(00:04):
When the mainstream media reports on crimeand corruption, can they be trusted to
tell the truth or do we haveto settle for fake news? Now there's
an alternative. Join a retired detective, a veteran police captain, and a
former NCIS special agent along with theirspecial guests as they dissect some recent high
(00:24):
profile criminal cases to explain what reallyhappened behind the scenes. It's Search Warrant,
featuring seasoned investigators who know their wayaround crime and corruption as they explain
how the system really works. Andthey'll dish out the inside dope that the
corrupt and compromise mainstream media is tootimid to tell you about. Okay,
(00:58):
search warrant and we're live. Letme just see here. We've got something
we wanted to show in the beginning. We've got we're trying to resolve some
technical issues here, so as soonas okay. So, the fight for
justice against corruption is never easy.It never has been and never will be.
(01:23):
It exacts a toll on our self, our families, our friends,
and especially our children. In theend, I believe, as in my
case, the price we pay iswell worth holding onto our dignity. So
we'll be talking about corruption today,we're going to go through a couple of
(01:46):
things. Ralph is going to joinus. He just has some technical pro
author of that John who wrote that, you know, Circca. Okay,
anyway, before Ralph gets here,I will identify reverybody that's on. We've
got a veteran Canadian Pacific police CaptainTom Bartzell, who's the author of Art
(02:07):
of the Dogs, which is availableon Amazon. Also a podcast on YouTube
right YouTube where we've been kicked offbecause we're telling the truth and we're on
rumble instead. And then we havea detective Jake Jacobs from Philadelphia, Hama
side and they also involved Judy Unit. He has the Ulysses report and he's
(02:31):
a reporter for a big trial. And Ralph Cipriano Substack. Let's see here,
there's a couple of things that havecome up. I just took a
look at the numbers from some ofour platforms and it's amazing the number of
(02:52):
people that are watching us from theUnited Kingdom. So thank you very much.
It's huge and it's great, Thankyou very much. Okay, So,
uh we also had uh now reporterTeresa Teresa Riley had written a article
(03:17):
about search warrant that appeared in theArt Voice and uh she re uh posted
it, re published it because theArt Voice uh servers went down and it's
(03:38):
been reposted. So I know alot of people have been you know,
really really enjoyed that article. Andyou can see that for free if you
and we posted it on our platforms, so if you take it, you
know, gives you a chance tosee what the background is on search warrant.
(03:59):
Okay, so I want to gothrough while we were waiting for Ralph
to try to resolve his issues, let me see if we can't Okay,
let me see if we can't gothrough some of the stuff that's happening now.
I just want to touch on acouple of things, and we're gonna
(04:25):
we're going to touch on this todayin the second hour, the Sandusky case
and a travesty for justice. We'llgo through that quick with our special guest.
And then this came up. It'sa this is not all encompassing.
I don't know put this out,but it's not. It's not all encompassing.
(04:49):
It's the Islamic terrorist network in America, and having chased them down for
quite a long time, I cantell you there's a lot missing. I
mean, it gives you a generalidea. So and then doctor Fosse,
(05:10):
I'd love to have I'd love tohave doctor Hodkinson back on to talk about
this, you know what I'm saying. Bombshell report. More than a year
before the global outbreak, Foucy Faucirun lab in the United States experimented with
the coronavirus strain shipped in from China. Shipped in from China. They brought
(05:34):
it here. Yeah, and thenI mean, we're all around them,
all all over the map. Butthere's a lot of big things happening.
This is a Temple student's getting muggedon the way to trick or treat.
A gun put right to the headof Temple University student this morning, same
(05:56):
guy with a gun Philadelphia Police USbelief likely held up to Temple University students
and a third non student victim withinninety minutes. So actually we get Ralph
with us. Hey, Ralph yeah, uh, investigator report Ralph Cabriana from
(06:17):
Ralph Cipriano dot com, big childdot net on Ralph Cibriano substack and he's
the author of Target the Senator, court Room, Cowboy, the hit man
and maybe you can tell us aboutthis. What can you tell us about
this? Ralph? I don't knowif we got Ralph on audio or it
(06:42):
sounded out ralphie, can you canhear l We can hear you. Okay,
we can hear you out. Hehas him a cipriano. Why yeah.
Except anyway, while we're waiting,While we're waiting for him, we'll
(07:05):
go through a couple more things.Let's see. Oh, this came up,
which is very weird. I'm sureyou guys have seen this breaking.
The United States has halted exports ofmost civilian firearms and ammunition for all non
(07:27):
governmental users for ninety days. Ohboy, that's a start, mm hmm.
And then this from the UK,an extraordinary number of terrorists have had
their housing provided for free by theUK taxpayers. Wow, that's something to
(07:49):
be proud of. There you go. Boy, I don't know about that.
We all know, we all knowwhat's coming, and it's coming quick.
Yeah, there's a follow up onthat. Let me see. Oh
here, uh, homes for hamashow social housing funds extremism. So maybe
(08:16):
we can get into that a littlebit later. And while while we're writing
for I want I wanted to jumpon some of these other things. But
let's let's do this while we're waitingfor Ralph to get his ship together.
(08:37):
We can Uh. This is thecurrent state of Philadelphia. Okay, h
(08:58):
m hm, Well do you knowghost Jake, Jake, do your ghost?
(10:05):
Yes, I was thinking about Jake. I was thinking about heading to
Philadelphia on vacation. This clinches it. Yeah. Well you know this came
out as the resort. It's adirect result of Krasner. Uh Krasner being
the Zorros installed district attorney in Philadelphia. Well, Kenny had a little bit
(10:28):
to do with it too, Yes, and this is uh Elon musk On
Zorros. So one of the thingshe noticed was that in that that the
value of money in local races ismuch higher than it is a national races.
The lowest value of money is apresidential race. Then the next lowest
(10:50):
value money is a senate race, then a congress and then but once you
get to sort of city and statedistrict attorneys, uh, the value money
is extremely good. And Sorrous realizedthat you don't actually need to change the
laws, you just need to changehow they're enforced. If nobody chooses to
enforce the law, or the lawsare differentially enforced, it's like changing the
(11:13):
laws. Yeah, so exactly whatpay attention to this. Pay attention to
this if you're if you're watching. So one of the things he noticed was
that in that that the value formoney in local races is much higher than
it is in national races. Thelowest value money is a presidential race.
(11:35):
Then the next lowest valued money isa centered race, then a congress and
then but once you get to sortof city and state district attorneys, they
valued money is extremely good. AndSorrous realized that you don't actually need to
change the laws, you just needto change how they're enforced. If nobody
chooses to enforce the law, orthe laws are differentially enforced, it's like
(11:58):
changing the laws. That's the samething that we've been saying for like a
year and a half now. Andit's nice that Elon's finally going to come
up and be a public speaker aboutit. But isn't sorrows busy right now
because he just sent fifteen million toHamas? George Soros just sent fifteen million
(12:18):
to Hamas. Isn't that comforting?Who do you think of the hell,
Tom, Who the hell do youthink is paying the the protesters here in
the States? Right exactly? Okay, so the money is coming from somewhere.
We all know who's coming from. But the media is not going to
touch it. You know. Iwas just reading up on the freaking abortion
(12:39):
of this un that we got thesedays. We'll bring it up later in
the show. Here's the problem. We've been saying this what Eli just said
for the last four to five years. Yes, you know, I'm glad
that the elite are starting to comearound to what has happened. This is
exactly what they're doing. Give givea two big crook like Craft and the
(13:03):
fifty and he'll do whatever you wantto. And that's the last cheap.
He's a cheap. He belongs onkids in a like that video you just
right exactly. Hey, I'll befree before I forget uh. You know,
I want to remind people that werelive on kg R A Radio.
(13:24):
We're live on Rumble, We're liveon LinkedIn, We're live on Facebook,
We're live on Twitter, and wealso are on Spotify and Speaker by iHeart,
So you have if you have anycomments or questions, you can certainly
type them into those platforms and we'llget to them and we're I also wanted
(13:48):
to mention that we are broadcasting fromHudson Valley, New York and Salt Lake
City, Utah. Okay, John, they can ask us questions on Facebook.
Yes, yeah, that's great.Yeah, all right. So remember
the artist activist Scott Loveto, Well, yeah, okay, he had some
(14:15):
pretty good stuff. So he's comeup with a couple of things, one
of which is very pertinent to oneof the things they're going to be talking
about later on. But uh,I think this involves two way. You
know, the Second Amendment. AllRight, young folks in America, time
(14:39):
to queue up. Let's change thosesigns now to gun control and matching the
fucking street because somebody's telling you todo these things. Look, I'm getting
a little tired of hearing all ofthese talking heads on both sides about everybody
should you don't know because you don'tknow the religious history of the conflict five
(15:00):
thousand years ago. I don't fuckinghave time to read the Koran or the
Bible for that matter. Sorry, folks, if you're a little pissed off
at me, I'm busy trying tobe an American citizen. That's my priority
America first. So I don't havetime to read all the fucking details of
the conflicts. What I see,and what most of us see, is
(15:22):
that Hamas is a terrorist scum, fucking sucking, cave dwelling group of low
lives. Okay, and Palestinians, you're not fighting against Israel. You should
be fighting against Hamas because all themoney that goes to Palestine goes to Hamas.
