Speaker 1 (00:41):
Hello, Hello, Hello, and welcome everyone. What a surprise to
be here today, honest lovely Sunday. It is April sixth,
twenty five. I seem to be just so close to
my cameras like I'm real. Anyway, how's everybody doing today?
(01:02):
What is going on for everyone? For today? I want
to take a moment just to introduce myself. For those
of you don't know who I am, what you're watching.
This is Joanne's Healey was in and I'm your host,
Joanne Intero, Barry Cologne. Super excited to be here with
you today on this Sunday, which is a slight change
the new usual where I usually come on the first
(01:23):
Monday of the month. But anyway, we're here right now.
Before I get all excited into every day, what's gonna
be going on for today, let me just give a
shout out to my partners. I do have a new
partner and it's meyt Hammy Moses. She's the chief of Encouragement.
And there is a flyer with my partners on there.
(01:45):
And then of course we have Kitty Foss, which is
our story telling astrologists. So a big round of plause
from Miss Hammy for joining our team super excited and
if you are interested in becoming one of the partners
dealing with's in, feel free to reach out. You can
email Healing within seven six at cmail dot com for
(02:07):
more information. So, all that being said, what is going on?
How are you? What's cooking? I'm super excited to be
here with you today trying to get my bearings. I
want to give you some insight to what is actually
going on in this month that we are in. I
like to refer to this month as the month of fire.
(02:31):
Why the month of fire, well, the month of fire.
It's all about this April energy. And because April, at
least the beginning portions of April, is known for aries,
and we have had a lot of dancing between Aries
and Pisces back and forth for the last pilot two
(02:55):
months with both Mercury and Venus playing back and forth
between those two zodiac signs. And right now, because we
have the sun in Aries and we do have all
this energy Cairns and ares as well, and as we
move out of actual season and we begining wheel season,
(03:15):
that's really where we're going to be in the fire.
So some may actually refer to this as like the
breadth of fire, and some of us may be just
activating the fire's in now. Again, not that this topic
for today is about menopause, because it's really not. I
just want to bring to your attention that if you
(03:37):
are experiencing what's called hot flashes, some may refer to
it as a menopausal symptom or perimenoposal symptom, just note
that it's really about the fire within you, and if
you are not doing any creative work, you may be
experiencing that fire a little bit more than usual. I
(03:59):
also like to say it's the portal that we are experiencing,
the metal pausal portal for that matter, getting you prepared
for who you are and what you're here to be doing,
because Sally to say, there's just so many men and
women who are not in alignment to their soul's work.
And because they're not in alignment to their soul's work,
(04:21):
they may be feeling a little out of alignment. And
our higher power and the universe are definitely going to
whip you into shape to get you back into alignment
to where you need to be to be serving your
soul's purpose. So, if that is you and you are
feeling the energy, if you are feeling overwhelmed, if you're
(04:41):
experiencing different type of symptoms showing up in your body,
it's really just your body's way of trying to either
wake you up to your awakening or bring you back
into alignment to what you are worn to be doing
on this earth. Your soul's calling attention to what's going
to be happening going forward from April May, June and
(05:06):
so forth, because twenty twenty five is a very powerful
energetic year as it does carry that annoying energy, and
that knowing is about your transformation. How are you transforming
and what are you letting go of consciously and unconsciously.
Now again, if you are not willing and willing to
(05:29):
really walk away from something that's not serving your soul's work,
the universe is going to push you out of there,
and that can become very uncomfortable. So I do want
you to pay attention to that idea, Oh, what is
it that's being pulled apart? What is this being broken apart?
As they always say, sometimes you go through your your
(05:52):
strongest storm and your darkest moments when things are falling apart,
and that's only so things the right things can fall
back in together. So with that, I want to pull
a card for today to give us some insight to
what's going on for all of us and how we
can really play into this magical energy that all this
(06:14):
fire is. And for those of you who do have
fire in your chart, whether you're Aris, Leo or Sadects,
Harry as sun Moon or Sending, know that you're partly
feeling this fire a little bit more so than those
of us who don't have those elements as are primary three.
We do all have Aries Leo and saberataries in our
(06:39):
chart though, So let's see what we need to know
for today. Ah, what a great message. Marriage. Now we
take of the word marriage, the first thing that comes
to mind, and I want to bring you your attention,
is there's two types of marriages, are actually three. The
traditional marriage, which is what we all know where we
stand in front of God and we set out our
(07:02):
vowels and I dos and et cetera, et cetera. The
second marriage is the marriage that you have with yourself.
