Speaker 1 (00:00):
Giganic government sucks. Suit of habbiness radio is deluxe. Liberty
and freedom will make you smile of a suit of
habbiness on your radio to al, just as cheeseburgers liberate
fries at the food of.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Someone.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Someone mashed up oysters and some moores to make a
food and they call them some moisters. They sound perfect
for that family camping trip where someone swallows a poisonous
mushroom and needs to vomit immediately.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Look, we've all been there. By the way.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
A little later in the show, one of our producers
and afternoon hosts, here Ethan Buchanan, will be stopping by.
We are going to fat shame, so stick around. Who
doesn't love a good fat shaming. That's coming up in
a little bit. But before we get to any of that,
the big news of the day Bo Kelly, the leader
of El Salvador today meeting with Donald Trump, El Presidente
and the President together at the wine You.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
Maybe say a couple of words about the border, how
we do it?

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Yeah, it's just.

Speaker 5 (01:03):
Been absolutely phenomenal what a great leader can do. Clear direction,
Our laws matter. We should only have people in our
country that love us, and the border patrol and our
ice officers and law enforcement officers have done fantastic work,
so we're proud of them. Now, we just need to
get the criminals and murderers and rapists and dangerous gang

(01:23):
members and terrorist organizations out of our country. So, mister
President Kelly, we thank you very much for your partnership.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
That is Governor Haughty, Secretary Hatty. Now excuse me, and Christina,
I'm sure you've heard of her basically saying that, yeah,
because of the participation of Al Salvador with dealing with
the criminal illegals at our border, things are improving. President
bu Kelly says he will refuse to send MS thirteen
gang members back to the United States of America, which

(01:50):
has been a big problem in the past.

Speaker 5 (01:53):
President President bu Kelly weigh in on this, do you
plan to return him?

Speaker 6 (01:56):
Well, and most of guys suggested that us little terroristy
today the United States? Right, how can how can I
return him to the latter just like I smuggle him
into the United States or whether we do, of course
I'm not going to do it. It's like, let mean,
the questions were busterous. How can I muggle the terrorists
today United States? I don't have the power to return

(02:19):
him to the United States inside of Yeah, but I'm
not releasing I mean, we're not very fond of releasing
terroists to our country.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Week I love it, dude, I love bou Kelly. This
guy is such a cool guy. He's he's a good dresser,
he's a good looking dude. He seems like a cool
dude to hang out with. Between Hobby and Malay the
leader of Argentina, Donald Trump, the President of the United States,
and bu Kelly, the leader of Al Salvador the Western Hemisphere, Nay,
the Americas have significantly better political leaders than the rest

(02:49):
of the cuckold, little bitchback world, don't they. I gotta
tell you, Boo Kelly just seems like a cool dude
to me. I'm loving it, so that is very awesome.
Then he's not gonna be sending these criminals back, you know,
and that this is funny. The topic today came up
about the oh is it the women in sports? Do
you allow men to box women? Trump asked blue Kelly
if they let trainees participate in women's sports down in

(03:12):
El Salvador, Like, do you allow.

Speaker 7 (03:14):
Men to play in women's sports?

Speaker 8 (03:16):
Do you allow men to box your women and bock
because I know you have a lot of that's violence, that's.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
That's abuseful, it's abusive. But we have people that fight
to the death because they think men should be able
to play.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
In women's sports.

Speaker 8 (03:32):
Some of those sports it wouldn't matter much, but it
still matters, but some of them are very dangerous. For
some years ago, I just said, a decade ago or so,
women rights movements were pressuring so that we uh and
that's a specific loves to avoid men abusing women. And

(03:52):
I think those less were great because there were a
lot of men abusing women. But now some of them,
the same people are trying to bathtrack on. I'm actually
trying to make new laws allowing men to abuse woman
and in the sports.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Yeah, he's right, it's crazy.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
So that's bou Kelly, the man putting illegal aliens in prison,
has visited the White House, and the big question today
was about Abrego Garcia. But Brego Garcia is this guy
that's supposedly not supposed to be in and Al Salvador prison,
and we've heard about many times, Well send him home,
isn't he If he's supposed to be in America?

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Bring him home?

Speaker 3 (04:26):
The Trump administration contends it has no duty to return
this guy back to the United States, and I the
more I learn about this, I just don't think Trump
got it wrong. The media tells you one thing, and
Boo Kelly and Trump are saying something else. I don't
think that guy is supposed to be freed. Over and
over again. They've told us, Oh, he's innocent. The Trump
administration wrongly deported him and said no. I don't think so, guys.

