Father, in the name of Jesus. We thank you today.
We thank you for another opportunity, just to call your name,
just to present ourselves before you. Not on as we
go into your word. I for you, bless every listener,
every person on the sound of my voice, in the
name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
And we thank you Lord, Amen, God, bless you. I

hope all has been well and all is well. Go
with me the Matthew Chapter four. Matthew Chapter four, And
the topic of the message is going to be led
by the Spirit. Led by the Spirit. Then Jesus was
led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted

by the devil. Jesus was led into the wilderness by
his father to be tempted by the devil. We have
a problems with trials and tribulations, every one of us do.

We all have a problem with them. We want things
to go smooth. I do all the time. I'd rather
have peace at twenty four seven than anything else.

But it seemed like that's not possible all the time.

Jesus, you would not have expected him to have to
go through this in order to prove a point, but
his father felt that he needed to be tried in
order to show the devil who was the strongest. Now,
when we accept Christ, we have to go through changes,

ups and down, bumps and knocks.

The son say, I fall down, but it's not how
you get up the way you fell down.

You're gonna get up different, and you're supposed to come
up stronger. You're supposed to come up with more confidence.
You're supposed to come up with more wisdom and understanding,
not come up as foolish as you was when you
fell down.

Amen, it's like riding the bike. When you on that bike.

When they done took the training wheels off of it
when you were younger and you ride that bike, and
after you fall, you figure out how to keep those
handle oars in that bike up so you don't fall
again and stratch your leg because the pain that it
brought when you feel and stratch your leg or your
hand or your face, you didn't want to experience that
pain no more. So you learned how to ride that

So in this case, it's the same thing when you're
going through trials because you declare that you are Christian,
when you declare that you believe God, you're going to
have trials and triplations. I'm reminded of Paul when the
snake got on him, and because Jesus has said in

his word that no deadly thing could hurt you. It
was proven to Paul when the snake attached itself to
his arm when he went to pick up sticks and acts,
chapter twenty eight. And the people expected Paul to fall
out dead, they expected him to swell up, but when
he shook it off, they' said this man must be

a god. God demonstrated his spirit and his word through
Paul in regards to if any deadly thing it won't
hurt you.

And it did not.

You see, so we come to the place that we
say we trust in the God. We believe in God,
and we're holding.

But when the trials come, we seem to thin out.
Sometime the real us come out.

Oh, when it comes down to it, Jesus sent, God
sent Jesus, excuse me to be tried of the devil
by the devil, led by the spirit. If you're led

be tried. And the only way I found to overcome
the trial and when the battle is through his word
is by having his word on the tip of your termue,
knowing his word, being able to speak his word in
the right situation and in the right circumstances in order
for his word to take effect and perform the miracle

See, and when you've got his word in you and
with you, his word would defend you. His word will
bring you through a storm. Yes, his word would deliver
you from everything that's not like him. After after fasting

came to him and said, if you are the son
of God, tell these stones to become bred. Now, first
thing he did was brought doubt. That's the first thing
they ever do, is bring doubt in your mind. He
filled your mind with doubt. Before you say I can,

you'll say you can't. He knew that Jesus was the
son of God. They ever knew it all the time.
It wasn't a question. The question was did Jesus know
he was the son of God. This is what the
devil was trying to establish in him. He was trying

to make him weak because he first thing he said,
if you are, if you think you are, can you
prove that you are? Can you demonstrate the power of
God to prove that you are a believing, that you
are a Christian, and that you have the faith to
move a mountain. Because Jesus said, these signs shall follow

them that believe in my name. Thy shall tread up
on surface demons and devils of all kinds of nature.
In my name, thou shall lay hands on the sick,
and they shall recover. He demonstrated that through Paul in
Acts twenty eight, when Paul laid hands on the man's father.
The man's father in law was suffering with a fever.
(07:45):
Paul went and prayed for him and the fever left. Now,
that type of fever there, they said, usually last four months,
but then sometime they've known that fever the last two
or three years. But Jesus demonstrated his self through Paul
by having him to lay hands. Now, if somebody tell

you they have a headache, do you pray for the
headache or do you tell 'em to go get a time?