And I'm hoping that every one of you have married
yourself and have created some boundaries so you're willing to
come to the table full heartily to whatever reye you're
going to be doing on Earth. The third marriage is
(07:24):
the marriage of your philosophy, your habits, your conditioning, and
your belief system. And what all the changes that we
have experienced planetarily, there's a good probability that you are
reviewing your philosophies, your habits, and your beliefs, they may
no longer be aligned to who you are as a
(07:45):
spiritual being. And let me say that again, they may
no longer be aligned to who you are as a
spiritual being. So I want you to pay attention to that.
So the color here is purple, which is really about
the clown. It's the higher consciousness acting you to who
you are from a higher level, bringing your opening up
(08:05):
your connection with your higher power and also opening up
you to your higher self. The number eight eight is
really about the balance and harmony that comes together when
you are fully aligned to your soul's purpose to why
you're here. And understand that even though you may be
aligned to your soul's purpose, that does not mean you're
(08:29):
never going to experience symptoms in your body. The idea
is that as you are aligned with your soul's purpose,
and you are going to be pushed to higher levels,
and that's going to make you uncomfortable, and the uncomfortability
is what causes the symptoms to show up in your
physical body. So appreciate it, be open to it, and
(08:50):
be ready to learn from it. So all that being said,
I'm going to take a quick commercial break, and as
I take this commercial break, you want to bring to
your awareness that today's title is always about it's about
courage to heal. It is going to be a very
interesting conversation and I'm sure you're going to be able
to get something out of this. And hopefully you did
(09:10):
get any chance to see my episode from last month,
which was all about the menopausal excuse me, the menopause revolutionized.
So if you did not test last month's episode, I
encourage you to go over to my YouTube channel to
go watch that because that's a part of your healing
journey that we're all on together. So let's take that
(09:33):
quick commercial break and I'll be right back. Hello is
(10:48):
welcome back. I'm super excited to be here. You caught me.
I was in the midst of sending out the show
to let lot of people know that you're here. So
you quite me. You see what goes on behind the scenes.
Isn't that so interesting anyway? If you are just tuning
in with us right now. For those of you who
don't know, you are watching Joanne's Healing Within. I am
your host, Joyne and your Berry cologne, and I'm super
(11:09):
excited to be here with you today. The topic for today,
the title for today is Courage to Heal. I do
have a magnificent guest that I will be introducing to
you very.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
Shortly, but before I do, I always like to reread
when we talk about the part of the day, just
to bring some more insight.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
The word is marriage, and it's not your traditional marriage
you're marrying somebody. It's really the marriage to your habits,
you believe, your philosophies, and what you have been conditioned
to believe. And you may be rewriting those because you
are becoming more attuned and awakened to who you really are,
and knowing who you really are will definitely change your
(11:53):
whole process to the principle's habits and philosophies that you
have in conditioned to believe. So that double eight is sixteen,
which is that seven? It's the agreements that you do
have with every person in place and situation that occurs,
and those agreements are there to teach you what it
is you need to learn about the journeys that you
(12:15):
are on. The purple energy is about your higher consciousness
bringing it to your awareness. That's just something so much
more than what you see in front of you. So
it's time to be aware, it's time to be awakened.
It's time to look at things in a different point
of view. In fact, you can learn the thing with
you from babies and infants and titleists and that basically,
(12:37):
maybe you can bend over, get on your head, do
a handstand and look up and see if you see
things in a different way. It's a great way to
activate your third eye. So there you have it. So
I want to go right into it because again, there's
so much to discover in our conversation for today. So
(12:58):
I want to bring my guests on, bringing missus Michila on.
And I'm sure I've said, honey, how are you, my love?
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Well, how are you doing? Joeann? You always mispronounce it.
It's okay, it's.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
MICHAELA, MICHAELA, MICHAELA and MICHAELA. I say a thousand times
and still say it wrong. So my apologies, and I
truly believe that's always best that the guests introduces themselves,
because who introduces themselves best other than the guests. So
tell us a little bit about who you are and
(13:36):
what did you do and who you serve.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
Hey, my name is MICHAELA. Winston.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
I started as just an author, and I'm not saying
that to be like just the author. I'm saying that
to say my journey has evolved. I now own a
publishing company. I have a magazine, and I serve women
who are healing or who have healed. They want to
give back to the community and help other women get
to that point.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
I love that. I love that. And you have this
brand new Oh my god, brand new is like just
weeks old, not even today's six it's seven days old,
this amazing magazine which I'm still waiting for my copy
to come in the mail. I haven't received it yet,
otherwise I would have been holding it up at this point.
Talk to us about your inspiration to creating your magazine.