(04:50):
I think you're misunderstanding the situation. But at any rate,
Boo Kelly and Trump says they will not be freeing
this guy. I don't think he's the political prisoner. The
media is trying to make it sound like he is.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
I'll continue to investigate that story because I'd love to
learn more about We've heard the left make this point
over and over again, and yet somehow both countries disagree
that that guy was supposed to be freed. You've heard
about the Mariland man who is wrongly deported. Bu Kelly,
by the way, says three hundred and fifty Americans, Our
three hundred and fifty million Americans are being liberated by

(05:21):
ending crime and terrorism in the United States. Narco terrorism,
but terrorism nonetheless. Of all the reasons I like bou Kelly,
the man putting illegal aliens in prison, visiting the White
House today, and so many reasons to like this guy,
one thing I really enjoy about bou Kelly is that,
much like Donald Trump, he has embraced crypto, he has
embraced bitcoin. This is why these guys are so popular

(05:43):
with the Trump adminished with young voters.

Speaker 9 (05:47):
Right.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Al Salvador's president, bu Kelly announced back in twenty twenty
one that he's going to build the first bitcoin city
on Earth. The city will have residential and commercial areas, restaurants,
entertainment use, even in airport, all funded by bitcoin backed bonds.
What a brilliant idea. Why not They're actually using crypto

(06:10):
in their country. Look, you could criticize them for that,
but crypto is not as volatile. Least, bitcoin is not
as volatile as the US dollar. Al Salvador is doing
smart things, putting criminals in prison, embracing future economic solutions,
understanding the direction this world is moving in. It's part
of the reason why places like Al Salvador and Argentina

(06:32):
that used to be incredibly dangerous have now become the
safest places on earth, economic freedom, justice for crime victims, liberty,
and by the way, guys, a good dresser too.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
I like it.

Speaker 5 (06:45):
It's never too early to learn that the government is
a greedy piglet that suckles on a taxpayer's teat until
they have sore, chapped nipples.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
The Pursuit of Happiness Radio on AM nine fifty KPRC.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
A bioscience company revived ancient dire wolves. They plan to
bring back other extinct things. Too extinct things. That's a
hard word to say. Apparently they plan to bring back
other extinct species as well, like the wooly mammoth or
the white running back. So congratulations to that bioscience company.
I am just a guest at what was said by

(07:24):
the former host of What Is Chuck? Do you guys
remember Chuck Todd from NBC Meet the Press. For a
long time, he was a regular vocal point on Sundays
for a cable I mean, for political news officionados. Breitbart
dot com today reporting that Chuck Todd has finally admitted
something we've said on the show many times. The corporate

(07:46):
media would rather lie to you than report the truth
and have it helped Trump We're in a very fascinating
age where those who aided and embedded the cover up
of Joe Biden's painfully obvious mental and physical deterioration are
now telling the truth while pretending they had nothing to
do with the cover up, even though they're the ones
that did the cover up. Listen to this clip and

(08:07):
remember they were all in on it. Here's Chuck Todd,
I'm Pierce Morgan.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
Last week, I sit here and I'll defend a little
bit of this in that I would argue the reason
people were able to come to their own conclusion on
Joe Biden is because of the media coverage.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
You know, look, we were subtle.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
He's using the back staircase, he's not using the front staircase. Hey,
he's not doing any interviews. So there was this reluctance
to the draw the conclusion to say is he not
doing this? And that I agree with that was that
was held back, held back a lot, I would argue
was also held back a lot back in the late
eighties when it was clear Ronald Reagan wasn't necessarily running

(08:43):
everything in the White House, whether you want to call
it decorum, whatever you want to call it.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
I look There.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
Were plenty members of me I remember David Ignatius and
the Washington Post, plenty of individual people questioning whether he
should run. I certainly questioned whether he should run. You
didn't understand, you know, there were some of that, But
I understand the argument about the collective on that front.
The only thing I can chalk it up to is
this whatever you want to call it, this fear that

(09:12):
some members of the media had sometimes that they would
be perceived as helping Trump if they somehow diminished Biden said.
It was some sort of zero sum game.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Is there it is? Guys?

