that aren't. Who knows. We'rereally just here to have a good time.
Now. You might have noticed,if you follow us on Facebook,
that a few things changed this week. Sadly, our originally planned guests could
not make it tonight, but Iam beside myself about the guests we do
(02:02):
have for tonight. We have theincredible jewels Darling and Sasha Magnolia now and
their own performing personas. They couldn'tbe more different, but you might notice
they look rather similar. That's right, kids, we are twinning this evening.
That's right. We have our firstset of twins on the show.
(02:25):
Well, technically our second set,but our first set was not on the
same episode, but they will benext week. But we'll get to that
in a little bit. I didwant to take a moment to also address
the fact that Scarlett will not bejoining us this evening. Scarlett, we
love her, we adore her,but she has made the very smart choice
(02:45):
to take care of herself right now, so she is taking a step back
from the show. I'm very proudof her for this decision. I know
it was not an easy decision. We love her dearly and she knows that
her spot is here for her whenevershe wants to come back. But she's
not going to join us this evening, and that is perfectly fine. We're
still going to have an amazing episodetonight. Let's see who's watching. You
(03:07):
know what, before we see who'swatching, Let's talk about me. Let's
talk about a little who, whatand where? Who am I? My
name is jade Vere. I ama drag performer based out of Central PA.
I've been performing for four hundred andthirty seven years now. I love
doing drag. It's what wakes meup in the morning and keeps me going.

did you survive the Witch trials?Who said I did? Anyway? Reese
says Ice Queen. I'm feeling verysugarplum fairy tonight. I'm not gonna lie.
I like this look. I'm purpleperfection. That's how I feel in
(07:55):
drag. I love purple. Ithink it just it works for me.
Not a big fan of but whenI'm not in drag, but when I'm
in drag, I'm definitely feeling thepurple. Shane Petro is watching. I

(09:31):
the more we can put into thisshow. Oh, Robin and Vickie got
their tickets for Diva's Fantastic I waswatching but silent because doing stuff valid.
You know, it's funny. Ilove painting live online, but I always
know it's gonna take me longer, and that's fine, you know. Usually.
I got to talk out of schoolthis week, and it was very
(09:52):
rewarding. Some of the teachers werea little weird about having a drag queen
in class, but none of themcame and listened, so they just judged
without understanding the situation. So that'sa thing. But a lot of the
kids, like asked me about mymakeup, asked me about my drag,
asked me about my life, andit was rewarding I did sort of.
(10:15):
I started second guessing myself because Iwas given the opportunity to or the option
to go as a boy, andI thought, no, no, that's
not the same message. I amwalking into this school in a conservative area
in drag and confident because that's whatthose kids needed to see. And I
don't regret my choices. I regretthat it might have affected the people who
(10:39):
put them put it all together, and that's upsetting to me. But I
needed those kids to see someone strongand empowered and queer and just living their
life to the fullest. So therewe go. Any Way, I think
it is time to meet our oneguests for the evening. I'm going to
(11:01):
bring them both out here at thesame time. We are still going to
do a little who, what andwhere, But this is going to be
exciting because two for the price oftwo basically is what is going on.
I'm super excited to chat with themand get to know them a little bit
better. So everyone, let's welcometo Inside the Drag Closet. Jules Darling
(11:22):
and Sasha Magnolia. I alrighty kids, Well we're gonna do it one at
a time. Who wants to gofirst? With a little who what and
where? Sasha can go first.Sasha can go first. Alrighty girl,
give us a little who what andwhere about you? So? My name
(11:43):
is Sasha Magnolia. I have beendoing drag for seven years, I think
something like that. Currently wearing Onceon This Island T shirt from what I
saw it on Broadway would night beforeit closed. It was amazing, some
old Davy fucking some random ass fuckingthing. I don't know. Um,
(12:07):
all my drags packed up because I'mmoving in a month. Um. You
can find me a three on Instagramand keep an eye out there because the
currently I don't have any shows comingup. That's all in the works.
Changing around with producement producers that wewere working with in the past. Fantastic.
(12:31):
And how about you, Jules.I'm Juels. I do both bur
less variety and a little bit ofdrag. Um. I'm currently wearing my
bass layer for work because I haveto work tonight at eleven overnight shifts.
(12:54):
M I'm mostly in the Central PAarea. I don't have a lot of
performances right now because of work. But aside from that, I stage Kitten
occasionally at different events. Um,just helping out doing backstage stuff, mostly
(13:16):
fantastic. Oh we got another visitortoo. Who is that? It's it's
a Randy Ah so cute. Hello, Buddy could not be less impressed with
me. That's that's valid. Hedoesn't he doesn't even know what he's doing.
(13:37):
Oh the same. Anybody who watchedthis this show every week knows Jay
doesn't know what she's doing at all. Literally, the comments section, it's
just like puppy. There's a dog. Puppy performers. Nobody cares about the
drag. The moment we have adog, We're done. So look at
that. Look at the space,Look at the space, look at all.
(14:01):
Oh hello, So I want toknow, as twins um, what
is it? What is it likeboth being in the performance world. How
often do you get mistaken for eachother? I've never had that issue.
(14:24):
Jewels, on the other hand, will tell you many a stories about walking
through Philadelphia back in the day whenwe both lived down in Jersey and people
would constantly be like, oh mygod, Nasha Magnolia or oh my god,
insert boy name oh my god,it's you. It's you, and
(14:45):
it's like, nope, nope,I'm the other one constantly, and it
used to piss him off way toomuch. I think it was the right
amount of pissed off. I ammy own I am my own person.
We have very different hair colors andvery different hairstyles and very different ways of
(15:09):
dressing now even back then, Wellno, I'm saying like now that we're
like adults because like when we werein school together, we did, we
were We've been doing performing like intheaters since two thousand and four. Yeah,
we performed in theaters, dance companies, all of that together, doing
(15:31):
different shows. So then it wasunderstandable because we were in the same shows.
We were doing the same things. Now we're in our own different areas.
Sasha does mostly drag. I doat Sasha only to drag. I
do a little bit of burlesque andvariety stuff as well as I'm also into
the leather stuff. So we haveour own different scenes that we have kind
(15:54):
of matured into, which was totallyon purpose, yes, because it was
so much. There was so muchof when we both came into the into
the Philly scene. It was Sashawas bursting into the drag stuff and I
didn't really have anything, and thenI found the leather and the variety stuff
(16:15):
and I was like, cool, you have your stuff. I'll have my
stuff separate. I have a funnystory about I believe it was the first
time I met Sasha because I rememberwalking up to you and just not knowing
you were twins, and instantly thinking, why is Jules in drag? Like
(16:41):
what is the connection? Because itwas at a pageant, I was like,
how do they I was so goodof this this I think this was
at the America Pageant. Oh mygod. When I was with um Kenra,
Oh wow. I was so confusedbecause my brain is like I didn't
(17:04):
think Jules and Kenra were closed, and I'm like, never did it cross
my mind? And then I thinkJules was there, and I'm I was
I was done. I was like, oh okay, okay, now I'm
okay. Oh yeah, We've beenconfusing people for many, many years.
