Pracę w filmie zaczynała od funkcji asystentki reżysera, potem jako II reżyser współpracując z takimi reżyserami jak Krzysztof Kieślowski, Krzysztof Zanussi, Stanisław Różewicz, Stanisław Bareja, jan Łomnicki i wielu innych.
Od 1989 roku pracuje jako reżyserka castingu filmów fabularnych, seriali, teatrów telewizji, reklam i wielu innych form.
Współpracuje zarówno z polskimi jak i zagranicznymi reżyserami i produkcjami i ma na swoim koncie zrobienie obsady dla produkcji angielskich, francuskich, czeskich, słowackich, niemieckich, duńskich, hiszpańskich czy włoskich.
Jest międzynarodowym ekspertem castingu w Polsce w ramach europejskiego programu castingowego E-Talenta. Członkini Polskiej Akademii Filmowej a filmy do których robiła casting to m.in. "The Passing Bells", "Run Boy run", "Śluby panieńskie", "Trick", "Biały", "Gry uliczne", "Glina", "Enen" i wielu innych.
