Speaker 1 (00:00):
Do you rent that? Young?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Nah?

Speaker 1 (00:01):
No, I own it. That's how I feel about this weekend.
Pay him paid, that's me and his money.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Joy it while last gambling gods fickle bunch.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Oh yeah, so easily offended.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Welcome to the Make It Raindy Podcast. I'm your host,
Sean Rady, sponsored by sports Bet Montana, NFL. Week ten,
we got Cats and Grizz. Cats on the Road taken
on East Washington. Grizz on the Road taking on cal Poly.
Coming off a pretty good week ten and six with
all of my forced sides thirty two and nine with props. Gosh,

(00:40):
we keep coming one short of hitting these rain makers
and it's really killing me. I knew we weren't going
to hit as many of this year because we've gone
from three legs to four legs. So it's obviously just
when you're talking about percentages, adding a fourth leg makes
it a lot more challenging. But I'm having that fourth
leg a lot of times be one of those, you know,
primetime games, so we can hedge out of it if

(01:01):
we hit the first three. The issue is is that
that stupid the standalone game on a Sunday night or
Monday night, those ones keep hitting and it's you know,
just like one of the random ones on a Sunday
morning that don't hit, so that we haven't been even
able to have those hedge out opportunities, which has been
a little frustrating, but we're bound to hit them, especially

(01:23):
with the percentage that we're hitting props about seventy percent
with our prop picks two hundred and twenty five and
one hundred and thirty five year to date. On all
of these picks, I don't have as many props. It's
getting harder as the season goes because one now there's
so many guys that are banged up. So when I
record this on a Friday morning, a lot.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Of the props just aren't available.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
But I have some sides that I like, so totals
and we'll go through.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
You know, I'll usually have at.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Least still one prop or something to look out for
as far as props as we go. But let's start
with some college football. So first off, we got the
Cats on the road take it on Easter in. They're
favored by seventeen and a half over under fifty nine
and a half. The money is juice to the under,
but I kind of like the over here. I can
see Montana State putting up close to you know, I

(02:20):
don't I don't understand why Montana State can't score fifty
points like what the Grizz did in Easter Washington.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
That would only need to get to.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Like this is either a forty to twenty game in
my opinion, and that gets you to the over.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
So I like the over fifty nine and a half.
As far as the side.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
I would, this one's hard, I would probably the money
is definitely with the Cats. I would probably just wait
at seventeen and a half and see what it reopens
at Saturday morning when that's when the national books and

(03:00):
numbers will come out, and then it'll adjust, and if
it goes one way or the other, then that's probably
the side that I'm taking. So if it gets higher,
if it gets like twenty one and a half, I'd
probably take Eastern. If it stays at seventeen and a
half or maybe gets lower than I'd probably take Montana State.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
As far as right now, I'd probably sit in and
just watch it for now.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
As far as the Grizz go, this one is at
Grizz favored by twenty and a half.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
It's gone down a point.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
I think it opened at twenty one and a half,
where I kind of lean cal Pauly at twenty one
and a half. They're getting that touchdown in the hook,
and I think they're better than three points better than
North Carolina or Northern Colorado, excuse me. And that opened
at twenty four and a half, so it's a direct
you know. Just a week later, cal Poly off a bye.

(03:47):
I think are three points better than Northern Colorado, which
is at twenty four and a half, and that landed
twenty four zero, so that number was pretty true. So
I think cal Paly's better than three points. So I
would lean with cal Pauly here, and.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
I'd probably lean to the.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Over fifty six and a half just because cal Poly's
more of a throwing team, so I think they're gonna
be able to score a little bit on the Grizz.
But yeah, cal Pauly, I would say it was a side.
Hopefully you got it at twenty one and a half
instead of twenty and a half.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
All right, let's dive into the NFL.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Now, Like I said, not a lot of props are
availab because we just have a lot of injuries now
this time of the year, everyone gets kind of banged up.
We are on the Jets, so that was a nice
little win to start out. Dolphins Bills, Bills favored by
six and a half. I would lean to the Bills
to cover here, but I'm just gonna put the Bills
down in a money line parlay there minus two seventy.

