God bless you. It's a blessing to come before you
once again. I want you to open your bibles the
Hebrews chapter four. Go to Hebrews chapter four. The Word
of the lawd will be found in Hebrews chapter four.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
In the Word of the Lord.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
The topic of the nassists today is going to be
called Jesus saves. Jesus saves. No questions asked Father. In
the name of Jesus, we thank you today. We thank
you for your presence. We thank you for your spirit.
We thank you for salvation. Most of all, we thank
you for giving us another day to live and know

(01:10):
and receive your goodness, and know that you're present, that
you're with us, and that all things work together for
good to those who love the Lord and those who
are called according to His purpose, aym'am. Hebrews chapter four,
we at verse one, therefore, seeing a promise remain of

(01:30):
entering his rest. Let us fear lest any of you
see seem to have come short of it. For indeed
the gospel was preached to us as well as to them.
But the word which they heard did not profit them,
not being mixed with faith. And those who heard it.

(01:51):
For we who have believed, do not enter that rest.
As he said, so I saw it in my wrath,
And they shall not enter my rest, although the works
were finished from the foundation of the world. For he
has spoken in certain places of the seventh day. In

(02:15):
this way, God rested on the seven day from all
his work, And again in this place they shall not
enter my rest Verse one. The tragic unbelief of the
desert generation of Israelite served as a warning for believers
today to enter into God's rest, which is still offered

(02:37):
to the faithful. The gospel preached is translated of a
single Greek word, meaning the good news was announced. The
good news of God's rest had been proclaimed to the Israelite.
The generation led by Moses had failed to enter their rest,
which was promise, which was the Promised Land, because of

(03:02):
the lack of faith. In a same way, the Gospel
of Christ that have been proclaimed to the author, announcing
with calling from this in God's rest, but their unbelief
would hinder them from entering into it. Jesus saves unbelief,

(03:28):
not believing, walking going every time the church door is open,
you're going, You're there, You're trying to participate, but yet
you don't believe. You don't believe because it seems like

(03:50):
what you want or what you feel is not happening.
But we forget. It has to be according to to
the will of God. It has to be in line
with the will of God in order for you to
receive what you're asking God for. The visual lights were

(04:16):
going with Moses. The Bible said, well, because of their unbelief,
they did not receive the promise. It's no needing. You
going every time the door opened, Jesus Saints, and every
time the church is on, But yet you walk away,

(04:41):
not believing, not trusting. As I said before, your mouth,
your hands, and your legs work your faith. All at
the same time. So many people pray, Lord Lord, let
me win. A lot of you want to win the
big jackpart. But you have to understand one thing, if

(05:08):
you don't buy a ticket, you can't win. Another thing
is God is not in the lottery. God doesn't gamble.
He told us over in Jeremiah about gambling. Lord, give
me a million dollars. Are you able to handle that
much money? Are you able to know how to put

(05:30):
that much money to work? That's why he says, seek
ye first the Kingdom of God and all of his righteousness,
and all of these things shall be added. Unto you unbelief,
lack of faith causes all of us to suffer. It

(05:50):
cost us, all of us to go through unnecessary mental
changes sometimes that we don't need to. It causes us
the spas and the stress out to go off, say
and do things that we normally wouldn't do because in
lack of faith. But if you believe that he is
the son of God, and that he died and rose

(06:13):
on the third day, and if you can continue to
believe that he's who he said he is, remember Moses said,
tell him, what's my name? He said, I am. I
want you to know that faith. The Bible said, faith
with thy works is dead. You cannot ask God to

(06:34):
give you a better job, and you don't get them
and go look for it. It's not gonna walk to
the door and knock and say, oh, I'm here. You
cannot ask God to get you out of confusion. If
you continue to be antagonistic, you cannot ask God to

(06:56):
deliver you from someone in your study, going back and
forth to them. You got to bring yourself to a
place of humility in Christ. I had to do it
and still doing it. We all have to do it.
We have to humble ourself at the feet of Jesus

(07:17):
Jesus saints and know that he can do anything but
feel God's rest. The theme of rest has its beginning.
It's in the beginning, in God's own rest. After certainty,
the fact that Genesis makes no mention of evening of

(07:39):
the seventh day of creation, providing a basis for some
Jewish commentaries to conclude that the rest of God's lasts
throughout all of history. I want you to know since
therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those

(08:03):
to whom it was first preach did not enter because
of disobedience. Disobedience causes us to take the word of
God and twisted to fit the way we wanted to fit.
The Bible says obedience is better than a sacrifice. Let