Speaker 4 (14:29):
So this is funny because I didn't set out to
do a magazine. I set out too well. Let me
start off, I took a writing class, and the writing
class led to me writing a book, and that book
led to me establishing a publishing company that then led
to the magazine. All it just comes from my own
(14:49):
journey because I'm a survivor of childhood abuse domestic violence,
and for a long time I believe my story didn't
matter or that no one would.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
Care to hear it.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
But here we are today, and it's not just the
publishing company and it's not just a magazine. We're building
a whole community. We're offering powerful stories of turning pain
into purpose. We have you and I spoke. I'm gonna
have a new column added to the magazine. We do
book reviews, We're gonna have wording workshops. We had the
(15:23):
Courage to Heal conference last weekend. Like this is becoming
so much bigger and way more than I set out
to do, and I'm happy about it.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
Yes, there's always happened that way, where there's always one
intention for something and that intention becomes so much bigger
than what we even imagine. So in regards to your magazine,
our voices in print, now, I know, because I too
(15:57):
have founded a magazine, that it's when we create something,
it's like it's like having a baby in fact, that's
exactly what it is. It's a baby. So it takes
to what it takes process. It takes time in reference
to coming up with the name. So how did you
come up with the name Our Voices in Print?
Speaker 4 (16:18):
So you know, speaking with everyone, well, let me rephrase that,
not everyone, speaking with different women and a lot of them,
especially now in this political climate. We're saying my voice,
my voice, my voice. No one's hearing my voice, no
one's paying attention to what I'm saying. So from that
those conversations is how I came up with Our Voices,
(16:41):
because it's never just one person. One person might stick
the fire, but it takes everyone to keep it burning.
Speaker 3 (16:48):
So this is a collective effort.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Yes, I love that, and it's so true because we
are in a time more than ever and for those
who do follow me, you know I say this all
the time. Twenty twenty five is a nine year energy,
a nine year cycle, so it's an ending of the
last nine years of our lives. So it's so appropriate
to why you would have created your magazine and call
(17:14):
it Our Voices in Print, because it really is potent
that people start to really share, speak up and are
heard in regards to what their message is. Because we're
all teachers and we're all students. So someone's story that
(17:34):
they get to share in your magazine, someone else is
reading that and then feeling no longer alone because they
now realize, like, Wow, there's somebody else that shares a
similar because no one else shares the same but a
similar story. So I love that about your magazine, and
(17:59):
I love the fact that I get to contribute to
vaccine as well. So my next question for you is
what challenges did you finish when starting our Voices in
print and how did you overcome them?
Speaker 4 (18:17):
Oh, the first challenge was feeling like I'm not qualified
to do this. Someone else should be doing this. I
didn't know what I was doing. Those were the two
biggest challenges. Oh, and let's not forget the financial part
of it, because it you know, it takes money to
start a business and run it. So when I say that,
(18:38):
I had an air budget and a prayer and this
this is the way that I got through those challenges.
I prayed the first night when I decided I was
going to do this, prayed, woke up the next morning,
had a concept, and every day since then, I've met
someone that could take me to the next level or
teach me what I didn't know that I needed to
know to get to the point of publishing.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
I love that. And that's so perfectly aligned in regards
to when we are aligned to our soul's work, that
the right people, the right places, the right opportunities, the
right doors start to open to bring you in alignment.
Now I regard with all the time in regards to
(19:27):
if we sit back and wait and the word wait
on having the financial meanings to start anything, we will
never start anything. And that's a big part of the
process of trusting that you're on the right course because
(19:49):
we're not supposed to this is gonna sound so funny,
we're not supposed to have the financial means to start
up what our agreements so are, because that's really where
you're put in alignment to the process of trusting. So
I'm so glad that you had the courage to step
(20:13):
into this vision of yours of not feeling like you
were the right person to do this. Now, just a
little bit about you, and then when I ask you
my next question what you do carry within your your
What I like to say your astrological makeup is that
Kian wound of possibly not feeling good enough. Whether it's
(20:36):
an aries woon or a whatever the moon is, It's
like you did not feel like you were the right person.
Who were you to start a magazine? And you are
the right person, the perfect person, because again, there's so
many people literally, it's like waiting online to read your magazine,
(20:59):
to read those stories that the multiple women are going
to be sharing, because as I said earlier, there are
so many people out there who need that little push,
and very surprised on how many women out there are
going to be saying to you directly, I'm so glad
that you created this platform for more people to share
(21:23):
their stories and and and just feed the light for
other people.
Speaker 4 (21:30):
Well, the feedback I received so far, and I cried
my eyes out when I got home. A young lady
told me she had read the magazine from right to back.
