My guest today is singer, actress, producer, director Gina Nemo. If you watched T.V. crime dramas in the late 80s to early 90s, you may be familiar with a show called ‘21 Jump Street’ where she played Dorothy Pezzino (Check her out in “The Blu Flu” – 1989 – S3 Ep8). She is the daughter of jazz composer/musician Henry Nemo whose song “Don’t Take Your Love From Me” was performed by such greats as Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Etta James to name a few. Today Gina’s work takes her behind the scenes as a producer, director, and photographer with G Plan Media. We’ll talk about all of that and more…

We also talk about G Plan Music, the Ventura Actors Studio, some of her past and current T.V., film and music projects, her Canon cameras, her awards, and helpful advice all upcoming and seasoned artists can benefit from.

The Male Room with Dr. Jesse Mills

As Director of The Men’s Clinic at UCLA, Dr. Jesse Mills has spent his career helping men understand their bodies, their hormones, and their health. Now he’s bringing that expertise to The Male Room — a podcast where data-driven medicine meets common sense. Each episode separates fact from hype, science from snake oil, and gives men the tools to live longer, stronger, and happier lives. With candor, humor, and real-world experience from the exam room and the operating room, Dr. Mills breaks down the latest health headlines, dissects trends, and explains what actually works — and what doesn’t. Smart, straightforward, and entertaining, The Male Room is the show that helps men take charge of their health without the jargon.