(17:30):
I think my favorite story you'll rememberthose Jules. We were at a family
event in Maryland and my grandmother wassitting across the table from us, and
she made the mistake of saying,oh yeah, I can only tell them
apart by what they're wearing. Mymother looks at us and says, go
to bathroom and change. So wedid, and we like made sure that
(17:59):
every thing was different, so theswitch shirts we should choose like everything.
We walk back out and she callsus the wrong game, and we're like,
gotcha, that's amazing. Robin justsaid, um, she can relate
to that. Whenever someone mistakes herfirst sister they say wrong number. Oh,
I like that. I'm sealing that. That's fun. I love that.
(18:26):
I am definitely seeling that. That'sa good one. That is.
I have a fun question for thetwo of you, what is one thing
you wish you had that your siblinghas dogs. That's not where I was
going with that, but that makessense. We broke sasha stable relationship.
(18:56):
I'm gonna jump in with this storybecause the bitch came out the closet six
years after me roughly realistically, neveractually came out of the closet, kind
of just like, oh yeah,hi, I'm queer whatever. He went
(19:18):
for his first pageant title, whichwas Philadelphia Fetish and one first time going.
I had already done four pageants atthat time and only placed closest first
alternate. He's had more relationships thanI have. I've had zero. He's
I don't even know how many becausethey're like poly cube and what shit.
(19:38):
And he's and he's married and hehas a house. I'm finally getting a
house. But like came out waylater than me and all these things,
and now it's like, oh,I got everything you wanted, bitch shady,
I love it. So we gota question from the audience, and
(20:03):
I kind of dig this one. This is a cute question. What are
you asking Santa for this year?Right? That's such a good who has
an answer? Money? I neverknow what I want for Christmas at this
point buying a new house. I'mbuying a new house, so a lot
(20:26):
of my Christmas presents are going toend up being for the house and not
necessarily for me. The one thingI did request was DNA tests for my
dogs to know what breeds they areexactly, because they're both kind of question
marks. We know Randy's a beaglemix, but we don't know what he's
mixed with, and Scooby just whofucking knows, So that's fair. I
(20:51):
dig that. I'd probably say anythingdungeons and Dragons related. I play a
weekly D and D game, andso like, I really want some more
like D and D like players, books that give information about what things about,
like different classes and things, andalso dice. I am a whore
(21:15):
for dice. Dice for a Dungeonsand Dragons player is such a cop out
gift, it is, but they'realso kind of like crack, like you
just you can't have enough. Buthere's the thing, if you get if
you get your Dungeons and Dragons player, like a very specified one. Like
a couple of years ago, Iwas playing and my one friend who was
playing in the same campaign with me, I was a druid and turned into
(21:37):
a tiger and like crashed a wedding. So she got me tiger themed dice
where all of the like the maximumthe maximum number on the dice is a
tiger face. Like that's cute. That's good, Jade. What did you
ask for Christmas for this year? You know, it's funny. My mother
(21:59):
in law always wants me to doa Christmas list, and I feel so
weird about that. I want tobe surprised. I don't like asking for
things. I I'm just grateful forthe things I get um, that's what?
Oh right? I just I've I'vealways felt pressure around the holidays.
(22:22):
Um. Nothing my family ever did. I just I always feel like if
I don't do it right. AndI love my in laws, but they've
really my mother in law loves theholidays and I'm just like, I'm do
just get me stuff. I toldmy husband to create my Christmas list list
year, like, what do youthink I need? Um? Because I'm
(22:42):
with you, Sasha, I wouldlike money, right, I could use
to pay I don't need to hearyour things, pay my bills exactly.
I feel really good. UM.Question from Alicia Stair. Have you all
ever performed together? And what wasit? If not, would you and
(23:04):
what would you perform? Ooh can? I did go? For so many
many moons ago, I was ina competition show called um Drag Wars.
It was hosted by the questionable Mimi. I'm first one of the weeks.
(23:27):
The theme was freak show like Americanhorror story freak show. It was right
around the same time, so itwas like that was the theme and one
of the one of the like umprompts prompts was conjoined twins and I'm like
I'm literally a twin. If anyof you fuckers take this, I will
(23:48):
kill you. It was I wasvery very adamant about getting it, and
I did. So we came outmatching outfits. We were conjoined at the
head, started out with UM,we are Siamese if you please, the
little the Little Cat song, um, and then went into like a slew
of other songs. What is thisfeeling? Um fuck you by Lily Allen
(24:15):
Um, And I'm telling you endedup with the slasher in the bedroom,
in the bathroom and Jason like angelsscouts me on stage and I'm left crying
on the floor and then it justgoes into Oh, it was honestly iconic.
(24:40):
It's somewhere on my Facebook page. But it's my favorite thing we've ever
done together. I am looking forthat now because that is ridiculous. Oh
it was. It was a lotof this ago, but it was a
lot of fun. Go ahead. We've also performed so since we are twins.
(25:06):
Our mother belongs to a group calledthe New Jersey Mothers of Multiple Clubs,
also known as Twins Clubs. Soit's it's for mothers who have had
more than one child at a time. Twins triplets, so on and so
forth. They have a yearly conventionin Atlantic City, and I want to
say it was four years ago weactually performed together as their Friday night entertainment,
(25:30):
and so we each did a coupleof numbers with some guests with some
guests as well, and we actuallywere like trying to get booked again for
the longest time, and we justfound out recently that we were booked for
this coming November twenty twenty two.In twenty twenty two, so we already
(25:51):
have our wonderful host here as oneof our guests for that as well as
someone from Philly, so we willbe performing it together again. She's actually
done this show before. If anybodyhas been for around, it's the absolutely
fabulous Asia Monroe. Oh. Ilove her. Asia is incredible. We
(26:15):
love her here. She is oneof my favorite performers in the entire world.
I've actually been very blessed recently inthe past year or so since covid
to work brunch with her at Taboopretty frequently and have gotten really close with
her, designed a few costumes forher. Very very wonderful person. She
(26:36):
is so young and so talented andso old school drag, and it's something
that I absolutely adore about her. She's old school drag with a modern twist
and such a wonderful human being,so amazing. Yeah, there was another
(27:00):
question here, and it of courseis coming from a twin. Did you
all ever do the April Fools prankwhere you switched classes during school? No?
Absolutely not. There were far toomany people who could tell us apart.