They had the PDF copy, and she said she read
it multiple times and every single story in there moved
her to start taking action on what she wanted to
do with her life. You know, I kept it together
(21:51):
with her, helped her. I came home and I cried
like a baby because that was the whole point of
this to help some to help another woman get to
the point where she felt confident enough to take that
next step to know that she married. She's important, she
has something to say in the world needs to listen
to her.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
Oh yeah, oh yeah. I think that's so so powerful
and important at the same time, because there are a
lot of people that you carry the wound of well,
I'm not that person, I'm not good enough or I'm
not a quote unto quote unquote celebrity to be writing
(22:30):
a magazine or to be writing an article to be
featured in a magazine. And reality of it all is
even as celebrities were not celebrities until they took their
first step to become a celebrity.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
Yeah, absolutely right.
Speaker 4 (22:47):
I think the worst advice that anyone ever gave me was, oh,
you shouldn't write a story about your life. No one
cares unless you're a celebrity. And I believe that for
almost a year before I'm like, nah, I must do
it anyway. I'm not writing my memoir right now because
I'm building the magazine.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
But you get what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (23:09):
People give you advice thinking they're being well meaning, but no,
that wasn't well meaning advice.
Speaker 1 (23:16):
Yeah, No, actually, really it was because if you think
about it, it was the light. It was the advice
that was the fire in you to say, you know what,
I'm going to write this anyway, even though this person
has said that's not the best thing to be doing.
It lit your fire. And sometimes we have to we
(23:36):
have to applaud those people that are the naysayers, because
then they say is believe it or not, even though
we may not be thinking of it, it's this way
on a conscious level. Then they say, the ones that
that we say to ourselves, you know what, I'm going
to show.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
Them, right, that's a good way of looking at it.
I'm gonna start looking at it that way. That was even.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
Exactly that I can do this, and that my story
may even change their life, and they may end up
coming back to you and saying, you know what, the
advice I gave you was probably not the best advice
I should have given you. However, it was the best
advice because it lit you're fired.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
Right, So that's true. I'll give them credit for that
right now.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
Yes, I always like to bring to the table that
no matter what person, what they say, every piece of
the words of hearing of opinions because everyone has one,
you know, every opinion that someone has just value to
that opinion. Whether we understand that value at that moment
(24:53):
or we don't, it's value to it because that person
may be that great person that's going to encourage us
to say, you know what, even though they said that
it would not be the best thing, I'm gonna prove
them wrong. And then you might have somebody who's who's
cheering you on and you wanna, you wanna, you want
(25:15):
to make them happy as well. So there's so many
great reasons to why.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
You do what you do.
Speaker 1 (25:21):
And of course, following your intuition of knowing that, I
like to believe that you were given this insight for
a reason and you were given the specific tools to
put this all together, even though you didn't know necessarily, well,
how do I put together a magazine? And what are
(25:44):
the actual steps? You know, they always say the smartest
person is the person who asked the questions.
Speaker 4 (25:53):
Right, But I didn't even know which questions to ask
because I didn't know what I didn't know. But thankfully,
like I said, every step of the way across paths
with someone that gave me that information.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
Exactly exactly, and you might have let them know what
questions to ask directly, but indirectly unconsciously, just by making
that statement that the right people are going to come
into your past and they're going to show you the
way to do what you wanted to do, that's answering
the question indirectly. So I truly loved that. I'm going
(26:25):
to go one more question before we take a commercial break,
and that question, Okay, why did you decide to host
the Courage to Heal Virtual Conference and how does that
align with the mission of our Voices Imprint.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
So the virtual conference came about again having conversations with
women and what they were struggling about.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
Are making live videos. If you need help, if you
need information, get in touch with me.
Speaker 4 (26:55):
And I saw the thing that a lot of them
it wasn't just that they needed help, they needed the
courage to step outside of what they knew to start
getting the help. That's how the conference came about. So
that and the way it ties back into the magazine
is this is what we're about. We're about helping women
(27:16):
become who they truly are meant to be. And that
starts with not just finding your voice, but using your voice.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
Yes, yes, And I happen to love the word courage
because again, it does take courage. It takes courage every
single day for us just to get out of bed,
to show up and whatever it is we're supposed to
be doing exactly and being able to express and share
and be the light that we're meant to be.
Speaker 4 (27:52):
Oh, one, my thing, real quick before you go on commercial,
So every issue, because I'm only going to do an
issue every two months, we are going to have a
confer prints every two months based on what the magazine
it's about, based on the conversations I'm having with people
about what's in the magazine or what's coming up.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
So we got a whole lot more playing yes.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
And I'm glad you brought that up because I was
actually going to as we came back from commercial breaks,
which we will talk about when we come back from
commercial break, is the fact that you have a I
think the word is summit coming up, and I think
that's an alignment to the issue that's coming up next.
