Słyszymy, że "Zetki" to pokolenie leniwe, uzależnione od technologii, zbyt wymagające. Ale czy te etykiety rzeczywiście oddają ich charakter i wartości?
W tym odcinku chciałbym przedstawić pokolenie Z z innej perspektywy – takiej, która pozwoli dostrzec ich autentyczne podejście do pracy, życia i otaczającej rzeczywistości.
Może się okazać, że jest ono bardziej świadome i zorientowane na równowagę niż wielu z nas sądzi.
