In mezzo ettaro di orto sociale, tra il litorale della Plaia e la zona industriale di Catania, sta crescendo il futuro di alcuni migranti. Nella terra messa a disposizione dall’Istituto tecnico agrario Eredia saranno loro stessi a pianificare lo sviluppo virtuoso di due nuove realtà produttive. Come in un giro di boa, stanno vivendo un riscatto dalle precedenti esperienze di caporalato. Nei prossimi mesi gestiranno due start-up, il loro obiettivo è farle crescere in autonomia e a lungo termine.
