Speaker 1 (00:00):
Do you rent that young Nah?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
No, I own it.

Speaker 1 (00:03):
That's how I feel about this weekend. Pay him paid,
That's me and his money.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Joy it wild, last gambling gods, fickle bunch, Oh so
easily offended.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Beating myself.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
All right, three to one.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Welcome into the Make It Rainy Podcast. I'm your host,
Sean Rainey. Sponsored by sports Bet Montana. All the lines,
all the fun futures, everything that we talked about is
from sports Bet Montana. And we got the crew back again,
at least for a little bit. Ben Wyman Zach Caplan
joining me last week. I know Ben will want us

(00:52):
to mention the full season picks, but last week, hey,
Zach actually took the cake.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
I think you went eight.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
And last week and then Ben and I were tied.
It all came down to the Bengals Cowboys, and I
was on the Cowboys with Zach. All they had to
do was cover five and a half, and there they
block a punt and don't recover it, and all they

(01:21):
have to do is give up a field goal in
the tie game, and they give up a touchdown and
blow the cover. Back to back Monday night football games
where I had the Browns and against the Broncos where
I'm I'm just I'm tilted right now. It's like one
of those times when you're betting. I know, Zach, you've
been there were like when those ones that you like
you have the win in hand and then you lose

(01:42):
and it's just you're just you're tilted. It's like when
you're drafting in fantasy and you get the guy gets
picked right before you. It just throws you on a tailspin.
So I'm gonna I'm on a little tailspin. I gotta admit, fellas.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
I have to say Sean. Sean sent a pretty angry, frustrated,
tilted text in our group chat that was absolutely hilarious
that here's the deal. You just you were on the
wrong side of it back all weeks. You're on the
wrong side.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Oh not no, that's see, that's where I get mad.
It was the right side. It was just terrible luck.
So sometimes that's what sports betting is. Like, you can
little luck, you could have the right handicap and everything,
and then it just comes down to some craziness at
the end. And Zach, it's just super frustrating, it sure is.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
It just makes you want to rage. Bat East Carolina
against the Atlantic Sun team.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
At hol right.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
I mean, it just makes you want to do things
like that.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Oh wait, you're lost.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
You know, it's just uh like what do you what
are you gonna do?

Speaker 1 (02:40):
That's like that, Sean.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
All you can do is just get back, get back
on that hill and just keep chucking and just trust
your process. You know. I know it doesn't work off
for the Philadelphia seventy six years, but you know it'll
it'll work for you.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
So season update standings. I'm up like ten or ten
or eleven on these guys, Zach. I will tell you
I'll rat up my guy Sean. Here, I asked Sean yesterday.
I go, so in the last couple of weeks, here,
are you just gonna bet the opposite of me to
try to make up the standings? And he looked at
He looked at me dead in the eye, and he goes, no,
I still gotta beat Zach.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Hey. I did this podcast with Zach for like three
years and he never beat me, And I don't want
it to start now.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
So it would be that would be a real sign.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Yeah, that's what it comes down, all right, Well, Zach,
Zach is out shooting a high school football game right now.
So this is what we're gonna do, Zach. We're gonna
play a little game and then I'll let you go. Okay,
let me bring up the NFL futures right now as
far as super Bowl winners, and we're gonna play a
little game. And Zach, Zach doesn't really know what we're doing.

(03:45):
So and I'll read the odds out to you because
you're at a little bit of a disadvantage here. We're
each gonna we're gonna do it a snake draft. Okay,
snake draft, and it's whoever gets the most playoff wins
per team. Okay, so well, each draft, you know, will

(04:07):
go I don't know, how do we don't need to do?
We need to do seven? Like seven and seven is fourteen?
If I buy three? How about will each pick four teams?
Will each pick four teams, and whichever out of those four,
however many wins they get in the playoffs that person.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Wins a total combined score or is it just yeah,
you do you get all the four teams, every win
that you get for those four teams added up, whoever.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Has the most wins wins? I like it. Okay, Now,
how do we determine these order, Zach, if do you
have a preferred order in this picking selection, I.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Don't even want to go first. I know I'll go second.
Let's do you know what.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Such a good season order order of the standings?

Speaker 4 (04:52):
So so, how do we count to buy a buy?