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Todd says he questioned whether or not Biden should have
run for reelection. Really really, for two decades, we all
watched how Chuck Todd would dry hump anything into a
national narrative, even the trivial stuff. So where was all
the dry humping over something? This consequential? Todd reminds me
of Jake Tapper writing a book about the Biden cover up,

(09:45):
as though these videos do not exist. The first time
anyone heard Chuck Todd questioned Biden's mental acuity was after
Biden's disastrous debate with Donald Trump last year. Only after
that train rack to the corporate media realized the jig
was up.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
They couldn't cover up the reality that Biden was.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
Probably somebody that should be living in a dementia ward somewhere,
a memory care unit. And that's also why they tried
to do the cover up. And then they ended the
cover up to defeat Trump by pushing Biden out of
the race. They didn't push Biden out of the race
because they thought it was the right.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
Thing to do.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
They did it because they knew he would lose to Trump.
And it was only in that environment days months weeks
after the debate, ten days after Biden dropped out that
Chuck Todd and politicalist Jonathan Martin had a high old
time yucking it up over how everyone had known for
years that Biden was in no shape to draw a clock,

(10:49):
much less run the free world. Chuck Todd said, and
I quote he said, I'm not going to out the
cabinet secretary, but I had a cabinet secretary two years ago.
Ask me, do you really think he can run again?
And I said, you have more interaction than I do.
And he said, I don't have a lot of interaction
with him. This is a pretty senior Cabinet secretary. This

(11:12):
was two years ago. This was one of those classic
open secrets. It's the story everybody knows, and everyone's afraid
to talk about.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
End quote.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
Todd new and refused to tell us. He refused to
report the truth as the administration and his own former
networks NBC and MSNBC gas lit the public with this
horse crap about cheap fakes. Remember cheap fakes. You remember
that there were videos of Joe Biden wandering off during
a meeting of world political leaders in Italy so he

(11:46):
could look at paratroopers or helicopters or whatever, and the
President of Italy, Giorgio Maloney, had to get him and
walk him back to take a photo. There was a
video of this was embarrassing to look at. And Karinn
Kreem Jean Pierre the following day, in a White House
press briefing, told reporters those are cheap fakes. They're to

(12:08):
exceptively edited videos. They're designed to trick you.

Speaker 9 (12:14):
Ah.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
But now Todd is a free agent. He doesn't work
at NBC News anymore, and he released another truth we
all knew to be true. He said, quote, we were subtle. Hey,
he's using the back staircase, not the front staircase. Hey,
he's not doing any interviews. Remember, the media are only
subtle when it comes to shielding democrats. This institution is

(12:38):
so rotted and corrupt and irredeemable. The way Trump held
a water glass received more screaming attention. Trump feeding fish
at a coy pond in Japan received more media attend
Look at that he threw all the food in the
water at once.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
Hey, that was a cheap fake.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
They deceptively edited the video years back with the Prime
Minister of so it looked like Trump didn't feed the
fish correctly, when in fact he did it the exact
same way that what was his name, Abe, Shimbo Abe,
shanodah Abe, Shindo Abe, the way that the Prime Minister
of Japan did it. Rest in peace to him. He
passed away several years back. And what is this not

(13:17):
doing any interviews? Nonsense? What does that have to do
with anything other than not doing any interviews? When you
don't tell us why Biden's not doing interviews, When you
hide the fact for years, as Chuck Todd has admitted
to doing that, no less than a cabinet secretary told
you he feared Biden was incapable of running for reelection.
And when you only reveal what that cabinet secretary told you,

(13:38):
when it suits your far left political agenda to replace
Biden with someone who could beat Trump, you didn't fool anyone.
But now we get the beauty of boot beauties, Chuck Todd.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Says.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
Chuck Todd says Trump's campaign is Celebrity Apprentice season fifteen.
It's hilarious. Todd says that the cover up was always there,
but no one wanted to admit it. You were the
one cutting it up, covering it up. It's a full confession.
Rather than report the truth, not just any truth, but

(14:13):
a consequential truth about the sitting president's mental incapacity, the
traditional media will choose to lie to the public rather
than help Trump or be perceived in their toxic little
click of helping Trump. They actually could have got Joe
Biden to lose the primary in his own party. They
probably would have had a better candidate. Who knows it
could have been RFK Junior. We could be looking at

(14:33):
President RFK Junior right now. He could have won the
Democrat Party primary if not for the fact that the
media were such a bunch of lying far left Commi shills.
And this is why no one should ever believe anything
the regime media reports. They are a broken institution. Given
a choice between lying and helping Trump, they will always lie.