So with that being said, before we take that commercial break,
let our audience know how they can reach you. Website, email,
(28:37):
YouTube channel, if you have how can they reach you?
Speaker 4 (28:41):
So I can be reached on Facebook under MICHAELA. Winston
or Our Voices in Print LLC Facebook page. I could
be reached by email at our Voices Inprint at gmail
dot com and on the website Our Voices in Prints
princes dot com.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
Awesome, I love that. So we're gonna take that quick
commercial break, and then when we come back, there's gonna
be more about courage to heal and and then there
with us because at the end we're gonna actually chat
a little bit about how you can possibly become one
of the contributors to Our Voices Imprints. So we'll be
(29:24):
get back.
Speaker 5 (30:14):
Hi, everyone, Kitty beat wink Fast, the storytelling astrologer, reader
of the Stars, and I'd like to invite you to

reach out at Intuition of Thesoul eleven at gmail dot
com if you want to personalized reading to find out
(30:36):
about how your circuitry works.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
Not mistake Hello and welcome back. If you were just
joining us, know that you've missed the first portion of
the show, and that's okay, because you can always come
back and watch Joints Healing Within I wrocrough, Amazon, Fire TV,
Twitch TV. You can also listen on Audible, Spotify, iHeartRadio,
(30:59):
and many other podcasts as well. So anyway, today's topic
is all about courage to heal. I'm your host, joined
Asberry coloone and let's get our guests back on the
show again so we could dive right back in. I
love hell. Hello, and yes, I'm always going to say
your name one, we say it again, Michayla, Mikayla, Michaela,
(31:22):
Michaela and Michayla. Yes. So before we took our break,
we were just speaking about how Michayla's magazine, Our Voices
in Print, that it's going to be coming out every
two months, and every two months is going to be
a little something extra known as a summit or a
conference of some sort. So talk to us a little
bit about that and what's involved with that.
Speaker 3 (31:44):
Oh, the last one.
Speaker 4 (31:46):
I don't know how the upcoming one is going to
look yet because I go based on who submits articles,
how they come together and what the theme is and
then speaking with people. But the last conference it went
with I had women come in and speak who have
been through some traumatic events in their life and they
had the courage to take that next step to come
(32:07):
out on the other side, and they were willing to
share that with the people who attended the conference. And
I hope that everyone that attended the conference walked away
with a renewed sense of my voice matters. I can
do this, and I hope the future ones same thing.
I just can't give you details about the upcoming one yet,
but that's why people need to stay tuned so they'll
(32:29):
know what's going on.
Speaker 1 (32:31):
Yes, so true. So if I'm understanding this correctly, how
the conference is working is based on the articles that
are coming in and that would basically be a scene
to what the conference is going to be about. Correct.
Speaker 3 (32:45):
Correct.
Speaker 4 (32:46):
I can't tell you the upcoming one. The issue coming
out in May is about mothers and all its forms.
We have birth mothers, adopted mothers, you know, grandparents, grandmothers
raising their grandchildren, aren't stepping in and so forth and
so on, even women who have lost their children. So
the conference will be centered around mothers. We just don't
(33:07):
know what form it's gonna take yet.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
Excellent.
Speaker 4 (33:10):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (33:11):
And although I was gonna be I was gonna do
this as a surprise, but I'll say it now. I'm
actually working on my article to send to you about that. Yes, yes,
I started working on that a few days ago. I
thought it was going to be something that was going
to be a one to three article to write out. However,
and I'm sure many other writers go through this as well,
(33:34):
there's sometimes the writing part of it could be the
healing part of it as well. Even though some of
what we are writing about could be years old, and
specifically my story is years old, as my daughter is
going to be thirty one, and what I'm writing about
has literally opened my heart into tears if regard to
(33:57):
the healing process behind it. So I do believe that
many about writings is a human journey in the process
and unfolding whatever we've been holding on to. That even
for me, I did not even realize that I was
holding on to some of the maybe sadness, hurt, and
even anger that has shown up in the writing that
(34:18):
I've thoughted so far, and hopefully we'll be getting up
done by the time it's supposed to be done. I
believe April twelve is the dead one.
Speaker 3 (34:25):
If I have done right, yes, correct, And you know
that writing to me is a healing journey. It does
help you. You know, some people may not.
