):
the finals of the King of the Ring and this
exact ending happened there again. It would have brought more
more meaning to that King of the Ring because you
can get to the cody, you can get to that
storyline anytime you want to fucking get to that storyline,

(01:31:35):
you just got to pull the trigger. You don't need this.
And I think it would have been a better title
for uh Solo to hold because we're still cooking with Jacob.
And I mean, what was that his only second title
defense holding that title?

Speaker 2 (01:31:55):
I think it was a second or third title defense
and his reign ended at seven days?

Speaker 3 (01:32:02):
I mean, come on, is that is that really enough
for Jacob? With you to develop Jacob as a champion,
to see if we can see him as a world champion,
like I mean, those are things even an intercontinental champion
I need. I need him to have more defenses because
we know he can do it, So why not do it?
You're giving us all this other shit. You're giving us Lay,

(01:32:24):
not Arrol or not Ear. You're giving us him all
the time. Why can't we have more matches of Jacob
defending that title. Let's make him a fighting champion. But again,
I'll go back to what I said, I'm for the rude.
I want to see what Solo does.

Speaker 2 (01:32:40):
Yeah, I like what. I like the spot that Solo
is in right now. I think it's interesting because the
development of Solo most definitely needs to be studied. I
think he has most definitely kind of grown into his
own and I'm enjoying watching what Solo does. We've got
no neck, Jeff in the chat here from the chat
chief himself. Listen, I'm familiar with his work. I think

(01:33:02):
he's a solid wrestler. He has absolutely no aura whatsoever.
I mean, he just he just doesn't. But I gotta
throw it over to my guy grun here your thoughts
on the United States Championship match Jacob Fatwo and Solo So.

Speaker 4 (01:33:16):
Uh it did what they needed to do. It brought
in hiccalo It put the title on Solo while protecting
Jacoba two in defeat.

Speaker 2 (01:33:24):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (01:33:25):
And I'm sorry, but I gotta make one comment on
the same thing carry crossing because I forgot this this
spot happened. Is it one arm or three checks?

Speaker 2 (01:33:35):
Is it one checker three checks?

Speaker 4 (01:33:36):
If someone is out cold? One or three?

Speaker 2 (01:33:39):
W W you have been.

Speaker 4 (01:33:40):
Consistent of one check, Now it's three checks. You changed
it just because you need to suit carry across. Sorry,
that was I completely forgot that happened. That is what
made me absolutely livid, very very well Josh. Uh but

(01:34:01):
uh but yeah, the you got people saying you guys.
Zilla is saying he wants to come to w W
W Lance and Yi might come to w W and
it's like, you know what, Look, I I have nothing
against the more people from this big Simone dynasty coming
into w W E. But the thing is, let's look

(01:34:22):
at who has benefited from that. Jacob Holt two has
benefited from that. Sol's co has benefit from that.

Speaker 2 (01:34:29):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (01:34:29):
The Tongue ins hey, have they benefited from that? No,
they they have. Amazona has gotten a little bit over
But tongaloa not really I said a little Okay, I'm
not I'm not gonna say, oh, Tomatongue is not like
tomasong is great. It's been great outside of w W
uh in w W not so much. Talatonga who's gonna

(01:34:52):
be who is likely gonna be the new name for Hickeleo,
you know, because tala is part of his real name. Like,
we got a big guy, and unfortunately in AW made
him look a lot bigger than WWE in W he
doesn't actually look that giant compared to everyone else. I'm like, oh,

(01:35:16):
that's a little disappointing. But I mean, hey, AW has
a lot of small guys because AEW is all about spots,
not about story, and and they let Hiccoleo actually speak
at the pay per view. You could hear him speak,
so okay, so he's going to have speaking lines in

(01:35:37):
WWE it scenes. It's because Kama Tonga and Tagaloa they
didn't have speaking lines when they weren't supposed to.

Speaker 2 (01:35:45):
I remember Solo did and talked for a long time.

Speaker 4 (01:35:48):
Yeah, so clearly they have more faith in Taalatonga being
a major star than than the other Tonguans. And I
mean they're they're quite a bit older. They are fifteen
twenty years vets. That's Tallatoga less than ten years I think.

Speaker 2 (01:36:04):
Yeah, I think Tallatonga. Didn't he do a lot of
work in New Japan.

Speaker 4 (01:36:09):
Yes he did. He was part of.