(04:47):
So you compare them like, move the Eagles down to
two and a half, Saints' money line, Bengals money line,
moving the Browns up to eight and a half against
the Chargers and the Baltimore Ravens down to two and
a half. Those are kind of those are my one, two, three, four,
five six kind of teaser alt spread legs that we're

(05:08):
doing this week. So that's how I'm gonna play Buffalo.
It's gonna be in one of my rain maker parlay options.
I believe is Devon ah Chan over thirty eight and
a half receiving yards.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
With to uh.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
He's just a receiving monster, and that is one are
the areas against his Bill's defense is running back passes
where they've struggled a little bit, and so I think
eight Chan is gonna be very heavily involved in the
passing game. Washington Commanders on the road taking on the
New York Giants. This numbers now started at three and
a half, now out to four and a half. This

(05:45):
one's kind of tough. I leaned Commanders at three and
a half, so I'm just gonna stick with it at
four and a half. I'm gonna stay away from this game.
I kind of lean towards the over. I think there's
gonna be a lot of points in this one. Tyrone
Tracy's probably gonna be out with a concussion. I would
have liked to bet his prop there. We're gonna go

(06:08):
Darius Slayton over thirty four and a half receiving yards.
This guy is, you know, it's been like one hundred
twenty one hundred and thirty. I think it is a
good matchup, and I think the Giants are gonna have
to throw the ball around the yard to hang with
the Washington offense. So we're going Slaton over thirty four
and a half receiving yards. Saints Packers or Saints Panthers

(06:29):
Saints seven and a half point favorites. It's assume that
Derek Carr is coming back in this one. I'm gonna
take the over forty three and a half if obviously
Derek Carr plays, which sounds like he's going to, and
that's why the line's at seven and a half. The Panthers,
this one is like the money, so it's here's a
little kind of lesson for you. So when the Saints

(06:50):
are minus seven and a half plus one hundred even
money and the Panthers are plus seven and a half
minus one twenty five, So basically, like, if I like
the Saints here, I'm just gonna move him down to
six and a half under the key of seven and
pay the minus one twenty five instead of seven and
a half at plus one hundred, like I'll take I'll
eat that twenty five cents to get under the touchdown

(07:12):
if you like the Saints, assuming Derek Carr comes, I
would look to some a lave props and then the
Panthers don't have any of the receiver props open. But
I think I like Cocher over. He's kind of been
a young rookie that's been emerging. He's been getting more
and more targets. I think they're gonna be down in
this game, and his prop should be somewhere, hopefully in

(07:34):
the mid thirties and can hop on that one New
England Patriots on the road taken on the Tennessee Titans.
His number has gone up to a full three and
a half. This was kind of in between the two
and a half and three and a half. I really
wanted to take a Pollard rushing prop in this one,
but him and Taj Spears have both been banged up.

(07:57):
I'm gonna just watch the Titans running back room and
play whichever one over against the Patriots. They've allowed five
straight starting running backs to rush for eighty yards or more,
and I'd lean to the Titans here in this one
at home against the Patriots.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Cowboys on the road.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
This is flipped from you know, this has been two
and a half to three and a half. I got
Atlanta at three and a half or at two and
a half. I like Atlanta under the field goal. Here
at three and a half. It's probably a stay away
from me. I'm getting through the three because I'm a
little bit worried because Atlanta cannot pressure the quarterback. So
I think Dak is gonna be very comfortable back there,

(08:39):
and I think he's gonna be slinging it. So Dak
over two hundred and sixty six and a half passing yards.
As far as the Atlanta side, a lot of the
numbers are pretty juiced up because Dallas's defense has been
so bad. I think Kyle Pitt's over forty seven and
a half is a little interesting. I don't like the
Bijon and Algier rushing ones because last week Dallas came

