Transformation is when you throw everything about yourself out the window and start over again. Change, by contrast, is changing any small old thing. Transformation, of course, is not easy, but necessary if you want to transcend any current situation. To make a huge change, you have to grow beyond who you are today. Who you are today is a result of your past, living in the past, you can't create a different future.
