The more we center ourselves around healthy companionship, family, friends, and co-workers, the more time we have to work on ourselves to be the best version of us! This show is dedicated to anyone who has had enough of manipulation, gaslighting, and others trying to control them through manipulative tactics including the silent treatment and passive aggressive behavior. Instead of finding yourself in constant reaction mode due to someone else’s criticism, mental and emotional abuse, and childish behaviors, you choose to thrive and surround yourself with healthy people.
