journey that you always wanted to take? Like, was this

two thousand and ten when I was in the military
and I was a trainer for the Navy. I was like,
I used to basically run like the pas or whatever,
and so I kind of like got into fitiness.

It's pretty cool. And then next thing you know, I
was like, oh wow.

I pretty much liked it.

So I saw a personal training okay, and they say,
you know, I wanted to do a competition and I've
been doing it ever since.

So this started all in the Navy and then it
just grew like it wasn't even something you knew that
you wanted to do.

And then so what about with the with you having
never having to goal to be a fitness person? Were