No, which faith do you have?
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Uh? I I just wonder, I'm moan, Well, think about it.
Which faith do you have? When someone say they blood
pressures up and it's bond, which faith do you have
you tell 'em to go get a aspir or call
the doctor, or do you pray for him? We all
are supposed to be able to demonstrate this power of God.

Every one of us is supposed to be able to
demonstrate it. It's not just one person.

When you feeling bad, do you pray for yourself?

Do you call on the name of Jesus.

It's okay to touch it a greed. I believe in that,

this power, that whereas we can speak it, then it

But the devil brings down in us, just like he
tried to bring doubt in Jesus Verse for Jesus answered,
it is written, man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that cometh from the mouth of God. Now,
the devil told, Jesus told the devil, bread ain't gonna

help if I turn it into bread, it ain't gonna
benefit me. It ain't gonna help me in no shape
for him or fashion. So why would I even prove
to you by making it bread?

Jesus showed him up.

It wouldn't make no sense it It made no sense
to nobody for the devil to tell him to turn
the stones in the bread. Jesus wasn't hungry, or may
he have been, but that's not what he wanted. Maybe
the devil was hungry. He wanted Jesus to make him
some bread. That's all I can think of. But Jesus answered,
and man shall not live by bread alone, but by

every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God,
led by the spirit. Now the word, Jesus said, the
word you will live. With the word, you will live.
Without the word, you won't live. David said, thy word
have I hid in my heart that I might not
saying against them. The Word of God is your strong power.

God is your deliverance. The Word of God is your healing.
The Word of God is your strength.

have the same Jesus that the preacher has, that the

choir has, that the praise leader have, that the deliverous
minister have. You have the same Jesus and the same power.
You just do not allow it to be demonstrated through you.
You would rather see it through somebody else than through you.
It ain't about that Jesus didn't give it to you,

because Jesus said when you first guy say, he gave
you the Holy ghost. It just has to be developed.
But you would rather sit back and watch somebody else
do it than you. So how can you say you're
a Christian where you don't demonstrate none of the power
that Christ has imparted into you. See, it's one thing

about it. The devil brings so much weakness and doubt
in you. Some of us would rather sit on a
weak spirit from the devil than to stent on the
word of God.

Do is speak it and believe it, and they'll come
to pass. See, he's there to perform his word. And
if you're one of his kids and you speak his word,
his word's gonna come to pass.

to pass. He'll back his word up through your mouth.
He'll back his word up through you. You will back
up your prayers. If you go on a hospital and

the kind of Jesus, you know, that's the kind of
faith we're supposed to have.

and be weak. Now, why with the devil telling to
throw himself off of Jesus didn't have to throw hisself
off of mountain. Jesus had his ability to de send
and undescend. Jesus could stand up and not even have
to stand on the mountain. He could float, come on boat,

shotting out of no sigh. He didn't have to stand that.
He was only playing the devil to show the devil
that he didn't have nothing. He played along with the
devil's game, and then he turned around and watched what
he's coming.

ain't playing with his game. You believe in the devil's game.
You're walking in the devil's game. You accepting what he

says I can do all things through Christ that strengthened me,

they didn't mature during the time the help they had

the people that was following these ministers and that have
made shipwrecks.

the preacher was in trouble and be able to get

all we overtaken by is our own need, our own
lustful desire.

And when that person is in need of your prayers

I see things I may not get out of my vehicle,
but I'll pray for that person as I'm passing, As
I'm driving by, I whisper a word of prayer to

their name, Jesus knows where they're suffering. Jesus knows their pain.

to hold they hand. All I needed to do was
tell Jesus something, and he did it for him, led
by the spirit of God. Are you led by the
spirit of God? See you sit there and you watch them,

and you're listen, but you don't see where the devil
has attacked him, and where the devil has come in
to destroy. And the devil wanted deceive every one of us,
just like he tried to receive deceive Jesus. He went
out of his way to deceive Jesus Father in the
name of the Old Shad of Moshigah.

not be deceived by the devil any longer, but they
know and they see, and that they're led by the Spirit.

