PROGETTO VIGOUR – per una cura integrata
VIGOUR è un progetto cofinanziato dal Programma Salute dell’UE e si concentra sul supporto alle organizzazioni di assistenza nelle Regioni in tutta Europa per offrire una salute migliore e servizi di assistenza integrati. Il progetto, dalla durata di 36 mesi, sta utilizzando il numero crescente di prove, esperienze e buone pratiche su come implementare con
successo i servizi di assistenza integrata, applicando queste conoscenze in modo contestuale ad ogni regione.
VIGOUR fornisce alle organizzazioni di cura l’assistenza e il supporto per affrontare le sfide prioritarie, consentendo
loro di portare avanti il percorso di assistenza integrata a livello locale.
La Provincia Autonoma di Trento ha aderito al progetto VIGOUR come sito pilota
Gli obiettivi dei progetti sono coerenti con la strategia provinciale, in particolare nel campo dell’innovazione sociale e sanitaria. Il centro di competenza TrentinoSalute4.0 (formato dalla Provincia Autonoma di Trento, dall’Azienda provinciale per i servizi sanitari “APSS” e dalla Fondazione Bruno Kessler) si occupa nello specifico di attività relative al tema della sanità digitale. Lavoriamo su un modello innovativo e integrato basato sulla piattaforma di salute digitale locale VIGOUR che ci aiuta a consolidare la nostra conoscenza delle cure integrate.

La programmazione fa parte di una serie di priorità che la Provincia autonoma di Trento sta portando avanti a livello di telemedicina ed è collegata ad un’altra iniziativa nazionale (Strategia Nazionale delle Aree Interne) e provinciale denominata “Aree interne” (promozione della salute digitale e della telemedicina nel Tesino)

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways. Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang.
