Speaker 1 (00:00):
Let's talk about how to build self trust and confidence
with your intuition and gifts. Now, this is one of
the most important things you can work on in your
life because having a strong sense of self trust impacts
every area of your life, from the decisions that you make,
how you respond to situations, navigating challenges, achieving goals, and
(00:23):
of course it plays a huge part. In fact, it
plays i would say most of most of the part
in effective magic, manifesting your goals, and of course doing
readings both for yourself and for other people as well.
So this episode is all about three simple but powerful
ways you can start building and developing self trust and
(00:46):
confidence with your gifts, even if you're brand new to
doing intuitive work or you're already a professional. This episode
is going to give you lots of insight and gold
nuggets from my own life and practice. I'm also going
to share with you some of the pieces that I
teach inside of the Confident Reader master My program, all
of which you can apply it right away to start
(01:08):
building self trust and start stepping into that version of
yourself that not only acknowledges their powerful intuition but uses
it as well. Now, before we do dive in, I
want to just say big thank you to all of
you for being here and for listening. I really appreciate
you and I love spending this time with you. If
you haven't already done so, make sure you listen to
(01:29):
the Tarot and Intuitive reading for this week. It's a
really powerful one with lots of wonderful messages and inside
as well. And if you're not already following me on TikTok,
make sure you head over there and check out.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
My latest videos as well.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
So I'm going to give a little bit of a
I guess an intro into why this is so important,
and then we'll just dive in with the coaching. So
self trust is everything, right, I can't think of a
more elegant way to say it. Your ability to trust
yourself is directly to your ability to manifest what you
want in your life. Okay, if you don't trust yourself,
(02:06):
it will manifest as things like not listening to your intuition,
not taking action, not being sure what to do right,
giving your power away, wanting everybody else to give you
some kind of thumbs up or not of approval, wanting
to ask, you know, ten people what their opinion is right,
(02:26):
or even worse, just finding yourself in a place where
you just you know, you're not taking action on your
goals and you're not sure why things you know are
feeling blocked or stuck. I can almost guarantee you if
you feel blocked or stuck, that is hugely related to
your lack of self trust, because when you trust yourself,
(02:47):
you take intuitive action right, you follow through with your ideas,
but you also have confidence in yourself. And a big
part of self trust is the fact that it's let
me go back. Self trust is not knowing everything that's
going to happen every step of the way. Self trust
is that you don't need to know because you trust
(03:08):
your ability to figure things out, handle things, navigate things,
and of course manifest things as well.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
Now, in the magical sense, self trust is a huge.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Part of being able to do effective spell work, manifest
your goals and intentions, and of course also give readings.
You know, if you don't trust yourself, then when you
do magic, you're going to be looking sort of You're
going to be looking around you with this energy of
like did I do it right? Did the universe hear me?
Did my spell work? I wonder if I'm going to
(03:41):
get some kind of thumbs up from the universe, right,
Whereas self trust when you do magic is I have
done the spell. I know, and I trust myself and
my magic is powerful and effective, and all I need
to do now is get into alignment and follow my intuition.
Just take a moment and acknowledge how different those two are.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
I hope this works.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I wonder when I'm going to see results, versus I've
done the spell.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
It is done.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
All I have to do now is get into alignment
and just follow my intuition because I'm already on my
way right. Completely different. I can tell you in my practice,
self trust and really deeply honoring and trusting myself and
my gifts made the biggest difference to the magic I do,
and also to my goals and my intentions. Manifesting one
(04:30):
more point and then we'll dive into the main piece.
Self trust is also the difference between what I call
a reactive practice and a proactive practice. A reactive practice
is sort of wanting things to always come to you.