Father, in the name of Jesus. We thank you today.
We thank you for another opportunity, just to call your name,
just to present ourselves before you. Not on as we
go into your word. I for you, bless every listener,
every person on the sound of my voice, in the
name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
And we thank you Lord, Amen, God, bless you. I
(01:00):
hope all has been well and all is well. Go
with me the Matthew Chapter four. Matthew Chapter four, And
the topic of the message is going to be led
by the Spirit. Led by the Spirit. Then Jesus was
led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted
(01:22):
by the devil. Jesus was led into the wilderness by
his father to be tempted by the devil. We have
a problems with trials and tribulations, every one of us do.
(01:42):
We all have a problem with them. We want things
to go smooth. I do all the time. I'd rather
have peace at twenty four seven than anything else.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
But it seemed like that's not possible all the time.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Jesus, you would not have expected him to have to
go through this in order to prove a point, but
his father felt that he needed to be tried in
order to show the devil who was the strongest. Now,
when we accept Christ, we have to go through changes,
(02:24):
ups and down, bumps and knocks.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
The son say, I fall down, but it's not how
you get up the way you fell down.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
You're gonna get up different, and you're supposed to come
up stronger. You're supposed to come up with more confidence.
You're supposed to come up with more wisdom and understanding,
not come up as foolish as you was when you
fell down.
Speaker 4 (02:48):
Amen, it's like riding the bike. When you on that bike.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
When they done took the training wheels off of it
when you were younger and you ride that bike, and
after you fall, you figure out how to keep those
handle oars in that bike up so you don't fall
again and stratch your leg because the pain that it
brought when you feel and stratch your leg or your
hand or your face, you didn't want to experience that
pain no more. So you learned how to ride that

bike the right way.

So in this case, it's the same thing when you're
going through trials because you declare that you are Christian,
when you declare that you believe God, you're going to
have trials and triplations. I'm reminded of Paul when the
snake got on him, and because Jesus has said in
(03:38):
his word that no deadly thing could hurt you. It
was proven to Paul when the snake attached itself to
his arm when he went to pick up sticks and acts,
chapter twenty eight. And the people expected Paul to fall
out dead, they expected him to swell up, but when
he shook it off, they' said this man must be
(03:59):
a god. God demonstrated his spirit and his word through
Paul in regards to if any deadly thing it won't
hurt you.

And it did not.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
You see, so we come to the place that we
say we trust in the God. We believe in God,
and we're holding.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
On to God.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
But when the trials come, we seem to thin out.
Sometime the real us come out.
Speaker 4 (04:31):
Let's just face reality.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
The real us come out, and it comes out greater
than what we expected.
Speaker 4 (04:38):
But always save God uses that to.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Show us what's in us in order for what we
need to work on in our lives to be a
better Christian. Knowing not we can work on, but He
has to work on it. And if we have to
surrender enough to Him in order for Him to take.

It out of us and wash us and make us clean.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Oh, when it comes down to it, Jesus sent, God
sent Jesus, excuse me to be tried of the devil
by the devil, led by the spirit. If you're led
by the spirit, you're gonna be tried. If He abs
in you and his word abide in you, you're gonna
(05:21):
be tried. And the only way I found to overcome
the trial and when the battle is through his word
is by having his word on the tip of your termue,
knowing his word, being able to speak his word in
the right situation and in the right circumstances in order
for his word to take effect and perform the miracle
(05:44):
right before your eyes that you.

