couple of guests in the studio.It's Christian Eiman and Jay Brown. They're
here because they've got a good cause. You know, it's holidays. High
gentlemen, first of all, saygood morning. Holidays are here, and
it's always and cold weather is onthe way. I know we haven't had
too much of it yet, butyou know it's going to get a little
chillier and it's that time of yearwhere it's a good time to think about

maybe cleaning out your closet or maybegrabbing a new coat and taking it to
a coat drive. And we havea coat drive coming up, don't we,

fourth, we're gonna be collecting coatsand warm clothing for the Hideland Lakes Crisis
Network. Okay, so not justcoats, but you know, if you

got some maybe some unused long underwearstuff like that and all that gloves,
you know, anything that helps peoplekeep warm during Yeah, okay, cool?
And then where are we gonna dothis collection? Is this going to
be a what kind of effort isthis to get the work So we've partnered
with First Baptist Church here in marbleFall and we'll be having the coat drive
there, like Jay said, fromten to one Friday morning. So,

like you said, bring out acoat, bringing out some type of warm
clothings, coats for kids. Butwe're looking for items to restock for the
Highland Lakes Crisis Network. Come outshow your support for the community. Goes
anywhere in the Highland Lakes area.Yeah, I noticed your flyer says either
new or gently used. You don'twant to take this stuff you need to
throw away? No, do goodthings? And yeah, I mean we're

not really asking people to go outand you know, buy a new one,
but if they do have a littleextra money and maybe they're buying themselves
a new one this year, theycould donate one and some on their closet
to this cause. I know thatI have coats that I have outgrown as
I've gotten older, shall we say, as I've grown, I'm still growing,
you know, but there are thereare coats in my closet that I

could I could bring buy that aregently used. So well, this is
a cool deal. Why do y'alldecide to do this? Well, we
actually read an article recently. Ithink it was in the picking or the
daily daily trip. Yeah, sure, And I said there was a shortage
and Christian and I were talking aboutit, and you know, I got
pretty cold a couple years ago whenall the power went off and everything.

So they need to kind of bestocked up on these coat to be ready
for Yeah, be ready. That'sgood. Is there a way to donate
coats before the day? I meanyou want you have a kind of a
specific daytime Friday November twenty fourth,from ten am to one pm at First
Baptist Church. But is there away to donate with sam leave in town

things like, yeah, yeah,definitely. So a lot of people will
be leaving town beforehand to go spendtime with family abroad. So we have
two dedicated sinners that you can goand drop something off. The first is
First Baptist Church, Marble Falls.They'll have a box the box that you
can go drop off, or youcan also come to the shop that we
work at at eleven oh two FMfourteen thirty one. We'll have a box
there. If not, reach outto your local church. We've spoken to

all the churches in the area MarbleFalls and Burn it, So just reach
out to them if you can't makeit into Marble Falls and just leave them
with them and we'll collect them,make sure we get them to Kevin at
the Highland Lakes Crisis Network and thenJay what you're saying, you can also
always just drop it by the CrisisNetwork. Yeah, I mean they have
specific powers stuck out their website,but they have a warehouse, so yeah,
they collect things like these, butwe're just trying to do like a

community collection and drop off a biggerload. But you can always drop them
off there too. Absolutely, they'rehaving a big effort right now to restock
their shelves at the warehouse with thepersonal hygiene items too, so that's something
to keep in mind. But graba coat too and take it by there.

you want to drop off beforehand,you can once again go to First Baptist
Marble Falls or you can come toeleven oh two FM fourteen thirty one and
we'll receive your coats there, makesure they get to the right place,
okay, And if you take itto the church during that time, it's
going to be like a drive through. Take half a minute to do and
get up there and get gone,yes sir, yes sir, just straight

on through. We'll have people collectingcoats. We'll have volunteers on both sides,
so it shouldn't be anything. Youjust stay in your car, don't
have to worry about much. Okay, we'll be giving out cookies and coffee
and now wait a minute, reallyokay, just because it's Black Friday,
Yeah, okay, good, Yeah, they take a break from Black Friday,
go up there to sit on topof that hill for a while and
overlook the whole city in say coffeeand take a look at beautiful marble Faull.