(08:26):
your mind go back to when your parent would tell
you something to do when you were smaller, but yet
you didn't do it. You got out of hand. You
remember the spanking you got. You remember how they went
off on you. Not just imagine you being disobedient to God.
But yet you want God to be what you wanted

(08:46):
to be. But yet we are not living according to
this word. Yes we're stumbling, Yes we error, Yes we
make mistakes, but yet we need to go back and
asks for forgiveness. Some of us we walk over our sins.
We just keep going. We don't stop one time and

(09:06):
ask God to forgive us. Jesus saves. Some of us
are not even humble enough to aks a person to
forgive us. We can do somebody wrong and you will
not go back and apologize to that person. How do
you expect you gonna get anywhere with that attitude? In
that disposition, Jesus saves. Since therefore it remained that some

(09:37):
must enter. Okay, and again he designated a certain day,
saying in David today, after such a long time, as
it has been said, today, if you will hear his
voice and do not hearten your heart, some of us have.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
Come to the conclusion this is the way it is
this is the way it's gonna be.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Not so in Christ, not so in Christ, because the
whole thing about it, Jesus has a pattern, and he's
laid the foundation, He's opened up the way. It's up
to us as a personal person to follow this way.

(10:22):
When you get through going to church and your ears
itching and you'll and you get your feel and the
preacher get through hoop and then hollering, you still got
to give in count to God for yourself. Sure you
got either that got hot, you enjoyed it, you dance
and shout, But just the same you got to purge

(10:44):
your heart and your mind you wanted and got the
stress relieved in the service. But yet we have to
make a change within ourselves. Jesus saves. Jesus saves from
the gutter to the othermost. Jesus saves, for if Joshua

(11:13):
had given them rests, then he would not afterwards have
spoken of another day, therefore remaining therefore a rest for
the people of God. For he who has entered his
rest has himself also ceased from his work, as God

(11:36):
did from his. Let us therefore be diligent to enter
the rest. Let anyone fall according to the same example
of disobedient. That it is again, for the word of
God is l living, powerful, sharper than any two inches sword,

(11:59):
piercing even to the division of the soul and the spirit,
and of the joints and the miraor is a deserning
of the thoughts and the intention of the heart. You
see when you get over here in the Hebrews, that

(12:20):
was out of verse cha Hebrew chapter four and verse
eleven I started eleven. When you actually get into the
real depth of God's word.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
And you start searching yourself. They used to sing a song,
search me, search me, Lord, search me, and take everything
in me. That's not like you out we start whinding
like a baby. Cause every time when he started perising
the heart and the mira and getting down into.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
The bones of your soul and your spirit, all the
loud glory, that's when your battle began, My God, Michael,
that's when you spiritually, mentally, and physically get this a third.
But you got to understand that Jesus has to do

(13:12):
this in order to bring you to a place of
obedience and bring you to a place of faith, because
the Bible says without faith, it's impossible to please God.
So you've got to have the faith and the belief
that Jesus saves. Jesus saves you from everything that he

(13:35):
does not have in his word, or that you are
not doing according to his word. A lot of times
it's a gradual moved it's a process. But if you
stay in it, and if you stick with it, He's
will do just what he said he'd do. Jesus saves

(14:00):
some of us look for a spur of a moment righteousness.
It's a process because you forget that you're a human
and that you have a free will, and that God
is working with your will as well as you try,
and you supposed to work with his will. You see

(14:20):
what I'm saying, wonderful seem even though he told Nor
to build the art, nor had to be willing to
work with wood, Nor had to be willing to get
a ham and nails, nor had to be willing to
use his hands. He could have been rebellious at any
given time. But it doesn't tell us in the stripture

(14:42):
that Jesus had to walk.

Speaker 4 (14:44):
Fair with him.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
And this day and time, we're we're like flipping a
pancake in Christ. One side get almost brown, but we
flip it over to the other side. Then we turned
the fire down and the other sid can't cook properly.
It takes longer. And then some of us like popcorn
in Christ, just pop pop popping everywhere. But I ain't

(15:09):
getting the foundation, ain't getting no changes. It ain't rooted eco,
but us I felt it be your shad one for save.
You need to be rooted and grounded in the good news.
Oh I've been in this church twenty years. Yeah, but
you ain't been in the world twenty years. You ain't
got anchored in the word of God in twenty years,
because if so, your attitude and your disposition wouldn't be

(15:32):
the way that it is. Holler at your globey to God.
People have to feel the love of God when they
come in your company. How globally be to God. People
have said, oh, I was around there, so arrogrant and
they're so mean. You see, we've got to turn this around.

