Oh it's long, Batman, It's been a long one.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
No, man, I didn't even get a chance to get
a nap today.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Man, Yeah, me neither. That's all right. We're gonna push through.
The nap is coming.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
It ain't worry about it.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
I know.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
That's what I did today at Niedan for.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Oh for lunch? Did you meet me? Go to the
vegan store?

Speaker 3 (02:09):
I don't know, but it was too cold. It's too
cold to get in my real walk. So I joined
the club, another fitness club and with an indual track.
Yeah yeah, Batman was on the track. I did all
a bit over what I do two miles in thirty
minutes something like that. I gotta look at my time
I was rolling. Yeah. It was reminded me of those

(02:32):
days when my son used to You know, my son
used to go to Perezy Speed School when he was
playing flag football and tackle and I was like the
other parents were just sitting just watch and read a
book and on my phone. Yeah, snack. And then after
a while I was like, you know, I was getting
sick and everything, so let me you know, I asked
the guy, was it okay for that? Walked into a tree? Say, man,
you're paying all this money for your sacon walk that track?

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Man?

Speaker 3 (02:55):
So I started, you know, doing I really liked it
because you see the way come off quicker when you walk,
you know, when on a track versus you know, the neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
I didn't notice that when my friends and I my
best friend, we was walking Lake Montabello. Oh yeah, uh right,
and five laps was like five miles, so it was
it was nice. When I actually started jogging the trail,
I said, oh, the energy is here. I can jug
the trail now. Yeah. So I really enjoyed it. Lost cans. Yeah,

(03:29):
it was nice.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah. I can tell the difference already because I think, I,
I think two weeks I've been going to planning fitness
for forever, you know, yeah, and you know, doing the
treadmill and the weight machines and stuff. But I wanted
to switch it up a little bit. Remember I was
doing the boxing, but I started. I had to. I
had to switch the shadow boxing, okay, because yeah, something

(03:56):
was happening with my vibration running through my wrist, wasn't
It was affecting my pinkyers. So I have like numberness.
I was hitting the bag too hard.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Man said, I was out there doing my thing. You
could have been a form. I don't know. But the
pinky got assaulted. No one knows how the pinky got assaulted.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Man, I might have just switch the kickbox and I
might just switch their kickboxing class. But the thing about
it is, you know, you seem like you get more
out of a fitness club than you do just you know,
just something that's just because they have cycles. They got
speed classes whatever they call that class. What's that class?
When you get on the bike and everybody riding the
music and it's in the dark. Spin class Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Oh okay, you have that one leader in the front.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Yeah, they got the spin class. I'm gonna try that.
And they got awesome fitness. Fitness some room. Everybody run. Yeah,
and everybody the same age too. It's no you know,
it's some young people, but mostly everybody do it there,
like sixty plus.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
That's probably because they can afford their boogie jam. We
want the one dollar down ten dollars a month.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
This is actually cheaper than my boxing class. The boxing
clas is pretty expensive. Man. Yeah, they take a break,
took four I'm taking four months off of the boxing.
But anyway, and they got an aquatic pool, so you
can go there for aerobic exercising the water or if
you can really swim, you can join their team do laughs.
It's incredible.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Yeah, a thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
It wasn't that much. Look, I'm gonna tell you what
the price that you can be shot. You're gonn probably
do it. And top it off, they got pickleball and
you get free lessons pickle you can enjoin tournaments. I'm ready,
I can join tournament.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Man.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
I'm like studying tape right now so I can learn
the game before I get there.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Oh man, man, I'm sorry, I pumped you up.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
I told my son. My son bought me a pickleball set,
so I have the paddles in the balls and everything. Yeah,
there's people in there playing the day. I say, I'm
gonna turn them up. I can't wait.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
They atman out there endurance. Put my hot tops on
himself from the sugar.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
There be dripping and everything. Man had my drip ball.
It's very black. Oh okay ready, yeah, they got two courts. Yeah,
it was out there today. Some people said they're gonna
need they're gonna need three people in their team when
they play.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Me showing up.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
I haven't haven't swung a paddle yet.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Might be a little rusty.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
I'm thinking about thinking about my tennis days when I
was like sixteen.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
You know, it's all over the court like the Williams.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Believe it or not, Kelly, the membership is only seventy
five hours a month. Yea, yeah, especially with this because
they got outdoor pool too, so you can go anytime
you want. Outdoor pool said. I couldn't believe what she said.
That she was gonna say like two hundred and something.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
You know, it's still almost a thousand dollars a year,
Like I said, it's nine hundred.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
It's worth because you can take but you can take
guests and be there all day. Because they got gymnasium
to play basketball. They got like three or four gyms,
so I can bring my sons up there. We can
be there all day. You know, we're gonna swim, we
go play basketball.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
It reminds me of the good old days and the
why yeah, right.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Yeah, it'd be worth it. You know, twenty bucks ain't nothing.
Man's people pay that to go to Uh just who
was the place that pool called out? Cardors? Can we
play like ten fifteen dours just to swim the Cadors?