Need to be performed the word.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
See, and when you've got his word in you and
with you, his word would defend you. His word will
bring you through a storm. Yes, his word would deliver
you from everything that's not like him. After after fasting
(06:14):
forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter
came to him and said, if you are the son
of God, tell these stones to become bred. Now, first
thing he did was brought doubt. That's the first thing
they ever do, is bring doubt in your mind. He
filled your mind with doubt. Before you say I can,
(06:37):
you'll say you can't. He knew that Jesus was the
son of God. They ever knew it all the time.
It wasn't a question. The question was did Jesus know
he was the son of God. This is what the
devil was trying to establish in him. He was trying
(06:58):
to make him weak because he first thing he said,
if you are, if you think you are, can you
prove that you are? Can you demonstrate the power of
God to prove that you are a believing, that you
are a Christian, and that you have the faith to
move a mountain. Because Jesus said, these signs shall follow
(07:22):
them that believe in my name. Thy shall tread up
on surface demons and devils of all kinds of nature.
In my name, thou shall lay hands on the sick,
and they shall recover. He demonstrated that through Paul in
Acts twenty eight, when Paul laid hands on the man's father.
The man's father in law was suffering with a fever.
(07:45):
Paul went and prayed for him and the fever left. Now,
that type of fever there, they said, usually last four months,
but then sometime they've known that fever the last two
or three years. But Jesus demonstrated his self through Paul
by having him to lay hands. Now, if somebody tell
(08:08):
you they have a headache, do you pray for the
headache or do you tell 'em to go get a time?
Speaker 4 (08:12):
No, which faith do you have?
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Uh? I I just wonder, I'm moan, Well, think about it.
Which faith do you have? When someone say they blood
pressures up and it's bond, which faith do you have
you tell 'em to go get a aspir or call
the doctor, or do you pray for him? We all
are supposed to be able to demonstrate this power of God.

Every one of us is supposed to be able to
demonstrate it. It's not just one person.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
When you feeling bad, do you pray for yourself?
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Do you call on the name of Jesus.
Speaker 1 (08:52):
Or do you just call somebody else to pray for you.
It's okay to touch it a greed. I believe in that,
But uh so believe that we all supposed to have
this power, that whereas we can speak it, then it
has to go.

Now.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
But the devil brings down in us, just like he
tried to bring doubt in Jesus Verse for Jesus answered,
it is written, man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that cometh from the mouth of God. Now,
the devil told, Jesus told the devil, bread ain't gonna
(09:31):
help if I turn it into bread, it ain't gonna
benefit me. It ain't gonna help me in no shape
for him or fashion. So why would I even prove
to you by making it bread?
Speaker 4 (09:44):
Jesus showed him up.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
It wouldn't make no sense it It made no sense
to nobody for the devil to tell him to turn
the stones in the bread. Jesus wasn't hungry, or may
he have been, but that's not what he wanted. Maybe
the devil was hungry. He wanted Jesus to make him
some bread. That's all I can think of. But Jesus answered,
and man shall not live by bread alone, but by
(10:07):
every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God,
led by the spirit. Now the word, Jesus said, the
word you will live. With the word, you will live.
Without the word, you won't live. David said, thy word
have I hid in my heart that I might not
saying against them. The Word of God is your strong power.
(10:34):
The word of God is your defense. The word of
God is your deliverance. The Word of God is your healing.
The Word of God is your strength.

God is your backbone. The Word of God is your joy.
Thank God. Then the devil took him up to the
Holy City and had him stand on a high is
point of the temple. If you are the son of God,
he said, throw yourself down, for it is written that

With that doubt. Again.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
See y'all sit up and listen to folk that tell
you you ain't got no strength, you ain't got no power,
you ain't got no ability, and you feast on that.
The Bible said, you believe alive before you went the truth.
The Bible said that you have the same authority. You
have the same Jesus that the preacher has, that the

choir has, that the praise leader have, that the deliverous
minister have. You have the same Jesus and the same power.
You just do not allow it to be demonstrated through you.
You would rather see it through somebody else than through you.
It ain't about that Jesus didn't give it to you,
(11:58):
because Jesus said when you first guy say, he gave
you the Holy ghost. It just has to be developed.
But you would rather sit back and watch somebody else
do it than you. So how can you say you're
a Christian where you don't demonstrate none of the power
that Christ has imparted into you. See, it's one thing
(12:20):
about it. The devil brings so much weakness and doubt
in you. Some of us would rather sit on a
weak spirit from the devil than to stent on the
word of God.

