my birthday series where I share what it means to lead,
to live and to grow in your prime fifties of
the new thirties. So let me recap. Let's go back

to episode one. This is a four four can you
say four to four podcast series? So the first one
is reclaiming your crown in the last episode I talked
about reclaiming, reclaiming your cloud. I'm just gonna walk you
through this a little bit, but you could go and
you can listen to it and you can also see
it yourself. What it means to age with confidence and

to ascend with purpose because at this age in your fifties,
late fifties, we're ascending. We should be ascending. Every year
around the sun, you should be ascending and elevating to
your next level of greatness, wealth and beauty. I share
it the biggest lessons in life and business that have

(03:39):
taught me over the twenty nine years as being a entrepreneur,
a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and how stepping into fifty
nine isn't about getting older. It's not about a number.
It's about becoming wiser, It's about becoming softer. And I
mentioned to you about that soft life. Yeah, I'm ready

(04:02):
for that soft life. Now more strategic. And when you
become more strategic, baby, baby, you become more magnetic and
more spiritually aligned because everything that we do, God must
be at the center of that. And I thank God
that I have one more year around the sun and alive.

(04:26):
I think them because, as I said, in segment one.
You don't just age, you ascend. Let's get to it.
So in this particular particular series that we're talking about
in segment two, what leadership looks like? Are you all ready?
And now in segment two, I want to walk you

(04:46):
through leadership a little bit and what I've come to
learn about leadership. It's not the kind that hustles for attention.
It's not the kind that hustles for divine authority, but
kind of sort of you accept it, you lay in it.

(05:08):
It's like you sit in your divine authority. You don't
have to charge it, you don't have to force it.
It just becomes right. It just is. It's like the
in Him realities that we're talked about in our church.
We've been talked about that the last month. In Him
realities when you give your life over to God. Because
when you're in your fifties, especially at fifty nine, which

(05:31):
is my last year before I cross over to an
unsurmountable new decade, your leadership begins to look very different.
Let's talk about that. You don't chase, you don't bake,
and you show dog O, don't roof. Really, come on, now,

(05:53):
you're in your fifties. You should be established, you execute,
and you dominate. So let's get to it. Are you ready, ladies?
Are you ready? But we cannot leave the men out
because the men's are always welcome into conversation. So welcome
to the Power fifty nine. The segment leadership looks like this,

elevated vision, voice and value. And let me repeat, elevated vision,
voice and value. That's what leadership looks like. This episode

goes a little bit really sacred. It's the kind of
leadership that matures you. In your fifty you got corporate leadership.
You know, if you're doing your own business leadership. You
have leadership in your home and your marriage leadership. If
you happen to be a single woman, you have leadership.
If with your children, if you have children. So let's

(07:24):
just cut right to it. Let me just say this,
according to my perspective, it's not loud. Leadership is not loud.
A soft voice answer turns around, it turns away wrath.
In the Bible, women, we got to learn we're already soft.
God made us soft, He made us feminine. We just
have to get back into that role of what that

(07:47):
is and in our life and in our experience. And
however the turn or however the dial or however it
was laid into you based on your experience, you was
just really pulled away from what your original nature actually is,
your feminine nature. So it's not performance, it's not chasing applies.

(08:10):
Oh my god, is this is this?

Good?

Y'all? It' that's not that. It's not that its presence.
It's peace. It's the kind of power that walks in
the room and it shifts the atmosphere without having to
prove a thing. I gotta stop right there. I told
people all the time, baby, baby, baby, when I walk
into a room, you need to be able to shift

(08:32):
the atoms and the protons and and the neurons. Everything
needs to shift when you walk into the room. It's
like like it's almost like ef huddon. What are they
saying When you walk into a room, the energy shift.
If you are on point where who you are in
your purpose in life and your mission, the atmosphere should change.

