This week we are joined by TKMC member Mark Derail. He’s our resident French Canadian and he has done a great job of reclaiming his own health and is taking on the mission to help others in the French Canadian community to understand and be able to take advantage of the benefits of the ketogenic lifestyle. We discuss the discoveries he’s had in his journey including that he’s seen marked improvements in some surprising aspects of his body by incorporating more long-term fasting into his regiment. This is a man on a mission and we’re glad to link arms with him toward that goal.