(14:56):
Remember the Elon Musk Nazi Salute hoax. Remember the all
white Trump Party hoaks. Remember the Very Fine People hoax,
the Covington KKK Kids hoax, the Jesse Smollett hoax, the
Russian collusion hoax, the Arlington Cemetery hoax, the Kyle Rittenhouse hoax,
mass graves of Native American kids in Canada hoax. Joe
Biden will never bay on gas Stove's hoax, Iowa poll hoax,

(15:19):
Alpha Bank hoax, Aaron Rodgers, Sandy Hook Truther hoax.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
These people are beyond redeemable. You're listening to the Pursuit
of Happiness Radio. I guess it's not available in Canada.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
Here's an interesting report today from the Daily Caller and
The Federalist pertaining to Doge and some of the money
you spent to help out illegal aliens. Criminal illegal aliens
that were parolled by Biden took in one point three
million dollars in taxpayer handouts, while the left goes about

(15:54):
its little hands off temper tantrum. There are leaders have
forced Americans to pick up the tab and government benefits.
Were paroled illegal immigrant convicted of crimes, serious crimes, even
suspected terrorists. This blows my mind. What I am about
to say to you is just baffling. The Biden administration
paid one point three million dollars in medicaid, student loans,

(16:17):
tax refunds, and a host of other benefits to thousands
of paroled illegal aliens with criminal or terrorist records. Why
this is, according to the Department of Government Efficiency, Why
why did I have to pay for a terrorist to
get free healthcare? US Customs of Border Protection identified a

(16:38):
subset of sixty three hundred individuals paroled into the US
since twenty twenty three who were included on the FBI's
Terrorist Screening Center watch list. These are people with criminal
records and people accused of or convicted of terrorism. These
parolis have been terminated with immediate effect. The agency claimed

(16:58):
all the Biden administration parolis cutoff had a Social Security number.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Nine hundred.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
Individuals received two hundred and seventy six thousand dollars in
Medicaid benefits, four hundred nine of them received net tax
refunds seven hundred and fifty one thousand dollars. Twenty two
of them picked up a total of two hundred eighty
thousand dollars in federal student loans, why forty one collected
unemployment insurance forty two thousand dollars in benefits. Several of

(17:26):
them received food stamps the snap cards. In total, taxpayers
paid a million, three hundred and fifty thousand dollars in
government payouts. I will say this in government, in terms
of government waste, a million, three hundred and fifty thousand
dollars doesn't sound like a lot of money, But remember
that was in a very short amount of time, and
every person who got a dime, even just a penny

(17:47):
of that money, was a criminal or a terrorist. Not
that there's a difference. I think it's pretty obvious the
Biden Harris administration intentionally used unlawful mass parl schemes to
shift hundreds of thousands of inadmissible aliens to ports of
entry for release into the interior with no vetting, and

(18:08):
then they gave him money. The report also found Custom
and Border Patrol Border patrol agents recorded more than ten
point eight million encounters with illegal immigrants over the run
of the Biden presidency, eight point seventy two million of
those at the southwest border alone. Illegal crossings, by the way,
right now are down sharply. All we needed was a

(18:29):
better president. Over and over again, the Biden administration told us, no,
we need Congress to do something. We can't do anything
without Congress. Trump took over, Congress did nothing, and now
the borders are safe. You heard all about it earlier
in the show with the leader of l Salvador bu
Kelli coming to hang out with Maman Trump. Bu Kelly's

(18:52):
my man too. I like those guys listen to this.
In March, the Border Patrol recorded northwest border crossings eighty
sounds like a lot, doesn't it. The average month monthly
number for the same month, the average monthly illegal border
crossings under Joe Biden was one hundred and fifty five thousand.

(19:17):
So we went from one hundred and fifty five thousand
to seven thousand. The message is pretty clear. The border
is closed to illegal crossings. For those still willing to
test the resolve of our border patrol agents, just know
you will be prosecuted. You will be deported A study
was recently conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies. They

(19:41):
estimate that fifty nine point four percent of illegal immigrant
households receive welfare benefits.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
That's thanks in large part to the.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Fact that more than half of illegal immigrant households include
at least one child born in the US, which opens
them up to those benefits.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
We have to change that. It's got to get corrected.

Speaker 6 (19:59):
In.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
In February, after taking office, Trump signed an executive order
aimed at eliminating federal taxpayer funded benefits to illegal aliens.
The order directs departments and agencies to identify all federally
funded programs currently providing financial benefits to illegal aliens and
take corrective action. Trump is committed to safeguarding the border,

(20:22):
and thank god he is. We are thirty seven trillion
dollars in debt. That number is so high it's insane.
That's a million dollars, a million times times thirty seven.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
That's a lot. There's a cost to be paid in.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
Order to keep up with spending that the government participates in.
Our federal reserve will print out money with no backing.
That's a tax on you, the working class, the middle class.
You can't say that we have a money printing machine.
I mean, technically we do. But the more they use it,
the weaker the money gets. And at the end of

(21:01):
the day, more than anything else, you the American worker,
You're the one that pays for that.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
Sure is, I'm star cousin right here, I'm for It's
ha work.

