It's another week of free live music happening music on
Maine downtown Marble Falls, Old Oak Square and coming up
this Saturday evening, it's going to be the That Carney band.
He's taking the stage at five o'clock to wrap up
the week of free live music. And we're talking with
Zach Carney right now. Zack, how's it going.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
It's going good. How are you doing doing well?

Speaker 1 (00:19):
So you've been here before? I know you performed this
several times, especially this past spring. Correct, Zach, Yeah, over a.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Couple of past years. I've been playing there.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
How much fun is it?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
It's so much fun. And I got to say, this
is my first time bringing up the band, and so
I'm really to share that with you guys.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
So you talk about your band? How many how many
pieces are in the band? Coming up this Saturday evening.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
We are a power trio. We got a drummer, bassist
in me on vocals and guitar.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
All right, so you do both vocals and guitar. What
kind of music do you play?

Speaker 2 (00:50):
We play all cuts the music we do us online.
I'll have a QR coach set out for everybody where
they can. They can see a full list of songs,
but we do and they can pick it right from there.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
All right, So you'll you'll have that QR code out
there this Saturday evening five o'clock. So where are you
out of, Zach? What's your background? How long you've been playing?
And do you play quite a bit down in the
New Bronfo San Antonio area.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
I've been playing for a living for about eight years now.
I started off in Kerrville, and then the more I
started playing in Austin and San Antonio, I decided I
would just move right in between. And that's that's what
landed me here.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
All right. Now you get to come to Marble Falls
from time to time, and you'll be out there this
Saturday evening five o'clock. Got that beautiful oak tree. I know,
maybe a little warm, but there's that oak tree and
it'll be late enough in the day where it's gonna
feel pretty good out there, and by the time the
sunsets will feel really good.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Right Zach, Oh, yeah, Autumn's coming.
