I biancos battono i bianconeri 1-0 con gol di Bellingham, un risultato che lascia l'amaro in bocca agli ospiti i quali avrebbero meritato il pareggio.
Si potrebbe parlare anzi, addirittura di un pizzico di rimpianto per non essere riusciti a concretizzare al meglio le azioni costruite senza timore reverenziale, con Vlahovic lanciato a rete fermato dalla classe di Courtois.
Non meno clamorosa, anzi da strapparsi i capelli l'occasione capitata al belga Openda allo scadere che ha sul piede la palla dell'1-1 ma non calcia con abbastanza forza e Asencio ci mette una pezza.
Il ko complica la classifica in Champions League, ma almeno la prestazione nel suo complesso da speranza per il prossimo impegno con la Lazio, se volessimo vedere il bicchiere mezzo pieno.