Speaker 2 (07:39):
We got We got public pools now, bat man. We
don't have to pay the swim okay.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Well, anyway, you know, this is the time everybody to
get your fitness on and we and we're about to
head into March because this was the shortest month of
the year and before you know, it's gonna be the spring. Everybody, Oh, belly,
sure shorts, I need a new wardrobe.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Just telling me you don't fit none of these clothes
in your room. Stop fronting, that's what my belly's saying.
It's being real rude to me.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
That just mean it's time to hit the track. Kelly,
and we're telling people went to the water, the weather
get warm and hit the outdoor tracks. I was like, well,
I guess everybody, you're walking out of shape too, so
I guess it's no. But I'm doing it early because
I'm gonna do the outdoor tracks as soon as the
weather and the place. It's only like thirteen minutes from
my house, so I can get there in no time,

(08:38):
you know. So I'm feeling this, man, Yeah, yeah, I
had to change up a little bit. I was playing
the fitness since my daughter was like seventeen. She like
twenty four. Now this purpose seven years. Man, I was
going strong man all right.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
But it was always a fanatic for fitness. Or did
you have to regain that love with the gym again?

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Well, I mean I was. I was feeling playing the
fitness and everything, but I kind of, you know, because
I added the boxing with us. I was actually using
the gym to stay in shape with the boxing because
they wear you out in there, ye cause they really boxing.
The teachers, the coaches real they really box, so they
like they are training you for a match. Man, this
is just exercise for us.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
You're like, bro, I am not writing Connor McGregory here.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
Let me get you doing bird bees and stuff. Well,
you should be drinking water, my pace. But I did
beat my cholesterol issue, so it's not like, you know,
I'm not going to go back, but I just wanted
to take a break from that because I went strong
from May al way to November. You know, I had
to paint the house, so I had to take a
I couldn't do both. So yeah, but I'm loving this one, man.

(09:50):
Now I'm loving it. I'm loving it all right? Were
you ready to talk to the coach to the success.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
Coach, coach of millions the strategies.

Speaker 3 (10:01):

her own podcast, she has her own TV show, and
she's publishing collaboration projects with authors, she's doing conferences and
she really I mean, and you know, I'm so happy
with Chrystal because I remember I met Crystal about her
and husband like what X husband about what four or
five years ago? Maybe long ago? We can track and

(10:23):
I've watched her growth, you know, watch your growth. She
was just she was just the first lady.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Oh wows became the full circle now.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
And people, you got to remember this, these these these
steps when you look at a person's digital footprint, and
this is something we talked about today on Doctor West
conference she had today, and that is, you know, building
a digital because before people want to do your business,
do business with you, especially people of color, they're going
to look back and see what you've been doing. They
want to see your body of work before they get Yeah,

(10:55):
every five dollars you're asking for, give them the whole
conference for five hours. They still want to see your
body of work. It's okay, Yeah, you got You gotta
do right to get that buck. Anyway, christ is doing
her thing, and she will show you how to do it.
Of course, a lot of us still on the journey.
You know, we're still on the journey. But hey, once
you start going to some of these uh these galley,

(11:17):
these uh these conferences, and you'll be surprised. Who know you?
I mean, I'll be a dunkin Donuts guy said, man,
I don't know you. Man. I was like, where you
know you're from?

Speaker 4 (11:24):
God?

Speaker 2 (11:24):
He said everybody?

