Season 2, Episode 4- The Living Full Out show with Nancy Solari presents listeners the courage and tenacity to get through life’s challenges. Expectations can be placed on ourselves or by others, but having a realistic expectation can help guide and not restrict your life.

Today’s first caller is Patty who is looking for motivation to clean her house. Find out how Nancy guides Patty to clean her home, one room at a time, and remember how she feels when she has a clean house and to remain energetic.

Our next caller Serena is worried about not having any past boyfriends. Hear how Serena is encouraged to create a list of qualities she desires in her friendships and to find the bravery to put herself out there for potential boyfriends.

Today’s inspirational guest is Jodi Coulee, who lives with multiple sclerosis. At the age of 6-years-old, Jodi’s mother relied on her as a “walking cane” as her mother struggles with MS. In order to help cope with the disease, Jodi’s mother turned to alcohol. Tune in and see how Jodi was diagnosed with MS and how she didn’t want to repeat her mother’s journey with this disease.

Our last caller Alexander is enjoying his college experience but his brother doesn’t see him taking his academic studies seriously. Listen as Alexander is encouraged to talk to his brother and open the doors of communication in order to better their relationship and his brother’s expectations for his life.

The pressure to fulfill others standards can lead to frustration and disappointment. Not all ambitions are going to be met, but by creating your own goals will allow you to grow and succeed. Creating your own expectations in life and love will encourage you to live your life full out.