And my mother always said, ifI find out that y'all switched spots
(27:23):
in school, you're grounded for ayear. And she would that's keeping it
PG. She probably said some otherthings, but and the thing is that
she totally would find out though weswitched spots, because there was one time
in high school I started dating thisgirl and we were only dating for like
(27:44):
a week, and my mother knew, like we didn't even make an official
like it wasn't even like an officialthing. It was just like we were
chatting, like we were chatting alot via text message, and my mother
fucking knew she has this way,So we would never We never did.
We never would have because we wereterrified that she would find out and we'd
be grounded. Wow, that's wild, huh. I had another question in
(28:15):
mine. But now I'm like, now it's gone. It's this wig.
I blame this wig. It's eatingmy soul. You can blame the wig.
I'm blaming the weed. There yougo. We have more people popping
in tonight. That's fantastic. Oh, even more twins. Fantastics another drag
(28:44):
twin too. M there's a lotof us. You know. It's funny
when I was when I was inhigh school, it always seemed to be
a weird thing. In all thetwins I met, one ended up straight
and one would always be gay.How do you two feel about that?
(29:11):
I would I would say that itprobably has to do with whether or not
they were fraternal or not. Okay, because a lot of the twins that
I know that are identical are eitherboth straight or both gay or some form
of queer. Ah. I hadnever really thought about that. Because the
(29:33):
other thing is that it's it's literallybeen proven that being queer of some form
is part of your DNA. Andif you're born from the same embryo and
like you're you're split, that makesyou're identical. So you're more likely to
have similar DNA than if you werefraternal twins. You would have two different
embryos building different DNA stacks, Soput a little science in there for it.
(30:00):
I don't like science. That wasjust a lot. I don't everything
you just said. Huh. Ido know fraternal twins who one straight and
one's gay. Um, but that'swild. I never would have thought of
that because the twins I'm thinking of, um like one twin super butch,
(30:26):
military family man, the other screamingqueen. But they're identical, just right.
One the press and some ship orthe dick is just that good.
Alrighty, kids, we are goingto take a quick commercial break. When
(30:48):
we come back, we are goingto have a rapid fire session of just
Asked Jade, where you can askme anything for five minutes and I will
answer whether you like it or not, and then we will continue our conversation
with Jules and Sasha. So don'tgo too far. We'll be back in

(34:53):
oh four. You have until nineten to ask me anything you want and
I will answer, so I do. See. We have a lot of
questions for um, Sasha and jewels, but let's get to some of these
fun ones. Um. What isone of your favorite holiday treats? Oh?
(35:15):
What is it called? Um?It's a It's a German kind of
cookie. Um. Oh, Iforget what it's called. But we used
to have it in the house allthe time and it's just delicious. Oh.
Now I have to look it up. I don't remember what it's called.
I will figure this out or Iwill remember by the end of the
episode. Um. What is aChristmas present you wish for as a child
(35:38):
but never received? Um? Allof the gem dolls? Any gem doll?
I remember? I ended up withAsha just because my friend didn't want
to play with her and I lovedAsha. She was my favorite, so
she gave me Asha, but Iwanted all of them. Um. What
(36:00):
is your favorite Christmas song? Um? Uh? Not a big holiday person
on Ironically, UM, twelve Daysat Christmas, just because there's so many
good parodies of it out there.Um, do you want us to bring
anything of the twenty second? Iwant you to one bring a hoodie you
(36:23):
don't mind getting dirty, and tobring what makes you feel powerful, because
we're going to base your drag onthat. O'Ryan wants to know what is
your least What is your least favoritemusical you have ever been in? Anything
Goes? I love the show.I just didn't enjoy the process of doing
(36:45):
it, simple as that. Um, yeah, yeah, that's that's it.
Any other musicals I've been in thatI didn't enjoy. Um. I
did make up for South Pacific once. Um, before we were as enlightened
as we are now. Um.I was hired by a high school to
(37:07):
come in and paint all of theseCaucasian kids to look like they were Pacific
Islanders. Luckily we have all learned, we have grown, and that are
those are mistakes we will not makeagain. Um. What is your favorite
childhood dinner? Shrimp fried rice?It still is my favorite food or it's
(37:27):
one of my favorite foods. Ilove shrimp fried rice. It's my favorite
thing. Um. Este Lauderdale, what is your favorite place to eat at
the mall? Oh? It reallydepends on the mall. Uh. The
mall closest to us is the CapitalCity mall. Um. There's a really
(37:50):
good sushi place there. Um.But there's a noodle place there too that
is remarkable, and that's there isa Chinese place in there that used to
be at a different mall, andthat's where I would go on my lunch
break in college. I would alwaysget Chinese food. What is your favorite
(38:12):
artist to perform and your stunning thankyou? Um? Favorite artist? Um?
I I don't know, you know, honestly, Madonna, I have
a goal in my career. Iam going to perform every track on the
Ray of Light album. At somepoint, it's going to happen. Kenneth
(38:36):
wants to know what do you wantDerek to get you for Christmas? Money?
What he thinks I need? Honestly, I am really bad about picking
stuff out for myself. Vicky wantsto know what is one thing you're excited
about going into twenty twenty two.Tune into our last episode of the month
(38:58):
and you will find out. Yeah, it's going to be an exciting episode.
We're making a huge announcement that night. Oh Ryan, what is your
go to drink? Water? Water? All day, este rebar or Dolly
Dolly Love Dolly. Alrighty, wehave one more minute Calado's watching, Hello
(39:20):
sweetheart? How are you? Onemore question? And then we're going to
bring our guests back. So whowants it? M? I'm getting a
Facebook message? Who's that? UM? I just got a message from one
of the kids that I met atthe school this week. What would have
to be your favorite smell? Favoritesmell is cotton candy. I love the
(39:46):
smell of cotton. No two ofthem, cotton candy or cucumber, just
refreshing, Stay Lauderdale. Diet water. Yes, my favorite drink is diet
water. That's water without the chunkybits in it. Ryan got the last
question, if you could own anyanimal for a pet. I'm pretty sure
(40:12):
everyone would expect me to say apanda. But they are very high maintenance
and I am a very busy person, so that would not be the question,
or that would not be my answer. I would not feel right having
a pet because I could not devotethe time to them that they deserve.
And Vicky also asked paper or plasticstraws? Paper all day. Derek says
(40:32):
the chunky bits are called ice.Don't tell me how to live my life.
I no, I don't want thatin my water. I don't want
to put on too much weight.Stupid. Anyway, Hey, let's bring
back our fabulous guests, who oneof which is currently dying over my last
answer. Let's bring back jewels Darlingand Sasha Magnolia. Oh, I'm just
(41:00):
the use that paper straws like.I get that they're really good for the
environment, but when they sit inwater for too long or any drink,
they start to deteriorate and then youget the inside parts in your mouth.
Give me a silicone straw or ametal straw or something reusable. I love
(41:20):
a metal straw like. That's usuallywhat I use at work all day.
