On a vu ensemble à quel point la preuve sociale était un biais cognitif puissant. Mais attention, c'est aussi un biais dangereux : mal utilisé, il va se faire un malin plaisir à se retourner contre vous !
Est-ce que vous croyez que les journaux qui parlent de suicide à la Une souhaitent la mort de leurs lecteurs ? Certainement pas ! Et pourtant...
Et Wikipedia, d'après vous, ils le font EXPRES de pas faire un appel au don efficace ? Evidemment que non.
Bref, on va voir ensemble que de la drogue au don du sang, en passant par le bois fossilisé, il y a un tas d'exemples qui montrent que la preuve sociale est souvent mal employée.
Et que, évidemment, c'est aussi le cas dans la vente. Mais on peut y remédier !