(15:52):
If we're gonna be the example and be what God
Christ caused us to be, Jesus say, we're gonna have
to give in to the will of God. If you
notice how buildings are built, I don't care how buildings
are built. The foundations are laid the same. That's one

(16:12):
thing about the construction. They can't change the way the
foundation is laid. They got the laid the foundation with
that concrete in order to hold the building up. They
can't modify that. They can modify the area and everything else,
but when it comes down to it, they have to
use that same material for the foundation.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
You go and construction site and ask them.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
And this is the same thing with Jesus. Everybody want
to modify the foundation. Everybody want to modify the Word.
But the Word of God stands. It's just said, it's
sharpening any two edged sword, and that it lives. And
if the word lives, it needs to live in you.
The Word live. If my word abide in you and

(16:57):
you abide in me. He said, you can ask what
you want will and they shall be done. So find
out what's not abiding in you, and then you'll find
out why you're not receiving what you're asking for. Osa
why nothing for savior? Say in the Lord will you
get The blood of Jesus just gets you. Everybody has
an opinion, and everybody has a way that it should go.

(17:19):
But the foundation is the Word of God. Jesus saved.
And it ain't no way around the word. If you
don't understand something, or if you are in any word anyway,
you start getting in the word, and the word will
take you to where you need to be in the world,
will bring you to the place you should go. And
the word will bring about the humility that you needed.

(17:40):
And the word will show you how to be obedient.
You see, it's one thing I like about Jesus. He's
so sweet and subtle. He's so loving and kind. Jesus saved.
Jesus just slips in and puts his arms around you,
and he said, come on softly, and they say, come on,
I'm gonna take you where you need to go. I'm
gonna direct you in the path where should be. And

(18:01):
he does it so so sweetly and so easily. But
we're the ones that causes it the things to be hard.
It's just like trying to train a horse or a
mule that you trying to ride his back. He ain't
never had you on his back. So the minute you
get on his backyard and some of y'all watch rodeo,
I do, he get the bucket and jumping up and
down and trying to throw you off, but the rodeo

(18:24):
trainer gets on his back and rides it out, and
before you know it, that baby's going around just as
smooth and comfortable because he done got comfortable with the
rodeo on his back. He done broke him in and
got into where he wanted to be. Sure, it's still
work to be done. Now, that's the same thing, same
way we are with Jesus. Jesus is trying to bring

(18:45):
us into the place of goodness of his spirit, but
yet we're bucking up and down. We don't want to
be tamed, we don't want to be humble, We don't
want to be subject to his will, into his way,
but we want to control him. Now, as long as
the the the rodeo god's feeding the horse and giving
him an apple and letting him stay out there and

(19:06):
do whatever he wanna do, he's fine. But the minute
he throw that saddle on him and got on his back,
he was no longer fine. And that's the way we
are in Christ. But I come to tell you, Jesus
save and we got to humble ourselves and bring ourselves
to the place that God can do in us what's needed,
so that he can work it all out in our heart,

(19:27):
our minds, our soul, and our spirit. Go to verse fourteen.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
Seeing then that we have a great high priest who
has passed through the heavens Jesus, the Son of God.
Let us hold fast our confession, for we do not
have a high priest who cannot sympathize with thy weakness,
but was in all points tempted as we are, yet

(19:56):
without sin.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
He been through it, He been there. It's just like
a mother tells her daughter and her father tells her son,
I've been where you're going. I done live what you're
going through. If you listen to me, I'll get you
through it. And we rebel against God, just like with
your kids, rebel against you, just like they act a
fool with you. That's the way we act a fool
with God. We our own example. If you look at it,

(20:21):
that's the way you care on. I want you to
look at the way your kids care on with you,
and then I want you to compare yourself to that
with Christ, and you gonna see that you are care
and on the same way. Cause when Jesus says, sit
down and hear my boys usually decide to get up
and go hear somebody else. Every time God show you something,

(20:43):
you run to somebody else to explain it to you
instead of asking him. Now, you get all upset if
you tell your children, oh, that looks that shirting past
looks nice, But they gotta go next door and get
the neighbor's approval before they will accept what you said.
It you upside down? How do you think Jesus feel

(21:03):
when he done showed you something in your sleep and
you've got to go tell five for other folk before
you say Lord, what is it? And allow him to
interpretate it to you. You got to go get somebody
else's opinion before you'll even walk right in his words,

(21:24):
You don't even think about the beautitude blessed out of
the poor and spirit for theirs as the kingdom of God.
The beuttitude tells you it keeps you going. Get over
there in Matthew chapter five. Sometime and the be attitudes
will strengthen you. Jesus wants us to rely one hundred
percent on him and not only anyone else. Jesus saves.

