So welcome, welcome to inspire conversations with kim In. So
let's go right on into it. Number one, we're talking
about the millionaire mindset. Let's talk about it. But let
me first ask you this question. What is the difference
between someone who dreamed about becoming a millionaire and someone

who actually becomes one? So check this out. A very
good friend of mine we went to cow together, you know,
for those of you who do not know, I am
a UC Berkeley graduate. And he's done very very well
in his businesses, very very well in life. And we
sit back and we just chatted up. We just chewed
a fat sometimes and we just we just you know,
(03:46):
exchange ideas. And I ask him, what is it about
what you do that have made you to become a
billionaire and why others have not or have not achieved
the type of achievement and their business Like you laugh,
He says, well, I'm no different than nobody else. So
the person who achieves much is no different than anybody else.

Remember the book The Million in Their Mind? And he
said to me something that was so pivotal. The only
difference between me and the other person is that I'm
just disciplined and I just never stopped. I just never
stopped going after my dream. I just never stopped going
after my goals. I'm no smarter, I'm no better, I'm
now more educated. I come from particular neighborhood, and you know,

I'm no different than anybody else. And I thought about that,
and I pondered at I'm like, wow, for something that's
so simple. So I will say that, don't quit. Don't
ca then, don't give up on your dreams because everything
that you need God is giving you everything you need
to be successful. So let's get on with this. Let's
talk about first, let's get ready, let's get right in,
and it's gonna be thirty minutes. So you know, I
(04:53):
got my timer right here. You know, I'm going to
make sure that this podcast is going to be under
thirty minutes. So mindset shifts number one, number one, Let's
talk about the four mindset shifts. And that is, think
bigger than you have ever done before. I remember one
of my aunts have come from a very lovely large family,
(05:16):
and one of my aunts always says to me, Kim,
you gotta think big in order to be big. You know,
she's telling me that when I was a young lady,
you gotta think big in order to be big. I
used to say a tea, what you gotta think big
in order to be big? You got to you got
to think bigger than you gotta think bigger than what
you want. And it's like, okay, so you have anything
bigger than what you've ever had before. So you have
(05:36):
to stop selling for small goals. You have to stop
thinking where you are right now, and you have to
think beyond and where you really want to achieve. And
so that is think beyond one thousand dollars a month,
think beyond one hundred thousand dollars a year, and ask
yourself what would a million dollars look like in your life?
And I want you to really get in with that energy.

What does that fit? Would you'd be eaten? Like, what
would you be doing? Let's get into the energetic flows,
because you know what this is how we change and shift.
Our mindset is that we have to align our energy.
We have to make this paradigm shift because the subconscious
and the conscious, you have to think what is the
motion behind it? Right? So what are you feeling to

achieve that goal? House that going to make you feel
Number one? Number two, Overcome the fear of money. Fear
money is learned. I'm just meeting a young lady. No,
I didn't meet a young lady. I was listening to
one of my coaches, my instinctive coaches, because you know
that got my executive coach, let me get it right.
And she said that she wasn't raised with fear. She
has no fear at all. You know, when she was
(06:42):
a little girl, you know, she was raising object poverty
and that you know, with a father that she never
really knew, and so she didn't have the fear of
a father being in her house. So she never learned that.
So it never became inadaptable in her lifestyle. So she
doesn't have fear. So she thinks about whatever she wants
to create, she thinks about that she achieves it. So
(07:04):
overcome the fear of money. Fear of money is learned.
It's learned, but by Managing your money is a skill
and like any skill that it can be mastered. So
choose to want to master money. Three. Prepare joy and abundance.
I am by trade a massage therapists in.

Twenty eight years and I share with my clients as
they come in always whether they're coming in with stagnant issues, problems,
physiological pain, things.

That lead to an impact in her health and their movement.
And my remedy is always find more joy. So prepare
for joy in abundance. You need to mentally and emotionally
prepare for wealth. Imagine the excitement and the freedom and
the impact that you would create. This is December, Welcome
(08:03):
to the holidays. We have Christmas, we have Christmas Eves,
we have New Year's Eves, we have New Years that's
coming up. Both holidays is about to come up. So
in your mindset, create the vibrational activity and the enjoyment
that you want to have. And guess what, when you

do that, the universe will give you the vibrational match.
And that's how it works. Prepare for the joy in
the abundance. Prepare for the joy in them. One time again,
Prepare for the joy in the abundance. You need to
mentally and emotionally prepare for your wealth. Imagine your excitement,
your freedom, and the impact that you want to have

for the world. Who number four, invest in yourself. It
ain't gonna it ain't gonna be free. Come on now,
you got to get off the net. You got to
get off those YouTube free tutorials. You need to invest
in a coach, and I'm gonna make you an offer
at the end of this podcast. Invest in yourself. You know,
your greatest asset is yourself. Invest in your skills, invest

in your mindset in invest in your growth, invest in
your physical ability, self care. I have two courses actually