(08:58):
You should be that to the acidic water. Yeah, I
said it. You should be the acline to the acidic war.
But we all know that it takes both to balance
the floor that mic grown yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.
We woke the bat, the floor and the gut because
I do a gut respiration healing of reset too with

(09:21):
my clients. So it's the presence, it's peace. It's the
kind of power that walks into a room and it
shifts the atmosphere. Now that that's leadership. That's silent leadership.
That's silent leadership. At fifty nine, I just don't chase
anything anymore. In my twenties, I did, yes, Yes, yes

(09:42):
I did. At the age of twenty three, I was married.
I'm divorced, yes, and divorced for over a few decades.
Yes I did, I did. I had to prove myself. Yes,
I did I didn't know myself. Yes I did. Yeh,
I did. I did all that. Oh I did, But
I don't have to do it anymore. And it's so
wonderful when wisdom meets reality and you hear at this age.

(10:06):
Oh boy, it is really beautiful when you open up
your eyes, when you walk into life with your eyes
now wide open, Lady bosses, Now I can attract everything.
I don't have to fight for it. I just naturally
attract it. When you're walking in your purpose, your gift
will make room for you clients, opportunities, and alignment with

(10:33):
the universe and God on your side. That's the way
it works. So I've become a woman who knows who
she is and what she carries. It's taken some time
to get here, but I'm glad that I'm here, and
I can mentor other women to do the same. So

(10:53):
let's continue talking about the biofecking that. So that's what
I call elevated leadership. It's your presence, it's your peace,
and it's the kind of power that walks into a room,
sits at a table. Number One. You invite it. You
don't even have to ask to be there. The invitation
is already in the email or text to you, and

(11:16):
when you walk into a room, your presence commands order.
It's automatic. It's like the Jordan, just like partner Red Sea,
like Moses partnering Red Sea. That's exactly the way that
it is when you are at this point. And what
do we start? In the first episode, I talked about ascension.

(11:41):
Every birthday, as you get around that sun, you should
be ascending higher and higher and higher and higher. Okay,
so that's what I call elevated leadership. I no longer
whisper when I know I have something to say. I
said that in the first episode. I am making a statement.

(12:01):
It actually is announcement. I'm not asking for your opinion.
Now there are many times where I may ask you
let's have a discussion. I'm simply making an announcement. And
you're privy and to be honored to be able to
be in that conversation that you could witness what we're
talking about. That's the way that goes. Did y'all get that?

(12:22):
Did you kids? I think I show I just like
slowly drop those digits. I no longer second guess when
I feel a divine nudge.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
I know God when you know God, when you know
what you know, what you know, what you know, what
you know what you know? You know when you know
what you know what you know what you know what
you know you know when you know what you know
what you know what you know?

Speaker 1 (12:47):
You just know. It's just is there's no discussion, and
you pray for those people that just don't know what
they don't know because they just don't know. Okay, all right,
all right, they're good. I no longer second guess what
I feel the divine nudge because when you are in
him and him is you. When you are in him
and him, it is you. You don't have the second guess.

(13:10):
You already know who he is. You should already know.
I've learned that leadership in this season isn't about titles.
It is about trust. And I just laugh at those
people that just care and where their titles? Really? Who
are you? It's not a title? It is not a title.
How do you serve? What problem do you solve? It

(13:32):
is not about a title. Do I trust my voice
enough to guide others? Absolutely? One hundred percent? Hell yeah,
ablutely Do I trust my voice enough to guide others? Absolutely?
Have been doing this for twenty nine years, and I
just get better and better and better and better and

(13:52):
better and better and better. And the evidence is when
clients come back to you and they say, Wow, that
really works. And the evidence is is when you spit
down that knowledge to someone to where that they have
a problem and they come back and they says, wow,
that really works. And the evidence is that you just
continue to operate within your knowledge and your zone of

(14:14):
a genius to serve others in a deeper, more widening
capacity way. Do I trust? Yes? I do. Do I
trust my value enough to command the room? Absolutely? That's leadership?
Do you, lady boss? Do you do you trust your
value enough to command the room? And if you don't,

(14:41):
then there's work that needs to still be around that
because you should trust your value enough to command the
room because your gift makes room for you. And let
me say this, leadership at fifty nine looks nothing like
thirty nine. Oh baby baby, I like through my years,