The word of God. All you've got to.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Do is speak it and believe it, and they'll come
to pass. See, he's there to perform his word. And
if you're one of his kids and you speak his word,
his word's gonna come to pass.

Oh, it'll come to past.
Speaker 1 (12:50):
Because God is your insurance that his word will come
to pass. He'll back his word up through your mouth.
He'll back his word up through you. You will back
up your prayers. If you go on a hospital and
start laying her hands on sick people, God will back
you up one hundred percent. He'll stand beside you'll see

sick people getting up off the sick bed. Cause that's
the kind of Jesus, you know, that's the kind of
faith we're supposed to have.

And if you are the son of God, if see that,
they will always if it.

If you, if if ain't no, If if you either
inny house, you either son of God or you not
your child of the most High King? Are you in
you believe that he died and rows on the third day,
and that he sits on the right hand side of
the Father, and that all power in heaven and earth
is in his hand, and that it's in you because

you're a part of him and he's a part of you,
and that you're living for him, and he's living through
you and in you, and that you can do anything
through Christ. I can do all things through Christ. That
strengthens me. He strengthens. He anointed you to go forth
in his word to demonstrate his power. He wants you

to do that. He don't want you to sit back
and be weak. Now, why with the devil telling to
throw himself off of Jesus didn't have to throw hisself
off of mountain. Jesus had his ability to de send
and undescend. Jesus could stand up and not even have
to stand on the mountain. He could float, come on boat,
(14:28):
shotting out of no sigh. He didn't have to stand that.
He was only playing the devil to show the devil
that he didn't have nothing. He played along with the
devil's game, and then he turned around and watched what
he's coming.

And that's the whole thing about it with you. You
ain't playing with his game. You believe in the devil's game.
You're walking in the devil's game. You accepting what he
brings to your mind. The devil is alive, my God,

the son of God, he said, throw yourself down, for

it is written he will command the Angel his angels
concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against the stone.
And I look, the devil either know the word the
devil know the word. You see that the devil know
the word better than some of y'all are saying you're
a Christian. He knew the word. He quoted the word

to Jesus. Now you see I bowld the devil. He
quoted the word to the devil. See the word the
devil know how to take the scriptures and mix them
up in your mind. Where you have a scripture that
says I can do all things through Christ that strengthened me,
he'll come along. He'll he'll come along with the scripture
that says lay hands suddenly on no man. See, he
(15:50):
always got a way of deceiving you.

And stopping you. You see what I'm saying. He took that.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
Same scripture and stopped you from allowing the spirit of
the Lord to use you, or for you even trying to.

Spill the Bible. Say, try to spell it and see
if he say. God.

See, but that's the scripture he brought right there, and
he told he told Jesus.

He said he'd give his angels charge over you. He
said he would do this. Now.

See he already knew. See the devil ain't fooling nobody
but you. He he's wise. The Bible said, the devil
is a wise serpent. You got to ire smarted. You
got to be wiser than his. When he come in
your head and tell you what you can't do, you

got to step back and tell him I can do
all things through Christ that strengthened me. You got the rise,
take up your bed and walk to take up your
mind and get it loose from what you tied up in.

Going on in church with these preachers y'all been following
and chasing. He had another one messing with children. I'm
telling you see, y'all following mess, and it ain't even
of God. Listening to stuff that ain't got nothing to
do with God. Aksing them to pray for you when
you needed to be praying for him, messing with children,
the other one messing with homosextions, another one stealing. Stopped

following these folk and following Jesus, hollering, you Jah called

Stop following folk and follow Jesus. You follow Jesus, You'll
be alright. Led by the spirit.

trying to take other folks children poison in these kids mind,
making them think they gonna do them better than what
their parents do because their parents make them behave any

child believes there's the biggest fool in the world. See,
folk always can come along and make you think they
can do better with you than your own parents can
do what you don't follow them, cause they finna lead
you into the biggest mess and tap your life. You've
ever seen the grass always look greener on the other side.

let the devil deceive you. Don't let him fool you
and to think and you're better off without Jesus because
you're not. You're better with him than you are without him.
You will always be better with him. I don't care
what it looks like. If you believe God and you

trust him, you're gonna go through something. You're gonna be tried.
Let me tell your feelings, gonna be hurt, You're gonna
be disappointed. No, I ain't telling you no prosperity stricture
to get you thinking God for to drop a million
dollars in your lap, or you gonna win, to make
the lottery tonight.