(15:43):
This terrorist organization who just doesn't doesn'tuse that money for food, electricity,
water, They use that money forrockets to throw it Israel. Yeah,
you guys have been fighting forever.Smarten the fuck up. Become human
beings. Tell Harmas fuck off, that's your money. Be something. Yeah,
(16:03):
we're always gonna have shitty neighbors,we all do. And then eventually
you gotta realize you gotta work withthem, but you gotta stop supporting these
fucking terrorists that are fucking you.You hear me, Palestinians, Harmas is
your enemy, not Israel. Israelmay not be your friend, but it
is not your number one enemy.Your number one enemy are these cave dwelling
(16:29):
scumsuckers who want nothing but death anddestruction. Notice how they won't let you
cross the border down south? Whybecause Harmas wants you Palestinians, you,
women and children, civilians to stayin the front line to be annihilated.
So that Israel looks bad. Thinkabout how fucked up that is. It's
(16:49):
twenty twenty three. Get out fromunderneath your rocks and get the fuck on
board. Well, I couldn't sayit myself, So you guys have anything
to say about that? He saidit all? Okay, So while we're
(17:10):
on it, I guess, uh, can can somebody here, Ralph,
Ralph have a ship together? Now? Hey, Ralph? Can you Ralph?
Not yet? Okay? Well inthat in that case, uh listen.
I also wanted to show this inregard to the terrorist situation. Are
(17:33):
are there HSI special agents who arecurrently at the border having been pulled away
from other cases combating combating the fightagainst fentanyl? Yes, how many agents
are currently at the border having beenpulled off to fight the scourge of fentanyl.
I'd be very pleased to provide youwith that debt. That's not what
the special agent is is alleging. That's not what she said. She said
(17:56):
that they're being taken off of fentanyl, interdiction, off of child exploitation cases,
off of their other investigations into criminals, to make sandwiches. That's her
quote. You're saying that this isa lie, that she's wrong, A
senator. We have a number oflaw enforcement priorities with the resources. Making
sandwiches one of them, of course, not center. We accomplish a tremendous
(18:21):
amount. Is she wrong because ofthe tremendous talent and dedication of our personnel,
including Homeland Security, in making sandwichesfor illegal immigrants? Is she wrong?
This is one of your agents. Is she wrong? She says that
there are six hundred at least specialagents pulled off of other cases, sent
down to the border to babysit illegalimmigrants. Is she wrong? A senator?
(18:45):
Our personnel, we use our personnelto achieve the maximum law enforcement objective
possible. That is what we do, and you're not going to deny it.
And I'm incredibly proud of what ourpeople do. This is news.
This is news. Okay, he'sa shipthead. You've got yellat we're making
terrorist sandwiches. I mean, youhad nine million people come across that border,
(19:07):
tens of thousand of them are unvetted, undocumented and are probably here to
do our country harm and this guy'smaking them PB and j's Are you kidding
me? Yeah, as a federalismthat I've never made a sandwich for illegal
alien and the only babysitting done wasat Guantanamo Bay. You know what I'm
(19:33):
saying. So anyway, I meanit's his ridiculous land security. Do we
have Ralph and Ralph? It?Has Ralph gotten this ship together? We
could hear him, but I'm notsure if you can hear us Chanel can
do we have Ralph's audio up?He's still she's still working on it?
(19:56):
Yeah? Is she still working onit? Yes? Okay, don't you
gotta love of live shows? Imean, that's what live shows are all
about. Your orcus and we getRalph exactly. I don't want to hear
my orcists anymore. I want tohear ral Yeah, very much. That
(20:18):
not you wrong. Well, Iwanted to go through some of the stuff
that Ralph did hear, but Ican hold off on that, I guess,
But I do want to what thehell is this? Did we I
(20:41):
don't remember that we had this, but her showed this earlier or not.
But the gun laws is that somethingthat we let's see hang on, Oh
jeez, I saw this one. This is scary. Yeah, Parenthal,
(21:03):
that's scary. Where did we comeup with this this film? What's the
deal here? This is a NewYork City right, This is a Brooklyn
apartment building. Okay, entitled don'tbring out of scissors to a knife fight?
Our gunfight is this is as scaryas it gets. Doesn't New York
(21:27):
have gun loss? Uh? Gunlaws that are enforced? No? Uh
to our our listeners. This isan outside apartments on let's say the fourth
(21:47):
floor, by the stairwell, andyou got two guys that are having a
conflict. One went back in toget his put a shirt on, and
bring out of scissors. Now theguys standing at the half of the stairs,
he's he's not going to take anygarbage from this big guy with a
T shirt on in the scissors. So as he do, he pulls out
(22:11):
a gun. The guy at thetop of the stairs pulls out a gun
and he shoots the guy with thescissors, and another man, who is
almost innocent in the whole thing, takes a couple of bullets. First.
Wow, it's just crazy. Andthis guy walks up to both bodies and
throws a couple of extra bullets inhim, then walks into his own apartment
(22:32):
like nothing happened. Blood all overthe place. That's a very disturbing Oh
my god. So do we haveRalph with us? Does he have a
shit together yet? The answer isalways no, Yeah, exactly, that's
(22:56):
christ. Okay, Hey are youare you? Are you okay? You
feel okay? Okay? You know, I'm like Roddy danger feeling. I'm
okay now. But boy, lastweek was tough, you know. Yeah?
Okay? Uh, we saw wesaw Cipriano wine. It looks like
(23:18):
is that is that? Yeah?Yeah, yes, okay, we're gonna
get this interact together here. Well, they're not ready for prime time players.
Wow, how did that get inthere? You should have that as
your background? I think. Yeah, okay, so rough, Ralph.
(23:41):
Awesome that you're joining us today, and I'm glad to see that you're feeling
better. Hey, we went throughsome stuff in Philadelphia, but there's a
bunch of other stuff. I justput something out, Jake. Do you
know, uh did detective pits?Yeah, in a couple of locations,
(24:03):
I know Jimmy, Well, okay, this is uh that guy Garmisa is
a complete sleaves bag. Mike Garmisa, He's just a complete sleaves bag.
I mean, what they did toPitts in this case is unbelievable. He
he. He convenes a grand jurywhose sole purpose is to indict Uh Pitts.
(24:30):
You guys can hear me. Yeah, yeah. And then two weeks
later he learns Pitts to a pcR A hearing. It's a post Conviction
Relief Act hearing in another case, and it's a held at the DA's office.
Pitts is under subpoena. Garmisa usesthat setting to depose Pitts for over
(24:52):
two hours about every subject he canthink of, without telling Pitts or his
lawyer that, hey, you're thesubject of a grand jury investigation that I
just started a couple of weeks ago. And so Pitts talks to his lawyer.
He doesn't know what's going on.So he waves his right to the
lawyer and he starts answering this guy'squestions under oath, and they skipped the
(25:15):
preliminary hearing for the guy. Theywrite up a target letter, but they
never deliver it to him, it'sjust and then they file a motion under
seal to disqualify his lawyer, Brianmcmonaco, who has kicked the DA's office
ass on many in a cada.So the whole thing stinks from start to
(25:36):
bottom. It's another Larry Krasner production. Anytime he goes over after a cop,
the Constitution goes out in the rule, A book for prosecutors goes in
the dumpster. I think it's acrime. Well, Ralph, I know
you haven't been around, but acouple of weeks ago I had a meeting
with Judge Harvey Bardell. Oh,my old buddy, Judge Constitution. He
(26:03):
needs to he needs to. Wegotta do something about these guys. I
talk them about these very things, and he said, none of this corruption
is relevant. I'm like, it'sall relevant. He got the same playbook.
This is what I've been telling youguys about four years, and Bartle
is covering up for Ladd Krasner.I want to say it here, I
(26:25):
want everyone to hear it. First, you got a federal court judge that
is conspiring with the defendants that sothat this corruption does not get out.
The judge name is Harvey Bardell,I do plan on following judicial misconduct complain
against them, and it's time forall this stuff. If it wasn't for
(26:47):
you, Ralph, this stuff wouldn'tget out. Jimmy Pitts was the assigned
investigator besides the Anyak or how haveyou penounce's name? He was also,
aside the assigned and investigator on aWorld War two vet who was murdered,
oh Indians Felman that case. Andit's the same thing, yep. I
(27:15):
worked in homicide for a number ofyears, and I know the layer to
the land and I know the layout. What they alleged in that complaint against
Pitts and how they got this guyoff is a travesty. It's a goal.
But yeah, they did get heroff, and I still can't believe
it happened. And there was anumber of witnesses that testified at that quote
(27:37):
unquote acceleeration, and the judge sentfrom the bench that he thought they were
all liars. The witnesses included Ms. Felman, the accused killer, well
the convicted killer, her co defendant, her father, and her grandfather who
were trying to lie about an alibithat would have, you know, taken
her out of the murder scenario, and the judge thought all of them were
(28:03):
lying, and he said so forthe bench, and then he brought in
mister Garmisa and asked him a wholebunch of questions about his shoddy investigation,
and Garmisa refused to answer almost everyquestion it including have you ever prosecuted a
case before? So the whole thingwas a complete and utter circus, you
know, once again, brought toyou by our esteem District Attorney Larry Krasner.