Speaker 4 (34:36):
Believe so, but I think if they start writing, they
will learn things about theirself that they didn't even know
where they're Oh. Yes, it can make you cry, but
it can also bring you out on the other side
where you're happy. You're shedding those happy tears because you
could look back and say, oh, I turned that pain
into purpose.
Speaker 3 (34:56):
I made it. That's a great feeling.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
Oh yeah, definitely, definitely. So for anybody who is watching
and happens to be a mom or you stepped in
to be a mom or whatever it is, and just curiosity.
And I know this might be going on a different
limb of things now, those who are what they call
fur baby mamas, did they count to or this is
basically moms from birthing or stepping into birthing.
Speaker 3 (35:24):
We said all all forms of motherhood.
Speaker 4 (35:27):
I have a baby. I'm surprised she's been quiet, but yes,
we said all because even when you have a fur baby,
you still go through the same emotions, especially if you
get it from a puppy and raise it, you still
go through the same emotions.
Speaker 3 (35:41):
You do with your child. It's just a different set,
but it's still it's.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
Still really yes, yes, And I just wanted to bring
out to the table just the case is anyone who
is watching and saying, well, I you know, they've never
done all the other things when they do have a
fur baby, that yes, you can write about your fur
baby experience, convert to whereever. The age of that for
a baby is right now. What you're learning about yourself
(36:05):
through that experience, I think it's extremely powerful. So moving
us on to the next big question, which is a
combination question, which is about let's see who is the
Courage to Heal virtual conference aimed at and what can
(36:27):
attendees expect to gain from it.
Speaker 4 (36:32):
So it's for women, you know, because that's my audience,
women who again have been through some trauma, who are
even still in that trauma, who have came out on
the other side. We're talking about turning pain into purpose,
and every conference that we will hold is intended to
(36:53):
help people get to the healing part of their journey.
So again we don't know what the name of the
new one is, but they need to stay tuned so
they'll see what's going on, what we're up to.
Speaker 1 (37:04):
Yes, yes, very true. Next question and before I go
to the next question again, just to put it out
there for those who are watching, who destroyed us? Now
you we go to stay tuned? Where would they actually
get all of this information? And how would they give
a stay tuned with you do? Facebook to your website,
combination of both?
Speaker 3 (37:30):
So sorry to training. What by I live in New
York City like you do.
Speaker 4 (37:38):
The best way to stay in touch with me is
through Facebook because I'm very active over there because most
of my audience I'm writing for and making an art
magazine for our on Facebook. But you can sign up
to subscribe to the information through the website which our
(37:58):
Voices in prints dot your community empowered empowering women I'm
over there also.
Speaker 3 (38:08):
Excellent.
Speaker 1 (38:09):
I love that. So you all know now, so there's
no excuses people. So next question, what do you hope
people take away from our Voice in Print and the
courage to heal conference? Okay, another training is coming through yes,
(38:31):
Oh okay, so we bet what you said because you
went for.
Speaker 4 (38:34):
A minute, okay, that their their voice is sacred. Our
voices are sacred. You have a right to be heard,
you have a right to say what is in your heart,
what you feel needs to be said, and we'll help.
We're helping by giving you a platform number one and
number two giving people the tools to get to that
(38:55):
point where they will open their mouth and use their
voice to turn that pain in purpose.
Speaker 1 (39:02):
Yes, I love that. I love that. And just a
little addition to this conversation which I always like to
bring to the table, when we speak about our voice,
we're speaking about the throat chakra, and there is a
great way through speaking to sharing. It really is a
great way to activate the throat, which then also is
(39:25):
like the key point to helping all the other chakas
become more aligned. So just by tapping into sharing your
stories through writing through speaking a great combination because you
get to actually speak out what is you're writing, it
will open up that throat chakra. So I love that
(39:45):
you have these opportunities for women to step up, step
up into the light, step up into their light.
Speaker 2 (39:53):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (39:55):
So my next question is what is the all mission
behind our voices in print and how do you see
it changing lines in the future.
Speaker 4 (40:10):
Like we just discussed using your voice, if you're one
woman using your voice, you get with a group of women,
and we're all raising our voices. We change our families,
we change our communities, and you know, once you start
changing communities, you can change the world.
Speaker 3 (40:28):
I don't think the magazine by itself will do that.
Speaker 4 (40:32):
But again, because of the partnerships that I'm making with
other women that are doing things that are aligned with
the mission that I live by, which is turning pain
into purpose, We're.
Speaker 3 (40:43):
Not just gonna make noise. We're gonna bring about change.
Speaker 1 (40:47):
Yes, yes, And it's so true because again bringing some
more planets in conversation in they what we call the
age of Aquarius. Aquarius is all about the tribe, the community,
the connection, the collapse. This is no longer about the eye.