Speaker 3 (01:36:13):
YEP, so that was an interesting spot too. Mm hmm.

Speaker 2 (01:36:18):
So this comment here from Daniel Garcia, Jacob fa two
can carry a brown just like he did in MLW.
Fun fact, Daniel, I was there in Chicago when Jaco
FA two won his first ever MLW World Heavyweight Championship.
It was a great event. I was a fan of
Jacob way back when I forget that year it was

(01:36:38):
possibly was twenty nineteen. I think he was twenty nineteen.
But that was fun. That was great. Uh So I've
been a Jacob guy for a long time. Uh but
it's gonna be interesting to see what happens with this
new bloodline. I love the fact that, uh, you have
a United States Champion Solo Sokoa. But the more I
set up here and think about it and think about

(01:36:59):
what voice was saying a little bit earlier, I think
I agree. I think that I would have liked it
a little bit better if they had the same result
and him be the King of the Ring Tournament champion,
because let's face it, you've been positioning Solo as a
main event guy for a while. I mean, they just
were no matter how you cut it, they were. He

(01:37:21):
had one of the biggest feuds for the you know,
for the dog one necklace. You guys know what I'm
talking about. It's escaping me right now. The ula falla
there it is, thank you, And that was a big
feud he had that he effectively decimated John Cena. In
his match against John Cena, he carried, I don't care

(01:37:42):
what you say, You're not gonna convince me that he
didn't get him in the bloodline didn't carry SmackDown for
a while, because he did. And I'm not talking about
Roman Reigns bloodline. I'm talking about Solo Sokola's bloodline. They
carried SmackDown for a long time. He looked like a
main event guy. Nothing wrong with him being the United
States Champion. I'm happy he's the United States Champion. But

(01:38:02):
you kind of said like, yeah, we trust you in
the mid card, you know, like when you could have
made him be the King of the Ring tournament champion
and been like, hey, we believe you could be the
next world heavyweight champion. We're giving you a shot at
Summer Slam. And yeah, he's had a shot at Summer
Slam before, but I think this is where you really
pull the pull up, I mean, pull the trigger and

(01:38:25):
let it happen. So yeah, just my thoughts on it.
Once again, I thought it was a good match. I'm
happy Solo is the US Champion, and I think that
Jacob still has uh, he's not hurt from it. He's
gonna be He's gonna be just fine. We're gonna see
him continue this feud and then possibly go on to
bigger and better things. Whatever that may be for him.

(01:38:48):
But we got a talk main event because that's coming up,
and that is Sina versus Seeing Punk. We talked a
lot about CM Punk earlier. We gave a lot of
our thoughts on Seeing Punk earlier. This match was overbooked,
as hail, and Voice said something in the chat. He said,

(01:39:15):
because we talked about how this match was gonna go,
we were kind of like, what's gonna happen here, and
he said something that I think we all kind of
was like, hahaha, but you know, you're right, but like,
it's funny that you said it. They're gonna need an
oxygen tank in this match. And then we saw all

(01:39:36):
the chaos and sue that happened that gave Seeing Punk
a chance to not be on screen, gave John Cena
a chance to not be on screen. And then Voice
comes back in the chat and says, this is the
oxygen break they needed. And I thought that was funny
and I thought that was right. I thought, once again,

(01:39:57):
the match was overbooked. It what it was. They did
some callbacks with the handshake and the you know, trying
to go for the dick kick. But I want to
say this, John Cena is forty eight years old. He's
not the youngest man, but he damn sure looks better

(01:40:18):
than his counterpock Seeing Punk. I'll say that all the way.
This man picked up Big Bronson Red and put him
down with the AA forty eight years old, took a
three hundred and thirty pound man and dead lifted him
and got him over. I don't give a damn what

(01:40:39):
you say, John Cena at forty eight, he listen, You're
right they needed oxygen tanks, for sure, I get it.
But man, I'm sorry that guy stills at this point
he shits on Seeing Punk. To me, that guy, I mean,
for him to do what he did is just insane.
And Sina understands that he don't have to do a lot.

(01:41:01):
He doesn't and he's finally owned that. I think that
five moves of Doom thing haunted him a little bit,
but man, he's owning it now. And then, like our
guy Chad Chief is saying, Charles Robinson needs a title shot.
He needs to get his lick back. That's if he
can make it out of the grave. Because John Cena
absolutely ran right through Little Natch. That was absolutely insane.

