Intervista a Nicola Fiasconaro che fa il bilancio di questo anno difficile: “E’ andata molto bene a un certo punto abbiamo dovuto sospendere gli ordini perché avevamo esaurito il prodotto”. Soddisfatto per il boom del panettone artigianale, Fiasconaro lancia una proposta: “C’è da studiare a questo punto un nuovo disciplinare perché un prodotto da ricorrenza per chiamarsi panettone, pandoro o colomba deve avere dei requisiti. Il disciplinare che c’è in questo momento vale solo per l’Italia. Serve un disciplinare che valga per tutti i Paesi dell’Unione europea”