I've done the spell, I wonder when it's going to
come to me, right. A proactive practice is I've done
(04:54):
the spell. I've done the ritual. Now I'm getting into
alignment with what next steps I can take to support
this spell. So you know, trusting yourself is really about
understanding how powerful you are in your life as well
and as a reader, whether you're brand new to doing
readings or more advanced. Self trust is the difference between
(05:15):
being a kind of average, mediocre reader and being a
confident reader who charges really well for their readings, but
also creates magical, beautiful readings for their clients and also
helps people in a deep and magical way. Now I'm
about to dive into some really powerful strategies you can
start using right away to build self trust and of
(05:37):
course confidence with your gifts. All of these are taught
in depth inside the Confident Reader Mastermind. We go into
a lot of self concept work. We do a lot
of coaching around developing your gifts and of course also
building trust and confidence in your skills as a reader
and also your intuition as well. So for those of
you who are listening who are ready to dive in
(05:57):
and you'd like to start building your skills and your
confidence with Taro and of course giving readings, check out
the links in the show notes and you can.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Of course also reach out as well.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
But the first strategy I want to give you for
building self trust is to acknowledge. Now, one of the
welcome assignments that you get when you sign up for
the Confident Reader Mastermind is based around this. I'm not
going to give it away, right because that's inside the program,
but I will give you sort of some parts of it,
so we know, in law of attraction, work, in psychological work,
(06:30):
in magic, right, what you focus on expands what you
give attention to growth. So the first thing I want
you to do is, you know, take out a pen
and paper or your book of shadows or a journal whatever,
and I want you to write down ten times that
your intuition was really powerful, you felt something, you felt guided,
(06:52):
you knew what to do, you gave a great reading,
whatever it is, ten times. And I want you to
look at that and acknowledge yourself. Acknowledge how strong your
intuition is, how powerful your gifts are, and the fact
that they are there, okay. Rather than sort of thinking
of your intuition as being this kind of abstract, far
(07:13):
away thing, I want you to start understanding that your
intuition and your gifts are there already, you're already using
them in your life. I often joke with my students
and say, the skills and techniques you're going to be using,
and definitely the mindset that you're going to be using
inside confident reader doesn't just make you a confident reader
in your sessions, It sort of benefits the rest.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Of your life. For the rest of your life.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
Okay, because your intuition is really the kind of key
to everything. But I want you to start acknowledging your intuition.
Acknowledging how you see yourself as being super important, of course,
but also acknowledging that you already have a powerful intuition
and gifts. Number two, the second strategy, use I can't
think of a more like magical which you would, so
(07:59):
if anyone has one, please do reach out.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
But use it.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Okay, it sounds really simple. Use your gifts. There is
nothing that will help you develop self trust more than
taking action.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
One of the things I often teach my students is,
you know your gifts are there to be used, but
your intuition is like a muscle. The more that you
use it, the more that you train it and care
for it, the stronger it gets okay, the stronger it
gets known that you have an intuition, but you never
use it. It is sort of like saying, I know I
(08:35):
could go to the gym if I wanted to. That's amazing, babe,
But you're not going to get the results, are you.
So the second step, after you acknowledge your intuition and
deliberately give it attention and sort of you know that focus,
is to start using it in your meditation practice, in
your spell work, in your decision making, in your daily life.
(08:56):
Right listening to your intuition and following through with those actions.
You know, meditation is a fabulous way of quietening the
rational mind and getting into that deep space of accessing
your inner wisdom. I always say to my clients as well.
You know, a lot of the time people will tell
me things like, oh, I have a whole draw full
of tarot cards, or I have a whole draw full
(09:17):
of candles or crystals, and I always kind of make
a joke and just say, use them. Right, You only
get results from things that you use and do. So
when it comes to your intuition, one of the I
would say, I was gonna say biggest, but one of
the best ways you can start building self trust is
by using your intuition. A couple of weeks ago, we
had a beautiful group session on Zoom for the Confident
(09:40):
Reader Mastermind, and one of the sort of parts of
the lesson was me basically saying to the students, just
share the message. When you're doing a reading and you
receive a message, just share the message. Don't overthink it,
don't rationalize it. Share the message. So you can extend
this into sort of two parts. One is use your
intuition in your daily life practice listening to yourself and
(10:04):
following through with those intuitive actions. And two, in your readings,
share the message. If you keep overthinking things or worrying
about getting it right, or wanting your client's approval or
any of that stuff, you're going to be really holding
yourself back. And that's kind of like going to the
gym lifting really light weights, never lifting the heavier weights,
(10:26):
and then going, well, I wish I was stronger. Well,
then you need to start lifting the heavier weights. And
using your intuition in your life and also in your
readings is a really powerful way of doing that. And
again inside the Confident Reader Mastermind, I teach you in depth,
lots of techniques for giving powerful readings, accessing intuitive messages,
and most importantly using them. So you're going to be
(10:48):
building self trust and confidence by taking action and gaining experience.