(28:27):
And for the life of me,you know what, Jake, why
have you got some time on yourhands, Why don't you run for president
of the FOP and president of theGuardian Civic League and get both of those
organizations to go to court and filean injunction against Larry Krasner that would seek
to bar him from ever prosecuting anotherpolice officer again. And where you could
(28:52):
cite all of these cases that I'vebeen writing about for five years, six
years, where he every time hegoes after he tramples on the constitution and
throws the rule book for prosecutors inthe trash can. And this has been
He's done it over and over again. So well, Ralph as you may
or may not know. I'm gladyou prefaced that statement, but that is
(29:18):
something that I'm actually working on.And I don't understand, not as not
running for FOP or guarding civically president, but the last statement you made,
I don't understand, after Justice dockerthese comments, how this can even be
allowed. This is a money grab. See that. The problem is if
(29:41):
you use police officers as it's asthe people you're targeting, then no one's
complaining. That's why it's easy forhim to steal this money because the big,
bad white police officer, in mostcases, it's someone that no one's
going to defend. So Larry wellIn Pittska's unfortunate Ralph didn't say this.
(30:06):
Jimmy Pitts is a big black policedetective. Well form of described to me
as a mini Jerome Brown. He'svery awesome. He was, at least
when I know him. I've heardI haven't seen him in a while since
Krasner put his screws to him,but he was about Jerome. I actually
(30:27):
knew Jerome Brown also, so itwas about the same. Had about six
foot three hundred, so you couldyou don't mess with that guy. And
they tell me. He was thecaptain of his high school football team and
he was the captain of the chessteam as well. So he's got brains
and braun Uh naturally, mister Krasneris trying to so put him out of
(30:48):
business. Ralph does this, uhthe chirring down at the bottom, it
says, Assistant district attorney Conviction IntegrityUnit, right, yes, yes,
but there's no integrity in that freakingdistrict Attorney's office right there with mister Garmisa.
He has no integrity at all forhim to, you know, depose
(31:12):
a guy who a detective who doesn'tknow he's the subject of an ongoing grand
jury investigation, and you don't tellhis lawyer, and you don't tell the
judge, you don't tell you know, anybody. He's a he's a sleeves
back. I mean, he shouldn'tbe. He should lose his law license.
Where where the hell did he comefrom? Public? Public defender.
(31:36):
Yeah, it's not just him,it's that that whole conviction Integrity unit is
filled with him, with Mike Garmisa, with Vinnie Corgan, with Brian Collins
formerly with Tracy Tripp, with yourvelt. They're all doing Crashner's bidding.
(31:56):
None of them have any integrity, not one of them, and every last
one of them are violating the copsconstitutional rights and the citizens for that matter,
and they're doing it intentionally. There'sno way that Garmeza could sit back
and interview or interrogate or do whateverhe wanted to do with Pitts knowing there
(32:19):
was a criminal investigation going on,a criminal proceeding that they initiated, and
they initiated at Crash's behest. Thatis with this judge, Harvey Barter can't
get through his skull, and Ithink he knew it because he intentionally are
is denying my motions. That's addressingall this. I got emotion, and
it's going to be online pretty soon. It's document number one point thirty four.
(32:44):
It lists all the subpoenas and listsall the players. And it's not
just that District Attorney's office. It'shinder Shot, it's Kole Nick, it's
Morton, it's voice them names.I just named all members of the Philadelphia
Police Department Shot as my former commandingofficer in the Office Involve Shooting Investigation Unit.
The other parties are members of theInternal Affairs Unit, they get the
(33:07):
call from live Crafts and that's whyDan yell outlaws. She fires them and
then kras and arrest them. Thisis a criminal enterprise. Like I told
you, John five years ago, these people and I told you were off
for a little longer. And allthese people don't. They don't not only
deserve to lose their law license, they all deserve to be in jail,
(33:29):
every last one of them. Iheartily second emotion. Sorry christ Tom.
By the way, I got toask you did did you fall apart after
that seventieth birthday party? Because ohgod, you got so much to work
(33:50):
forward to. I yeah, Imust have made a lot of money playing
for the NFL, because every dayI wake up I feel I got my
ass kicked in a football game yesterday. Everything hurts when you get up.
Okay, well, yeah, let'sgo back to the show. I just
had that out Tom's Select Fraternity andyou can tell me so guy. Before
(34:15):
we get back to the show,Ralph had them a bottle of wine Cipriano's
infantil Yeah. I mean, now, Ralph, you suffered a culinary injury,
culinary engine You're absolutely right. Canyou describe I mean without violating hippa.
(34:36):
Can you describe the culinary injury? It can only happen to uh,
you know, a guy who fallsand can't get up. I mean,
I was chopping vegetables to make itto bully salad. If anybody knows they're
Arabic cooking, it's you know, mint and parsley and tomatoes and lemon juice
and bulger and that sort of thing. And then I made a big mess.
(34:59):
So I didn't want my wife feelingat me, so I got out
the vacuum cleaner. I started toclean up, and I made the fatal
mistake of reaching down too far toboot something out of the way. And
the next thing I knew, itwas lying on the floor reconsidering life.
Okay, so while you're lying onthe floor with there a bottle of this
(35:19):
in the area there should have beenI need, because he's on the Florida
bottle was leaking into his mouth.Well I got hey, it was a
sad state of affair. Ralph gaveme one of these, and uh,
the wine is incredible, all Ican tell you. I mean, just
(35:40):
homemade john, no chemicals, sugar, you know like other wines. You
get that weird. Yeah, thenext the next morning. Weirdness. I
mean, I have another one left, and I'm afraid to drink it because
I'll have no more. You knowwhat I'm saying. We can supply it.
The only we're in this for thewinemaker. But yeah, it's it's
(36:02):
really hangover proof and it'll do thejob for it. Yeah, that's a
very good description. It's hangover proof, Ralph. After the show from and
I want to talk whine with you, Okay, okay, all right by
this time this time is a regularrenaissance guy. One more thing on Krasner
(36:27):
that we touched, which is theMark Dial incident, the ausor Mark Dallas,
which is another travesty of justice. What he did was he went judge
shopping for a social justice warrior judge, and with her ruling in this matter,
(36:49):
it's corrupt. Also just literian ransom. And there's no world, I
mean, for a layman, there'sno world that you could charge of some
Mark Dial with first degree murder orthird degree murder. I've been charging people
for a long time, Jake, why don't you go through quickly the circumstances
of that, And that Officer Dileis now sitting in jail charged with first
(37:15):
degree murder, and he's going tobe there for a while. And that
was their goal. Their goal wasis the process with Krastner. He knows
he can't win it in these cases. He just wants to have the officer
rather his truck. But now whoeverin jail. So let me explain to
people who don't know. Officer MarkDillon his partner was conducting a vehicle investigation
(37:38):
after observing the vehicle operating radically. The vehicle then took off the wrong way
down the street and abruptly pulled intoa parking space, and Officer Dill and
his partner filed into that location.Officer Dial exits the vehicle and approaches the
car, and his partner also approachesthe car. Both of them have their
(38:01):
guns out because it's a felony carstop at this point, and they're ordering
the guy they ordered, the guynamed is IRISII, to show them their
hands. Well, Dial's partner yellsto Dial that ARARAZII has a gun.
Dill is closest to a RAZII andhe flees, but he also fires shots,
(38:24):
striking in ASII, which ultimately killshim. Well, the funny thing
about this case is is that OfficerDial's partner audio to his body camera doesn't
come on until after the shooting. We need that video because what I believe
(38:45):
and if and if I'm wrong,I'm wrong. But with all these things,
we see crash and we have factsthat crash. And did I believe
that he removed the audio because Ilooked on the website. You can redact
the audio while the video is stillplaying so that you cannot hear Officer Dows
partner shouting clearly to him that Ivasaryhas a gun. And that's why they
(39:10):
gave Shaka Johnson the video because theyalso, I'm sorry, I won to
what point. They also originally saidthat Ivazery got out the car and charged
that officer die, which caused theshooting, when everyone knew that that didn't
occur. So Shaka Johnson, Krashner'scolleague who's a defense attorney, gets the
(39:36):
video showing that Ivisary never exits thecar, so that also already makes the
police look like a liar. Andno one said this other than some public
affairs person. And it's easy tofind out where she got it from because
she didn't get it from there fromOfficer Dills partner because what Krashner did when
he showed the video Officer Diles partnerthat gave a safety interview on the scene
(40:01):
and he said that I was therewas still in the car. So who
put that information out there? Thisis Krasner's falsifying evidence intentionally to steal money
from the citizens of Philadelphia while lockingup a cop. There's never going to
be a riot that you illegally arrestedMark Dieal. You know, he's not
(40:22):
George Floyd. He's a white policeofficer. So Krasner all kras gets the
best of both world. He getsto put that cop in jail and make
himself a couple of million dollars. He's a criminal, you know, Jake,
I get a lot of questions whilewe have the show, and one
of the questions every time we talkabout Krasner, the question that always comes
(40:43):
up a few times while we're speakingis why, if he's got such a
criminal enterprise going on, why hasKrasner, Larry Krasner, the District Attorney
of Philadelphia, why has he notbeen arrested? Ralph their digal proof,
But that's what they want to know. Why has this man not been arrested?
