I'm doing really good. We have a lot to discuss.
We had some crazy things happen in the world this
week which kind of had a little impact on the markets,
but actually, in my opinion, it was not as much
as I expected.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
But crazy is the new normal.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
It is the new norm. We're going to do a
quick market update here today. We're going to talk about
stock options, futures for its, income strategies and those retirement strategies.

But a quick market update, as we know, we had
a market reach an all time high. On Tuesday, the
Nasdaq hit an all time high. If I have some
clapping here on the podcast, there we go, they're clapping
for you. But not everything hit all time highs, as
we know on Wednesday that it hit the high. Actually
I'm sorry it was Wednesday would have hit all time high,
(02:19):
wasn't it. So my mistake there, But S and P
five hundred almost had those highs that did not hit
the high on on Tuesday or Wednesday. We know what
happened Thursday and Friday, and the Dow Jones just not
quite there, lagging just a little bit on that still
about let's call it four percent or so from the highs.
(02:41):
So we're getting very near that and some interesting supply
zones overhead, potentially on a smaller timeframe, but we know
there's gonna be great moves in these markets. The Russell
currently twenty one, twenty and forty three, very far off
this all time high, going back to the doll jones
over forty three thousand that hit this week, NASDAK twenty
two two hundred and thirty ish, and the S and

P five hundred darn near six one hundred. So depending
on when you're listening to the show, it could be
sixty one hundred. Quite frankly, if you listen to it
a week from the road down the road, it could
be sixty one hundred. You never know because the markets
are moving so great right now, which is bringing so
many opportunities to the public if you know what you're doing.
And that's some of the things that we're going to
(03:25):
talk about here today on investing in Trading Live is
having a strategy designed to tackle these markets to make
smart investing decisions. But you got to know a little
bit of knowledge. You have to know a little bit
about what's going on out what is your insight and
your take on this week's activity.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Well, as I mentioned, the crazy is maybe the new norm,
you know, and we've seen a lot of these big
moves up and down based on comments Center made, tweets
Center made and as I think I mentioned in last
week's show, you can't predict what someone is going to
say tomorrow, which someone's going to do tomorrow. But what
you can do is take advantage of what the impact

of what they say is. What we find and this
is a great thing for us, is that the what's
been moving the market really quickly here over the last
probably five six months, is just more quickly driving price
into an area where we can take advantage of it,
you know. And here's what we see, Josh. You know,
(04:23):
we've got a bunch of students that come in under
people come in that want to become students every week.
And why are they coming in, Well, they know that
there are people that do extremely well in the financial
markets and they're not one of them. What they want
to be, they want to know how to do this
well and the problem is they just don't realize what's important.
And it's not what you trade, it's how you trade it.
(04:46):
It's being able to basically follow money flow. The key
to success is as closely as possible tell where money
is likely to flow next. And there's only one thing
that really can cause price to move up, our price
to move down, and that's the relationship between buyers and sellers.
More buyers price is going to go up, more sellers
(05:06):
price will go down.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
But who is controlling the majority of that money flow.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
It's not me, It's not you, no, unfortunately, it's people
that have hundreds of millions or billions of dollars. It's
basically activity that happens on the floor of the exchanges,
or with big companies like Goldman Sacks jpmore, with people
like Warren Buffett. People have enough money to move price,
but they do it in a way that is kind
(05:34):
of kept from the public. You know, they want to
keep a secret. So what we've done is to develop
a strategy that all of our students use that helps
them to see before the rest of the market catches
on where Wall Street is betting a stock is going
to go. Because wall Street is what moves price.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
And it's odds and probabilities. Because that's what you need
in your investing or trading strategy is odd high odds,
high probabilities, and that's where supplying demand comes into play.
That's your entry.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
Points, right, Yeah, and that's exactly right. The two one
are the words that's really important is probabilities. And all
the successful traders will tell you out there they're successful
because they use a strategy and they use techniques that
give them high probability along with high profit but also
low risky. Remember when Wall Street takes a position in something,
(06:23):
when Warren Buffett is going to buy something, or goldenss
Axe is going to buy something, they only do it
when they believe that there is a strong possibility they're
going to make money with it. And if they're doing
that and you can see what they're doing that they're
trying to hide, that will show you how to find
you can trade right along with them. You don't want
to trade against them, but if you trade with the

people that are successfully moving the price of the markets
or individual assets, you have an opportunity to really improve
the results that you're getting.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
And that's the key of investing in treating is first off,
having that plan to do that. But that's why we're
having so many people flood the gates here at Trading Cat.
To me, we're local here in Bloomington, an academy that
trains the skills of investing and trading, and it all

or maybe it's trying to build a retirement account or
just protect a retirement account. There's different things that you