Speaker 3 (11:26):
Yeah, he said, you're in New York. I said, yeah,
my TV show. He said, man, that's where I seen
you at See you never know I was in a
dunkin Donuts line. God recognize me. Small world man. So

have been hanging with my mom, you know, helping her
get stuff together and get acclimated. My parents were married
for fifty nine years.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Okay, yep, so what a role model.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
I'm telling you that they were a great role model.
Both my grandparents on both sides were married over fifty years.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
Oh that's beautiful, huge love.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
I don't know about that long, but yeah, my grandparents
both both sides.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
I come to the good family. I have all that
loving over here.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
I thought I was gonna make it. I just I
did twenty seven years, I couldn't get there.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Look, I'm happy about my little seventeen. So count.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
You gotta past that seven, man, you can past seven,
you know seven?

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Yeah, yes, but.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
They said people change every ten years, so you know.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
You hadn't worked for me.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Man. Thank you, We welcome, welcome, Welcome, Coach Crystal Henry,
thank you, thank you, millions, You're welcome. Please let our
listeners know who you are and what it is that
you do. Well. I am gracious.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
I am made to lead millions, and it took me
a long time to get into that space, in that
place with what God said, and so I am a
visibility coach. I help people go from their from their
dreams to reality to their what is. I coach people

(15:06):
one on one and do group coaching. I'm also I
also have a group called the Emergers. It's a mentorship
membership where I help people emerge, come out of darkness
and get into the light. And then I help people
write their stories. So I've been part of about none

(15:32):
anthologies and then the rest have been my solo books.
So I'm a fourteen time Amazon International best selling author.

Speaker 2 (15:41):
I know that's right, fourteen consistency God, but god.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
I'm an international speaker. I help coaches, I certify coaches
and speakers, and so those are a little bit about
the things that I do. Saw a podcast or my
podcast airs on Thursday nights at nine at eight pm
Central nine pm Eastern Standard time.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
It's called May to Lead Millions.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
And then I also have a show that airs, The
Crystal Henry Show on Decal during the day on Thursdays.
So that's a little bit about what I do. And
always connect with me at Crystal Henry dot net. And
that's Crystal with a K.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
I know that's right, yes, Clinton, She says she got
good old man and left you her contact information and
she will be giving it again if you missed it. Okay,
but we're grateful. We're grateful for your story. We're grateful
for the journey that you've been on. We're grateful that
you are a servant leader too. I'll save you. You
know his name when he calls you among the rest

(16:49):
of the sheeps, you know his voice, and then you're
also able to act as a shepherd to us, the
rest of us. So we're so grateful for that. And
your credentials tiny, you were just rolling them out. Yes, this, this, this,
this does so. If you only got one job and
you listening to this, it better be a millionaire job.

(17:10):
If not, you ain't working hard enough. Baby, We're not
hurting enough. It takes a collection of talent to make
this thing work.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
Okay, So we not even mentioned my day job. I'm
gonna account by day.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
So she said, I got numbers on my mind every day.
How tax seas are treating you? Well?

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Thank god. I don't do taxes. I do payroll, so
I help you get paid. I work for a corporate
company and so that's what I do. I do payroll
during the day.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Love it, love it. Love it, glad to hear about it.
You know, we get to talk every so often. But
how is it when you're like going through a project.
Someone has authored a book and say, someone close, how
are you able to give criticism? Well, it's a publish.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
One of the things that I had to do is transition,
you know, to go from pastor to coach.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
I have a.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Pastor. Yes, ma'am, sister Crystal Henry. We just call you
sister Henry. So Pastor Henry, there we go.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
So I had to transition from pastor to coach. You know,
people will believe, will hear a coach when you have
the title pastor.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
They want to negotiate.

Speaker 4 (18:46):
They want things for free, those folks, you know, So
I had to do that transition first. I've been coaching
for years, and for a lot of those years it
was free coaching. However, you got to know your worth exactly.

(19:11):
The people that work with me understand my worth. They understand,
you know, what I bring to the table. So where
there is honor and respect, sometimes the title helps you
get gain that respect and that honor.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
You might be doing the task.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
But the first thing was just transitioning my title and
getting a standing that you know, hey, I'm giving you
the real deal, the real information.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
And so once I did that, that made the.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
Work easier to be able to say, hey, this is this, this,
this this, you need to change this, or you need
to redo that, or here you need to add this,
or just say hey, tell me you're story, and then
I would reierate to them what they told me in
a different form or different fashion, and that would help

(20:09):
them write their chapter or begin writing their book.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
Does that help them break through their self doubt?