So yeah, now let me scrollback up. Now that I asked for
all those questions, I have togo back and find the questions that we're
here for you too. I amso glad that the two of you are
having fun. I am having sucha great time. Oh, can I
(41:42):
answer one of the questions that yougot? Asked? Sure? Favorite Christmas
song? Because this is a throwbackthat not everyone will know, and it's
one that's literally my favorite. Iwanted to use this as a solo opportunity
during my high school show Quire Days. It's my Christmas Card to You by
the Partridge Family. Huh, giveit a listen. It is sweet is
(42:08):
it is quintessential like seventies music background, but the message of it is so
sweet and it's not overly Christian, which is nice. It's just like happiness.
I'm a I've always been one ofthose people. I'm a happy holidays
person. I love all the differentholidays that are going on right now.
(42:31):
We used to go down to Disneywhen I was in high school and we
always had to do a Christmas presentation, but it couldn't be overly religious.
We would do the Louisa chorus becauseit is a it is a classic and
it's something everyone knows. And thenwe did this incredible version of Hafa Nagila
(42:52):
one year. That song is tough. I personally love Joels will agree with
me on this one, and ifyou don't, I'm gonna fight you.
Um Light One Candle by Peter PaulaMary. We used to do a very
very beautiful choral arrangement of it.And as a tenor, it's I mean,
(43:15):
tenors are a diamond a dozen, but the high tenor harmonies on there
were like so choice, so good, and it's one of the very few
hanaka songs that exist. True.Yeah, I also really love um.
Another throwback through jewels, will appreciatethe Twelve Groovy Days of Christmas. What
(43:40):
No five Golden mood rings. Iam write it down, write it down.
It is so fucking good. Oneof my favorites that I've started performing
this year is the Twelve Day daZe of Christmas by Faye McKay. She
(44:05):
already in love with it, rightshe um. I don't know when she
started, but she's been performing. She's been a lounge singer for ages,
and she literally just gets drunk ashell um during the number, and it's
like, it's it's beautiful. Itried to find a lot of my friends
(44:29):
perform it, but I found aversion I hadn't seen as much. So
I've started doing that one this yearand I love it. Oh. I
feel like I've I feel like I'veseen I think Fantacy's done that before,
yep. And it's it's good. It's so good. Um. By the
time she gets to eleven, she'sjust vomiting. Um. It's it's it's
(44:53):
a classic and there's videos of herliterally sitting in a recliner holding a microphone
performing it, just sitting there inher eighties, just live in her best
life. Oh yeah, so good. Um. So I did find some
(45:13):
of the questions. One of thequestions from bell Enderum, blender, stop
it. That took me a second. Um, if you had to start
in a movie, what role wouldyou like to play? I'd be the
mom. Does it have to belike human? No, bitch, if
(45:42):
you do not say the diva plavalaguno from the Fifth Element. I was
actually going to opt in to beUm the beanstock and Yang bean stock what
It's not clear by me sitting down, I'm six foot five out of drag
and wear nothing but six and chiels, so I am seven feet tall and
(46:07):
it is that is what I wouldbelieve, That is what I would play.
I love that. How about you, Jules. I'd just go for
comedic relief. I a good Agood example of that is um, oh
fuck, what's his name? Umsaying in the rain the song makes the
(46:34):
guy who does make him laugh? And singing in the rain? Why why
am I completely blanking? I cansee his face? No same make him
laugh? Um? Donald O'Connor.Yes, that is like the quintessential example
of what I want to be.Like the roles that he plays, it's
(46:59):
just dancing and comedy at the sametime. Yeah, I love it.
Some good shit for me. O'Ryanhas a really good question here. This
is a mess and I love it. Surprise you now have to create a
number based on one of the giftsin twelve Days of Christmas? What are
you doing? It doesn't like doesit have to be the original twelve Days
(47:22):
of Christmas? Or can I dothe twelve Groovy Days of Christmas? Because
I'm making a hole mix off ofthe fucking five Golden mood Rings go far.
Oh my god, that'd be cute. Just throw a Quarius in there,
all seventies job that I love that. There's m M. I don't
(47:47):
know. I'm gonna go three Frenchhens. That's just because you're obsessed with
Cox. Noally that that's literally it, because I would make it. I
would make it. I would dolike a parody version of it and have
it just be three French cocks, just dicks everywhere, dicks the Tuesday night.
(48:14):
Now I feel uncomfortable because I wasgoing to do the maiden's milking.
But I'm like, no, that'skind of the same thing. Now it
will be a duet, It'll bea duet duet, it's a group number.
Yeah, I mean definitely as agroup. Well, Cassie Hunter wants
(48:36):
to know, So your mother alwaysknew, but do you all have a
secret language or twin telepathy? Soone of my mom's favorite things to one
of my mom's favorite stories to tellabout us is when we were super young,
we went outside and it was likeour first snow that we like could
(48:57):
like actually do anything in because likethere was this blizzard when we were born,
but like we weren't allowed to goout in a blizzard because we're like
three days old. So we werelike three or so, and we went
outside. One of us grabbed asnowball, came inside, looked at the
other one, and just the lightwent off over our heads and we both
ran into the kitchen and just ranit underwater. I thought we threw it
(49:22):
at her. Oh no, yeah, But there are other times where like
we were on like the same wavelength. We don't we don't necessarily have like
a like a secret language, butwe're definitely on the same wavelength. And
definitely know what the other is thinkingof a lot of the times. Oh
yeah, wild. That kind ofties into the next question here from another
(49:45):
twin, the lovely Miss Tricksy Valentine, would like to know what is your
favorite part of being a twin.I like that you both made the same
face right now and it was nothing, no, no, shut up,
bitch. I'd say my favorite partof being in twin is having someone to
(50:12):
call and just complain about shit too. Truth I he works overnights from eleven
to nine am. I start myjob at nine am, and he will
call my office and talk shit withme for a good thirty minutes. Every
day. I will call him whenhe's starting to wake up and we will
(50:34):
talk shit for forty five minutes andwe just it's really great to have.
It's like a built him best friendand definitely something it's very cliche to say
that, but it's something that wedidn't realize we had until after we grew
up and he moved out. He'sbecause honestly, living together was hell.
(50:55):
Oh yeah, we fought all thetime, but now that he had two
hours away from me, I callthem all the time, yeah, FaceTime,
whatever, every single day. That'scool. I love that I was
an only child up until I waseighteen. No, I was Yeah,
(51:19):
I was eighteen, and so Inever had like the sibling experience until I
was an adult. So I lovehearing about it because it's so alien to
me. Um. Sorry, I'mresponding to one of the questions privately,
but yeah, and I love thatyou're you get along so well. Now,
(51:45):
what's it like when you two fight? Not pretty? So what Sasha
looks like on a daily basis? Why you got say that? Just because
I don't have eyebrows. Yes,I shave my eyebrows a whole year before
(52:07):
I actually started performing, because whenI started learning my I took me.