(08:59):
out out and they're like, we're you know, they were
like historically bad against the run, and they came out
with like a ton of six man fronts against San Francisco,
which made it harder to run the ball, And who
knows if they're gonna, you know, employ that that same thing.
So I don't want to if they're like tired of
just getting gashed on the on the ground and they're like,

(09:20):
we're gonna have some six man fronts, I don't really
want to bet beje on it like eighty seven and
a half rushing yards or Tyler Algier a backup up
in almost to fifty rushing yards. Certainly, you know could
but I'm gonna wait and kind of see how this
one plays out. It would lean to the over fifty
one and a half in this one as well. I
think there's gonna be a lot of points. But give

(09:40):
me Dak passing yards Las Vegas Raiders on the road
taking on the Cincinnati Bengals numbers at seven and a half.
I'd probably take the Raiders at seven and a half.
I just this Bengals team. I'm gonna wait. You know,
it'll probably dependent on T. Higgins. If T Higgins is out,
give me the Raiders at seven and a half, and
if he's in, might lean to the Bengals here. I'd

(10:01):
like the Bengals on the money line either way, or
just you know, pushed down to two and a half,
especially if Higgins is in. That's probably what I'll do
if this If Higgins is out, this number is probably
not gonna move, and then you can just take the Raiders.
If Higgins is in, then I'm just gonna push it
down to two and a half and pair it with
those other things. Gardner Minshew over two hundred and twenty

(10:22):
passing yards. I like that they're not They're not able
to run the ball effectively, and this Bengals defense can't
get head through the air a little bit, so I
think Minshew will be able to do that. Chargers taking
on the Browns. Chargers are one and a half point favorites,
So over an under fifty forty two and a half.
Give me the over forty two and a half. Chargers
offense getting much healthier. Herbert's looking good, He's running the ball.

(10:44):
They might have all of their receivers back for the
first time ever with DJ Shark.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Quentin Johnson's supposed to be back.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
McConkie's playing good, Joshua Palmer's getting healthier. The O line
is as healthy as it's been in Cleveland had some
injuries to some of their best defensive players. They're you know,
gonna be missing you know, their top corner, a top linebacker,
and and then the Browns are getting a little healthier
on the offensive line and are definitely an over team

(11:10):
with Winston. Winston's gonna huk it around, score some points.
He's also maybe gonna throw a pick six or two.
So I like the over. Gim me lat McConkie over
fifty and a half receiving yards he I guess against
Cover one, he gets open more than anybody else in
the league and is very effective against teams that run

(11:32):
Cover one. Cleveland runs Cover one at the highest rate
in the NFL, so Konky's probably gonna have a bunch
of chances here. I really like Cedric Tillman. I said
this last week. We hit the Cedric Tillman ladder all
the way up to one hundred yards that cash. This
guy's you know, big and fast and physical, and I
just like what he does.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
And Jamis isn't.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Afraid to throw an accurate deep all down the field
to him. So I'm gonna take Tilman over forty eight
and a half and then Chubb. I'm gonna watch the
weather here. It's spos to be fifties with maybe a
little bit of rain. If it is raining, I'm gonna
go Chubb over fifty four and a half. Rushing yards
as he continues to get healthier, I would lean towards
the Chargers.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
At minus one and a half.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Now that's gotten down that far, I've already pushed the
Browns when this opened at two and a half, I
pushed the Browns up to eight and a half and
got Cleveland there Broncos on the road taking on the
Ravens numbers at nine and a half. This will probably
move down. There's been a little uh Lamar Jackson sick
and injured this week. Kind of funny business going on.

(12:34):
I want to see what this total ends up to.
I would lean towards the over in this one if
Lamar's playing. I really like Bo Nicks over two hundred
and seventeen and a half passing yards. I just think
the Ravens offense is gonna do their thing and Nick
is gonna have to sling it around. And there haven't
been very effective on the ground. Javonte Williams the average
like two point nine to carry last week against the Panthers.

