C’era una volta una zebra che aveva una grande passione: dipingere. Utilizzava la pittura per raffigurare gli elementi della natura, ma soprattutto per decorare il suo corpo.
Fin da piccola non aveva mai gradito il manto bianco e nero con cui era nata. Tuttavia il suo branco riteneva che fosse la zebra più bella di tutte soprattutto per le strisce, simili nella forma a delle onde sinuose. Lei però non la pensava allo stesso modo e, ogni volta che osservava la sua immagine riflessa in uno specchio d’acqua, non si piaceva affatto.
