He’s a fitness and wellness coach, father to the Fat Fueled Kids duo Desmond and Dean. He’s a beast of a man who’s passionate about getting the word out that we don’t have to roll over and just accept what is thought to be truth regarding health and wellness. That we can do better in every aspect of life and each week on his Fat Fueled Family Podcast they discuss just that with guests from all over the world who are experts in their fields.
