Our guest today is Curry Grant. Curry has been in the entertainment industry since there was one! He is currently the Vice President of Concert Touring for PRG but Curry started his career 3 credits shy of graduating college. He shares his stories and fun facts from the early road days with Fleetwood Mac and other iconic bands. We speak in depth about that particular era of music and how groundbreaking everything was compared to the scene of today. We learn how and why he pivoted his career as a lighting designer into the corporate world of lighting with Vari-Lite. Vari-Lite was at the cutting edge of technology in the industry and PRG eventually acquired Vari-Lite and Curry has been able to keep on doing his thing. We get sentimental about what his next chapter of touring will look like and what it will all mean to both the fans and the people who work the shows.
