record for distance covered by a woman on a treadmill
in forty eight hours. She's a forty two year old
mother of three. She ran three hundred and sixty five

two days running and hiking on a treadmill at the

For fun advice. I mean, I said, how do you
ask for fun advice? You keep saying that what is
fun advice?

I don't know. Somebody come up with some fun advice.
All right, here's your Dear John letter for today. Dear John,
I'm so embarrassed. My husband got into a shouting fight
on an airplane last week and I'm still not over it.
He's a big guy, six foot five, and just as
the airplane got in the air, a kid in the
seat right in front of him reclines into his knees.
My husband gets the attention of the kid's who tells
(11:00):
him that you're gonna have to just deal with it.
She's not going to make the kid move the seat,
So my husband kind of got in her face about it.
To make a long story short, she called the flight
attendant and my husband got in an argument with her
as well. Everyone in our section was staring at us.
I wanted to crawl into my carry on bag. Then
we had to do the walk of shame leaving the plane.
(11:21):
Now the Brady kid probably didn't need to recline a seat.
But I think my husband overreacted and I'm appalled at
his behavior. But he doesn't understand why I think he
was wrong. What do I do with this guy? Signed
embarrassed wife? First of all, Heidi, have you ever seen
your husband? I can't even finish his sentence.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
Oh yeah, so many times.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
What's your favorite time that I freaked out about something stupid?
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Oh? My? Do you want them in alphabetical order? It's ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
What is the common theme of all of my overreaction zone? Yes,
every time. I'm a fat guy. You just don't get
between me and the food. There was one time we
were at an airport and there were signs for the
mile that we walked. I wanted to just go to
a restaurant right there, right where we're sitting. Let's just
(12:09):
go there, And they're like, no, let's go to this
other thing. And we had to walk go down under
a tunnel, walk under the airport runway, come up to
another thing. We get all the way over there and
there's signs that say, now open this restaurant. Now open
this restaurant, Now open this restaurant. And we get over
there and they go, no, it's closed. I was so angry.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
On the way back, everybody was walking that way. I'm like,
if you're going to this restaurant, they're closed. And several
people were like, oh, thanks, that's awesome. I didn't know that.
I'm like, God, that should say not open instead of
now open.
Speaker 1 (12:39):

I mean, what can you do? Yeah, the kid had
every right to recline his seat, So the kid wasn't
doing anything wrong. If he had nicely requested, maybe the
mom is said, can you please put your seat up?
You're hitting his legs.

That's one of the things that I would say is
I would encourage your husband in the future if he
was super, super wonderful sweet about it. If the mom
didn't do it, the flight attendant probably would have right.
But if he's yelling already, then you just kind of

A heart pounding rescue police save a horse that was
trapped in a frozen pond. Dramatic rescue unfolded at Saratoga
Spring's February twenty fourth, but horse fell through some ice
and became trapped in freezing well. Time was running out.
Officers from the police department rushed to the scene to

help save a struggling animal. The horse was in imminent
danger of freezing to death, they said. Officers were sent
to call and immediately sent to the call rather and
immediately began rescue efforts. Thanks to their quick action and teamwork,
the horse was successfully pulled onto solid ground. How do
you pull a horse out of a pond, you might ask. Well,

once freed, the animal, by the way, was able to
walk and stand and run all that stuff, So that's good.

All right, here's your Dear John letter for today. Dear John,
I'm so embarrassed. My husband got into a shouting fight
on an airplane last week and I'm still not over it.
He's a big guy, six foot five, and just as
the airplane got in the air, a kid in the
seat right in front of him reclines into his knees.
My husband gets the attention of the kid's who tells
(11:00):
him that you're gonna have to just deal with it.
She's not going to make the kid move the seat,
So my husband kind of got in her face about it.
To make a long story short, she called the flight
attendant and my husband got in an argument with her
as well. Everyone in our section was staring at us.
I wanted to crawl into my carry on bag. Then
we had to do the walk of shame leaving the plane.
(11:21):
Now the Brady kid probably didn't need to recline a seat.
But I think my husband overreacted and I'm appalled at
his behavior. But he doesn't understand why I think he
was wrong. What do I do with this guy? Signed
embarrassed wife? First of all, Heidi, have you ever seen
your husband? I can't even finish his sentence.

Oh yeah, so many times.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
What's your favorite time that I freaked out about something stupid?
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Oh? My? Do you want them in alphabetical order? It's ridiculous.

What is the common theme of all of my overreaction zone? Yes,
every time. I'm a fat guy. You just don't get
between me and the food. There was one time we
were at an airport and there were signs for the
mile that we walked. I wanted to just go to
a restaurant right there, right where we're sitting. Let's just

go there, And they're like, no, let's go to this
other thing. And we had to walk go down under
a tunnel, walk under the airport runway, come up to
another thing. We get all the way over there and
there's signs that say, now open this restaurant. Now open
this restaurant, Now open this restaurant. And we get over
there and they go, no, it's closed. I was so angry.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
On the way back, everybody was walking that way. I'm like,
if you're going to this restaurant, they're closed. And several
people were like, oh, thanks, that's awesome. I didn't know that.
I'm like, God, that should say not open instead of
now open.

I mean, what can you do? Yeah, the kid had

I would encourage your husband in the future if he
was super, super wonderful sweet about it. If the mom
didn't do it, the flight attendant probably would have right.

A heart pounding rescue police save a horse that was
trapped in a frozen pond. Dramatic rescue unfolded at Saratoga
Spring's February twenty fourth, but horse fell through some ice
and became trapped in freezing well. Time was running out.
Officers from the police department rushed to the scene to

help save a struggling animal. The horse was in imminent
danger of freezing to death, they said. Officers were sent
to call and immediately sent to the call rather and
immediately began rescue efforts. Thanks to their quick action and teamwork,
the horse was successfully pulled onto solid ground. How do
you pull a horse out of a pond, you might ask. Well,
(25:25):
once freed, the animal, by the way, was able to
walk and stand and run all that stuff, So that's good.
