number seems like it should be more like, you know,
nine to one instead of sixteen to one. So I
gave that play out boom and it hit. So that
was a nice little plus sixteen hundred for everybody in
the discord that saw that and followed. I also played
the Burrow and Herbert to combine for six hundred and
fifty passing yards at eleven to one in that head

and a half point favorites.

Here are my early thoughts.

First off, in the past for this game, sports bet
Montana has done some promotional things where they take away
all the juice right so, right now it's minus won
twenty five both ways, which.

I know sports Bets a sponsor of mine, but minus
won twenty five both ways is not fun.

You're paying a lot of big there for both sides.
I thought that the line would open up at fourteen
and a half, but if I were setting the line,
I think I would have made it twenty and a
half twenty one and a half. Just given the recent
history of this rivalry, it's been.

Blowout after blowout after blowout, with the home team, you know,
winning the last four or five years.

So I told myself, I was like, no matter how
good the Gris might look at the end, I just
I just am not gonna assume that it's gonna be
a close game until we see one. I think given
the fact that Montana State lost last year, I think
there's two factors in these blowouts. I think the team

that loses it just sits with that team longer. I
remember going to Montana State media day at the start
of the season, and it just when you lose this
brawl of the wild game, you have to live with
that all year, and it's just motivation all year. When

you win it, it's more it's more of a relief
than a celebratory thing, if that makes sense, Like you
celebrate it in the moment, but it's more of a
relief that you didn't lose it when it's a game
that matters this much. And so I really think that
it's it's the road team losing it motivated all year long,

and then you're at home so much emotion the crowd,
and then you just want it more and you blow
out the other team, right, And that's why I think
it's been flip flopped every single year. I think it's
the combination of the road team losing and then going
back home and then all the emotions with that, and
that's why we're having these blowouts. So I would lean

to Montana State minus sixteen and a half. The issue
here is I would just wait because one if they
do give a promotional thing and they take out the juice,
I don't think this number is gonna move higher, and
if it does, it's not gonna move past. Like twenty
and a half is of at Landing seventeen eighteen nineteen,

you know, not the best. And it's also tough because
you're you're to get to twenty and a half. It's
only a fifty cent difference. It's it's minus one twenty
five to plus one twenty five, So by pushing it
all the way up, you're really not getting that that
much more bang for your buck. The fact that it's

really only a nine cent difference for a point. Usually
it's a little higher than that, So I would just wait.
If you like the Montana State side, I'm hoping sports
bet gives a promotion where they take the juice away
and you can just go for it there. I also
think there's probably just ways to bet this game and
other facets, right, Like, if you think that Montana State's

gonna cover sixteen and a half, they're probably gonna score
over there implied team total of thirty eight and a half, right,
it's probably gonna be forty two to twenty something like
that seventeen, And I'd rather almost do the thirty eight
and a half at minus one eighteen right now than
the sixteen and a half at minus won twenty five,
especially if you're putting, you know, if you're putting more

than one hundred bucks on these games, like the difference
between the juices on those, it's just it's just a lot,
you know, it's worth it. Minus won eighteen you're betting
one hundred to win eighty four. Okay, minus won twenty five,
you're betting one hundred eight you know, So like all

of this matters, Like that's that's all money that you're
losing by by the juice.

I don't as hear as where this number might move to.

I see a lot of people that think that the
Grizzs is gonna get blown out.

that's a lot of points and will be taking the grads.

So that's why I'm just gonna wait see where the
juice goes. Hopefully sports bet does a promotion. But also
again you could bet Cats team total. You could wait,

They're gonna have a ton of player props in for
this game. I was told that there's gonna be more
than normal, So you could just, you know, if you
like Cats, just wait and take a lot passing yards
and rushing yards and Humphrey rushing yards and however you want.

As far as the total goes, uh fifty nine and
a half, it seems about right. That seems pretty pretty good.
Montana team total twenty one and a half. Ontanna State's
defense been very good and at home. Man, I don't know,

my initial instinct is a you know, forty two twenty
if I had to give out a score prediction from
my just initially early on in the year. I do
think that there is a chance where Fife, you know,
now that he's kind of been told he's gonna be
the guy moving forward because it's hurt and that's all

they go like, Fife is going to transfer at the
end of the year. I'm pretty sure, Okay, but they
know that it's him, and there is a chance that,
you know, they can come out and play well. But
I just I don't think the Gris defense is gonna
be able to slow down the rushing attack of Montana State.
I mean, they struggled against the Portland State rushing attack.

I just don't I don't see this Gris defense being
able to really slow down Montana State all that much.