Because Jesus don't pay the lottery. Jesus ain't gabbling.

Stop buying the lottery tickets in praying over it, thinking
God's gonna let you win, because that's not what Jesus do.
That ain't so. It ain't scripture. It ain't scripture. That's
face reality, super loto, all of them, none of them.
It ain't scripture. That's not the word.

The devil can bless you if you sell him your soul.
If you're willing to take his and give up your soul,
you'll bless you. But the chaos that come with it
ain't worth it, because when Jesus bless you is so

no comeback on it. Can't nobody wash your face with
what they did for you. Can't nobody come back and
say nothing to you. All they can sit back and
do is be astonished when Jesus bless you.

Wait for the blessing of the Lord and stop running
around trying to find it. It's like folk running here
and there looking for a husband and a wife. If
you sit still and you in Christ, he'll send you one.
I know that for a fact he will. Don't make
the mistakes that some of us have made.

Christ, stay in Christ, wait on Him, Wait on the Lord,

Every way you turn led by the spirit, it affects

Don't let that devil deceive you. Don't let him fool

some of the people that are homeless in the street today.
They stayed with a parent that would a loved one.
They never rose above that, they never climbed out of that.

And when that loved one or that parent passed away,
they were left in a situation that left them homeless
and in the street. Why because they did not grow,
they didn't mature during the time the help they had
was present with them. Court shut to her. Maybe I shot,

I don't know, Siah. God doesn't want you to be
a weak Christian. He wants you to be a strong Christian,
strong in Him, strong in his word, strong in his might,
strong in his power. One, not for save it, not
depending on anyone or anything but him, not trusting in

anyone or anything but Him. I feel so bad for
the people that was following these ministers and that have
made shipwrecks.

And cause others to fall out with God because.

Of their error and their mistake. But you see, here's
the thing. If we're seeking God like we should, some
of us should have had the desernment to see that
the preacher was in trouble and be able to get
to them and help them, instead of us only trying
to get them to help us. A lot of times
(25:56):
we don't even see the need of another person because
all we overtaken by is our own need, our own
lustful desire.

And when that person is in need of your prayers
and your help, hey.

Od shutting not out of no sire, lead by the spirit.
I go through the streets a lot of times and
I see things I may not get out of my vehicle,
but I'll pray for that person as I'm passing, As
I'm driving by, I whisper a word of prayer to
the Lord, because Jesus knows what they need, Jesus knows
their name, Jesus knows where they're suffering. Jesus knows their pain.

Get out to be seen and make a lot of noise.
You just whisper a word of prayers.

You pass it by, and God you'll see them again,
and God will be the main changes for them.

I've had people I walked upone hadn't seen him four
or five years.

But I know that we prayed, and.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
When I saw them again, God had done the miracle
in they life that they needed. But I didn't need
to be with them to do it. I didn't have
to hold they hand. All I needed to do was
tell Jesus something, and he did it for him, led
by the spirit of God. Are you led by the
spirit of God? See you sit there and you watch them,
(27:14):
and you're listen, but you don't see where the devil
has attacked him, and where the devil has come in
to destroy. And the devil wanted deceive every one of us,
just like he tried to receive deceive Jesus. He went
out of his way to deceive Jesus Father in the
name of the Old Shad of Moshigah.

God, I thank you now.

I thank you for your spirit. I thank you for
your presence. Now, Lord, I pray that every individual to
not be deceived by the devil any longer, but they
know and they see, and that they're led by the Spirit.