Speaker 3 (04:55):
That's the thing.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
So like, but if you're picking the one seed, you
have to account for them, maybe play one last game.
So okay, so we'll go. We'll go in order of standing.
So Ben will go first. I'll go second. Zach, you
get the turn. Unless you rather have two than three,
I'll give it to you.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
Don't do it, Zach, take three, take three, don't do it.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I'll take three.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Okay, you gotta speak up a little, Zach. Okay, Ben
first pick, and then here I'll read out the the odds.
Right now, Lions are favored at plus two to soenty five,
and then the Eagles plus four fifty five, and then
we got Chiefs, Bill's, Ravens, Vikings, Packers, Steelers, Texans, Chargers, Rams. Ben,
I gotta hold on. I gotta write these down because

(05:37):
we're gonna have to keep track of this, and I
don't feel like taking the time to listen back. No,
all play you get one point per playoff win.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
Including the Super Bowl. YEP, I am gonna go with
with the first pick, I'm gonna go with the Buffalo Bills.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
You know what, I was really hoping, you go Chiefs
because the you know, the Bills are probably gonna be
playing in the first game. So that's one game up
on the Chiefs already. H I'm tilted. I was gonna
pick the I see the tilt is just continuing. I
was gonna take the Bills.

Speaker 4 (06:25):
The Ben caused tilt.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it, son of
a beasting. All right, I will take I'll take the Lions.
I'll take the Lions.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
So you're hoping that they drop a couple of games here, No,
I just hope they make it to the super Bowl. Sure, Zach,
you get two teams? Who you got?

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Yeah, let me just and Reid. I'll go but the
Philadelphia Eagles.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
And good picks.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
I like it. All right, I'm up next, I will
take I'll take the Ravens. So I got, I got Lions, Ravens.
Now Ben gets two picks here on the board. The
highest order right now would be Vikings Packers, Steelers.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
I'm gonna go with my boy Russ take the Steelers
and Sean Rainey's Los Angeles Chargers. Give me the Chargers, all.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Right, I will take the Green Bay Packers. Dang it,
all right, you get two picks here, Zachy boy. The
highest on the odds board would be Vikings, Texans, Rams, Bucks, Broncos, Seahawks.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Let me go, I king, I like it. I was hoping.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
I was really hoping the Seahawks will come back to me. There,
I do. Well, that is that's your last pick. So
there you go. So okay, that's your last pick. Oh gosh,
there's not much left. So I will I'll take the Texans.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
I don't like.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
It, Ben, And you got Rams, Broncos, Bucks, Commanders.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
So there's strategy here. I like the Rams out of
those three teams. But the Rams do not have a
guaranteed playoff game right now. The Bucks and probably the
Broncos do.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Mm hm. And you've got oh and you've got three
AFC teams with Bill, Steelers, Chargers.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
Yeah, I think that's I'll take. I'll think the Los
Angeles Rams, Rams. He's going to l a head to
my happiness. There as a Seahawks fan.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
All right, so here is the recap, and then let
us know who's team you like better. Okay, Ben Weinman
on the Bills, Steelers, Chargers, Rams. I have the Lions, Ravens, Packers, Texans,
and Zach has the Eagles, Chiefs, Viking, Seahawks.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
Interesting, I wanta I gotta say.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
I gotta say. I think I'm a third there. I
think I think me picking me picking first actually probably
was a disadvantage there.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
I like I do like the Bills pick.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Yeah, I'm just subscribing to the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
You know, Satanic black magic.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
The Eras. The Eras Tour is over, Zach. The magic's done,
is it? Yeah? The Eric's Tower ended last week. No
more black magic for the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
I don't know, man, I I kind of like yours.
Do we think the NFC is wide open?