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Yes? Yes, a coach does help you break through that
self doubt, that impostor syndrome. That is what they you
know what the world calls an impostor syndrome. It's just insecurity,
self doubt, lack of confidence. So yeah, a coach will
help you gain and restore confidence that you may have

(20:40):
had and then it was lost. A coach will identify
the gifts that you have that you may not have
even seen, identify the areas that you the niche that
you need to operate in in that gift, or set
help set goals so that you can really achieve them.

(21:04):
So coaches are necessary. If we look at a coach
and we see these Olympic stars. They've been coached all
their life from you know, little kids. A lot of
times a good teacher will coach you m that will continue.
They'll coach you and they'll help you, you know, get

(21:24):
to that next level. So we have different people that
coaches through life, but a lot of times as adults,
we don't think we need to be coached.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
But you know what, some people, especially adults in this
day and age, we've become more acceptable of mental health treatment,
but some people will not go to a therapist just
because of the meaning of their title. You may not

(21:58):
have that same resistance when dealing with a coach. So
you say, I'm a visibility coach. I help you meet
your goals, right, Okay? And so I like that part
about having the coaching certifications because anybody could be a
life ghost. There is not necessarily a license requirement. However,

(22:20):
I will rather get my help from somebody that's been
through the Coaching Federation that has brought on their certifications
that can add that personal, instilled, educational piece to what
they're delivering to the audience. So my question to you
is what is the age group for your audience, Like,
what's the ideal audience that you like to impact.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
Well, you know, I used to try to say, well,
I want you know, from this age to this age.
I just pray that the Lord will send me who
needs to hear from me. I coach young ladies. I

(23:03):
coach males in.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
My mentorship membership group.

Speaker 4 (23:07):
I have a male and a group of ladies from
the age of twenty nine to seventy well to eighty four.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
That's beautiful. That's beautiful. I love it, Mama said, I don't.
I'm not too old to get the help.

Speaker 3 (23:25):
And that's right.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Help is available for anybody, anybody that's willing and ready
to go to a new level. I'm ready. And so
what inspired me to lead millions to podcast and TV show, Well, that.

Speaker 4 (23:42):
Was also all of those were births from my book
called Made to Lead Millions. That was my that is
my signature book. That started from a Bible study. God
told me to do a Bible study on leadership, sixteen
week Bible study.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Every week.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
God give me something in my life that would relate
to the Biblical story of Moses as God's leader versus
Pharaoh as God's enemy. And so those particular leadership styles
you will find in corporate America, you will find in

(24:23):
fast food, You'll find in any type of establishment where
there are leaders. So God allowed me to use the
Bible and to reveal the leadership ability skills and types
of both Moses as well as Pharaoh, and then help
people recognize, oh I was under oppression or oh I

(24:47):
was under suppression when I worked at that company under
this leader. And so I gave examples that you know
of my real life experiences from corporate America and ministry
as well as the word of God.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
So once I wrote that book, well, once.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
I did the Bible study, then God said, okay, now right,
made to leave millions. I was like, hold on, God, right,
I'm like, I don't I don't.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Even have a thousand followers. What are you talking about.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
I'm looking.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
He said, do the work and everything will be taken
care of. Sometimes we just got to do the work.
Take that step forward, even with no resources. Take that
step forward. If you have a will and prayed on it,
take that step forward and watch God work absolutely. And
so what I did I had to let God be
God and be obedient.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
And sometimes it's hard for you to do when you
can't see it, but it's not about us seeing it.
It's about the vision that God gave and the obedience.
Obedience is better than sacrifice.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
So just okay, well sticking with the ob obedience. How
did it feel when you decided as a pastor, as
a coach being obedient to God? Why did you divorce
your husband? Well, you know what God did. He sent
me for prophets. Let's help about these prophets, honey. Okay.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
So the first prophet I had gone to an event
with my friend who actually got me into coaching because
she said to me for years, so you need to
hear here, go talk, go look at this person, and
get this certification.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
So but we still coaching when our personal life is.

Speaker 4 (26:43):
Going down like this.

