¿Sabes lo que cuesta tener tu negocio en marcha? No sólo se trata de tener en cuenta los costes directos de producción o de ejecución de un servicio. Aquí debemos contemplar los siguientes tipos de gastos:
Costes fijos como alquileres, suministros, licencias, cuotas de todo tipo.
Costes fijos de Recursos Humanos, tanto empleados, subcontratas, autónomos contratados, como tu propio coste al negocio. Tú mismo has de tener un sueldo. Es posible que durante un tiempo no cobres tu sueldo, y que además sea bajo, pero el negocio te "debe" todo ese sueldo que no te paga durante los primeros meses. Tú haces de financiador de tu propio negocio al no cobrar al principio, pero el negocio te lo debe. Es importante que cuentes con tu sueldo, y si es bajo, que vaya creciendo con el tiempo. Un negocio es como mínimo para vivir tú mismo de él, así que se debe contemplar ese coste desde el principio para ver si el negocio lo aguanta o no.