I practiced my makeup for a fullyear before actually doing anything on stage because
I was like, I'm not goingto walk out there and look ugly.
I would cover my brows and Ibruised my browbone like four times. I
(52:27):
was like, you know what, shave them off? Have him grown them
back? Since I was seven yearsago, and I still remember the one
time that you looked straight at someonewho has had cancer with a fucking beanie
on your hole eyebrows and no beardand goes, Hi, my name's Luke.
(52:52):
You're a terrible human being. Ohshe laughed. Oh oh okay,
laugh was hysterical. I don't rememberwho that was. I remember it.
It was b Oh my god.You know she had the person who had
who has had cans or the personwho's banned from Russia and she actually had
(53:15):
leukemia. That's the bab and that'swhy she loved it. Oh my god.
No, your audience, kids,no you Um. We have an
interesting question here and something we haven'treally talked about on inside the Drag Laws
before. O'rian would like to know, Jules, I have never heard of
(53:36):
a leather artist before as a performancegenre. What do you do? Um?
So it's not necessarily so much meas a performance genre, like I
don't perform leather. Um, Iam actually uh technically a leatherman. I
enjoy leather. I go to Ibelong to a leather club. We're a
(53:59):
social club who raises money for differentcharities. That's me and my husband,
both of us. Pride. That'sno, that was that was Central Pa
Pride, the year that I wona Pride of course, Mum. I
(54:19):
actually used to work as a leatherartisan. I was an apprentice for three
years, I made a whole bunchof leather gear. I where leather I
go to different events. The leathercommunity is really supportive of lots of different
body types and we overall help raisea lot of money for different charities,
(54:44):
most of them featuring HIV and AIDS. So it's not a performance stuff,
but it is definitely part of mylife in a very big way. Some
of the biggest um fundraising events, very specifically for HIV and AIDS issues,
(55:06):
come from the leather community, andthey are so supportive and do a lot.
And it's one of those weird situationswhere people are so quick to put
down the leather community when you don'tunderstand it. You know, the leather
community does so much for the queercommunity in general. They're also very welcoming
(55:28):
to everyone, even if you're nota member of that community. I mean,
personally, I'm not in the leathercommunity, but every single year in
the Philadelphia Pride Parade, I havewalked with Jewels and the Philadelphia Leather Clubs
down the parade route in full drag, and they've accepted it. They're just
(55:51):
like, absolutely, come on in. It's a whole family, and they're
not just like, they're not clickthey're not clicky like drag queens can be.
It's very refreshing. Yeah, andI will say I feel like the
main reason that we're that the leathercommunity is so accepting and so charitable is
(56:13):
because for the longest time, backback back back back, like the seventies
and eighties, when it was verypolitical, being gay was seen as being
like on the outskirts and being adelinquent, and the leather community has always
(56:34):
embraced their delinquency. So they we'vealways stood up and been like, now,
this is who I am. Fuckif you don't like it. And
so we've created the safe spaces,we've created the different things, and that's
why they're so supportive of everyone inthe community and why they've raised a whole
bunch of money because they're like, now we see you doing the things that
(56:55):
you want to do. When we'rehappy that you're doing those things, come
and join us. I love that. That's such a good message. I
wish I wish the rest of theworld was like that. Yeah, oh,
guess who just popped in Miss AsiaMonroe mugs now Robin wants to know
(57:15):
this is I love having twins onthe show and twins watching. Because this
is such a perspective I wouldn't havethought of. Was it hard for you
to make twins make friends when youwere younger with the built in best friend,
We had a hard time making friends. I want to say yes and
(57:35):
I want to say no. Incertain aspects, it was harder in certain
aspects. It wasn't. For thevast majority of our school schooling time and
even our summer time we went toa summer theater program, we specifically requested
to be in different classes, sofor all of our school time we were
(57:57):
not in the same classes until untilin the high school when we took the
same career path because we went toa vocational school. But for the longest
time, we did not have Weweren't constantly in the same classes together,
and we weren't constantly in the sameshows together during our summer program, so
we had the ability to make friendswithout the other one right next to us.
(58:20):
Yeah, it did turn out thata lot of our friends overlapped and
it kind of just became, oh, we're all friends, Cole, and
we would hang out together outside ofschool and things like that. But it
was really nice to have the abilityand that was something that my mom actually
asked us when we were growing upkindergarten, we were in the same class,
and then after that she specifically asked, do you want to stay in
(58:43):
the same classes or do you wantto go into separate classes going forward?
And I'm very grateful for her askingthat because it did give us that opportunity.
I love that to create our ownpersonalities without the other one being there
constantly. And you know what's funnyabout that, Vicky, not a few
(59:06):
seconds after that question, basically exactsame question, I thought that. I
was like, I'm waiting for that. Yep, that's crazy. M My
husband Derek has a question as well. Has being a twin ever made either
of you feel like it was harderto be unique? Yes? Yeah,
for a very long time growing upbecause we had very similar lifestyle with like
(59:30):
performing and doing theater and all thatstuff. Everyone kind of grouped us together
as, oh, it's just thesetwo people, you're the same thing.
It wasn't until I found Drag andJoel's found the leather community that we kind
of were able to completely separate andlike become our own people and really come
(59:52):
into our own and figure out whatexactly we like, we both absolutely appreciate
every part of the other community person'scommunity, like I love my leather bears.
But leaving it at that, Julesloved in the drag community as well.
(01:00:19):
Has been around many of the timesfor almost all of my shows back
when they lived down here, andwould on more than one occasion help me
dress, which I know we weretalking about earlier having a dresser for any
kind of event, anything that you'redoing. He was always there for me.
It was really great for that andeven now I'm still there for a
(01:00:43):
lot of the queens up in ourarea. Yeah, like even specifically,
like when we have pageant nights ifthere's and I never really helped. I've
never specifically helped the pageant contestants, but like if I'm there, I'm helping
all of the guests performers, likeget sented, get in their keels,
do whatever they need. If youever need somebody to tie you into course
(01:01:07):
to go to this bitch. Isecond that I know how to tigh a
corset. You will not really breathe, but you will look amazing. Absolutely
facts I've I've been very much likeat different shows talking up I just got
a new corset. It's mesh,so it's still breeze, but it's cinchers
(01:01:29):
where it needs to. Uh.I actually just recently switched from wearing a
steelbone corset to just doing two differentwaste cinchers. Yeah. Still allows me
all of the flexibility that I didn'thave with the steel bones, because I
would still dance and do all thethings that I do. But I found
(01:01:51):
that, like my high kicks weren'tas high because I would get stuck or
when I would drop into a split, it would break open the themes on
the corset. But switching over tothe waist span, the waist insers that
are all elastic, still gives thefigure and allows the flexibility that is desperately
(01:02:15):
needed. It gives you the figurewithout the loss of sensation in your legs.