Speaker 2 (26:45):
Yes, So okay.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
So God was like, okay, let me help this woman out.
So the first prophet I went to this event. This
lady began to prophesied to me. The end of the event,
and she was prophesying all these great things and I'm like, yes, amen.
You know, at an all of a sudden, she bust

(27:11):
out in tears and started like hysterically crying.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
I was like, I'm looking that. She's like, you gotta
leave the chaos.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
You gotta leave you gotta move, leave them, leave them,
and I'm like, who is them? So and when I can,
if I am prophesied to, I will usually record, you
know what the prophet says. So I recorded it, but
I still didn't understand because she kept saying leave them,

(27:44):
you know, you gotta go, and I was like, Okay,
I don't know what this is. So God had given
me a dream February fifth, twenty twenty, right before the pandemic,
and had a month before or year, and still remember it.
It's a very vivid dream that God gave me. And

(28:07):
so in that dream, I was on a train without
a roof on top, and my ex and I were
on the train and I kept trying to put this
suitcase in a compartment but I couldn't get it in
this compartment and I kept asking him for help and
he just kept looking back at me, and I was like,

(28:28):
so you're not gonna help me, and he wasn't helping,
and so I was like, okay, this is crazy, okay,
And I kept on trying to put this suitcase in
a compartment and it wouldn't go. And at one point
in the dream, the train stopped, and when the train stopped.

(28:48):
I put I was able to fit the suitcase in
the compartment. I turned around and people had gotten off
the train, and he was one of the people.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
That got off the train.

Speaker 4 (28:59):
When the when I looked, when I stood there and
fully turned around, there was a big rush of water
that washed away all the people that were outside the train.
I immediately woke up, and at that point I thought
that he was going to die. So I prayed and beg,

(29:21):
you know, Lord, don't kill him, you know Lord. So
I had a dream. I got the first prophet to
prophesy Timmy the second prophet, I was at another event.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
Did not know any of these people.

Speaker 4 (29:37):
I had gone with my coach to this event to
help her out and sell books at her table.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
I'm in the back of the church and the prophet
calls me out, woman.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
Of God, come up here, and he begins to prophesy,
and he tells me that there's going to be an
end of a relationship. People will think that I'm going
to lose my mind, and I'm trying to figure out
what relationship and why would I lose my mind. This
was May twenty twenty three.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
Okay, so this was the last time for a good.

Speaker 4 (30:17):
While the third prophet, No, the first prophet came in
March twenty twenty three, So I thought you was saying
right before COVID in twenty twenty, I had to draw
twenty twenty.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
The first profet came to me in Mary twenty three.

Speaker 4 (30:37):
Second prophet came to me May twenty three, the peak
of Mother's Day. The third day came to me the
day two days before Mother's Day. Prophesied to me and
prophesied an argument and said, I hear you saying you
liked me yesterday?

Speaker 2 (30:56):
What did I do? What did I do today?

Speaker 4 (31:00):
Like me anymore? That was the exact argument that I
had had. Nobody else was in there by me and him.
So how would this prophet know that the fourth prophet
came June nineteenth, twenty twenty three.

Speaker 2 (31:16):
All this stuff was coming faster and faster. What happened
in June the prophet I went to visit her. She
was preaching, and I went to go visit her preach.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
Afterwards, we were hanging out of papados, eating eating good.

Speaker 2 (31:32):
Okay, we're about to leap going out the door.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
She said, woman to God, God told me to pray
for you.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (31:41):
So we're in front of pocados. Hold her hands. She
ran from me, and all of a sudden, she says,
I see the words cheater.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
He's cheating.

Speaker 4 (31:52):
And I was like, what So I heard her and
after that the rest is history.

Speaker 2 (32:03):
Say, look, this message was divine. Okay, so you go
your way. I'm going my way. That was the last one,
was very clear, like the that's how he works. I
was like, okay, I know who she's talking about. Now,
I know who he's talking about.

Speaker 4 (32:18):
Now okay, you know, everything got clearer and clearer as
you know, the next profit, the next profit, so the
fourth profit. After that, I was able to locate the
evidence and the information and I That was June nineteenth,
twenty twenty three, and I left.

Speaker 2 (32:38):
June twenty eighth, twenty twenty three. Okay, so you made
it a year. Does it still feel new and row
or are you just bouncing my divorce?

Speaker 4 (32:52):
Yeah? My divorce was final June July twenty twenty four,
in the year of separation.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
Yeah, I mean, well, no that you.