(12:57):
Now you're going against the Ravens. The strength of their
defense is the ground game. So Nick's passing and I
also like Nicks over twenty and a half rushing yards
as well. Give me Courtland Sutton over forty eight and
a half receiving yards kind of correlates with Nick's passing yards,
and give me Mark Andrews over thirty two and a
half receiving yards. Really liked that one as well. He

(13:18):
ran more routes this week than he has ever in
his career. Actually, and Denver's not very good against tight ends,
so I like that. I would lean towards the Ravens here.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
I think the.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Broncos are very fraudulent. They're five and three. Just look
at who they play. They have not beaten anybody good.
I think the Broncos are gonna have a bad second
half of the year. Chicago Bears on the road taking
on the Arizona Cardinals. One and a half point underdogs
are the Bears. I would lean towards the Cardinals here
at one and a half, kind of just.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
The gut a gut feel.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
I think their defense is playing better than we think,
and I just trust the Cardinals offense more than the
Bears and Caleb Williams at this point, and I don't
know how they're gonna react after the Hail Mary. As
far as props go, nothing really stood out this one.
Jags on the road taking on the Eagles. Numbers at
seven and a half. Give me the Eagles. I think
this is gonna be an absolute blowout. I think the
Eagles are gonna crush them. I think the Jags, I mean,

(14:09):
they traded their left tackle all Christian Kirk, Gabe Davis,
and Brian Thomas Junior all either out or banged up,
and I think the Eagles are gonna be able to
sling it to a j Brown and DeVante Smith against
that man defense of Jacksonville. So I like Hurts over
two hundred and thirteen and a half passing yards. The

(14:29):
recept the receiving yards were pretty high for the guys.
I'd probably lean to DeVante Smith over fifty nine and
a half more than a j Brown because this was
almost ninety.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
But I think the Eagles are gonna roll here.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Give me Evan Ingram over forty nine and a half
passing yards just because there's not many other options. Rams
Seahawks love the Rams in the spot. Although now we're
here in Puka might have reinjured his knee at practice
this week. His status is uncertain. I was like full
go Rams if Puka was healthy, and Stafford and McVeigh

(15:03):
have kind of had the better of Seattle in this matchup,
so monitor Puoka would probably still take the Rams even
if he's out. But really like the Rams Lions Packers,
this gut has gotten down to two and a half.
Since it's down to two and a half from three
and a half, this is a little lesson for you guys.
This shows me that the book is assuming that Jordan

(15:27):
Love is going to play, So I'm just gonna wait
until Jordan Love gets officially announced in because there's still
a little bit of uncertainty, and that's why it went
from three and a half to two and a half.
You're not gonna go from three and a half all
the way to like pick them. But I think once
he's announced in, it will go down to a pick
them and then give me the Lions against a banged
up Love. I just think I'm not gonna step in

(15:48):
front of the Lions wagon. The props of this one
all pretty inflated. Sam Laporta over forty and a half
receiving yards, he's starting to get into the flow of things,
and especially which Ms and Williams out. Packers aren't great
against tight ends either, so that's where I would lean there.
Would like some Packers wide receiver props if Love is playing,

(16:10):
but none of those are available right now. Colts taking
on the Vikings five and a half is the line
I'd probably lean to Indie. With Flacco, I think he's
been able to throw the ball to thirty six and
a half, I'd probably go over. I really like Josh
Downs over sixty and a half receiving yards. I think
this is one of the most underrated receivers in the NFL,
and I think he's gonna be so good with Flacco.

(16:31):
I think Justin Jefferson can have a big game too.
It's all the way up at eighty four and a half,
but I would probably lean to the over there.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
Bucks taking on the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
Numbers eight and a half, I'd probably lean to the
box at getting the eight and a half points. Baker
is a fantastic backdoor cover guy. Give me Kate Otten
over forty seven and a half receiving yards. Chiefs struggle
against the tight ends and that's been his main weapon.
So every going in over forty seven and a half
and that'll do all right, folks have a great weekend,

(17:02):
and uh hey, let's win some money.