(41:04):
Why is he allowed to behave theway he is and no accountability,
and nobody's caring, nobody's following itup, nobody's going after the District attorney
of Philadelphia. It's got a lotmore to do. I mean, I
had nothing to do with the facthe's had sorrow of money. What's the
real reason this man is not injail. I think we just have officials,
(41:27):
public officials who are afraid to crossKrasner. They Krasner wrapped himself up
in the Black Lives Matter flag, and you know, every other radical group
in town and poses as the whitesavior. And these people, just like
the media, you know, thegovernor, the mayor, the police commission
that we had Daniel Worthless outlaw, they were all afraid to take this guy
(41:50):
on. You know, this isa guy who lies about everything. He
hasn't paid his taxes since he's beenthe district attorney in Philadelphia. Try that
one on for size and he getsaway with it. Ralph, why you
were experiencing technical difficulties today? Weran this and I think you should listen
(42:14):
to this as well as other people. Get this is kind of important.
This is Elon Musk talking about thezorros So. One of the things he
noticed was that in that the valuefor money in local races is much higher
than it is in national races. The lowest value of money is a presidential
(42:35):
race. Then the next lowest valuemoney is a center race, then a
congress and then but once you getto sort of city and state district attorneys,
their value money is extremely good. And Surus realized that you don't actually
need to change the laws, youjust need to change how they're enforced.
If nobody chooses to enforce the law, or the laws are differentially enforced,
(42:58):
it's like changing the laws basically.Well, I mean, I think he
set the nail right on the headthere. We're gonna have coach on later.
Here's the big thing too, Joshapiro. Now everyone, all the room's
out there. He's looking to runfor president. Speaking of moneys and drills,
so is money. In twenty twentyeight, he was their Attorney General
(43:22):
of Pennsylvania. He's now in thegovernor of Pennsylvania. He had a first
hand look, and I know hedid because I talked to people at Crashna's
criminality and did nothing about it asthe state ag Well, no, because
they get money from the same entity. Exact they're feeding from the same trough
exactly. What's the By the way, does you know last week, as
(43:46):
you'll recall, we talked about theJosh Shapiro pay as stafford two hundred and
fifty thousand dollars to settle a sexualharassment case. Do you know what I
mean about that? Do you knowanything more about that? I don't No,
No, don't know about it exceptthey have complete faith in Josh Shapiro.
(44:12):
You're serious? No, yes,in the San Dusky matter where he
had to put Graham Spaniard in jail, you know who is deathly ill.
Yeah. Actually, we have coachDick Anderson on this this second hour to
talk about updates on the Sandusky case. So in regard to Ruff, we
(44:36):
discussed this, uh, this guywho's allegedly in the conviction integrity unity.
There is no integrity in this.Every member of that unit has been called
out by a judge at one timeor another for line for line, the
(44:57):
name integrity. Let's let's hit acouple of these other Ralph articles which you
can see on Ralph Cipriano substack.Right, yep, I don't want to
try this hot this case in thepress. Krasner's back after twenty eight days
of being missing in action, buthe doesn't want to discuss a cops request
(45:20):
for a change of venue. Lookat those faces. Look at those faces.
Huh that sour puscal that he wheelsout there every week. She's a
former judge. I don't think theylike me. I'm asking them a question
at that exact moment, where haveyou been? Larry Right? I saw
that on Twitter? Okay, howabout this? Uh? Kra A couple
(45:45):
of cop cases to the Smith brothers. Oh, Jay can talk about this
one. This is another travesty hewent after to these two cops around town
watch. They saw in an areawhere there's been a lot of car burglaries.
They see a guy try jiggle inthe locks, you know, the
doors on cars. They go overthere and accost him. He takes off
(46:06):
the cops chasen and they detain himuntil they're off duty doing town watch.
They wait until the regular cops showup. Then Krasners the District Attorney's office,
enters the case. Naturally, theydon't charge the guy with burglary.
They arrest the two Smith brothers, the two cops and they charge them with
(46:27):
assaulting this poor car burglar, eventhough there's no evidence of any kind.
Now, Jake knows that both ofthese gentlemen and can speak, you know,
personal knowledge of them. But thiscase is a complete croc. And
it goes to two preliminary hearings andin each hearing the judge, a different
judge, white judge and a blackjudge throw this case out and say,
(46:50):
you know, there's nothing here. They appeal it up to the Superior court,
and the Superior Court just trashes thecase and says, you know,
it's just three losses in a rowfor Krasny. So Jake, both of
these guys, right, yes.Unfortunately, the Smith brothers got caught up
in my situation. Inspector Smith, which is one of the Smith brothers,
(47:14):
Inspector James Smith, he wow,he was a target of Krashner because he
wouldn't get rid of me and mypartner so that he can perform his corruption
at the Officer Involved Shooting Investigation Unit. What they're not what's not out there
right now, is that they liedon the Smith brothers and said that they
(47:38):
was talking about assaulting the guy onnow. On one tapes they called themselves
town watch and all this other kindof stuff. This happened in the eighth
Police District. This is one ofthe safest areas of the communities that used
to before Krashnan became the district.Lots of cops lived there, and the
(47:59):
whole unit responded that night. Andyou're only going to respond because Inspector Smith
identified himself as Inspector Smith. Krasnerand Outlaw fabricated the information in order to
lock these two officers up. InspectorSmith and his brother Pat Smith. Now
Pat Smith was detailed to the FEDSand now he's a member of the Gun
(48:22):
Violence Tax Force. So the onlypeople lying here is Krasner and Outlaw,
the former police commissioner. Here's thefunny thing about this. They observed people
breaking into cars. They were offduty, and they tried to intervene and
they get arrested. Well, wejust had two police officers report the work
(48:45):
off duty, see people breaking intocars, they go to intervene and one
of them gets killed. Unfortunately, another one gets shot. Now the one
who's dead, now they promote themand make them a hero, and it's
same thing. The one who shotthe same exact circumstances. And that's what
(49:07):
the shirt I had on last week. That's why Ward fired. When we
try heroes when we die, sothey made Unfortunately, Officer Mendez is a
hero because he got killed, anofficer Diz because he got shot. So
why did Inspector Smith in Detective Smithfor doing the exact same thing get arrested
(49:29):
Because Krasner is a criminal and heonly did it in retaliation because Inspector Smith
would not transfer me from the OfficerInvolved Shooting Investigation Unit when he brought this
to their attentions Tracy Tripp and PatriciaCummings that we spoke about previously on the
previous show. That's what happened, but I heard it was part of a
(49:52):
larger pattern where Inspector Smith refused toplay ball with Larry Krasner what he wanted
records and this and that he justhe also did that also because he wasn't
just when he was my inspector, also he was an inspector of the Detective
Bureau and so Crasher in order forhim to do his criminal enterprise, he
(50:12):
has to go get these twenty andthirty year old cases, find that piece
of toilet paper. The set thathe's caused new evidence and then go get
ten million dollars. And Jimmy wasn't. Inspector Smith wasn't going to play that
game, so he had to go. If you're not going to join Krasher's
criminal enterprise, he's going to comeafter you. And these college in the
(50:34):
field of the police department, andthese criminals in the Phillip Police Department,
the District Attorney's office, the AttorneyGeneral's office, the DA's office. The
reason they're all criminals also because they'recomplicit and allowedness a legal activity to incur.
Okay, listen, I want toWe've got a couple of minutes before
a break, but I wanted to. I was on the soapbox a lot
(50:54):
today. Yeah. No, that'sa good soapbox man. We got to
do more soapbox stuff. Uh.Right up to your governor, your your
criminal governor. Yeah. Now,I almost fell out of my chair when
I read Ralph's seeking comment from misterKrasner email. So I'd like to read
(51:19):
that because you may not be ableto see this totally. This is from
Ralph to the Zora installed District AttorneyLarry Krasner. He's got two emails Lawrence
Krasner and Larry Krasner. Oh andoh, I see you have Jane Rowe
on there. Jane row Friendly. It says it's foked to me in four
(51:40):
years. It says, you know, Larry, are you back in town?
Any comment on losing the Superior courtappeal regarding James and Patrick Smith?
Wow? Three straight defeats in thecourts on this that case. Are you
going to appeal again? Is thisjust another temporary loss? By the way,
(52:02):
I thought it was just it wasinteresting that it was Ada Taco who
had to make the arguments in JudgeRansom's court to get the charges reinstated against
former police officer Dial. It provedmy point, Angin. It proved my
(52:23):
point that your original career public defenderson the case were incompetent. Yeah,
so did the transcript of that hearingin Judge Pew's court. Did you hear
that Dials lawyers are seeking a changeof venue. You did a great job
of making their case for them.Looking forward to seeing you at your next
(52:47):
press conference. By the way,the next time you'd blow down for an
extended period as in three weeks, you might want to advise your underlings to
give the public some kind of explanationfor your absence, just a suggestion.
But why tamper with a success, right Jesus? So this is the Uh.
(53:13):
When it surprised you to know thathe didn't reply? You know,
Oh, no you don't. Wehave another seeking comment from another moron in
Pennsylvania and we'll get to that later. But the same thing. They won't
answer, but we'll explain that later. So but I think, uh,
because we talked about her, theoh her, this woman? Now does
(53:38):
she have an only fans? Shedoes that? Thank God, my popular
requests, that's for sure. Sothis guy, I mean you, we've
we've all seen your the video ofyou talking to this guy. What's his
(53:58):
name, Jack or Jake? What'shis name, Bob? Yes? That
guy, uh instills no confidence inanything. Yeah, what it surprised you
to know? He worked for BarackObama. He was one of his appointees.
