So let's talk about what to do when you have
a wobble, when you have a funky day, you're in
a bad mood, something happens or doesn't happen, and it
kind of throws you off. Now, the reason I want
to talk to you about this is because this is
a completely natural and actually normal part of not only
daily life, but also manifesting your goals and your intentions
(00:23):
with ease and with power. I've been in practicing which
for about twenty six years now, so I've been practicing
the craft as well as a lot of other techniques
and methods for manifestation, developing intuition, and of course, you know,
creating what I want in my life. And I want
to speak on this in this particular episode because a
lot of my students and clients have been asking me
(00:44):
about this lately, both in classes and private sessions, and
I've also seen a lot of content online that's kind
of inspired me to do this for you. So very shortly,
I'm going to share with you some really key pieces
of mindset and some practical techniques that you can use
when you having a bad day, right when the manifestation
doesn't seem to be happening, when something happens that's kind

of the opposite of what you want, or when you
just don't feel quote in a high vibe. More on
why I don't like that phrase later, but before we
dive into all of that, I want to say a

So let's dive in with why this is important, and
of course there will go into what you can do,
and of course how you can apply this. So this

episode is inspired by the beautiful Six of Wands. So
the Six of Wands is a card about holding yourself
with confidence. It's the energy of triumph and success. It's
also a card about moving forward powerfully. If you look
at the card itself, the person is sat upright in
a very confident, strong position. They've got a beautiful wreath
on their head, and they're holding a wand that also

has a wreath on it as well. Now, there are
many symbols in this card that represent strength, victory, triumph,
and success, and that really got me thinking about what
I can bring to you in this episode about how
to tap into that energy when maybe you're not feeling
it right. There's a lot of content out there, Like
I said, just now now about you know the importance
(05:03):
of staying in a high vibe or you know how
to always be manifesting this and all that stuff. The
reason I don't like the phrase high vibe is because
hi naturally sort of implies better, okay, And whilst that
might be slightly true, it can often cause people to
feel bad. Right, They feel bad for feeling bad, or
something happens they don't feel great, and then they worry
(05:25):
that they are manifesting bad things. I can assure you
none of that is true. What I'm going to share
with you, very very shortly, is what to do when
you are having those experiences, and what to do when
you're having those kind of days. Right, maybe you are
manifesting something and something unexpected happens, or you're manifesting something
you've done some spell work and maybe nothing seems to

be happening, and you're getting irritated, or you're having a
bad day, or you're just in a bad mood. I
want to normalize this being a natural part of life,
and I also want you to know that you're safe
with me. You're safe in this session that we're in.
You're also safe to experience all of those things. You
don't have to scare yourself and think that you're bad
at magic or you're bad at manifesting. Okay, please, you know, unsubscribe,