Speaker 4 (33:07):
Know, I don't call it separation because I don't go back.
There are no backs that I.

Speaker 2 (33:15):
Don't go backwards.

Speaker 4 (33:16):
That all the opportunities of reconciliation were given before I left. Okay, Okay,
so I'm giving I'm asking you can we get counseling.
I'm asking what's going on? Can we sit down and
have a conversation. All of that that time happened while

(33:41):
we were together under the same roof.

Speaker 2 (33:44):
Okay, the evidence.

Speaker 4 (33:46):
Once I found the information, then the that door is
closed because guess what I gave you years after the
dream from twenty twenty to twenty twenty three, that was
three years. So all of those years, I'm asking what

(34:06):
can we do? Can we have counseling? You know those
that's your opportunity. Once I find out that I have
been portrayed, then that that closes the door because.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
It does help does help you get out of it.
You know, the trail will push you on and encourage you.
I love it. Run so you know when you when again,
as a coach.

Speaker 4 (34:38):
And a pastor and a pastor who did marriage ministry,
we did marriage retreats for twelve years, I'm married.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
You ever think, how how am I like this when
I've always been a restore of place for marriages? Do
you ever think? No? I never thought that.

Speaker 4 (34:58):
I never thought because when God, when God gives you.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
He gives you, so how could I be a coach
that doesn't listen to their own advice? Honey, he's stronger
than me. As soon as I came to my relisation,
not the first I was, I was, it's been a
long recovery. I'm planning your story. My revere happened between

(35:31):
me and God.

Speaker 4 (35:32):
So the time between when I left and the final divorce,
what I did was I submitted myself to God. I fasted,
I prayed, I did spiritual baths where I was putting
blessed oil in the bath water and I was praying.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
I was reading scriptures because.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
The next day after I left, God sent me to
Matthew chapter nineteen, where it talks about God giving us
the certificate of divorce for the hard hearted husband.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
That divorce us right, but we couldn't divorce it.

Speaker 4 (36:22):
God gave the certificate of divorce for the husband whose
heart was heartened.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
That was when you got that Pharaoh type thing going on.

Speaker 4 (36:31):
That was the first scripture that God took me to
open Bible, and that's where the Bible. Bible fell open
right there to Matthew nineteen. That's what so, okay, I'm
like Okay, God, I'm seeing you and I'm hearing you.
I couldn't ignore what the prophet said that led up

(36:52):
to me finding evidence. You know, I'm not crying now.
It doesn't mean that I didn't shed tea. I cried
a lot before I left. I cried during the process
of you know, getting the movers and taking my little

(37:12):
stuff and putting it in storage. When I left, I
had no job.

Speaker 2 (37:19):
Now that's when you got that God feel faith right there,
I said. You said, I have nothing and I don't
need nothing because I'm under the leadership of my Savior,
and any blessing he provides for me, all my needs
will be given. Halleluja. Lord. You said, listen, I don't
care how bad my real life is. Right now, I'm
leaning on the Lord. And then you concentrated into God
and you took time to sacrifice for your savior. Yes, Pastor,

(37:43):
I see how you did it. Now I'm gonna take
your steps because it's been eight years.

Speaker 4 (37:50):
No, man, you what do you? What are you holding
onto the pain for the thing about God is we
need to forgive. I forgave the women. I forgave him.
That was part of my prayers and I said, Lord,
I forgive him. I forgive him until I forgave him,

(38:10):
until I could when we were going through the divorce
proceedings and went through mediation, until I could look at
him and stomach looking at him. Because I forgave him.

Speaker 2 (38:20):
I let all of that go. What am I holding
on to?

Speaker 4 (38:25):
Why? Because God said for us to forgive so that
we can be forgiven.

Speaker 2 (38:31):
So what are you holding on to? I let all
of that go. I remember the.

Speaker 4 (38:36):
Last spiritual bath that I had taken. My my finger
was itching, my ring finger was itching, and I'm like,
what is it? I took my ring off, took my way.
The itch went away.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
He turned the gold in the cheapness like you can't
wear the snow, take it up. I'll put it in
the box and had okay.