No, that's not aious look athim. Hilarious what you're saying there,
(54:22):
Jan He was a that he wasappointed to what Jake, Well,
you've got the floor. Oh whatwas he he was Obama's Oh true?
What was he? I forgot? He was the head of Juvenile Justice.
Yes, some commission on Juvenile Justice. And Larry likes to remind everybody of
(54:45):
that, uh of every at everypress conference that listened. He's at this,
by the way, is a guywho you know, should be living
in town according to the residency requirement, but he lives in Montgomery County and
he uses a phonio dressed to voteat So he's a find in the Is
(55:05):
this the one that Okay, hey, look guys, we got to take
a break, so uh stick whereyou stay, where you're at, because
it's gonna get hotter as we approachthe second hour. Okay, all right,
about three minutes tom, Okay, hey, so we're back. Can
(55:25):
everybody here can be yes? Okay? All right, So this is a
that's still an ass kicker, though, you know, I just can't believe
that. Yeah, you know,Larry, are you back in town?
That's an ass kickers? Yeah?Yeah, apparently apparently a lot. You
(55:49):
have a bottle of wine. Ohyeah. Larry disappeared for twenty eight straight
days, and none of his officials, you know, his underlings, would
explain where he is. And meanwhile, you know, they were always just
he was doing the business of thedistrict attorney. Yeah, I am sure
he wasn't in jail. Oh thatwas okay, too good to be true.
(56:15):
We were talking about George Soros, and I just wanted to because I
just got a call from Chris atthe prono of my detective. He was
saying, did you know that Sorosis a banned from six nations? One
is Uh. I guess if youwere to go there, he's not welcome
there. But if he was togo there, he probably could be arrested.
Pakistan, Russia, Hungary, Phollyor Philippines, Turkey and Poland.
(56:38):
Well that's some information. Well theanswer to that is, just freeze his
assets. Why the hell they haven'tdone that? I have known now,
I mean, just call uh,just call Finn said and have them freeze
his assets. I mean, somebody'sgot their head up their ass. Everybody
in Washington has their head up theirask. I think you're right about that.
(57:00):
If they didn't, Georgia uh Krashnerwould not be getting away with what
he's getting away with. But assetsto excuse my French Tom, By the
way, who's that, who's thatbehind you? Who's the person and the
who that's my guard your guard dog? Yeah, my guard dogs. Let's
(57:21):
get a look. Who who isthis character? There's actually three of them
behind me fortunately, Yeah, they'reall quiet. Oh yeah, there's there's
three of them back there by theway. They're there every week and somehow
they caught me some slack and theyshut up. They are well behaved.
They're like, I'm the dog guy, of course, and you read the
(57:45):
art of the dog. I haveto react to be quiet. They're they're
my testimony that that my techniques work. And if they don't work, I
got the mute button right here there. Do you duck out of the way
so we could see the three ofthem for just a second. Tell me
good. Sure it's the public service. Let's see there and there's one.
(58:09):
There's one on the ground now. They don't want to be they don't want
to be seen across yeh wow, that's great and my pals, my guard
dogs. As a matter of fact, that while I was on the air
(58:30):
with you guys a little earlier, the water guy came the boy did I
have to jump on that view buttonquick? So if if you don't hear
me speaking for a little bit,it's because there's somebody at the door,
all right, Yeah, what elsedid I miss? John? Did you
turn sixty five while I was gone? Or what happened? Not quite yet?
(58:54):
No, okay, just check listen. I just wanted two you know,
people that are joining us, uhafter the break. We've got Canadian
Pacific Police Captain or Captain uh ThomParcell. We have Detective Jake Jacobs from
Philadelphia Homicide and the Officer shooting Unit. We have investigative reporter award winning investigative
(59:19):
reporter Ralph Cipriano from Ralph's Cypriano substack, Big Trial dot net and big
Trial uh blog on Twitter. Sothat's worth and this and and this and
(59:43):
sometimes uh culinary injuries. Yes,I thought that, Uh it looks like
coach Dick Anderson who was going tojoin us as technical difficulties with his uh
with his computer unfortunately. And whatI wanted to mention a couple of things
(01:00:07):
about that. There's a website nowfor the Sandusky case, but here I
wanted to show, Yeah, it'sjustice for Jerry, and it's uh,
you know, explains the Sandusky caseas a travesty of justice. So if
(01:00:30):
you go to that sex scandal atPSU a political head job, I kind
of remember that story job exactly exactlythe UH coach coach Anderson hopefully will be
able to join us in the extremeextreme near future to give us an update.
(01:00:52):
But his computer is, you know, acting up, so we have
a problem with that. But itgoes through every alleged victim, you know,
every alleged victim that's thirty five that'spretending like they're fifteen or twelve or
ten or six or something like that, you know what I'm saying. And
(01:01:15):
so quite a few of Ralph's articlesare in there as well, and there
was a podcast that ran on andon relative to that. So it's anyway,
it boils it down to what theproblems are there. Okay, thank
(01:01:37):
you, Chanell, Thank you verymuch. John Get just you know,
search for was basically invented because ofthis stupid scandal in Penn State that was
just full of crap and full ofmiss justice. And I'm just kind of
wondering, after all these years, why is your dumb ass governor, your
your useless piece of crap government,or pull his head out of his butt
(01:02:01):
and fix this travesty because he's beholdento because he's beholden to Tom Corbett,
and h Corbet history, he's history. He means nothing anymore. You know,
she makes me sick. Your governor, you know, integrity and in
(01:02:21):
Pennsylvania, those two words just don'tgo together. They crash well interestingly enough,
Oh my god. You know we'llget into it, but I want
to close this up by saying,uh, both myself and Ralph are in
this book by in the lions Den, by President Graham Spaniard of penn State,
(01:02:45):
which, uh, they'd be muchbetter off with the president right now.
I'm I'm sure that president they gotnow is okay, but I mean
they've got some really interesting whack jobson the campus right now. And then
as as evidenced by their recent riots. And then this the most Hated Man
(01:03:09):
in America Jerry Santowski and the Rushto Judgment by science author Mark Pendergrast.
So I think that's on that's availableon Amazon right. Yes, I read.
I read both books and they're they'reall about the truth. You want
to know the truth on what thehell happened, or you're just gonna buy
(01:03:29):
sit back and listen to it.The half assed media put out there that
it's just despicable, But if youwant, if you care enough and you
want to know the truth about whathappened at Penn State and the atrocity and
the mis justice from Penn State.Read those books, Uh, Graham Spanion
books got along, but it's justfull of the truth and it's very lightning.
(01:03:52):
And Mark Pendergast he did a greatjob too, he did. Speaking
speaking of great job, I gottaI just got to bring this up.
You know, our own John Sneddand Ralph the winemaker Cipriano made made headlines
on this and made headway in thiscase because it was just such an atrocity
(01:04:15):
of being swept under the rug ofinjustice. You know, they I think
you guys will agree. There's peoplethat should have been put in jail over
that thing. And one I believeis your Attorney General gone, Pennsylvania governor.
You know, they should have beenin jail. And Tom Corman,
what an embarrassing governor he was forthe state of Pennsylvania. Oh my god.
(01:04:35):
Well, the problem the problem is, you know I should hold back
right Oh no, no, no, no, I mean you know it's
no you're speaking the truth. Butthe thing is is that you know,
just like Josh Shapiro is beholden toKrasler's money keepers. I mean they're both
(01:04:58):
beholden to a West Coast pack, right, So you're never gonna China.
They're never gonna go after each other. It's kind of like it's kind of
like Washington and their connection to China. So you know what's funny about Zoros
(01:05:18):
though? You know Tom named Hungaryon that list, Well, George is
Hungarian. He can't even go tohis own country. He's a Hungarian Jew
and he's given money to Hamas itcan't go back to Hungary. Try that
off the size that one is inthat case, Jake, you know,
(01:05:41):
and now he's pawning it all isevil off on his son, and his
son is taking over his mini meMini me, but except you know,
hey, the guy's got some poll. He's invited to the White House.
He's been in the White House, the Capitol, and the House several times.
This is rows kid stack. Yeah, very good, And I wanted
(01:06:10):
to kind of cover uh, youknow, Scott Lee Levato, the significant
artist and activist. We ran somethingthat he did on guns, excuse me,
on guns, and this kind ofspeaks to the the money driving these
(01:06:31):
things, and it's a today Uh, the universities in the United States are
disaster zones. So he kind ofaddresses that a little bit in this short
clip. All right, America,I call upon you once again to get
(01:06:54):
busy, to fight peacefully. Veryeasy, too. Time to get on
the fucking blower and get on yourcomputers and contact the donors, those kind
people who donate stupid amounts of moneyto these universities, these universities that are
(01:07:20):
now turned into Jew hating America hatingshitholes. You saw the video the other
day and yesterday handful of Jews thatwere in the school locked in a classroom,
couldn't get out, and outside thedoor, the anti semi students and
(01:07:42):
faculty were banging on the door tryingto get in to do what scared the
shit out of these poor Jews. This is happening all over his country,
in this fucking country. All duerespect to what's going on over on the
Middle East, but I give afuck about America and our citizens, and
what's going on is disgusting. Soyou need to contact find out Google who
(01:08:05):
these rich donuts are, and youtell them to stop the fucking flow of
money to these jew hayen America hayen, shithole universities, you hear me,
because if they do not rich peopledon't like to have their faces published.