The third piece is not talked about nearly enough, and
this also comes from an exercise that I go over
inside the Confident to mastermind, and it's the power of
focused gratitude.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
Focused gratitude.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
I did a video on TikTok maybe a couple of
hours ago about the power of gratitude, right, and how
it really is a transformational process. Anything that you show
gratitude to you sort of grow and enhance. And it's
the same thing with your intuition and your gifts. If
you only ever think about your intuition as being something
that you wish you had more of, you're actually coming
(11:28):
from a space of lack. Right. If you never thank
your intuition, you never use it, you never show appreciation
to it. Again, you're not really watering those seeds, are you.
You're not sort of watering the plants of your intuitive garden.
So I want you to start making gratitude for your
intuition a daily practice, saying thank you to yourself, thank
(11:50):
you to your spirit, guides, your angels, whatever deities you
work with, or simply your higher self.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Right.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
I often ask my students inside the program to, you know,
write a gratitude list that includes my beautiful intuition and gifts.
If you're already doing gratitude lists, start putting that on there,
my beautiful intuitive gifts that grow stronger and stronger because
you're focusing your intention, but you're also giving gratitude. And
(12:16):
I promise you that's such a powerful way to start
building and developing your gifts.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Now.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
Bonus strategy is also to develop and nurture. Okay, develop
a nurture. Let's use the gym as an example again.
If you just keep going to the gym doing the
same thing all the time, yeah, of course you'll get results.
Of course you will, but you're going to kind of
plateau and not really sort of get the kind of
results you could if you follow a plan, if you
(12:43):
sort of shake up your routine, if you work with
a trainer, a guide, you follow a plan, you're going
to absolutely go to that next level for you. And
that's about developing your gifts. First of all, making a
commitment to yourself, but also following through taking time to study,
taking time to learn and grow and also develop. Inside
(13:05):
the Confident Reader Mastermind program, there's tons of trainings that
are ready for you when you sign up that you
can dive into and listen to, all about identifying your gifts,
how to start using their own readings, how to start
strengthening them. You also get a whole on demand workshop
to listen to called how to Develop your Intuition and Gifts.
And then we also do a lot of work around nurturing.
(13:27):
And this is something that I don't see talked about
enough in our community. But your intuition and gifts are
of course a sacred part of you, right, But the
truth is all of you is sacred. So one of
the things I always teach my clients and students is
the importance of regular self care, regular things like cleansing, protection,
(13:48):
honoring yourself and your needs boundaries. And you might be
listening to this thinking how's that connected to intuition? It
is so powerfully connected to intuition. I cannot even tell you.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
If you are not.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Taking good care of yourself, you're a bit burned out,
a bit drained, a bit whatever else, You're never going
to get the same results you could.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
If you are taking.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
Excellent care of yourself, you're well rested, well protected, you've
got a nice, you know, strong aura, and most importantly,
you're nurturing your gifts right. For example, one of the
things I always recommend my students to do is make
self care a priority instead of putting it off as
something to do later or something to do if and
when you feel burned out. It's about making it a priority,
(14:31):
scheduling in time to do meditation, gratitude cleansing, and also
we cover this in depth in the program, but also
going over your readings and praising yourself for what you
did really well and acknowledging yourself and your gifts. Okay,
all of those things are going to have a tremendous
impact on your sense of self trust, but also on
(14:53):
your confidence in your gifts as well. So let's complete here,
as I need to go to the gym before I'm
doing a podcast interview, and I'm really excited about that.
I'll make sure I post that on my TikTok. But
just to say big thank you for being here. I
hope this has been helpful. Think about what jumped out
at you from this episode as being the most helpful
and how you can apply it in your practice. And
(15:14):
if you'd like to learn more about working with me
and joining the Confident Reader Mastermind, I'd love to chat
with you. Feel free to drop me an email if
you'd like more information. We have early bird pricing on
at the moment with some special bonuses. If you've already
taken the program and you'd like to come back, obviously
I'll know your name, but you get special pricing as
well on top of the bonuses. But just to reach
(15:37):
out if you have any questions, you can of course
also check out the links in the show notes.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
Final thought for you before we complete.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
You have a specific set of gifts and abilities and
talents that are uniquely yours, and I want you to
really honor them and start using them because they're there
for you to use and of course enjoy it as well.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
Sending you magic and blessings
