In pursuit of our Greatness we must focus on the conditioning of our minds. A fundamental "Mindshift" is critical for achieving success and fulfilment. Life Essentials look at areas which are critical for the growth and the development of the persons. In this process the mind plays a critical role and knowing how to reprogram it is crucial to success. In our deliberations we refer to this as a "mindshift". However, as important is the need for leadership. We take the view that effective leadership starts with Self-Leadership. The mind, leadership, serving, growth all part and parcel of the same transaction in many regards. On this platform I share ideas, nuggets, lessons learned as a mean of serving others that together we can all grow to become and realise our greatest selves, always resting on the philosophy of Ubuntu - I am because we are!