This is about the weed. And as everyone does come
together in sharing their ways, sharing their their missions, sharing
(41:11):
their their purpose, it does help the other person, help
the other woman shine her light. And the more each
of us shine our ownlight, that next person that may
have a challenging time seeing their lights gets to see
their light because when the sky is lit up, we
(41:31):
can see everything. And then it does empower women. You
want you being couraged and not just that.
Speaker 4 (41:43):
And I just said, we uplift each other if we
need to cry. We cry together, we laugh together. But
we always help excuse me, hold on to and help
each other get to where we're trying to be. Sometimes
some sisters need a little more love than others, but okay,
we're all gonna get there exactly.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
And and you're not. You just didn't create a magazine
or a summit. You're creating community and that's what we need,
women that work together because we I think at this
point in time, we have come away from this idea
of well, I can't do this because they're gonna steal
my idea and they're my competition. We're no long than
(42:26):
in competition with each other. We're literally in collaboration with
each other. So it is an empowering movement and I'm
excited for you, like I was super excited like when
I when I first met with you and we talked
about the idea that you were creating your magazine. Your
magazine came out I think three weeks after my first
(42:48):
magazine came out, so we both have brand new magazines
out there. And it's an empowering movement to found to
be the founder of a magazine to do work because
I don't think many people really realize the work that
goes on behind the scenes, upon getting all the articles
that you're getting and then being able to put it
(43:11):
in the order that you want to put it in
so you can then show it out to the world,
and the hours and hours and hours of time that
that takes en. Plus you have a full time job,
so this is not your full time job. This is
something you do when you come home from your job.
So yeah, so I come on you on your energy,
(43:32):
your ethods and your determination to make this actually happen
and have the space to help women not only be
heard but to be seen.
Speaker 3 (43:45):
Thank you. It is a labor of love.
Speaker 4 (43:49):
I still, like you said, sleepless nights, late nights, early
mornings is okay because it's all the labor of love.
And eventually this baby are wasted in print magazine, This
newborn baby will eventually grow grow. So I can bring
other people on and have them do some of the
labor exactly exactly.
Speaker 1 (44:10):
It's always the biggest mission. Now, if you have a
what's the word I want to hear? I don't even
know the word. But if you're like me, where it's like,
you know, as much as I would like to have
an army of people working behind the scenes with me
to get things done. My grandma always said, if you
want it done, right through what you're doing yourself, and
(44:33):
that's my action I have.
Speaker 4 (44:36):
So the reason I'm not having that attitude with this
is because this is for women.
Speaker 3 (44:45):
Yes, this is for us. It takes a group of
women to make things happen. So yeah, with this, I'm
a lot more open.
Speaker 1 (44:54):
Exactly, I'm not speaking about the actual article part of me.
I'm speaking about all the behind the scenes part, you know,
getting the editors, getting this person to do that, this
person do that. I have a very strong virgo energy,
were like everything in a certain way. So as much
as I myself down the road would love to have
people behind the scenes with me as my team helping
(45:15):
you get all this together, I think it will probably
be a little while for me to do that. I
can see you doing that a lot of for rister
than me doing that. So come in command, command. Oh again,
let's do you wanting us know how they can reach
you before we take another commercial break.
Speaker 4 (45:31):
Okay, I could be reached at our voices in print
at gmail dot com. I can be reached at the
website our Voices in Prints dot com. I can be
reached on Facebook Mikayla Winston or our Voices in Print.
Let's see Facebook page. Oh and I'm on Instagram our
Voices in Print.
Speaker 1 (45:51):
Yeah, so pretty much you can find her everywhere and anywhere.
And more importantly, just stay in contact with us. So
just wait here, you could be in the know. You
can know exactly when the next magazine's coming out, the
next conference is happening. And most importantly, because we're still
in April, if you are interested in getting your articles
(46:11):
in for the April issue, for the May issue, to
get those articles in before April twelve so you can
be featured as well. We're gonna take a quicker and
then we're gonna come back talk a little bit more
about courage to heal and see where we go from there.
(46:43):
Did you know we are in the Age of Aquarius.

empowered and make connections. I look forward to seeing you
on the second Monday of the month at a PM
Eastern time. Hello, and welcome back to Juane's Healing Within.
I'm your host, Juanne, and I'm going to bring in
(47:55):
my guest right away, as this part of the segment's
a little shorter than the able two. Or if you
have not watched us from the very beginning, please know
you can always go back and watch. You are streaming
live right here on Facebook. We're also on YouTube and Twitter,
and then you can also watch or listen and rocrough Amazon,
via TV, Twitch, TV, Audible, Spotify, on heart radio, and
(48:19):
so many other platforms. All that being said, share with
us words of wisdom that you would like to leave
out audience.