(01:41:25):
This match wasn't the best match it had some cool moments.
I do believe we saw seth Rawlins and his faction
come out. Seth Rollins was intended to try to try
to cash in. That is very interesting because it seems
like either seth Rawlins is like I'm open to anything,
or he's just like, yeah, whatever the title that I

(01:41:48):
helped build that now Gunther has, Yeah, I don't see
that as important as this championship. I think I'm just
gonna go for the undisputed title, you know, so, I
don't know, I gotta It's a lot of weird things
to me, and not like in the worst way, but
like it was just John Cen felt like he was
leaning towards maybe he's gonna be facious or just owning

(01:42:11):
whatever it's gonna be. I don't know, And once again
John Cena comes out champion. Is what it is seeing
punk leaves empty handed after having to eat Crow. What
are your thoughts on it? Grun the main event, everything
that went down.

Speaker 4 (01:42:26):
Overall, thought it was good. The double choke slam on
the table, uh, I thought it. I thought they originally
thought like, what the hell happened? And then then he
just hit me if they had actually done it, properly
seeing Punk's back probably would have given out broken in Copper,

(01:42:47):
probably wouldn't have been able to finish the match, So they
had to give him the weakest looking, the most horrible
double chunks I've ever seen, when we know Bronson and
Braun could have fucking destroyed him.

Speaker 2 (01:43:00):
I can't believe the table still broke.

Speaker 4 (01:43:02):
I my guess is that the table has some sort
of sensitivity meter and so you know, they can adjust
it as need be, or some sort of control device.

Speaker 2 (01:43:14):
Or maybe they gimmicked it, or maybe they just gimmicked it.

Speaker 4 (01:43:17):
Maybe maybe that definitely could be. Overall, I thought the
match was good. I liked the twist that Seth Rollins
came out uh not in his wrestling gear, as if
like he was gonna be a walk in the park.
I like the interaction between Seene and Seth math he
kind of playing off how Seth pointing out that you
were just dead three minutes ago, And like I thought,

(01:43:39):
it was like this was met this. Yes, this match
was all about being a spectacle. It wasn't about being
the greatest in ring performance you'd ever seen. It wasn't
about being any kind of five star classic. It was
just about storytelling to keep people interested at the main
event level and saying it's a MET event. I think, eh,

(01:44:01):
like I I kind of disagree, but I'm not gonna
argue that that he wasn't a MET event because like,
it wasn't great but overall good. I thought he was
good for just to get this pay view out and
done with the year. And unfortunately we have to now
look forward to Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia in in January.

(01:44:23):
That's probably not going to be fantastic like this. Look, look,
I will I will like it if Sami zan wins
the Royal Rumble because I do believe twenty twenty six
is gonna be Samy zay Zier. That is it feels
like about that.

Speaker 2 (01:44:39):
Yeah, I really didn't think about that. I say this,
the women, the Women's Royal Rumble is gonna look like
a pack of damn Power Rangers in the damn ring
with all those body suits in there. It's gonna it's
gonna be freaking ridiculous. But we're gonna have to We're
gonna have to sit up there and watch it. I
suppose it's to gonna be an interesting event, but uh,

(01:45:02):
voice your thoughts on the main event of Night of Champions.

Speaker 3 (01:45:08):
Well, this this ending made it a be an overall
b for me. I enjoyed the the insanity at the end.
I think the double choke slam. I will give you
guys the benefit of the doubt. See them Punk didn't
help that, but he also tried. And the humidity in there,

(01:45:28):
it looked like he might have just slid out of
their hands because he was pretty exhausted. Okay, yeah, so
I'm gonna give Seampunk his credit. He let himself be
a rag doll for a few spots. But John Cena again,

(01:45:49):
I have to praise his name and the fact that
he hit every spot he was supposed to. He had
those little spots where he's talking, your hearing it, and
what he's saying is relevant. The very end, he told
the camera you don't you don't turn off on me.
You're gonna watch this, and he made that camera look

(01:46:11):
at everything and then he told them to go off.
Those are the little things that you have to love
and you have to appreciate.