unfollow from anyone who sort of implies that. Okay, but
let's dive in. So the first piece about what to
do when you're having a wobble, a bad day, manifestation wobble. Okay,
we'll call it that. The first piece I've written down
for you is don't judge yourself. Seriously, don't judge yourself.
Stop being mean to yourself. Okay, if you aren't having
(06:32):
a great day, something's happened and you're feeling off, you're
having a wobble. The last thing you need to be
doing is judging yourself, being unkind to yourself and sort
of telling yourself, you know, I should be feeling this,
you know, don't should all over yourself? Is actually what
I should have caught that part, Haha, I should have anyway,
that was funny. I just should have all over myself.
(06:53):
The point with this is don't judge yourself and don't
should all over yourself. Accept the fact that you're feeling
that way, and that you are a human being, and
it's natural for these feelings and emotions to come up.
Natural for these feelings and emotions to come up, you
can observe them, you can get curious about them, and
you can acknowledge them. Okay. EFT tapping is amazing for this.
(07:16):
It'll help you sort of acknowledge things and clear them out.
I'm in the middle of a clinical certification for EFT,
so I'll be posting more about that later on as
I get qualified. I've been tapping for ten years, but
I'm doing my official sort of clinical certification at the moment,
so I'll be offering sessions and group work with that
very soon. But that's really the first piece for you. Okay,
(07:36):
don't judge yourself. Instead, take a beautiful deep breath, acknowledge yourself,
and honor your feelings. Okay. By honoring and almost accepting
your feelings, you dissolve all of that tension around them,
and you dissolve all of that sort of inner frustration.
Next piece is general gratitude. You know, this is one
of those things that I think people roll their eyes
(07:58):
out a bit, they kind of go, oh, gratitude list.
I promise you, if you regularly practice gratitude, you would
not be rolling your eyes. Doing gratitude lists and gratitude
meditations is such a powerful magical technique. You're literally training
your energy to get into the receiving mode. When you're
in the energy of gratitude, you manifest things like an
(08:19):
absolute boss. That's when you get the synchronicities, that's when
you get the sort of the miracles, the sort of
the manifestation, the alignments. Because The energy of gratitude is
like the frequency of receiving. And remember, you don't get
what you want with magic, you get what you are being.
(08:39):
So if you're in the frequency of, say, feeling irritated
or annoyed, or in that sort of lack frequency, yeah,
of course, acknowledge it, right, don't judge yourself. But one
of the best ways to really get out of that
is general gratitude. Here's a little key to that. Don't
try and force it so you know, some people will
say stuff like I'm grateful for the sky. Well, if
you feel that amazing, write that down. But if you
(09:01):
don't feel that, you don't need to write it down. Okay,
there's no reason to be performative about it. Write down
the things that you are genuinely and truly grateful for.
It could be things like that iced coffee I just had,
the music that's on, you know, my lovely bed, my
new sofa, like whatever it is. Write down the things
that you're grateful for and read them out loud to yourself. Okay.
(09:23):
That will really help to shift sort of your energy
and also how you feel. The next is The next
is self appreciation. Self appreciation is really important. Six of
one's is all about the energy of like, recognition, triumph, victory,
and success. I want you to ask yourself, you know,
do you praise yourself regularly? Do you spend time consciously
(09:46):
praising and celebrating yourself or do you most of the
time think about the things that you're not doing or
mad at yourself for there's no right or wrong answers here,
But I just want you to sort of observe because
when you start to show your self appreciate, when you
give yourself an appreciation shower, Okay, what you're doing is
you're sort of creating lots of energy around yourself to
(10:10):
pull in more things to be grateful for. Also, when
you're in the energy of self appreciation, your self concept improves,
your identity improves, and then you make decisions from that place.
There's a concept in Buddhism where they talk about infinite
possibilities in any one moment of life, meaning when you
shift your frequency, you tap into let's say, as other
(10:32):
people might call it, a different timeline. So when you
go into self appreciation, you immediately come out of victim mode,
you come out of lack mode, and you start seeing
yourself as a stronger, more capable person. So go ahead
and write a list of ten things you're really proud
of yourself for. Read it out loud to yourself and say,
well done, I'm so proud of you, and I love you.
(10:54):
You're doing so well, and just see what that shifts
for you. The next is both a mindset piece and
a practical piece. Excitement. The power of excitement. This does
not get talked about anywhere near enough, so I'm going
to change that. The energy of excitement is also really
powerful for shifting your vibe and also helping you to
manifest your goals. Okay, I want you to start thinking
(11:17):
about what you're excited about. So let's say you don't
feel like you have enough clients in your business, okay,
and you're sort of maybe going into that lack mode,
that frustration mode. First of all, you know, don't judge yourself,