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Because I that's what it's gonna Well, that's what it's
gonna come down to for Ben, with only the only
NFC team he has is the Rams, it's gonna be
tough for him to the Bills don't make it, or Steelers,
or of course the Charge is gonna go to the
super Bowl.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
But j Herbs maybe Yeah, but if the biggest Herbert
fan on the spot.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
But if it's Kansas City or Baltimore, Ben's kind of screwed.
But I don't know. I I kind of like Lions.
I like my first three.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
I like, I really do like Lions, Ravens, Packers, and
the Texans are guaranteed the game, so that helps there.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
They're probably lose to the Chargers in the first round, hopefully.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
I was about to say.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
This weekend, yeah, there's a good chance we could see Eagles.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
I would not be surprised if it's Eagles Chiefs super Bowl.
You know, you know, so invice. Seahawks are frisky. You
know they'll have a home game.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
They're not in yet, that's the problem.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
They'll get a home game though. If they do, you know,
Vikings will be at home. Right, that's so dumb. Okay, Well,
all right, there it is. I'll put out on social
media when the pod comes out. I'll put our three
teams up there and we'll see who who votes for who.

Speaker 4 (11:12):
It's a democratic podcast.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
It's a democracy of a podcast.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
All right, Zach, I know you got to go, but
just give me what's your like? Do you have a
best bet or like a crazy take or what what?
What do you want to leave us with for this week?

Speaker 2 (11:28):
I think the Colts. I think I really like Indian
plus four.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
I don't know. That's a lot of a spender Sean Dayton,
and I don't know if I like that line. I'm
completely conflicted on the Seahawks game, but I'm gonna go
with them. I can't make up my mind about that game.
I'm looking at it all week, But Ben, I think
I like your boys, so we'll see how it goes.
And yeah, I'm just I'm just chilling out here in
our belchi that territory now, so it's you know, not

(11:55):
to watch one of his future running back to play.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
Yeah, you're give us, give us thirty seconds on your
favorite NFL team's head coach now taking over the flagship
university in state of North Carolina.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Well, I was actually talking to like a high school
head coach who went to UNC the other day yesterday.

Speaker 4 (12:13):
And he's been brought one.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
What do they have to lose?

Speaker 2 (12:15):
I mean, really, they've been mediocre for how long now,
Like worst base Bill goes and that happens, and it's
the same as it's been. Best Caser goes and balls
out and then he leaves in three years and they
at least had that, So I don't know. I think
it's low risk for UNC. If they really raised twenty
million and then IL like, that's pretty impressive and that's
a game changer.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
So I think it'll work.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
I know a lot of people don't, but I think
it'll work. And of course on finals.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
So all right, Zach, thanks for hopping on. Thanks for
playing the game.

Speaker 3 (12:45):
Good luck cover.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
It sounds so weird that you cover high school footall.
It's been over for like a month.

Speaker 3 (12:48):
True, So it's true.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
It's a state semi final.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
I still have one more game.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
I still will probably have at least one more game
to cover next week.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
We're like in the high school basketball season starting, Earnie,
So basketball.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Started here a month ago. That's the best part.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
You got kids playing both at the same time.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
Can you imagine that in Montana?

Speaker 4 (13:06):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (13:06):
That sounds fun if I'm a player.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
All right, Well, hey, love you man, We'll talk to
you later. Hey, I just that just happens now that
I'm in my thirties. Okay, when I was, when I
was seventeen eighteen, we were good.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
To go, that's a fair point.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
I can't argue with you there, see is.

Speaker 3 (13:27):
That Byron Man?

Speaker 4 (13:28):
All all right, all right, I always have to get
in a shot there.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
The one and only Zach Kathleen. Hopefully his pick suck
because he's if he beats me in this season.

Speaker 4 (13:42):
What would you do? I don't know if both your
both of your best friends beat you, you being mister gamble.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Okay, well it's not only the mister gambler thing. It's
just like anyone who knows me knows that. It's just
like there's nothing more that people enjoy feeding me at
anything or.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Watching your team lose.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
Yeah, it's not even I think it's not even.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
I don't even think it's like more about like I think,
like you're you'd be more happy not that you won,
but that I didn't win.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
You know, it's like one that's one hundred percent. And
I don't know, I don't I don't know what I
say about you and about me.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
It's just the personality thing, you know, like like one,
like I think everybody knows I'm competitive, but like and
I just like hate losing, and so people just love
and it's it's it's happened like with everything, like it
could be board games, it could be noon ball, it
could be fantasy football, like it doesn't matter. And I
got this turned into a therapy session. Yeah, you know,

(14:46):
people just love watching me lose, which is fine, you know,
it's just it means that.