Speaker 9 (21:13):
The host the show with a couple of knucklehears.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Can western Gitia the doctor, the doctor who conducted President
Trump's physical says he's in great shape, because if he didn't,
it's off to Al Salvador.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
That's what I would do.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Greetings everyone, Welcome to uh welcome to another segment of
Kenny Webster's Pursuit of Happiness. Ethan, do me a favor.
Straight that camera out there. It just occurred to me
that we forgot to do that before we started. One
of our producers in journalists from the k TRH news
room is here in the studio with me right now?
Is that the right camera for you? Let's see here?

Speaker 2 (21:46):
Can we see you? It is?

Speaker 3 (21:47):
We need to strain that out just a little bit,
because there we go. There, look it good. Ethan's in
the steward. What's up, brother, everybody? Ethan Buchanan is here
now that you can see and hear me. Ethan, I
appreciate that you're here. Your father, Pat Buchanan one of
my favorite books, Death of the West. Have you ever
read that book?

Speaker 2 (22:03):
I have not read that book. It's time to out.
Remind me. Later I'll give you a copy of it either. Buchanan.

Speaker 3 (22:07):
How old are you twenty two now? So you're you're
a zoomer. H yeah, gen Z, you're not old enough
to be a millennial. I'm an elder wise millennial. I
could tell you all about what your thirties are gonna be, like,
what's gonna happen to you. You're gonna get married at
some point. Then you're gonna put weight on right, Then
you're gonna get divorced, and then you'll lose all the
weight as one does, so that you can so that

(22:28):
you can date women. That will be the age you
are right now, but you'll be but you'll be my age.
It won't be that bad.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
You, Ethan.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
You're a You are a very smart young man. You're
a conservative. You have a radio show that airs on
this station on Sundays. I encourage people to check that
out Sunday nights what's the show called Real Quick.

Speaker 10 (22:47):
The Next Gen Report with Ethan buchanans Sunday's at seven
on a nine fifty K your seat.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
And people don't know this, but that to radio people,
that's a funny name for a radio show because next
Gen is the name of the software that we use
to to operate. It's just a coincidence, nothing to do
with it. Even this weekend, you participated in a reenactment.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
By the way, before we get into this, I just
want everyone to know the topic of this radio segment
and this live stream on social media will be fat shaming.
We're going to shame fat people. But before we get
to that, let's tiptoe into it. Look, I'm not perfect.
You're not perfect. I can only squat like two seventy
you know, I've never been able to get up any
higher than that. You know that rack pull. I could

(23:28):
barely do four hundred pounds. You know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (23:30):
What about you? What do you squat? Oh?

Speaker 10 (23:32):
Hell, I don't even know. I really do have no idea.
I could squat my body weight and that's as far
as I've ever tried. But that's pretty good squatting your
body weight. This weekend, you participated in a Civil War
reenactment near Shreveport, the Battle of Pleasant Hill. Yeah, Battle
of Pleasant Hill. Technically it's a Battle of Pleasant Hill
and Mansfield. It's kind of a two for one. So

(23:54):
that's when the Union Army was going up towards Shreveport.
They wanted to capture Streeport and then move into Axis.
The Confederate army just basically stopped them at Mansfield, Louisiana,
and then pushed them back to Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, and
then that kind of forced them to run all the
way back to like New Orleans.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
All right, So I'm not a history buff. How did
this Civil War thing end?

Speaker 10 (24:15):
So basically we gave up the South gave bots Is
that right?

Speaker 2 (24:20):
So the North winds? Okay?

Speaker 3 (24:21):
Well all right, Well now we know apparently and apparently
tariffs had something to do with that. And I'm told
slavery a little bit. If there was a tariff on
fast food. Of course it doesn't work that way, but
if there was, what would the big girls do?

Speaker 2 (24:33):
Ethan? What would they you know, they.

Speaker 10 (24:35):
Well, historically speaking, we know from examples what the big
girls do when they're kind of threatened.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
They complain about it.

Speaker 10 (24:43):
Yeah, So in terms of practical effects there wouldn't be much,
But in terms of annoying tiktoks and Instagram reels, it
would be the biggest news story of all time.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
Why Why would it be the biggest nude story of
all time? Why?

Speaker 10 (24:56):
Only because of the wall to wall coverage of the
Big Girls crime about it?