They don't like people to know whoor where they are. This is how
(01:08:27):
you get things done using the FirstAmendment and your passion and your fucking anger.
Get busy. I think you couldsay exclamation point on some shit,
right, Okay, so, uh, shitholes University has become shitholes for a
(01:08:53):
variety of reasons, and we're goingto cover some of that. But I
just wanted to, uh, youknow, you know who doctor Drew is.
Yeah, yeah, Okay, thispertains to shithole universities. This is
a brief clip, and then wehave we can add to the shithole university
(01:09:13):
information. It's more common than wethought. People are like, well,
it's mile is mile, It's nobig deal. It's self limited about look
in my world, throughout my entirecareer, forty year career. Milecarditis is
a medical emergency. It's a direproblem. A publication just came out five
days ago in Circulation, a majorcardiac cardiology journal, an excellent study and
it showed it took my breath away. I didn't know why it wasn't headline
(01:09:35):
news. It's a large study andit showed that about approximately half of the
young males that got milecarditis had permanentheart damage. Permanent. That means that
we don't know what percentage are goingto be disabled by this. As they
get older, are going to developheart failure. We're going to need cardiac
transplants some of them. It's breathtakingthis study and why it wasn't a big
(01:09:58):
headline. I've sort of sent itaround little bit because I don't understand why
people aren't reacting to it. Soin a twenty seven year old male,
the illness is in nothing, sothe risk is so the vaccine is all
risk. Why the push? Whyare we pushing? And I think you
put your legal head on for asecond. That university is there gonna be
a big trouble for having mandated youngpeople to get that vaccine because people are
(01:10:20):
gonna get sick and they're gonna havelong term consequences, And they should suit
those schools for having forced them totake a metic letter mention one hundred percent.
They should sue. And if anybodytries to force you from this point
forward get a fake card. It'snot that hard. Go ahead, google
it, get a fake card, and again I'll comply. We have a
good treatment. We have PAXELOVID.Why and people say you have to get
(01:10:40):
you have to say you've gotten ashot to get in, get a fake
one, just google it on theinternet. Is bullshit, and they're going
to create these bullshit rules. Youcan create your bullshit way around them.
It's all just like a theater.So let's okay, let's act. I'll
act like I've gotten my fiftieth booster, and you can act like you're satisfied.
I'm telling you the truth. Okay. So that adds to the shithall
(01:11:13):
universities where they mandated the vaccine, and now they're probably going to get sued
for that. But now remember let'ssee here. Okay, there was a
Harrisburg. There's a the Okay, there's an agency in Pennsylvania called the Pennsylvania
(01:11:38):
State System of Fire Education. Okay, it covers a puny colleges in Pennsylvania,
and it's a teeny tiny compared tothe State University of New York and
State College or in New York SUNNI. And but remember we showed this where
a Harrisburg p reporter said that thefacility's director at the state system, at
(01:12:04):
the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is under protection order and she should
certainly hope something nothing happens to thatfamily. And then there was a national
reporter that said, what he's sayingand doing to the leng girls, that's
horrible, But we have him destroyingstuff. And then he says the national
(01:12:25):
reporter a term many of the highprofile I term many of the high profile
cases icebergs. The public sees orhears a limited narrative about what's above the
office or the surface, while belowthere's a lot more going on. Well,
this is a rabbit hole from hell. Check this out. This guy.
(01:12:45):
Now, we just sent a wesent a seeking con to the They
call him the chancellor. He's achancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher
Education. And it's kind of arabbit hole here. Hang on, now,
(01:13:06):
this is the guy. He's alibrarian and he's the chancellor of the
Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. But you'll when you take a look at
this, ah go a little bitfurther and you see this previously led this
(01:13:30):
post secondary success strategy at the Billand Melinda Gates Foundation, and this is
the same guy, you know,uh, he'll end the world hunger by
having everybody killed, you know, the uh depopulation and visits to Epstein Island,
(01:13:54):
right, So not good if you'reif your kid's going to uh a
college in Pennsylvania, might want tolook at that connection. Anyway, he
had a uh so we sent auh, you know, Ralph had this
(01:14:14):
seeking comment that was kind of he'son a first name basis with Larry Krasn
of Thesaurus, installed District Attorney inPennsylvania, so it starts out, you
know, Larry. So. Butwe also sent a seeking comment on the
egregious pattern of conduct by the bythe Passion Facilities Director and we'll you know,
(01:14:45):
put that on the website you soyou can read that. But essentially
I just want to read this asChancellor Daniel is the guy's name as the
chancellor, as Chancellor of the PennsylvaniaState System of Higher Education PATCHIE, also
known as State System. We areseeking your comments regarding the pattern of egregious
(01:15:08):
activities by your PASCHI Director of FacilitiesOperations Mechanics Part VA that resides in Mechanics
Work VA. The PASCHI Director ofFacilities Operation resides in Mechanics work Via is
currently defended in and is under athree year Cumberland County PA Protection from Abuse
(01:15:32):
order, the basis for which isrepeatedly stalking little girls, telling the little
girls I will f you, anddamaging property at the little girl's residence.
The egregious actions of your director ofFacilities Operations against the little girls who are
memorialized on security video. That samedirector previously pled guilty to criminal mischief after
(01:16:01):
having damaged property at the little girl'sresidence. The criminal mischief activity on the
part of your director Operations was memorializedon security video. Your director of Facilities
Operation was previously charged with harasmn courseof conduct with no legitimate purpose and disorderly
(01:16:24):
conduct. This activity was also memoralizedon security video. And you guys have
seen these videos. But a reviewof associated security video surfaced videos depicting public
masturbation on the part of your directorin the Mechanics PA area. So it
(01:16:47):
says we look forward to your commentsspecifically regarding the pattern of egregious activities on
the part of your director. Wetalked about Pennsylvania and integrity. There's a
perfect example. Well, we've gotWe've had this guy masturbating on the video,
(01:17:09):
and we've had him harassing. We'vecaught him harassing these young girls.
But here's the here's the deal.Is he fired? Is he removed?
No, he's still he's still thedirector correct. Uh yeah, Well,
I guess the librarian isn't going toanswer. I mean, so we can't
(01:17:30):
use his name enough. Daniel Greenstein. Yeah. Well, you know what's
really interesting, And I think Ralphmissed this that we had. I think
I told you on the phone,Ralph that one of the platforms that we
uh broadcast on the numbers of theaudience we have in the United Kingdom is
(01:17:53):
crazy. It's huge. And thisguy, mister uh Bill Gates's friend,
it's he says, it says it'sa librarian again, but it says Daniel
Greenstein has played a number of rolesin US and UK higher education. Wow,
(01:18:17):
now that term Iceberg is very fittingfor a lot of this stuff.
Exactly, you got all these peopledoing this stuff and you think they're upstanding
citizens, but what really lies benefand that's the problem. Exactly. It's
like the National Reporter that reviewed allthe videotape, which is insane of this
(01:18:42):
director that's under a protection from abuseorder for these for taking action inappropriate and
disgusting actions against the little girls. For the National Reporter to say, I
turned many of the high profile casesicebergs the public caesar. Here is a
limited narrative about what's about what's abovethe surface, well below, there's a
(01:19:05):
lot more going on. Well it'shappening. I mean, you know,
it's a rabbit hole. You knowwhat, John, you can link all
this stuff together. I mean,it's not just Penn State. It's the
media treason, as I like toterm it, that goes on. You
know, we talked about Graham Spaniardand the Lions then and the most hated
(01:19:27):
man in America with Penn State andwhat happened there. Well, Grant's one
of grand Spaniard's best friends was BrianRoss. And I still have a problem
with that, the platform that thatguy had with ABC, and he allowed
this crap to go on. Ralphspoke about it many times about people he
reached out too, and it wasa cancer even when they knew it was
(01:19:49):
the truth. And just like thisIceberg commet here, most of these people
are going to stay allowed his crapto go into kids and a mayor like
except if you're that artist there, right, And you know that's why I
wanted Brian Ross on this show atone point. I want to know why
didn't he expose what Penn State wasdoing to his best friend? You know,
(01:20:15):
why is no one exposing PASSI Youknow, we keep asking why,
why why no one? No one'sexposing Krasner pass Sandusky? Biden. You
know, Biden just got forty thousanddollars. They got a direct line Coma
just showed it from China to hisbank account in a matter of days,
(01:20:35):
from five million from hundred threatening Chinato forty grand getting launed through his bank
account. But no one's hearing it. They hearing about Trump in the courtroom,
you know, trying to protect hisbusiness and the media is running ragged
with that. So what lies beneath? Why? You know? Rolf has
(01:20:57):
addressed uh sports writers. I can'tremember what the term was, but it
was really good. Yeah they aremore. But what Ralph, I mean
you you know the uh the GrahamSpaniard case element very well intimately well,
(01:21:21):
I mean do you what as areporter, what are your thoughts on why
Brian Ross didn't come to Graham.Spaniards aid, well, I don't know,
Brian, I know Graham. Theonly thing I can think of is,
you know, he was worried abouthis career. I mean, you
(01:21:42):
know, this coming out and sayingthat everybody was wrong about Jerry Santusky is
a career ender for a big timereporter or a small time reporter. So
you know, it's it's just selfpreservation. They don't want to stick their
neck out, and that's why,and that's why it's so benign. Your
media is so benign because everybody's gotan editor, everybody's afraid of their boss,
(01:22:06):
and the media is useless. Wellthere, I wish they were just
useless, but no, they're spreadingmisinformation, you know, So it's worse
than that. And the worst thingalways is what doesn't get covered, you
know. Yeah, it's you know, it's not that like like Ralph said,
(01:22:27):
they're not just useless. I meanthey're actually a negative impact. Right.