The Lord knows every strand on your hair. Everyone he

counted it, every single one. You are worthy before you
came into the earth, well before you came into this
earth that I mentioned you are worthy. You are worthy
of abundance, You're worthy of joy. You are worthy. So
let me tell you. I want you to say to
yourself in these next thirty days, I'm worth it. Say
(10:18):
to yourself, I'm worth it. I'm worth it. And read
a song the thirty one songs. Read the songs, read
one psalm of day, i am worth it. Coaching can
help you step into the mindset faster than you ever
thought possible. I wish twenty eighty eight, twenty eight years
ago that I had a coach. I did it. I
got one years later. I didn't know the purpose of
(10:41):
having a coach until years later. But if I had
a coach, it would have helped me to get to
what my destiny a lot faster into a collapse time.
So coaching can help you step into a mindset faster
than you've ever ever thought before. That's possible. So let's
move on the keys to billion a million dollar business
(11:03):
in twenty twenty five. Okay, let's talk about some keys
and then I'm going to end this podcast. So let's
talk about that. The four keys to building success in
twenty twenty five, I'm going to reiterate the number one
is time. You have to invest time. Time is your
most valuable asset. And check this out. Once you expend it,
you can't get it back. So time is your most

valuable asset. So you have to eliminate distractions and focus
on the activities that generate the All right, you got
to put aside Netflix for the next thirty days, focus
so intentionally on what you want to achieve in and
complete in twenty twenty four. So as we walk into
twenty twenty five and you listening this in twenty twenty
(11:48):
five in January, it's like, Okay, I'll be asking the
same thing the next thirty days. What do you want
to achieve? Number two you need to invest in your money.
Invest strategically in tools, mentorship, coaching, and also team members.
Every dollar that you invest in your growth can yield
ten folds of a return. So all the shopping, all
(12:12):
the shopping on clothes for December or for this holiday season,
it's not building asset for once. Consider building your asset,
which is you invest in those tools that's gonna make
you wiser in your mindset and your growth in your thinking,
and your physical ability in your health. Get there now
(12:35):
before January. Won't We all know what happens in January
one and most folks stop by January twentieth. So no,
don't do that. Invest in this whole holistic approach tools,
mentorship team members. If you need to go out and
invest in a VA to help you, a virtual assistant
to help you do what you need to do, then
(12:56):
go right ahead and do that. I did, and I
wish I would have invested in the VA at a
lot earlier, and it has really helped my business to grow. Mindset,
reframe challenges as opportunities, no more than elephant in the room.
Do not walk into twenty twenty five with any disillusionments.
(13:19):
Do not walk into twenty twenty five no more with fear.
Do not walk into twenty twenty five with limited belief.
That stops today when you make a decision to change
your mindset. A setback is just a setup for a comeback.
Let me see it one time. A set back is
a set up for a comeback. And I have had
(13:43):
many of setbacks, but get Ready twenty twenty five gave

I'm so exciting. Energy. Your energy determines your output. Prioritize
yourselfe care, set boundaries, and stay aligned with your purpose.