Speaker 3 (25:00):
Okay, there's a video I want to share right now,
and this is look. RFK Junior is in charge now
of Health and Human Services. Hopefully that's a step in
the right direction. But if we change the contents of
some of our food, what happens to society in general?
You remember several years ago, you were probably in high
school or middle school when this happened. But Michelle Obama

(25:23):
changed the public school cafeteria food. Oh yeah, and it
was supposed to become healthier, but instead all it did
was cause a lot of kids to stop buying cafeteria
food because they didn't want government ish distributed green beans.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
Essentially, did you eat the public school food?

Speaker 10 (25:37):
So I was homeschool, so I got to watch all
of my friends complain about this while I had pizza
for lunch in my bed.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
That does explain a lot that you were homeschool.

Speaker 3 (25:46):
Guess you're kind of normal in terms of your politics,
but then socially, you know, you're.

Speaker 10 (25:52):
Yeah, I've never spoken to another human being outside of work,
but other than that, yeah, it's fine.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
I will say this.

Speaker 3 (25:58):
Back in the twentieth century, because that's how old I am,
we thought you homeschool kids were weird. We are, and
now in the twenty first century we realize it's actually
the public school kids. It turned out to be very busy.
I noticed a lot of the homeschool kids aren't mutilating
their genitals.

Speaker 10 (26:12):
Yeah, no, it does happen, but it's rare.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
It is rare, not as common.

Speaker 10 (26:16):
Like they say, if you homeschool your kids, they won't
be able to fit into society.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Yeah, that's the point.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
That's the whole point, right, Okay, So getting back to
fat shaming now, I assume a lot of our listeners
have and viewers have.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
Probably seen this video I'm about to play.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
Several years back, there was a town hall with a
bunch of black women who are trying to explain how
they're fat because, among other things, Republicans are so racist.

Speaker 7 (26:38):
When people talk about black women being obest I hate
it because it becomes a way to blame us for
a set of conditions that we didn't create. We are
living in the Trump era, and look, those policies kill
our people. And what public health practitioners think is that
our stress responses in the body change our metabolism. It's
literally that the racism that you're experience saying and the

(27:01):
struggle to make hands meet actually means the diet don't work.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
For you to say, I've never ever watched this video
without laughing out loud. It's literally what she says. Literally,
I lose it every single time. No, No, you're fat
because you had Rby's three times today.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
I'm sorry. It's not anything to do with racism.

Speaker 3 (27:19):
Look for the record, our President Donald Trump, the guy
you're blaming for your obesity. I don't know if you've
noticed this, but he's not a little guy. He's a
bigger boy. Oh yeah. Is he overweight because of racism
against black people?

Speaker 2 (27:31):
I probably not.

Speaker 10 (27:32):
He's overweight because of racism against Orange people. That explains this,
Anderine Americans are suffering, right.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
Okay, The reason we brought up this topic today wasn't
because of that video.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Although come on play the hits, right you know what.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Yeah, people want to play the hits. If your picket
songs play the hits. There's been a lot of talk
over the last month about how airlines could soon charge
overweight passengers more for a plane ticket, and obviously this
is really upsets some people because they don't want, you know,
to have to pay more because most people are fat
obesity used. You're not old enough to remember this, Ethan,
there was a time when everyone wasn't fat, right, you're

(28:10):
from Texas. Have you ever seen these old photos from
the sixties and the seventies of people in Galveston? There's
a famous photo if you look, I wish I had
the picture in front of me is a woman roller
skating on Seawall Boulevard in Galveston while she's holding a
baby and smoking a cigarette. God, America is so great.
I know, as horrible as that sounds, She's gorgeous. She's

(28:31):
this beautiful woman with a cigarette and a baby, just
roller skating in a bikini.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
It was like, what the hell happened? That was America?

Speaker 3 (28:37):
Sure, she's smoking, she's exercising, she's pro creating. Good for
the baby's probably fine, probably hopefully. We have no idea
I don't know. I do want to find that photo.
But anyway, before we get to any of that, do
we charge overweight passengers more? Look, it's not my fault
that you need more fuel to get you up into

(28:58):
the plane. It's sad, right, but that's the case. Often
is the case. It's a bunch of personal choices. Over
the weekend, this video and viral. There's actually a lot
of videos like this. When I saw this video, I
almost thought i'd seen it before, but then it occurred
to me though. There's like nine or ten videos that
have gone viral over the last few years depicting a
woman that's kind of like this late.

Speaker 10 (29:19):
My body isn't the problem.