Yeah, you know, I didwant to add on to what Sasha
said earlier about us being grouped together. What she said is not wrong at
all. For the longest time, throughout all of our time that we were
part of from like literally like fourthgrade through to senior year, we were
(01:02:38):
part of a short choir and performinggroup down in South Jersey, and every
single time that we'd walk anywhere itwould just be hey, it's the insert
last name, but multiple everyone wasas the blanks. That was it.
Yeah, it was like we didhave her own individualized personality to the vast
(01:03:02):
majority of the people in the inthe shows. So it definitely did become
really nice once we were able tolike get out and do our own thing,
because like I go to my leatherevents and no one confuses me for
for Sasha, and she goes toher drag events and nobody confuses her for
me. And also but even then, like if I go it, but
(01:03:29):
like when I come and when Icome down to Jersey and Philly, and
like if I go to Asbury Parkfor anything, we're not being mistaken.
We're not being grouped together like theymight say, oh, you're like you
know this person, but I'm not. But we're not like, oh,
mashed together the entire time by everyone. So it's nice. Nice. I
(01:03:52):
like that. So I wanted toshare a photo that I found on Facebook,
and I just wanted the two ofyou to talk about it for a
little bit. Does that sound fun? Sure, it's a cute one.
So what do you kids think aboutthis lovely photo? Here? I think
(01:04:14):
I look fucking ridiculous. Why aremy eyes like that? I love that
photo. That is so for thoseof you who aren't aware, that is
Sasha, myself and our mother.Um. She's been a big supporter of
(01:04:35):
being who you are and living yourtruth no matter what. Yeah, us
both unconditionally, our entire lives.I remember act like a baby doll for
Christmas. I got a baby dollfor Christmas. When I finally came out
to her, this is my Ialways forget about this story. I had
(01:04:59):
been dating this all from like fourthgrade through eighth grade. We broke up
for a while because she called megay. I called her lesbian, and
her friend's stabby with a sport inthe launch room. It was a whole
ordeal. When I finally did comeout to her, it was after we
had broken up. She's like, why'd you break up with her? YadA,
YadA. I was like, we'regoing to different high schools. Yeah.
She's like, that's bullshit. Why'dyou break up with her? I
was like, I can't say.I was sitting at the computer and I
(01:05:21):
send her an email and all itsaid was I'm gay. And we're still
on the phone at this point, and she goes, oh, I knew
that, Like you put her tofucking clue poot me in. She's like,
you had to learn on your ownterms and come to accept who you
are for other people to accept you. And she's like, I've never tried
(01:05:42):
to change you. I've never triedto do anything like that. She's been
absolutely amazing, and it's still areboth of our number one supporters and will
forever be our number one supporter. That's incredible. Yeah, In fact,
I think so when I ran formy title, she wanted to be there,
(01:06:02):
and I think I told her thatI didn't want her there specifically because
there's a fantasy portion of the ofthe of the contest and I did not
know what the other person was goingto be doing. It was a little
risk, ay, I assumed asmuch. I mean details now. Meanwhile,
(01:06:29):
I have also performed in a weeklycontest and I had to lip sync
for my life and my balls mayor might not have popped out on stage
while she was in the audience. So are you here? H Nope,
(01:06:53):
And the screen just goes to theside. It's the funniest thing ever.
Oh, it was. It wasan experience, to say the least,
that it's beautiful. So like mymom, Like, like I said,
my mom's always been a big supporterof us. The very first time I
(01:07:13):
went to a leather event, uh, you'll notice in the photo that I
have a whip around my neck. That's uh, that's my six foot whip
that I absolutely love. It makesa great makes a great crack. Beautiful,
it's beautiful. I constantly would walkthrough Philadelphia Pride Festival, Like during
(01:07:36):
the Pride Parade, I'd just bewalking down the street whipping it, scaring
the crap out of the straits.Wonderful time, as one does, like
kids, as you do. Um. But the very first time I went
to a leather event that was semilocal, I purchased my very first flogger,
(01:07:56):
and I came home and I wasso excited about it. I showed
my mom and she just looks. She's she's holding it, and she looks
at me. She goes, doyou like being hit? Do you like
hitting people? And I'm like,it's a little bit of both, and
she goes, Okay, as longas you're happy and healthy and safe.
(01:08:17):
Oh that's saying. That is hersaying, as long as you were happy,
healthy and safe she's she's fine withit, and she's very she's very
happy to have us doing what wedo. Ah, that's incredible. To
have such a supportive parent is thebest thing in the world. Um.
(01:08:43):
Like I've told this story before.UM, I love my mother. When
I came out to her, herresponse was, oh, do you have
a job? Cool? That's that'snot what I was expecting. It's it's
not what I wanted. I wantedto fight, but okay, thank you
for your acceptance. Um. Yeah, And in the words of Trixie Mattel,
(01:09:06):
she could be she could not beless impressed with me. Um.
But I appreciate that because she hasher own life going on and she has
two other kids and they're in collegenow. And yeah, but I love
fully realized adult. M hmm, what is that a thing? I mean,
(01:09:30):
it's people adults. This is thename of my final form next.
Um. O'Ryan just said, mymother will be coming to see me perform
in Drag for the first time onthe eighteen. She didn't approve of me
getting into drags. So I'm morenervous for this show than my first pageant.
(01:09:51):
Any advice I always say, whenever, like in this kind of situation.
Just let it happen. Whatever reactionthey may have or they may not
have, that's not on you. It's their reaction. It's what they chose
(01:10:15):
to react with. That should notchange how you present and how you do
things. You need to stay trueto how you for what they say or
anything like that affect you. Alsosmoke a bowl. Fuck it, we'd
help everything, bitch. I would. I would also like to add,
(01:10:42):
maybe potentially don't do a number dedicatedto her at the event that because if
if she chooses to react not politely, that would be awkward as fun for
you and for the audience, butmore so for you, because that's just
like I poured my heart and soulout in in this number for you and
(01:11:05):
you didn't take it well. SoI would I would avoid doing a number
dedicated to her, even if it'sdedicated to her in your heart, don't
do it. Like if you havea song that you really like that you
know that she loves, maybe don'tdo that one because you're gonna be sitting
there in your heart being like, this one's for my mom. I really
(01:11:29):
hope she likes it, and thenshe doesn't, that's gonna be heartbreaking,
and I don't want you to gothrough that, because no one wants you
to go through that. Do thatif she starts coming to shows regularly,
yes, like that's a down theroad kind of thing. Yeah. O'rian
would also like to point out nicePokemon curtains by the way, thanks,
(01:11:51):
My husband made them for me.I have that same fabric somewhere in my
hoarde. Speaking of fabric, Sasha, you have a lot going on right
now construction wise, yes, SoI don't know if people from other areas
(01:12:15):
are going to be very ware, very well aware of it. I don't
know if it's bigue out in CentralPA if you not really big, but
some people know about the channels. The Mummers is the Philadelphias longest running m
I actually work for one of thecostume shops that make costumes for the Mummers.