I'm gonna say that one more time. Your energy determines
your output. So you need really good sleep, you need
balanced nutrition, You need to set boundaries, your prioritize your
self care, and stay aligned with your purpose. So the
four things two keys to billion a million dollar business.
One is time, two is energy, three is mindset, and
(14:29):
four is energy and setting those boundaries. So here's some
practical steps. So just the other week, I took a
disk assessment, a disk assessment when I was at UC Berkeley.
I did what color is your prayachute? And I did
this other psychological test. You know, I recommend clients from
time to time, every maybe seven years, take these updated tests.
(14:54):
So here I took the business, the disc tech the
disc tests. I did it a couple of weeks ago
because I was doing some advanced coaching with one of
my coaches, and so I did this because I hadn't
did it a long time. And you know what, it
just confirmed where I actually was that my personality style
(15:17):
is coaching leadership style. And what it did was to
affirm those qualities which I'm now walking into, which is
really nice. So I encourage all of you to take
those personality tests, so some of them could be the
disk assessment, the Briers Briggs. I took that years ago.
(15:38):
I read the book What Color Is Your Parachute? And
all these things do is to help you to identify
identify your unique talents, and it also helps you to
design an offer. To design the powerful offer that you're
going to offer to your clients because you can help
them to solve a specific problem for your eye deal client.
(16:01):
So you know you want to also price the offer.
When you can create the offer, one you'll be able
to bribe. You want to be able to price it.
So take the test so you can see what your
leadership skills are or where your personality is. And then
after that come up with what blows your hair back?
What is what of the offer? That just really just
(16:22):
sets you apart that you are so excited in offering
the world because if you're only going after what's popular
and problems that people are wanting to solve, but that's
not in your alignment of your values or your core values.
It's not gonna work and you're gonna burn out and
you won't be able to sustain it. So do it
the other way. Figure out what are your core competencies,
(16:44):
what are your core strengths. From these tests, from those
core competencies and these core strengths, you align those to
what is your desire, what makes you happy, what you
bring to the purpose, what makes you excited. Then from
that you determine what type of core offer you want
to create eight to bring to the marketplace. And then
from that you then say, okay, who are my avatar clientele?
(17:09):
So that's really the way that to work. I just
gave it to you. So after you do that, it's like, Okay,
based on the transformation that you bring to your clients
and based on the problem that you solve, determines the
price that you're going to ticket. Your high offer or
your cores, your curriculum, your intellectual property are the products
(17:31):
that you're selling online. So I hope you got that.
So you want to be able to market yourself boldly.
So now that you figure all that out, the next
thing that you're going to do, because what we're doing
is talked about building a million dollar business in twenty
twenty five. Here's the simplest way. I've done it one
time before. I'm actually getting ready to do it again.
But I know it works. So the evidence is I
(17:54):
have had great feedback from it. So I'm going to
share this one tip that I did. So what you
do is, once you figure all this information out, say
you say, you say, cam, well, I don't have a
large email following I'm not really that influential. My business
acumen is not as so structured or influence, So okay, great,
(18:17):
you don't have your uncle is just is not a millionaire.
You don't come from a family that's a millionaire, so okay, great,
So just start where you are your circle of influence.
Send an email to about fifty people or one hundred
people that you know, creating an email and let them
(18:37):
know that this offering that you're offering as simple as
that I'm creating this offer. This is what the offer is.
And in the offer, you want to say what is
the offer, the problem that it solves? You want to
say what it does? You want to say who is four?
And you want to say it's Rice. And then after
(18:59):
the email that that said, you're going to say, is okay,
would you like to hire me to be your coach?
Similars that, and then the second one, your second ass
will be well, okay, can you share this out with
three other people that you know? I started using that
in my tagline on all my Instagram posts and all
(19:19):
my Facebook posts. I just say, can you just please
share this out with three other people that you know?
My constant contact email list whenever I do my emails,
because I've been doing it for twenty eight years, well,
please share this SOLF with three other people that you know.
It's very simple, share that with three other people that
you know. So I just gave you a marketing plan
that would help you take your idea and you just
(19:39):
send it to an email. You don't need a high
end website, eventually you will. You don't need a high
end landing page. Eventually you will. You could just simply
send an email and say, hey, this is my offer
for the weekend, for the holiday weekend. I want to
capitalize on Cyber Monday. And this is my coaching offer,
or this is my program, or this is my e course.
(20:00):
It out to one hundred people, this is the price,
this is who I serve this is the transformation that
I bring you that would you like to purchase it?
Or would you like to hire me as your coach?
If not, can you send it out to three other people? Simple?
That's it. That's it. It's very very very very simple.
So let me get to you. Let's let's get down
to this, and let's end with this. Why is coaching essential?
(20:23):
I am a beauty and a business coach and a
holistic health educator and a podcaster. Why is coaching essential? Well,
ladies and gentlemen, entrepreneurs and service providers, coaches and cultures,
coaches and consultants and experts. Because you can't do it
by yourself. That's why coaching is esten to. You can't
do it by it yourself. You know, therapy is very
(20:45):
popular nowadays, mentorship and also coaching. Hiring a coach gives
you clarity, strategy, focus, account of building, and assurance. That's
what coaching does. And more importantly, it helps you collapse
(21:08):
time because you sit up there trying to figure it out,
and it may take you to fear figure it out.
But if you pull out that check book or you
going there and you pay for coaching, you know your
coach is gonna help you to collapse the time y'all
both together and figure that out less and a smidget
of amount of time. What happens when the plumber comes
in and fix your toilet and you have a stop
(21:28):
he coming in there, it took him maybe what seven years,
maybe six years and five years of a trade. Okay,
let's say three years to figure it out how to unclog,
you know, drains and toilets and things like that. He
coming in on the holiday because he mastered it. He
knows exactly what to new, He knows how to collapse
at times, he knows how to go into that line.
(21:49):
He knows the tool to you to unplug your clog.
Dream He comes in and out in fifteen minutes he
unclogged your drain, which you spent all morning trying to
unclogged using draino. But he comes in there with his magic,
his skill, his expertise, his genius, his experience, and in
(22:09):
fifteen minutes he has unclogged your drain or your doughty.
And he says, okay, that bill would be six seven
hundred dollars, And you're like, what, Yeah, it's not about
the amount of time, it's about how much time he
saved you coming in there and in fifteen minutes after
you could go on your married way and not spend
(22:30):
all day that you were trying to do the day
before because you couldn't unclog your drain or your doughter.
I just gave you a simplistic example. That's what coaching does.
We help to collapse time and find a solution for
you so that you could get on your next way

turn your talents, your expertise, your knowledge, business experience into