Speaker 9 (29:21):
The system is. Your lines are making it difficult for
plus size people to travel by designing seats that are
too small for even the average human. My worst experience
on a flight was this one time when I was
flying Standby and I got stuck in the bulke and
row where the arm rest couldn't be moved. The flight
was full, so I had no choice but to stay
in the seat. I endured excruciating pain for hours weds

(29:43):
between the arm rest, which left bruises on my body.
I was on the verge of tears by the end,
and in so much pain that I almost vowed to
never fly again. The physical pain lasted four days, but
the emotional toll of being treated like I did belong
was even harder to recover from.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
Stop stop stop stop rewind it, Ethan, can you explain
what's in front of her right now?

Speaker 2 (30:06):
For people listening to us on the radio? What is
this right here? Okay?

Speaker 10 (30:10):
So that is a sparkly cup.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Have you seen the videos of fat girls making their
daily water.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
There's a lot of these videos out there.

Speaker 3 (30:19):
Water is having a moment where people will get flavors
and juices and they mix it together. Today I'm doing
a Sparkle Pony water blend. And then basically they take
water and they add so many ingredients to it that
it becomes something else. It's not water anymore. It certainly
isn't healthy. What do you think that cup's filled with?
Without knowing? If you had to guess.

Speaker 10 (30:38):
Without knowing, she seems like the type of person that
would go nuts for a ridiculous Starbucks drink, You know
the type.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
But you know there's sugar in This is my point
right right?

Speaker 10 (30:49):
Like you load it up with so much cream and
sugar and whipped cream and everything. So, like you said,
it's not water anymore. It's that you know, the base
ingredient of coke is water. So if I drink a
bunch of coke, then I'm basically drinking water.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
No, you're not drinking She's not water, right exactly?

Speaker 3 (31:06):
Okay, very next frame, in the same exact video, what
do you see right next to her? Right there, that
big old red thing. A lot again, she is a
giant container of fluid. One of my buddies is a
popular YouTube video guy's name is Nuanced Bro. He's been
on the show before. He's a conservative YouTube personality. A
lot of people on Twitter know him. He carries around

(31:27):
a giant container of water everywhere he goes because he's training,
because he's trying to lose weight. I mean, he doesn't
need to lose weight. He's in very good shape. But
the point of that is he's constantly flushing the toxins
out of his system. I could tell you with great
certainty that this woman with a box of snacks next
to her and two and two giant fluid containers in

(31:47):
every video. Every time you see her on frame, she's
got a drink in her hand that that's not water.
And that's part of the reason why you require two seats. Lady,
she's mad right now because she doesn't fit in the shape.

Speaker 9 (32:01):
All to make it easier for plus size people to travel.
When you're forced to buy two seats or squeeze into
a space that wasn't designed for your body, it's not
just inconvenient, it's dehumanizing.

Speaker 2 (32:10):
It's dehumanizing.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
It's I think dehumanizing is abusing your body, your entire life,
to the point where you expect major corporations to change
the size of the sets that people are sitting in
because it needs to do adhere to your personal life choices.
There's a similar controversy right now happening with carnival amusement and.

Speaker 2 (32:31):
Theme park rides. You you've seen this.

Speaker 10 (32:34):
Oh yeah, they can't fit in the the thing doesn't close,
they can't ride the ride because they're too fat. They
just want to be treated like everybody else. But at
no point does anybody that's saying I want to be
treated like everybody else think should I act like everybody else?
Like you're four hundred pounds heavier than everybody else, you

(32:54):
can't be treated like everybody else.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Okay, so the common And by the way, this isn't
the only one of.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
These bizarre stories we have this week. I found another
one recently. I just lost it here, I just closed
the window by a mistake. People Magazine did an article
here we go. This is so interesting. Look at the
headline here. People Magazine wants you to believe that by
shaming someone passenger who refused to give aisle seat to
overweight traveler on flight is second guessing her decision.

Speaker 2 (33:21):
What no, right now?

Speaker 9 (33:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (33:24):
Huh, I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (33:26):
And so the whole article explains how there isn't much
point in paying for seats if you can't actually sit
on them. I was unreasonable. No, I demand to sit
in the aisle seat. I book my seat months in
advance so I could sit in the aisle seat. I
will pay extra for the aisle seat. Do you know why, Ethan,
I'm six foot three, right, if I sit in Economy
or Economy plus, we all like to splurgeon sit first class.

(33:48):
But if I sit in Economy or Economy plus because
nothing else is available, I'm not gonna sit by the
window because there's not enough room for me. Because I'm
six foot three. That's not a choice, that's just the
way I am. If in addition to that, I was
morbidly obese, why would you expect other people to change
because of your life choices.

Speaker 2 (34:06):
I'm gonna incnclude at this point here because we need
to wrap this up. Ethan.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
There is a common narrative that being fat is cheaper
than being skinny.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
Have you heard this before? Can you explain their theory?