Speaker 4 (39:05):
And then two months after I left August fourth, that
was August four three, I was invited to the wedding
of a lifetime to meet uh it had. It was
a couple that want. The wife was sixty four and
the husband was And I flew with my friend to

(39:26):
Atlanta to this wedding. And I can say I said
then on August fourth, and I can say today I
still believe in marriage. I believe in love. I know
I am a wife. I know I'm a good that
when they find me, Baby, you've obtained favor from the Lord.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
No, that's right.

Speaker 4 (39:51):
I know what I bring to the table because back
to the table, stable and everything. So you know, I
know who I am.

Speaker 2 (40:02):
And you know.

Speaker 4 (40:04):
The thing about it is God designed marriage to be
like Christ in the church. And I watched a book
stand up and get married. They told how they met.
Both of them, neither one of them was on medication.
Both of them were in the second down mind. They
were both standing upright. Baby, she was sixty four, but

(40:27):
she had this little sheer net over.

Speaker 2 (40:31):
You. No better work it.

Speaker 4 (40:35):
He was ok when six five six sick, looking good, handsome,
and they walked down that island. They got married, and
they were in love and they were celebrating, and everybody
in the audience was celebrating their love.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
So I love. I know. God allowed me to.

Speaker 4 (40:54):
See that so I wouldn't lose hope that I would
lose what I learned all the years.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
I got thirty years of marriage experience.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
Baby, I can help you not only get married, but
I can help you work through the processes of you know,
what is wrong?

Speaker 2 (41:15):
You know?

Speaker 4 (41:15):
How do I know if I'm in.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
A toxic relationship? How do are over it?

Speaker 4 (41:20):
That part?

Speaker 2 (41:21):
You know?

Speaker 4 (41:21):
Sometimes you got to just let go of the toxicity
and just know that you deserve to be loved. I
have a friend that is getting married this June, and
when we first met five years ago, she.

Speaker 2 (41:34):
Was like, I'm never getting married again.

Speaker 4 (41:37):
God will have to come down before I get married,
blah blah blah. And now she's like, you were right.

Speaker 2 (41:46):
There is a love for me. Yes, don't let one
man ruin it.

Speaker 4 (41:52):
For the next man that is your prince Charmy, the
next man that loves the Lord and that will love
you too, you know, don't that opportunity?

Speaker 2 (42:04):
I love it. I love it. Thank you so much
for coaching us this evening and being so transparent about
your own experiences. We always love when you come on

I couldn't get Kelly go down there her hair to
you soft, No, it's not.

But I just don't do dress. But I like other
people's dress. I think they're really nice. I love them.

Speaker 4 (45:41):
I love them. It's one of the greatest things that
I did after getting into worst since I was told
I couldn't have them before.

Speaker 2 (45:50):
Now I'm loving everything.

Speaker 3 (45:56):
You know, it's like you're playing your hair more when
you have locks.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
Really get the twisting. Yeah's twisting it.

Speaker 3 (46:05):
You know, you see kids playing with their hair, your hair,
it kind of draws you in, you know, you connect
with it.

Speaker 2 (46:14):
And Yeah, and you don't have to maintain it as frequently.
You just let it be, just let it.

Speaker 4 (46:22):
Absolutely also cute, y'all cute the one he caught him
down his back.

Speaker 2 (46:30):

Speaker 3 (46:37):

really well, we all.

Speaker 2 (46:42):
Need a little purning. It's nothing wrong with the purning.
As my pastor said last Sunday, we purned for growth.
Now we cut. We're gonna.

Speaker 3 (46:54):
Yeah. You know, when you get a little older, I
used to wonder why older women or older men their
hair up more. You know, when you get older, it's
like kind of take keep it up more. Damn young
young guys, you know, like the way they head. Like
my son, his head is tremendously long now it's really

(47:15):
it's heavy too. Got one cousin. His head is actually
down to his ankles.

Speaker 2 (47:22):
Oh that's on the neck. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (47:27):
If I do that long, I'll probably keep it cut
like right now. It's kind of like a style. So
I'm okay with it. I don't know if I'm gonna
let it go all the way like past my butt.

Speaker 3 (47:38):
Yeah. I think he's doing like the roster thing, you know,
because he out in South Africa, got his own school.
He's a biology major, so he's just you know, he's
just working that whole thing, you know.

Speaker 2 (47:50):
Okay, Yeah, okay, that sounds really nicety. And Pastor Crystal