(21:48):
Jesus don't want you to have someone else as a crutch.
That if they said it, it's all right. No, Jesus said, it.
It's all right. If it's in the word, then it's right.
Other people's opinion of the word doesn't matter. It's the
interpretation of the word that God gives you. Because the
word works in the way that it should work for

(22:09):
each individual, and some it works for on one scripture,
and some it works for on another scripture. Canyr say gloory,
canyr say glory, Hallelujah globe. He's already paid the price,
He's already went through what you're going through. He knows everything.

(22:31):
There's nothing hidting from him. Verse sixteen. Let us therefore
come boldly to the Throne of Grace, that we may
obtain mercy, finding grace to help in the time of need.
Come boldly to the Throne of Grace. There is no

(22:51):
proper way of speaking to God. All you can do
is speak the way that you speak. I don't care
what language is. All you can do is go to
Jesus as you. All you can do is face Him
as you. You can't face Jesus for me, and I
can't face Jesus for you, but I can support you

(23:15):
in calling on the name of Jesus. I can touch
and agree with you. But you're the one that's gonna
have to give count of him, that the one it's
all set him done. Let him work it out through you.
Let him move and live in you, Jesus saves. Let
him guide you every step of the way. Let us

(23:36):
therefore be diligent to enter the rest, and let anyone fall,
Let anyone fall according to the same example of disobedient.
For the Word of God is living and powerful, and
sharper than any two eddage sword, pierce an even to
the division of the soul and the spirit, and the

(23:56):
joints and themorraw. It is and is a designing of
thoughts and intense.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Of the heart.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
Highlu your clothing. And there is no creation hidden from
his sight, but all things arenked and open to his eyes.
Of Him to whom we must give in count. You
can't hide from Jesus. You can't hide nothing from God.
There's nothing God don't know about you, and there's nothing

(24:25):
that God don't see you doing. Most people think telling
somebody else they secret, that is a secret. But it's
no longer a secret when you tell somebody else, because
they're guaranteed they're going to tell it eventually. They're going
to tell your secret equal, no shot that ill shod
holley Loujah, Glory to God. So I ain't no need

(24:47):
of think. And you hiding from God, and that God
don't see what you're doing, and that he don't hear
what you say. My God can see and know everything
about you. Jesus saves. Come and let him save you.
Let him do what needs to be done. If you
want to live for Christ, be honest with yourself. If

(25:08):
you don't want it, don't play with him. eBoy, shine
out of the Nosiah. Seek he first, the Kingdom of
God and all of his righteousness. Seek him and his
way and his will. Get to know him like you've
never known him before. Stop looking at the materialistic thing,
stop looking at the troubles of the world, because He's

(25:30):
got it all in the palm of his hand. He's
got the whole world in his hand. He knows what's
going and coming, he knows what's up and down, he
knows what's gonna happen before it happened. You've got the
trust and believe. Don't be like the Israelites was miss
out on the Kingdom of God. But keep believing and

(25:53):
hold to your faith. So no matter what You're going
to believe God now, no matter what. You going to
trust God and know that he's got you in the
palm of his hand, and that he'll never leave you
nor forsake you. He's not gonna dump you and throw
you away. He'll be there when you up. He's there

(26:14):
when you're down. He's there when you're laughing. He's there
when you're crying. Now, he's there when you're grieving. He's
there when the anxiety steps in. He's there when you upset,
he's there when you're not. He's always there. Jesus has
already made his self welcome in you and around you.
Now you make him welcome to come in. Eby shine

(26:37):
out of Osiah. Open your heart, your mind, and allow
Jesus to step in. Now, Jesus saves is that come
under me? Oh you that a lady and heavy lady,
And I'll give you red. Take my yoke up on
you and learn the me. Jesus saves. Jesus will save you.

(26:59):
I don't care what you're facing, He's already faced it.
I don't care how heart is seen. He's already been there.
And I'm guaranteed wines. So he'll make a way where
there is no way. He'll open a door that no
man can close. Stop relying on others, because they're going

(27:20):
to hurt you, they're going to fail. Well, Remember, everybody
has their own trials and tribulations. Everybody has their owns
ups and downs. Take your burdens to the Lord and
leave them there, and he will take care of it
all for you. All you've got to do is have
faith as big as the muscles. See and say, Lord,

(27:42):
I believe, I believe, I believe Jesus saved. I believe.
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shall receive
the victory. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you

(28:04):
shall have joy unspeakable and full of glory. You'll bring
joy in your home, peace in your mind, satisfaction in
your spirit. Make all your little children be good to you,
and you good to them. Thank you, Jesus, Thank you Jesus.