(01:12:35):
So I have sixteen costumes sitting righthere next to me in arm's reach
that I am in the process ofputting together and putting sequin on. I
can show you a little glimpse. They look like this. It's very glittery,
very sequined. M They're not anywherenear done, but I have sixteen
(01:12:59):
to those and then been more elaboratewild lucky enough to be granted to be
gifted to industrial sewing machines so Ican sew anything. And I've been working
on getting my my pattern making andfiguring all that stuff together. And I've
got about one hundred and fifty yardsof various fabrics sitting in a pile on
(01:13:26):
top of a palette that I'm goingto eventually start working on creating new drags
costumes. But well, it's keepingme busy. How long ago was it
that there was a bit of aweird controversy about the Mummers parade because there
was a drag troope that performed andpeople thought that was not the Tea,
(01:13:48):
when in fact it was that thatwas Brittany Lynn and her drag mof That
was I want to say, aboutfive or six years ago. Now they're
still around. They still MUM.They're part of the Comics division. I
(01:14:12):
think originally originally they started off UMperforming in between the sets Vengeance Center UM
and they each club had like adrag queen that they were given and it
was like supposed to match the themeor something. That was like the year
(01:14:35):
before I became a Mumber, soI don't really know all that much information
about it, but they are stillaround. They're very much They're mummers have
been a little delayed on catching upto the times, to say the least.
They're specifically the comic. There arecertain groups that have done not so
(01:15:00):
good things i e. Blackface, transphobia, homophobia, all that fun stuff,
but as a collecting push past thatand get away from any of the
previous history that they have with thosetopics and are doing a pretty damn good
job, if I say so myself, of trying to be as inclusive as
(01:15:23):
possible, making sure that nothing isoffensive to any cultural like and no cultural
stereotypes or anything like that. Like, there are certain times that people have
done an oriental theme where they goin for the very elaborate Asian inspired outfits
(01:15:44):
from like years ago and all thisfun stuff. In order for them to
be able to do that, theyhave to get permission from the local communities
that represent that theme in order tomake sure that it's not offensive. They
have to go through all of thedifferent channels to make sure that everything is
as pc as possible and as accepting, And I'm very proud of that for
(01:16:11):
them. That's very smart. That'syou know that. It's it's part of
the systemic racism that has been apart of this country for ages, and
it's so nice to see a grouplike the Mummers going We're not going to
be a part of that anymore. We want to celebrate different cultures, but
we don't want to take away fromthose cultures or steal from those cultures.
(01:16:31):
So that's very smart. Yeah,it's it's been slow in process, I
feel, but over time with andI hate to say it like this,
but as the older people die andthe young people take over, things are
going to start shifting more into thecurrent day, which is where which is
(01:16:51):
where we luckily are on our waytowards. Yeah, I love that.
There was another picture here that Iwanted to talk about. Actually I showed
this picture already, but I justwanted Jewels to chat about this for a
second. This lovely picture here.Yeah, so that is me and my
(01:17:12):
husband. I think we were stilljust engaged at that point because we only
got married about a year ago.But that is both of us at Central
PA Pride here in Harrisburg. Thatwas the year that we did it in
the Capitol Park instead of down bythe river because the river had flooded and
(01:17:33):
it was gross. So they movedto the Capitol Park and it's been really
big success there now since they movedit. But we were just walking around
just having a wonderful time, andwe ran into people that we knew,
and they found out that we wereengaged, and they were like, oh
my god, we want to takea photo of you guys, because you
guys are like so happy, andso they took a photo of us and
(01:17:54):
we're both wearing leather. He's wearingour club vest, uh that and it
has all the pins on it,um, and I'm pretty sure. And
I'm wearing my my title sash, which I still have. Um, my
(01:18:15):
title is now defunct. So Iam now and for always your current reigning
Philadelphia finish whether you like it ornot. Yeah, we don't. I
know, I know someone in uh, Eric Jaffee down in Philly have done
to death. But before they starteddoing drag, they were um. They
(01:18:41):
used to do ukulele and used tosing live at different events. UM,
and they would always introduce themselves asthe world reigning Champion ukulele artist. Because
there was only ever one contest andthat was it. And they won.
They won the title back in liketwo thousand and eight, but there's no
contest after so they're the world ratingnational or like they're the world rating champion
(01:19:04):
of ukulele playing. I love that. That's amazing. So one thing I
want to talk about. Every weekmy husband comes up with an incredible drag
tip, and we're going to talkabout tonight's drag tip, and I would
like some feedback on this lyric's helpfuldrag tip. Having an assistant or a
(01:19:26):
dresser in the dressing room at ashow is a privilege, not a right.
It is solely your responsibility to policeyour entourage their bad behavior, and
your lack of action will absolutely affectyour future bookings. Yeah, no,
entirely as someone who has been adresser for multiple different performers in multiple different
(01:19:48):
genres, and everything you as asthe entourage and dresser are existing as an
extension of whoever you're dressing. Whateveryou do, whether it be good or
bad, goes right back to whoeveryou're dressing. So if you're at a
(01:20:10):
performer, if you're at a pageantand you're dressing for someone, and you're
making a fucking fool of yourself. You're making a fool of your of your
of your contestant, And it absolutelyis a right. It's not like it's
it's a privilege, sarlin or phrasegotten mixed up. It's a privilege because
not everyone has to dressers, andlike, sometimes you get to be a
(01:20:32):
dresser and you get to go backthere, and sometimes you find out like
someone doesn't have addressing. You're like, oh, let me step in and
help. But that's because they needhelp, not because they need a dresser.
You should be able to get dressedon your own. If you can't,
maybe we're a different adfit. Agreed. I there's sorry an outfit that
(01:20:58):
definitely need assistance. The alfit.I wear the round beautifully made rainbow corset
that I can't do myself, andJuels has helped me every single time I've
been in it, thank god, because unfortunately most of the other performers are
(01:21:21):
like, I don't know how totie a corset. I'm like, let
But it is definitely a privilege tohave because you need to make sure,
like Juels is saying that they areon their best behavior, you need to
police them because the second that theydo something wrong, it comes back to
(01:21:43):
you. So if they're getting sloppydrunk and they're getting kicked out of the
venue, I guess you might benext. It's you. Let's look at
that corset for a second, shallwe. Oh? Yes, actually made
the underdress for that too. Oh, that's so cute. It is a
(01:22:05):
full circle skirt with rainbow waiste andthen along the bottom line is just the
rainbow squares all the way around aswell. I learned very early on that
that is if I'm wearing that forany extended amount of time. Sneakers,
(01:22:27):
you don't got to wear heels withthat. That shit hits the floor.
