It's been just a short time since I experienced the profound loss of my dear father, who left us the day after Christmas in 2023. Grief has a way of reshaping our world, leaving us feeling adrift and vulnerable. In the midst of this storm, I discovered a lifeline that has been instrumental in my healing process – the 13-week Grief Share Therapy program.
This is my experience that I'd like to share as I go through this journey of healing from the loss of my Dad. Over the next several episodes, we'll delve into the heart of this program, exploring its strategies, insights, and the remarkable stories of individuals who, like me, have found solace and strength within the embrace of Grief Share.
In this short podcast I unpack the stages of grief, share coping mechanisms, and celebrate the power of community in the face of loss and how you can move on, forward, and upward from a loss. Grief is not your friend, but it is a teacher.