It's like, yeah, I mustsay, you know, you know,
I must say, you don't haveto change the laws, just don't
enforce them. It's like the mediaand Ralph said, didn't got worse.
Not only are they not reporting thetruth. They're spreading propaganda and all that
(01:22:47):
stuff has an effect on society,Yeah, sure does. It's very depressing.
The depend state thing is amazing tome because you know, we had
some big media let's come to townand look at the Washington Posts and what
was that guy's name, will whateverhis name wants anyhow, you know,
(01:23:12):
the pobson to town, and youknow, there's been documentaries and second looks
at it, and you know, they're all the same story. They present
the totally discredited narrative, and they'reafraid to print the other side of it.
So I don't know, there's justso many cowardly reporters that I know,
(01:23:34):
and so many progressive reporters that Iknow. So it's just it's amazing
to me that, you know,I'm the only guy in town that reports
on Larry Krasner, for example.I mean, the guy is, you
know, just he's the biggest storyin town, and nobody wants to report
honestly about him. I know, reporters at the Inquirer. I can think
(01:23:59):
of one in particular who was transferredoff the beat because she, you know,
she wrote negatively about Larry Krasner, and Krasner went to her bosses,
and they transferred her out to uh, you know, New Jersey, and
she quits thereafter in frustration. AndI know there are other reporters on that
staff who tried to get honest storiesabout Krasner that didn't cast him in a
(01:24:25):
good light into the newspaper and theireditors, shit can those stories. So
that's where we're at the media.Well you look at it, Ralph.
You look at your latest press conference. They literally stopped the feed. They
stopped the feed because Ralph was theonly person, you know, asking the
(01:24:45):
question. And it's amazing. Youknow, Krasner always starts to ease press
conferences by saying no particular order.Well, there's one person is always in
that particular order, and that's RalphCipriano, going last out on the back
of the bus. There, Ja, you better turned into rows of parks
at some point, right, Ohmy god, man, work so I
(01:25:09):
can in some kind I got somekey. We yeah, it worked for
day at accroally. Oh my god, Oh my god. Anyway, so
you know, it looks like backto the university that have become complete shidles.
(01:25:31):
I mean you know this, ifyou get a time, get a
chance you want to read that. The email will post it again, but
it sets out pretty clearly what uhDan is uh accepting, which is uh
interesting in that you know, hewas affiliated with the Bill Gates Foundation.
(01:25:58):
Maybe he still is. Where there'suh, you know, that's a lot
of problems include visits I've scene Iwant to and uh, you know,
killing people, the vaccine. Youknow, just it's just very weird,
incredible, John did. It wasnice to see Megan Kelly and and uh
(01:26:19):
the doctor at least somebody with somecredibility. I hate to use the word
credibility, but recognized people stepping upand mentioning other than the polythra of activists
we've had on our show. Tosee somebody with national recognition get up and
(01:26:43):
say the same thing, that vaccine'skilling us. Everybody's been afraid to bring
that up, you know, butnow maybe we can expect uh more recognizable.
Yeah, I mean, my I'minterested in knowing. I mean,
you know, I mean just asa concerned human being, you know,
(01:27:04):
whether or not there was any kindof you know, payback to a person
for mandating vaccines, if you've alreadyhad that relationship with that found you know
what I'm saying, you know whatI mean, like Megan Kelly and Trump?
(01:27:26):
No with uh higher education? Howabout a Katy Hockel. There's never
been any repercussion of her firing allour medical nurses in New York. Yeah,
yeah, you know, not takingthe vaccine. And now we have
a shortage here and she she wantsto beg them to come back. Everybody
looking her off? Right? Hey, Ralph, what do you think of
(01:27:48):
this? There's probably more potential whistleblowersin the media industry than there are employed
reporters. I wish that were true. I haven't run into too many whistle
flowers in the media, I gottatell you. Yeah. By the way,
John, I wanted to ask youwhen you set that letter out regarding
(01:28:09):
our child molester there, did youcopy the bill and Melinda Gates? Yes?
I did as a matter of fact. Yeah. What what was their
response? Uh? Of course nothing, because all right, is Melinda still
part of that deal? Yeah?I mean yeah, if you you can
(01:28:29):
see from the the header on that, I'll have to get the other Hang
on a second. I got twocopies. One up at the top is
the uh Gates Foundation dot com.So hmm, yeah, I mean it's
(01:28:51):
very that's kind of publicity that theywould not want, you think, Bill
to come on here and clear hisname. Sure. Yeah, anyway,
very weird when you put this alltogether. Very interesting picture by the way,
(01:29:12):
too. So I mean, whatcan you say? I mean,
you know, it's uh, it'stotally gone to ship. Pennsylvania Higher ed
is totally gone to ship. Ifyou've got a situation that has all those
all those things, John, PennState has been having riots over this moss
(01:29:34):
field. Uh, you know,I think it's it's more about they're alleged
uh in fighting or hosting right wingspeakers. They are they protesting Israel over
(01:29:54):
at Penn State. I don't know. I'm sure they are. I'm sure
there's Zorros money running around there, you know, to pay those I mean,
look at these people that cement theirhands to the pavement for stop oil,
and they've changed it now right, they're into something else now right?
(01:30:15):
I mean how much? Yeah?Exactly? I mean how much are they
getting paid? Right? I don'tknow. You know, an investigative reporter,
they can check that out. Yeah, they don't have enough of those
guys. Oh my god, justincredible. That's amazing and of itself that
(01:30:36):
you know, the only investigative reporter, literally some of them call themselves investigative
reporters of Philadelphia. Ralph has nocolleague in his industry in the city and
county of Philadelphia that does what hedoes. Yeah, probably wishes he had
(01:30:57):
some competition there, but he doesn't. And it's not exactly brain surgery.
What Ralph does? You know?I mean, you just track what a
guy says, like Larry Krasner andthen discover that he's lying to you,
which happens on a weekly basis.Well, that's very easy. He's lying.
But the reporters have no balls.I mean, uh, everybody knows
(01:31:21):
Ralph's history as a staff writer forthe Los Angeles Times in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
I mean, uh, you know, and and and tell them them
to piss off, uh you knowwhen they when he when they refuse to
uh publish one of his articles.I mean it takes pig balls to do
(01:31:44):
that. I mean a lot ofthese reporters just go along with the impression
I get from everything I've seen. They just go along with the flow.
They're kind of like the freaking sportsreporters. They're doing the same thing.
With the news, right Ralph.Yeah, well, I mean morons is
(01:32:08):
probably a harsh characterization, you know, well, and name calling you always
boomerangs on me. But I justgot to say that I've never met a
group of people that all think alikeand act like and sports reporters. I
mean, it's just amazing there. The minute they get off sports and they
go to anything else, you know, you just cringe when you hear them
(01:32:30):
talking because they're just you know, they just repeat the exact same lines.
They're always afraid to appear stupid wheneverthe you know, subject matter of veers
off of sports, so they'll justcite the prevailing wisdom of whatever. Well
to use a sports term. Theyclearly fumbled on the freaking Penn stadcase.
(01:32:55):
They did more than Oh my god, if you if you visit Ralph scapriano
dot com, he's got a wholesection on the Penn State case, right
yeah, and then oh a bigtrial dot com. Big Trial dot Net.
(01:33:15):
You can search that, but it'sin a section on Ralph Cipriano dot
com, which will give you areally good idea of what the hell's going
on. And I know that justicefor Jerry, that website Justice for Jerry
has incorporated a lot of Ralph's articlesregarding Penn State. So you know,
(01:33:38):
well, John, you don't talkenough about your own experience at Penn State.
You know, nobody didn't. Mostpeople don't know that there was a
federal investigation at Penn State while itwas hot and heavy over there, and
the guy who did it and foundout the exact opposite of what the local
authorities told us, A that therewas no sex crime in the showers,
and b there was no cover upbecause there was no sex crime to cover
(01:34:00):
up. That investigator of former NCIScold case specialist was mister Johnston. Yeah,
you know, I think that it'sgot to be uh pushed more and
as we get as people, uhyou know, become well, people are
irrational now anyway. So I mean, you know, let me ask both
(01:34:24):
of you guys something, you Johnand you Ralph. I mean, Jerry's
getting up there in years obviously, and you know this doesn't seem like this
has any end in sight based onyour investigative reporting, Ralph and your investigation,
John, do you think that Jerrywill ever be vindicated in life or
(01:34:46):
in death? There's only one way. While you will in death. I
mean, there's only one way todo that, and to go federally.
I mean, I don't know whyhe's screwing around in the state anymore.