okay in the bin. Stop that. Then you're going to
go into gratitude. You're going to sort of show gratitude
for the clients you have got or have had. Gratitude
(11:37):
in general, of course are great. Then what you're proud
of yourself for. But then you can also start to
get excited about what you will do with your new clients.
So when you do that, you go into the energy
of well, of course this is happening, this is what
I'm going to do with them. You can do this
with many things. Start getting excited about what you'll do
(11:59):
with the manifest, with the clients, the people, the date,
the person, the trip, whatever it is. Get excited, you know,
start thinking about all the things you're looking forward to
about it. On a practical level, you can also book
in something to get excited about. I say this to
clients quite often. I'll say, I think you need something
to be excited about. You know, book that holiday, book
(12:20):
that spa trip, you know, arranged to catch up with
a friend, have a coffee with that person, go on
that date, you know, go to that class, go and
do something exciting. The next is a success board. I
was going to say all lists, but actually I want
to do a success board. A success board is something
I've been teaching for a long time, and it's also
(12:41):
a really powerful method. I cover this in my vision
board class too, But a success board is a visual
representation of all of the things you are proud of
yourself for and are successful at. So it's a very
six of one's energy. Six of WANs can also be
used in spells, by the way, so if you like
to use tarot cards and your spells, you can put
the six of ones in any kind of spell work
(13:03):
to do with victory, success, recognition, triumph, that kind of thing.
But I want you to really think about creating something
like this. You know, put screenshots of payment received, Put
pictures of you doing things you're proud of yourself for.
Put images of the things that you're already doing really well,
and create a board and spend time looking at that,
and you know, praising and celebrating yourself. The next is again,
(13:28):
this is very much a practical piece, but this is
going to also help to shift you out of maybe
a funk or a wobble, and that's to take action
as your future self. And I want to give you
an example here. Let's say you are working on manifesting
more money more clients in your business. Is an example
I think most people can relate to. Let's say you're
(13:49):
talking to someone you're sure that they're going to sign up,
and then they don't, They ghost, they cancel, they don't
sign up. You have an opportunity there. I don't want
to say test. I absolutely cannot stand that phrase. The
universe is testing you. You're being given a test. That
just sounds weird and like, just that's not nice. Okay,
(14:09):
it's not a test, it's an opportunity. It's a gift.
You get to play the role. So think about it
like this. The person pulls out and doesn't book, do
you go back into the old self of lack limitation,
I don't have clients? Or are you making decisions? Are
you handling that from your future self, the future self
or the ideal self? There being someone who has lots
(14:32):
of clients. Well, if someone who has lots of clients
is in that situation, they're going to go great, no problem.
I might have a lead for later on, that's not
the right time for them, onto the next one. Shifting
your energy like that will always bring in a better
client or bigger clients and better as well, I promise you.
And that's not just of course with client work. That
(14:54):
can be relationships, friendships, trips, everything. Give yourself the gift
in that moment. Stop saying tests, go into them, go
into the energy of that moment, and I want you
to think about the gift and the opportunity that you've
got to show up as your future self and take action.
Do something so looking at the client, example, the person
(15:15):
doesn't sign up for fine, Okay, go and post some videos,
Go and send out some newsletters, Go and reach out
to people. Stay in the vibration of what you want. Okay.
And then last point here for you is deepen self
love and self care. See these days. See these times
as an invitation to deepen your self love and self care.
(15:37):
If you're not feeling great, if something's happened, if you
feel whatever you want to call it, see it as
an invitation to deepen your self love. Ask yourself, what
can I do to take excellent care of you today?
What does excellent self care look like for me today?
You know, could be getting up the house, going for
a walk, going for a swim, heading the gym, listen
(15:59):
to a book. Whatever comes up for you, go and
do that. Okay. You deserve to feel good and you
deserve to take great care of yourself as well. And
then something which has come to me as well. Have fun. Seriously,
sometimes it's about stepping away from a situation, going to
the beach, going to have coffee with a friend, putting
a nice song on and just relaxing and having fun. Okay.
(16:22):
The more that you give yourself joy and pleasure and
you do things to deliberately feel good, the more that
you'll also help yourself to shift out of any of
those kind of feelings. I also want to leave you
with the final thought, which is instead of thinking that
wobbles or you know, days where you feel off, or
things happening you know not happening a certain way, or
(16:42):
things happening, instead of seeing those things as somehow negative,
I want you to understand that very often they're actually
a part of the process. So it's about normalizing them,
being kind to yourself, and navigating them with intention. Okay,