Speaker 2 (01:46:19):
That's a franchise player exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:46:23):
So all you out there trying to get your name
out there, even if you're in the wwe pull out
a notebook, not your phone, a notebook, and you're going
to write it down because when we write things down,
we retain them and we remember them a lot more.
So we're gonna do that, Jade talking to you. But anyways,

(01:46:44):
so we move forward. We're seeing what John Cena is
going to do next. Where does he go? We know
Siam Punk will be off for a few weeks, if
not months. What's next, Versina? What's what's in the story
that we're not being told yet? And what are they
hiding behind the curtain, Because I still think there's a

(01:47:06):
lot of tricks up the sleeve and the storyline. Again,
you made it a be overall for me because of
this match and all the craziness at the end and
then bringing it all together, rehashing the moments, and I
think we could have got there with solo and Johnsona

(01:47:28):
running him back as Summerslaine and I think it would
have been a different result in the in the sense
it would have been a better match, people would have
enjoyed it more. But I'm looking forward to this, looking
forward to the next chapter. I'm kind of happy we're
gonna see Sam Punk not on TV for a little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:47:49):
Yeah, yeah, I think I'm serious, man, I'm serious. I
think Punk needs to I think he needs to freshen
freshen himself up. Like, and we've seen some of the
best do it, you know, but I'm sorry, Like if
you got you you guys, remember the big Dog Roman
Range or whatever, and how we didn't believe it and

(01:48:11):
now we were like, all right, man, it's time to change.
It's time for you to pivot, you know. And even
look at somebody like Naomi who knew when to pivot,
who knew when to do something different. I think it's
time for punk, man, because we don't believe the martyr
voice of the voiceless gimmick anymore. I don't buy it.

(01:48:31):
I don't. I don't buy it man, Like it's a
nostalgia act now, like, and that's that's sad to say,
but seeing punk has entered nostalgia act territory, you're coasting
off of your catchphrase from twenty eleven, I'm the best
in the world, you know, Like, come on, man, like,
I'm sorry, it's over. You're not anti establishment, You're not

(01:48:54):
that same long haired, you know, goth looking guy with
the lip ring and you're not that. You're a forty
year old guy who's a millionaire who's made his money
off of wrestling, and you are not. You're not one
of the emo kids from from freaking South Park. You
were not that anymore. All Right. You're a corporation, bro,

(01:49:14):
You're Randy marsh now. Okay, so that's where we're at.
You were, you know, you were. You're running Tegrity Farms, Bro,
that's what you're doing. You're not doing of the whiny
little goth kids. Just own it, bro, Just own it,
because you're not that. And that's to me, that's it.

(01:49:36):
I mean, it was an alright event for me, once again,
there were some things I wanted to see done differently.
For me personally, it was a C plus. You know,
if I'm being generous, i'd give it a B minus.
But you know, that's not to say the event was awful,
because it wasn't. There was some great bell to bell
wrestling in there. For sure. I enjoyed a lot of
the bell to bell wrestling. But I'm a storyline guy,

(01:49:58):
and that's how it always is with me. And if
the stories don't make sense, or the stories don't intrigue
me or entice me. Then you can't get a ten
for me. You just can't, you know. And I thought
that there was a lot of situations in this event
where they could have developed and cultivated stories if they
would have went in a different direction. Instead they went safe,

(01:50:19):
and for that that's why I gotta give that a
C plus. But I still enjoyed the event. I always
enjoy afternoon wrestling. We're gonna be seeing Monday Night Row
at six tomorrow, that's gonna be. That's gonna run before
Window Liquor. So it's gonna be interesting to see how
the fellas that of run that show here at in

(01:50:39):
your house. But we're gonna ride off into the sunset.
And that's just a great great segue there. To throw
it over to my man, the Voice, Josh Joseph, to
tell you where you can catch him at everything that
he's doing. He's a great creator and producer a voice.
Where can they catch you, bro?

Speaker 3 (01:50:58):
All right? So, like House said, mondays, you can catch
me at seven pm with the Blue Eyed Villain himself, Grundmeister,
and the Chaos Goblin Kevin Callaway. That's where we talk
Monday Night Raw, and we give you the preview of
what's about to happen tomorrow, We'll probably, you know what,
while we call an audiville, we'll do a watch along

(01:51:18):
for the hour that we're on and we'll discuss what's
going on. Let's switch it up. Let's do that so
we'll let Kevin know that if he's not paying attention,
so we can do that. Outside of that, there's a
thing I do where we watch ECW. It's the ECW
Watch Along, and that's on Thursdays. That's at round five

(01:51:39):
pm where we catch you up and we'd let you
know what we still love. It's called ECW and we
go back in time. That's me and House and I
show House. Maybe some things he might not have seen yet,
but he knew was in the history books and he's
always wanted to see it. So we relive those moments
and it's all about ecwoin that show. I'm telling you

(01:52:02):
Discord is popping because of that show. We're moving big
things with that show, so stay tuned with us. We
got a lot in the banks for that one. Outside
of that, I do this show, the Sunday House Party.
You've seen what it was. It was us having fun,
us doing our thing. It's part of the house party.