I like to see them go federala SAP. I mean, I don't
know what the hold up, whatthe hell is his attorney doing? And
does he have a new attorney now? Well he does, and we need
(01:35:09):
to get those guys on the show. Yeah. I talked to coach Tick
Anderson about that he's running interference. He's running interference for the but he was
going to give us an update todayand his computer died, so or is
(01:35:30):
it having some kind of problem? So we'll have him back on so we
can give us an update update. You know his I was talking to him
earlier this morning about what he wasgoing to relate to us, and I'm
not going to steal his thunder inthat regard in regard to Jerry's current court
(01:35:53):
status, but I think he hada very interesting question. He said,
Hey, this is not about state. I want to ask this guy.
Are you guys this question? Andhe said if now in New York State,
if they get a driver's license, they can vote, right, yes,
So in Pennsylvania. If they geta driver's license, can they vote?
(01:36:18):
They're linking that up. I thinkthat's what Shapiro is trying to do,
is getting a voter a driver's licenseor a photo ID automatically registers the
party to vote. Well, he'sgoing to do that? How often is
he going to win an election? Now? How? And plus he wants
to be president, right, youknow you're talking about Jerry Sandusky and will
(01:36:42):
will he ever see daylight? Willwe ever see the outside of the prison?
That could happen tomorrow if it wasn'tfor your coward and I mean coward
and big letters, Governor Shapiro thatyou have, you know, I mean
that's that's son of a bitch.Could get this atrocity turned around by the
signing of a pen. But he'llnever do it now, not, he
(01:37:05):
will never. It's like Ralph sayingwith you know, with Brian Ross,
who was Graham Spanger's friend. Yeah, you know, it could also make
him a hero in a lot ofeyes, but he's too stupid to realize,
in too much of a coward todo anything to do the right thing.
I should say, you're a cowardif you don't do the right thing,
(01:37:28):
and you're short. He's just beinga politician and he wants to be
that first Jewish American president. Sodoes he get matters more to him than
anything about justice. I don't wantto get too far off the track,
but do you know if Shapiro getshis shoes from the same place where DeSantis
(01:37:49):
gets his? Oh I saw that? Oh my god? Do you know
that? You have a video chat? No? I don't. Oh,
you gotta look at boot Gate,I did. Is there a possibility does
Shapiro wear cowboy boots? Did hetake them off of the legal immigrant or
alien? I mean the way itwas. Are we talking to Santas or
(01:38:16):
Shapiro? Yes, maybe the Santaswear Shapiro shoes. Yeah. Are they
ever seen together? That's another thing? Yeah. So you know, hey,
Tom Corbett, if you're listening,Uh, you know, give us
(01:38:36):
Yeah, I get Tom Corbott onthe show. He's not doing anything right
now, is he? We canshow somewhere Josh Shapiro and Mike Fisher,
Uh, all together yucking it up. Just a reminder to our audience.
You know, crap rolls down hilland Tom Corbott started that hole Penn State
(01:39:00):
tobacco that put Jerry's at Dusky injail. Let's not forget that your governor
at the time started this whole thingbecause he had a pisson contest going on
with Grant Spaniard and the president ofpenn State at the time. All this
atrocity because of your egotistical son ofa bitch, and it was you know,
because just so if I can explainfor a second, when you are
(01:39:24):
the governor of Pennsylvania, you're automaticallya board member on the penn State University.
So this is a little pissing contestbetween the president and the university and
the governor of Pennsylvania. And hewanted a say in the budgeting. It
was a budgeting problem. It wasa fiscal problem. So he's going to
(01:39:45):
pay Grant Spaniard back by just almostdamn near destroying penn State University. That's
your governor, and you morons outthere, you voted him in, and
then you voted somebody like Josha Burrowand John Fetterman. Pull your head out
of your asses over there in Pennsylvaniaand clean up your act, clean up
the state. It's an atrocity, you do. We we talked about Larry
(01:40:10):
Crantoner all the time. It wasa picture a lot bigger. We'll check
it out, John John Fetterman givesone hell of an Eagles chance, So
I mean, that's what got himelected Eagles. Oh hey, did you
see the video of a guy thatwas kissing his ass in a bar in
(01:40:30):
DC saying no, you know Ivoted for you. You're a terrific guy.
Well you please do something about Mossor something. And Fetterman couldn't put
together a response and and had oneof his guys, uh, throw the
guy out of the bar. Didyou see that. I'll have to I'll
have to grab that. You haveto, because Fetterman just stands there like
(01:40:53):
a lurch, you know, andthe guy's talking to him. Oh my
god. Pennsylvania, it's a disasterson. I mean, from politics to
the every part of Pennsylvania higher edas we've just mentioned, you've got hideous
human beings in higher ed positions.I mean, what's that do for your
(01:41:16):
kids? I saw I saw awhite guy walking down the streets of Philadelphia
ripping down the posters of kidnapped peoplein Israel. You know, what,
what are you even thinking? Youknow, you're some dumbass white kid,
probably university student, walk around tearingthem down, tearing these posters down.
(01:41:41):
What do you need attention? Youknow, what are you even thinking?
You don't even have a You're notin the game. What's your problem?
You know? But then again,New York City, all these big universities,
all these morons think that they're sayingsomething. Yeah, so can I
I'm kind of interested in this. The the Temple student. You know,
(01:42:03):
we we had one of this isone of the things. I'm the saying
guy who's ripping down the posts thetown was telling you about. Yeah,
so what is going on with Temple? I mean they have a case,
right, is it basically or isn'tthere I mean, what is the story
(01:42:27):
on on the Temple president or whois? They were not president, left
in the interim president, died atan event, and they got another one.
Yeah, so they have all kindsof issues right now. They are
really screwed out there. Okay,So Temple is in Pennsylvania and it's high
(01:42:49):
red in Philadelphia. Yeah, inPhiladelphia. Yeah, but Jake, the
Christopher Fitzgerald case is still around, and a Temple police officer who was basically
executed and Temple's going to be writinga big check to that family. I
(01:43:10):
can tell you that. Well, well, Larry also is ducking, at
least I haven't checked, but Ineed to check get an update. But
you know, Larry's also looking fora way not to get out of that
case, to get out of thatcase, and that was a execution of
that officer's He's the last I've heard. He's been duck. The family not
(01:43:34):
allowing him to see him, andhe's trying to get out of this case.
And Ralph is right, Temple's goingto write a big check to him.
But I wish the Congress would getrid of the prosctorial and judicial immunity.
I mean, I know it hadnever happened, But Larry needs to
write a big check too, becausehe's the reason that this city is crap.
(01:43:57):
Right now, Larry needs to payhis taxes. Well that too.
What what what is the amount now? Oh? God, the last time
I checked it was over one hundred. But you know it's been a while
since I've checked it. Jacob, you looked at that. I haven't,
but anyone else would interesting astronomical penalties, Yes, And they let him keep
They let him keep doing it.I mean, that's the amazing thing.
(01:44:20):
You know, even the facts putal capone away for taxi vision. Can't
they go after Larry for the samereason. Larry's worse than a capone.
He's actually word hey, can IHe's really a piece of what's the status
of the Okay? One officer waskilled in the Philadelphia Airport parking garage,
(01:44:45):
right, yes? And then onewas uh injured in the arm right yes?
Is he okay? Is he okay? Or he's the one with the
arm injury? Yes, one withthe arm injuries okay? Uh? Oh
Jesus man, holy shit. Andall the cops are retiring. But but
(01:45:05):
Pat and Jimmy got arrested for thesame job. Yep, yep, and
Jimmy Smith yeah yeah. And Idon't know, I just Jacob. I
had a prosecutor, a former prosecutorwho works at a law office, ask
me why the cops aren't doing somesort of job action and supportive. You
(01:45:29):
know, Officer Dial who's sitting injail for on a first degree murder rap.
I can tell you, Ralphis,I've been trying my damnness to push
an issue like that and a biggerissue, but unfortunately there's a lot of
(01:45:50):
people who are timid, and forreasons beyond my knowledge, I don't know
why. I mean, this guy'sa and you know, poor dials gotta
sit in jail. Now, Iwould have had no problem and rightly or
wrongly, if he would have atleast said, okay, it was PC
(01:46:13):
for a proper charging of dial.Right. I mean, I still think
that the behind reasonable doubt wouldn't havebeen established, but you could have made
the proper argument as far as charginggoes for an involuntary manslaughter maybe, And
I wouldn't even agree with that personally, but knowing everything that I know and
knowing but for you to charge thatguy with first murder just so you could
(01:46:38):
put him in jail for a year, and for Lilian Ransom to make that
decision after she'd wanted to put himin jail the first time for first green
murder, she cannot look in anyany crimes cooled, any Pensivelia rule of
criminal procedure and justify her action, just like Larry Krashner cannot look at any
(01:47:00):
crime school or any Pennsylvania rule orcriminal procedure and justify that charge. And
neither can Leandrew Rictaco or Yelverton orwhat's the other guy named bel Belgian Clark
Belgia. None of them can arguethat. And it's never going anywhere.
(01:47:21):
There's gonna be another trial. Thecrash is going to string out for three
four years with a pill and thepill of the pill, and at the
end it's going to go nowhere.Does does that officer end up sitting in
jail that whole time? As longas you have those murder charges on them?
So can I? Ralph, therewas another seeking comment you had there
(01:47:45):
was very good. May I showthat? Do you think sure? Go
for it? Okay, this isanother good one? Or not not that?
To one? That's a good one, I could morning. I'm wondering
how much Rodowski and his law firmare being paid to represent the DA's office
(01:48:06):
during the Wharton Gradford appeals. Right, I mean he's he's farming that stuff