(15:04):
you know, entering thirty was just like okay, so you know,
you just didn't know, you just didn't know what you
just didn't know what to expect. You just you just
go through it. I mean I was a very mature
thirty year old. But I was still like proving, right,
proving myself, asking for affirmation, right, And then you hit

(15:24):
them forties and then you got a second dance, and
just like is this really? Is this really? And then
you look at the evidence, and the evidence is wealth
and what's in your bank account and what's you achieved
and what are you doing? And how happy and how joyful?
But when you really look at all that, that's not
really what that is about either, right, But when you
get to be about this age, you know what you

(15:45):
know what you know? Back then I was still proving.
I don't gotta do that no more. But now I'm building,
you prove, But when you get through this age, you
should be building and ascending. Right back then I was grinding. Ah,
who wants to grind? At this age? Ladies, don't you
want the soft life? And I keep saying, the soft

(16:07):
life is not about a man taking care of you.
If you get those benefits, then okay. But a soft
life is just elevating yourself, sitting back into your femininity,
your feminine power. That's your power, that's your power. You
use your masculine energy when you need to. But we
sit and rewrain from femininity, from our feminine power, from

(16:31):
our feminine head, not from the masculine head. You might
you might need to make a few decisions from that,
but we leave from the femininity. Well, why don't you
try it? You might just surprise yourself. So back then
I was grinding, But now I'm aliveed. Isn't that beautiful?
When you get to be in this age, you should
be aligned, alive, vision, mindset alive. So back then I

(16:56):
was looking for validation. I don't need to be validated.
Only important thing is what does God say about me?
I don't need to be validated no more. I don't
need to be validating. Now I leave from revelation. What
does the world of God say about where I'm going
and my next in my mission? Because He gives me
the provision. Whoo did y'all get that I leave from revelation?

(17:20):
So this is why y'all got to stay in the world.
We needed more than ever before. Y'all know what's going
on in the world every day. There is a new
episode of something every day. But the antidope man, when
you stay in His word, you stay grounded and the

(17:40):
knowledge and the wisdom of God's words gives you revelation
so you can stay steadfast and positive and forward in
this life. We are to be conquerors more than conquerors.
Where to be courageous, we are to be bold. We're
not to be folding and listening and everything that's going
on society. We have a different mission plan h totally different.

(18:05):
But so because when your leadership evolves, your life evolves too.
As your leadership is evolving, your life is evolved. No,
as your leadership evolves, your life evolves. So the season
is about legacy and it's not just about success. And
I had mentioned legacy is in the now, is what

(18:26):
you're doing right now. It's about impact that last beyond
your name. So what impact are you making around the world.
What impact are you making in your family? What impact
are you making within your community? What impact are you
making in your social circles that you are involved? What

(18:48):
impact are you making when you meet new alliances and
opportunities to work together. As to why I have this

get a phone call, you don't even know who that
phone call came from, it's like, hey, can you come
and guests speak at our next event. That's impactful. That's impact.

We want to be making impact, elevate accession, Impact about
raising of other women to find their voice, their message
and to walk boldly and their own authority without burnout.
And this is where I come in. This is where
the can be coaching comes in and I have found
this path in helping other established business women owners to

find their voice, their message, and to walk boldly and
their feminine authority without burnout. Isn't that beautiful? Isn't that beautiful?
Because some of us we burn out before we even
get to the end of the race. That's not the
way that it's supposed to be. So let's just move forward.

Now when you get to be this age, you lead differently, okay,
soft softly, you lead softly from feminine power. So I'm

bringing it back up to you. I'm bringing it back.
It's like, okay, yeah, I've been knowing that I've been
needed to do it. Yeah, softly but strong. Okay. Strategically,
you lead with strategy. Strategy, you lead what's strategy? But
you soulful about it? Okay, lead with strategy but soulful. Okay,

quiet but powerful? Oh kid, what do you say? It's
uh huh, boldly ORed, uh huh uh, with grace and ease.
That's what leadership looks like. Let me just go ahead
on the closet. You soft, but you're strong. Don't mistake

(22:28):
my softness. Soft but you strong, strategic yet soulful, quietly powerful,
boldly anointed. Now that's what leadership looks like. How about
those houses and sis? That is the power of fifty nine.
