Viviamo in una provincia, quella di Trento, in cui l'età media si è alzata. Secondo gli ultimi dati Istat, la popolazione over 65 anni è cresciuta dal 18.4% del 2004 al 23.6% del 2024. Dati che non sono troppo incoraggianti e per questo motivo da tempo attraggono l'attenzione e le preoccupazioni anche di molte amministrazioni pubbliche impegnate ad attivare iniziative urgenti per contrastare il fenomeno e garantire degli standard di vita alti.
Per garantire l'obiettivo di "più anni in buona salute", in collaborazione con TrentinoSalute4.0 la Provincia autonoma di Trento ha attivato diverse iniziative. Tra queste c'è proprio il progetto Trentino Salute+.
Di che cosa si tratta lo ha spiegato ai microfoni di TrentinoSalute4.0 Martina Dell'Eva, project manager del Centro per lo sviluppo della sanità digitale TS4.0 e project manager territoriale del progetto "Vivere la salute in Val di Sole".
L'intervista riguarda il progetto "Trentino Salute+" che mira a promuovere stili di vita sani nella popolazione trentina attraverso un'app che incoraggia attività fisica e sana alimentazione. L'app offre sfide di 28 giorni e un sistema di punti che possono essere donati ad associazioni locali, oltre a funzionalità come il geocashing per scoprire il territorio. L'intervista evidenzia l'importanza dell'applicazione come strumento di consapevolezza per migliorare lo stile di vita, con l'obiettivo di raggiungere una popolazione più sana e longeva.