Speaker 10 (34:19):
So basically, healthy food is expensive. You know, it's obviously
way cheaper to buy food at whole Foods, where everything's
supposed to be kind of healthy and fresh, than it
is to go to Kroger and just buy a bunch
of junk food. Obviously that's the case, But of course
there's secondary factors that make being fat far more expensive

(34:41):
than eating healthy. You're paying more for health care, you're
paying more for travel. Oftentimes it costs more to be alive.
When you're four hundred pounds, you can maybe save money
on food, but even then, I bet you they're eating
way more junk food than they would healthy food, and
that'll also bring the price down a little bit too.
Cut back on all the food, and then the food
that you do eat make sure it's healthy.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
Right, So, the common narrative is that it's a cheaper
to eat fast food. It's not true. Actually, fast food
is pretty expensive. Have you been to McDonald's recently? One
person eating at McDonald's costs almost twenty bucks nowadays. Oh yeah,
So compare that to just going out and buying things
like rice, beans, vegetables, basic meat from the frozen food section.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
It's a lot cheaper. It's not even close here, I asked.

Speaker 3 (35:24):
I did an analysis of it on Grock earlier, and
the idea that eating healthy is always more expensive than
fast food is a myth. It depends on what you're eating, obviously,
but generally, eating healthy costs two or three times more.
Eating unhealthy costs two or three times more than eating healthy.
Right now, consider this well, beest people are spending somewhere
between two to five thousand.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
Dollars more money per year on healthcare.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
Obese individuals spend five to fifteen hundred dollars more per
month on food, thousands of dollars dollars more each month
each year on healthcare. I'm not a mathematician, but more
equals more exactly, it's more expensive. Yeah, people are watching
us on streaming right now, on social media, and I
know there's always people that don't like when we do
this topic because it offends. So first of all, if

(36:10):
you're offended, I don't know what to look be fat,
just own it, you know what I mean? I think
the whole reason why this topic bothers me so much.
It's not even like I feel like I'm better than
fat people, or I know I'm a dirt bag. I
know that I own it. I don't care, But like,
why do I have to pay for you to be fat?
Why do I have to Why? Why should I give
up my airplane seat for you? Why should I why

(36:31):
should I move up? Why?

Speaker 2 (36:33):
Why wouldn't you pay more for a ticket?

Speaker 3 (36:35):
I need to subsidize the cost of your ticket because
you require two chairs.

Speaker 10 (36:38):
Yeah, I mean, you require more real estate on the plane,
you require more fuel for the plane to get where
it goes. Because you know that's all based on weight.
But at the end of the day, it's just a
complete absence of accountability and responsibility. You want to be
able to blame all of your problems, all of your
issues on other people rather than just taking to own
us upon yourself too. Like, hey, I need to be healthy.

(36:59):
I need to deal with the consequences of not being healthy,
because nine point nine times out of ten, that's all
because of decisions you made. But it's easier to say no.
The airplane and society and everybody else need to deal
with this rather than me.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
All right, Ethan, You know, I like you because you
remind me of me.

Speaker 3 (37:16):
When I was in my early twenties, I was the
only person at the radio station that would show up early,
stay late. That's why you have your own show, you
have a podcast. You're in your early twenties, you work
in the newsroom full time with a bunch of middle
aged men with who guests, fart all day long and
have too much Guess it's true, right, it's true. You
remind me of me. You're gonna get fat right after
you get married. Then you're gonna get a divorce. Then

(37:37):
you're gonna lose weight. That's what's gonna happen to you.
How does it feel? Look right here? This is your future,
young man. How does that feel?

Speaker 2 (37:43):
Just tell me when exactly the knee and back pain kicks.
Oh my god, immediately.

Speaker 3 (37:47):
That's the first time you pay your income taxes out
of pocket.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
With a ten ninety nine.

Speaker 3 (37:51):
Hey, that reminds me tomorrow's tax day. I'm Kenny Webster.
For those of you that watched us on social media,
thank you very much for that. Somebody messed with my
button bar I don't oh never mind, it still works.
Someone messed with my computer today, so everything is in
a different place. Here's the going away music. Thanks for watching.
If you're fat, just know this.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
It's okay. You can be fat, just don't ask me
to pay for it. That was the only point of this.
Have a great day. We'll be back bright and early
tomorrow morning for more of what you bought a radio for.

Speaker 4 (38:20):
You are listening to the Pursuit of Happiness Radio.

Speaker 10 (38:26):
Tell the government to kiss your ass when you listen
to this show.