Speaker 4 (48:30):
With words of wisdom. I to have is do it anyway,
whether you're scared, Do it anyway, if you don't know
what you're doing, do it anyway. Once you start, everything
else will fall into place. Do it that Nike that
(48:51):
says it, do it, yes, do it even afraid, Still
step out, Still step outside of your comfort zone, because
I'm I know everyone here says, once you step outside
of be a comfort zone, that's when you really start living.
I'm gonna take it a little step farther. Once you
step outside of be a comfort zone, that's when you
(49:11):
start finding your purpose, that's when you start living.
Speaker 1 (49:17):
I love that, and I love that slogan. Do it anyway,
Do it anyway, even if you don't think you know how,
even if you don't believe that you know how, even
if you don't believe you are the right person. I
truly believe that if the dot is there, it's in
(49:37):
agreement you are the right person, because you wouldn't have
the dought otherwise. So jump into it. And it's so
perfectly aligned in regard to stepping into something that you're
not sure of is really the perfect way to step
out of your comfort zone so you can truly live
(49:59):
into your soul purpose. Because we all have a purpose
and we have to be willing. And I love the
fact that and this is just coming to you right now.
It's so interesting on how spirit speaks the soul purpose.
When we think about the soul and we think about
our soul of our feet, our feet is what helps
us to move forward. So learning how to step into
(50:22):
your soul's purpose so you can slowly step in to
what you can here to actually do and fulfill as
your agreements.
Speaker 3 (50:32):
So I'm enjoy it.
Speaker 1 (50:33):
It's spirit. It's spirit. I can't even take credit for it.
If you were to say, can you repeat that, No,
I'd have to come back and we listen and then
write it down. Because the spirit that just comes through
and it's just like a powerful energy of information that
(50:56):
you get. And that's something else we have to learn
to trust that.
Speaker 3 (51:00):
Yeah, no, no, no, someone's at a background coughing.
Speaker 1 (51:05):
Okay, So yeah, that's something that we have to trust
that when we are called to do something, whether it's
writing an article, stepping up, standing in front of your
audience and sharing your story, whatever it is, do it anyway,
even if we sched the more excus you, the more
(51:27):
the reason why you need to do it.
Speaker 3 (51:29):
Absolutely absolutely so I loved that.
Speaker 1 (51:33):
You came here today to share your story, to share
your magazine. And although I don't have an actual picture
of it where we can actually show it on the screen,
do you have a copy of it in front of
you that you can just show? Didn't even think to
ask you, I mean an image of it? Still many
It's okay, I'm.
Speaker 3 (51:52):
Gonna grab one right now. I can. I still have
a few that I haven't mild out yet. Here we go,
There we go.
Speaker 1 (52:00):
There it is in the fold. There it is there,
it is yesterday is yes And I will later today
once the show is finich, I will go in in
the comments and put in the link so you can
go ahead and purchase your printed copies. And most, if
I'm not if I am correct, most printed copies does
(52:22):
come with a PDA digital one as well. And if
you get one of those and you want to go
ahead and donate it out to someone who may not
be able to get a printed copy, that's a really
fun way of paying it forward, as we say.
Speaker 3 (52:37):
Well, now, so that was for pre sale.
Speaker 4 (52:40):
Now to get the magazine, you have to go to
my website, yes, our Voices in prints dot com, and
you can buy a pedia or you can buy the
hard copy, but I will still donate pds to people
who want to read the magazine but cannot.
Speaker 3 (53:00):
I'm still willing to do that. That's always going to
be there.
Speaker 4 (53:04):
Also, I want to want to make sure I mentioned
that for aspiring writers. If you want to write an
article and you're not sure where to start, reach out
to me because I have a template to help you
get going. And it's always free for aspiring writers to
submit articles and be published in a magazine.
Speaker 3 (53:22):
I love that. I love that.
Speaker 1 (53:24):
I love that. And Spirit is also bringing to my
attention that somewhere along the line, Makil and I are
going to be doing some partnerships together. So I have
a feeling that many of you are going to be
able to get your magazine your articles, not just in
one magazine, but you and her and I will chat
(53:46):
about that later, because that's just tuning in right now.
Something I just heard and she's just hearing it now.
So all that being said, one last time, as your
flight is up here, the world is seeing how to
reach you, I want to thank you so much for
being here. We're gonna take a quick commercial break and
I'm gonna come back and share the conclusion of today's show.
We'll be right I'll be right back baking. All right,
(55:21):
