Sharing people's stories of their lived experiences with Disability, Mental Health and Suicide, to better inform society, inspire and empower individuals in similar situations, whilst giving hope to all. Your host is me, Nick Wilson, Disabled Adventurer and Speaker, who has my own lived experiences with all three areas and ran a mens peer support group for the past 3yrs. I will be speaking to a wide demographic of guests about their experiences and life generally, covering as many disabilities, conditions and situations as possible, to provide you with relevant information, hints, tips, laughter and validation, showing you're not alone. The episodes will be honest and real, with some of them featuring talk of suicide, so PLEASE bare this in mind before listening. Also, this is NOT a therapy or counselling session, so we will NOT be giving advice or telling ANYONE what to do, this is simply a platform for sharing lived experiences, whilst tackling stigma.**
