Viviamo il periodo più difficile dai tempi della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, e molti professionisti si stanno facendo prendere dallo sconforto.
L'agente immobiliare, però, ha uno spirito di sopravvivenza più unico che raro. Trovateci una categoria professionale che, negli ultimi quindici anni, ha subito più attacchi o è stata data più volte per morta.
Crolla la Lehman Brothers e inizia la crisi. "Le agenzie immobiliari sono destinate a sparire", dicono in molti "ormai nessuno compra più casa".
Eppure gli agenti lavorano, cambiano, si trasformano e tornano a crescere assieme al mercato.
Passa qualche anno e internet diventa uno standard. "Nessuno andrà più in agenzia" viene scritto un po' ovunque. "Ormai le persone compreranno solo online".
E invece alla fine sono proprio gli agenti immobiliari a fare grandi i portali attraverso gli immobili che rappresentano grazie alla fiducia dei clienti.
Un paio di anni fa, invece, sono arrivate le agenzie immobiliari online. Grandi capitali, slogan che dicono, bene o male, "le agenzie costano troppo".
Escono articoli di giornale, pubblicità sul web, proclami di come il mercato verrà cambiato. Poi però gli slogan cambiano, l'intero mercato diventa una piccola nicchia di clienti e gli agenti veri e propri continuano a dire la loro.
Questo periodo passerà, e lo farà più in fretta di quanto ci si aspetti. L'importante è adattarsi al cambiamento di oggi per reagire al meglio nel mondo di domani.
L'agente immobiliare questa capacità ce l'ha nel sangue, deve solo capire come mettere in atto il cambiamento e iniziare a seguirlo.
