Now, Hey, what's going on you guys? This is Joseph
Bonner and welcome back to the show. Today we're gonna
be talking about five ways to incorporate gratitude into your
daily routine. Let's get right into you, guys. Number one,
keep a gratitude journal. I want you to dedicate a
(00:47):
journal to jot down three to five things you are
grateful for each day. Now. This practice encourages reflection and
helps you to focus on positives in your life, no
matter how small they are. Number two, set daily reminders. Now,
use your alarms or calendar notifications to remind yourself to
take a moment for gratitude throughout the day. When the
(01:10):
reminder goes off, take a few seconds to appreciate something
good or someone good in your life. Number three, Express
gratitude to others. Make it a point to express your
appreciation to someone else every day. It could be through
a simple text message, a handwritten note, a verbal acknowledgment.
(01:33):
Sharing a gratitude strengthens a relationship and fosters a positive atmosphere.
You can take the lead in that expressing gratitude and
appreciation to others. Number four, here's something interesting, Create a
gratitude jar. Start a gratitude jar now where you can
actually drop in a note about things you're thankful for. Now.
(01:58):
Over time, you build a collection of pop the memories
that you can revisit whenever you need a boost of positivity.
And this gratitude jar could be something that you did
for somebody that was positive or something that someone did
for you that was positive. And over time, as you
go through this chart, you're like, oh, wow, I had
a lot of amazing positive experiences this past month and
I didn't even realize it. And do it daily. And
(02:22):
number five reflect before you sleep. Typically before we go
to bed, we were running through everything that happened that
we didn't that was crazy. Conversations that are still don't
sit right. With us. Then we're also running to what
we got to do the next day, so we're going
to bed stressed. Not cool. So instead of doing that,
(02:45):
I want you to reflect. Take a moment to reflect
in your day by thinking about three things that went
very well that day that you appreciated. This practice will
help you end your day on a positive no, less anxiety,
less stress, promote a self promote a sense of self
(03:08):
worth and contentment. Now, if you integrate these practices into
your daily routine, you are going to nurture a consistent
attitude of gratitude that can enhance your overall outlook online. So,
my friends, stay appreciative. You got this Until next time.
(03:31):
You guys, take care of each other.