(01:52:22):
Jones is always here in spirit, even if you don't
see him on screen. We absolutely adore that dude. He
was live. I honestly would have loved to have him
on this show because of all his comments from the show.
My last bit of information will be, hey, wwe, you
don't got to listen to Saudi tell you how to
run a storyline. You guys do great without that. So

(01:52:46):
and maybe Sodi, you know, watch catch up and understand
what's happening because storylines need, they matter. Storylines matter one
hundred and ten percent.

Speaker 2 (01:52:59):
I totally agree with that great point by our guy
the voice Josh Joe. So once again he does awesome
stuff on Mondays, They're gonna do an awesome watch along, guys.
That's gonna be dope as hell. And he does that
with our guy Grunmeister. That's just a perfect opportunity to
give the floor to our guy grun and let him
know where you can catch everything that he's doing.

Speaker 4 (01:53:18):
You guys, be me a twitch dot tv slash Grunmeister
as well as on YouTube search for my channel Grunmeister,
where I stream seven pm Eastern on Fridays. The grun
Droom smack Down preview review show. And you know what
I'm give talking about everything w everything SmackDown, and sometimes
I give a good rant.

Speaker 2 (01:53:40):
Yes, we love to hear the rants, man, We love
to hear everything that Grun cooks up. And uh that
brings it to me, ladies and gentlemen, and uh man,
you guys know where you can find me at right
here doing my thing here at in your house. Of course, Wednesday,
we haven't had an opportunity to have our Wednesday show
because Annie is just she's been out and about. She's

(01:54:03):
been out there in the in the electric forest. The
forest provides, and then she came back. Did you know
she left her voice there at the forest, so she
had to go find it again. But we will be
back most definitely to talk all things Monday Night Raw.
That's the raw deal with House and oh neil. It's
a great time where I get a chance to talk
all things Monday Night Raw with podcaster, ring announcer and

(01:54:27):
uh interviewer Annie O'Neil. She's divinely designed. And then Thursday
we have a great time. I know he already brought
it up, but it begs to bring it up again.
The ECW watch Along, which has gained a lot of
traction here for in your House. I'm trying to get
some big things happen, and I just need people to
answer their inboxes. That's what I'm saying. Because we have

(01:54:49):
a great watch Along. But with the growth of this show,
with the growth of ECW's watch our ECW Watch Along,
we really want to thank you guys to fans and
give you guys some and big So I'm gonna keep
pestering these people until they give me an answer. And
I've been in their inbox for sure, and we want
to get you guys some big interviews and some big

(01:55:09):
guests for that. ECW Watch Long is fun. It's one
of my favorite things that we do here at in
your House. But guys, you already know Sunday House parties,
come join us. We talked the Week of Wrestling, and
if we just come off of pl we talk about
that as well. It's a great time and we just
had a really great episode ourselves here. Hey, make sure

(01:55:31):
you check out the discord. Discord is starting to rock
and roll, so we will get those links in there
and I will make sure that we have it all
out there for you folks. Whether it's now or on
demand when we get a chance to do it. But
trust me, at some point we're gonna get those in there.
And hey, check out everything I'm doing musically. I just
jumped back into the music thing. Go follow my page

(01:55:54):
on Facebook and on Instagram. On Facebook, it's con Rome
Co n rom On Instagram is it's con Rome same
but with it's in front of it. I'm dropping music.
I'm doing songs. I've been filling that itch again and
it is really great to get back into the world musically.
But I have fun doing this as well. This is

(01:56:15):
what I do. I'm a multi media guy, Ladies and
Gentlemen music podcast. I love to do it. All brings
me joy. It's my passion. I love it and I
loved this episode. We got a chance to have another
Sunday house party, talk all things night to champions, get
some things off our chest that we were talking about
in the group chat for the last couple of days.
And that's why we do it here, because guys, it's

(01:56:37):
all a part of the work, and that's ho wsee
and the W stands for work. Thank you to our
man grun Mestra for coming on myself and the voice