Don't got to worry about it.Yeah, my husband wants to add to
his drag tip of the week.Outside of pageants, most performers for our
normal show do not need a dresserhalf of the time. It's just a
way to get a friend or aspouse into the show. That's very mean.
(01:22:47):
I mean I'm here for that though, like if I'm able well to
be like, oh, I know, it's because like I want them to
be at the show. Whether theycan afford it or not is their situation,
but I want them there and Iwant them to be able to support
and be able to be there. And it's it's easy enough to be able
(01:23:08):
to be like, hey, thisis my person. They're coming in,
they're helping me, even if theydon't help you at all. You got
them into the show for free. It's a good gesture for you as a
friend. I never have any issueswith that. Yeah, to make sure
that they're not being a fucking fool. And that's the thing, like full
disclosure. I was at a showthis week. The dressing room was fast
(01:23:31):
paced. It was five person show, so we were clipping along. But
one person in the dressing room sloppy, drunk and loud and just in our
faces, and I was done withthem. They started falling, they started
knocking stuff over, and I waslike, you need to not be in
(01:23:53):
here. And I looked at theperson who put the show together. Everyone
knows I am a very nice, very friendly person, but every once in
a while there's that jade in therethat comes out. And I looked right
at the guy who ran the show. I was like, you get him
out of here, or I willand I will hurt some feelings if I
have to, and he was likeI'll deal with it, thank you.
(01:24:17):
And you know, he was drunkand having a good time. But there's
a difference between drunk and having agood time and then causing a scene and
making the person you came with lookbad. And the girl he came with
amazing, sickening performer like I wouldlove to work with her again. We
totally clicked. We had never metbefore, and I want to work with
(01:24:40):
her again, but her friend wasa problem. I have one more thing
to add to this. You also, as performers and queens, help each
other out. Yes, not sitthere while somebody else is struggling. If
you see the somebody needs a zipup, if you see the somebody needs
a lacing into their corset. Help. We are a community. We are
(01:25:01):
not supposed to like, I getit. We're all trying to like get
ourselves ready. But if you takefive seconds to help somebody else out,
they'll do it in return. That'sone of the things that I've loved about
a lot of the shows that I'vebeen in is that the people I m
perform with are very much a familyto me. And we have a show
in Keiki and chat and sit therefor like two hours and just visit.
(01:25:25):
But when it comes time for theshow. It is like get the things
done, Hey, can you hitme? Hey? Can you one ZiT
me? Whatever somebody else needs, you jump in and do it. It
is part of keeping the show flowing. Whether there, whether they need the
help or not, you can alwaysoffer. I've slowly been learning that different
areas are not like that, andI don't understand it, and I'm not
(01:25:48):
gonna like literally, if I seea girl struggling with her outfit, I'm
like, girl, can I help? Like I'm also one of those people.
I don't wait until my number,Like I don't hang out after my
number. I go, I change, I get ready for my next number.
I'll hang out when the show isdone. I sit after my number.
(01:26:14):
They have been brunches, so wekind of have like sets where it's
like we do like everybody does theirnumber, the host comes out to the
stairs and we all get changed. We do the next set, same thing
and everything. I'm also a bigbitch and I sweat a lot, so
I need a minute to like sitthere with nothing like like no costume on,
justin like my undergarments and just likebreathe and pull down. And that
(01:26:34):
has been That is something I willalways but I'm also like a lot of
the stuff I wear it is justlike, oh, let me throw it
on, put some shoes on,boom, We're ready. I love that.
I'm the say there are so manytimes like there are so many embarrassing
photos of me just backstage at theshow, like handies and a bra and
(01:26:57):
that's it, just no way.But I'm still ready for me. They
don't even get panties for me thathave this went through. I love that.
Um. I wanted to talk upone more thing before we had out
for the evening, and it's uhsomething for the holidays. Let me get
(01:27:21):
the correct information in front of me. Um. So, my wonderful husband,
who just shared his drag tip withus, is doing a fundraiser right
now. His channel PA street Scenehas is making a Facebook event tomorrow and
this fundraiser is for the Famili's UnitedNetwork for foster Kids. So anybody who
(01:27:45):
donates to where is it at passUnderscore Kids X mess one hundred percent that's
on Venmo. By the way,one hundred percent of that money is going
to the Families United Network. So, and to draw attention to that,
my husband has decorated his car withthousands of Christmas lights. So if you
(01:28:12):
see the pa street scene of Volkswagen, make sure you say hello and make
sure you donate. Let those kidshave an amazing holiday season as well.
Jade, I'm going to punch yourhusband in the tech next time I see
him. Why because of the car? Yes, yes, just to check.
Is that blood splatter underneath of theChristmas lights? No, let me
(01:28:35):
let me pull up a picture withoutIt's actually a jawbreaker. He paints the
car every year. This year itwas a jawbreaker and the photo is uploading
right now. Oh that is socool. It's super cute. But yeah,
(01:28:56):
he wants to use very similar tothe dragon Leather communities. He wants
to use that car to raise moneyfor causes. So let's take another look
at it. Because now that allof the lights are on there, that
paint job is done so now herehe's got another fun project for it.
And he hasn't told me what itis yet. We'll find out. Yep,
(01:29:18):
keep us in exactly, Oh Iwill. He says thank you to
everybody. Now we are reaching theend of our episode. It is just
about ten o'clock. I know we'regoing to hang out for a little bit
after this. Don't you worry, but I wanted to give you both a
chance to say good night to everybodyout there, starting with Sasha. Any
(01:29:40):
last words for the kids at home, live your life, have fun.
If somebody has an issue with it, fuck him. Likely not actually,
Oh okay, I mean if youwant to consensually, consensually obviously why Also,
(01:30:03):
no, you're gonna act like youdon't want to think about everybody.
Huh he'll come up eventually. Arewe getting attitude? Yeah? You know
what you want for me? Whatyou want? Do I have an appearance
fee? Am I getting paid forthis? What is going on? He's
(01:30:24):
walking away? Oh boo, Thepuppy says good night. There it goes
up the stairs. Nice. Howabout you? I don't really punch a
bit, but make no no no, no no no no no, not
(01:30:47):
even consentially, just make sure thatthey hit you first, because then it's
self defense. Uh. Valid,Like, if you really want to get
into a fight with someone, makesure that they hit you first, because
then it is self defense. Well, thank you for tuning into our last
episode of Inside the Drag Closet kids. Uh there we go, Oh Randallopolis,
(01:31:15):
Mom, I want to lick allof your lipsticks off. No no
no, no, no, nono no. I want to thank the
two of you for being here andfilling in super last minute. I have
had such an amazing time tonight.I adore the two of you so much.
I still love the fact that Sasha, when I first met you,
(01:31:36):

I'm so happy to have both ofyou in my life. We definitely
need to hang out more. Everyoneout there, I want to thank you
for tuning in. You keep thisshow alive and you keep it lively.