Speaker 4 (14:50):
But but you're the only one that people can bet
with on sports bet Montana bet with Sean Rainey.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
That is true. And I got so I got some
d ms last night cause so I was on the Niners,
which I mean that that could have been gone either way.
So I mean Stafford almost threw like five picks to
start that game. None of them were caught. But then
you know, I was on some overs with the Niners
and it rained and then it just so like none
of them hit. And I got some dms, like, hey,
can you like maybe pick a winning parlay like or

(15:18):
at least have it be competitive, you know, like you
know some of those on Thursday. I'm gonna say this,
like last year, I did one rain Maker per week
and it was like a mixture of any sides or
props that I liked, and it was just like Sunday
and Monday night games now, like people enjoy it, so

(15:38):
I do I'll do one for every Thursday night game,
like a same game parlay, and it's just very hard
to find like three or four sides in one game
to get right, you know, and I try and make
them correlated and have them be good. Sometimes it's just hard,
you know. And so just especially those Thursday night ones too.
If it's also like sometimes it's just teams that you're

(15:58):
just not as familiar with, and it's just bit harder.
But that's why I always say, like, just don't bet
a lot on those like those are those are hard
to hit. Although next week it is Charger, so I
know that that's more in my wheelhouse next week. So
all that being said, I do have a couple of
rain makers out there. I like him. I got little
Christmas presents. I got five dollars ones and I hand
them out to money around the office. Thank you, good luck.

(16:21):
I hope that you know Justice Hill rushes for more
than fifteen and a half yards cool, Alvin Kamara has
a bad game, and Jalen Hurts doesn't rush. And your
boy JSN on Sunday Night football goes to town.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
So you will hear about Jackson Smith and Jigbit later
in the pod.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
So hopefully that you know those hits, So go go
check out. It's under specials on sports Bet Montana Futures
NFL Bet with Sean Rainey.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
And you know they're like four legs, so a lot
of them are, you know, plus seven fifty to plus
fifteen hundred. So we just got to hit like one
out of eight, one out of nine to make a
living here. Nick Beck are our producer. He hit on
on Thanksgiving. He put sixty bucks to win almost five hundred,
and then he's lost the next three that he's done
with me, and he's you know, giving me crap, like saying.

Speaker 3 (17:09):
Like he's never you know, they don't hit, blah blah.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
I'm like, dude, you literally like one enough to bet
like for the on all of the rain Makers till
the end of the year. You're still gonna break even.
So I know Nick doesn't listen to this, but shut up, dude.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
All right, all right, Louis.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
Do we want to do? We quickly need to talk
about Montana's I know the game is tonight. Yeah, it's
probably too early or too late to talk about the game. Yeah,
this is the Cats in general.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Or yeah mostly I mean everyone's probably gonna listen to
this after the Cats game starts. It opened up fourteen
and a half, it's moved to sixteen and a half
over under fifty five and a half. I kind of
like the Cats in the under. Montana State is not
allowed a first quarter touchdown all season. That's wild in
Buckcat Stadium.

Speaker 4 (17:54):
That's so wild.

Speaker 3 (17:54):
I just I think it's gonna.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
Be like a thirty five fourteen type of game. So
I would be on Montana State in this one. They're
eight and five against the spread on the year. They
cover by you know, a little over nine points per
game in their wins, and they lose in about in
about five points per game in their five losses. So
can we guess?

Speaker 4 (18:16):
Can we can I quickly guess the line for the
semifinal game if they win? Uh?

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Sure, if they like.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
Let's say it's so if it's South Dakota.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
It'll be kind of fun if it's Ucy Davis because
we'll be able to directly take the line from when
they were I want to say, I can't remember what
that line was, six seven, Yeah, I want to say
it was on the rest seven and a half on
the road or something like that.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
So twelve or thirteen South Dakota. Thirteen South Dakota probably
be like nine or ten. Davis would probably be like
thirteen or.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Fourteen, probably something like that.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
I'd be very curious to see what what cats versus
one of the Dakota's would be in Frisco. That'd be
it'd be a fascinating one.

Speaker 4 (18:57):
We'll get there. That's enough cat talk.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
Yeah, a fan, Well do you want to do?

Speaker 3 (19:04):
You wanna talk about the state of the grizz No,
I do not know.

Speaker 4 (19:08):
I'm all these.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Guys transferring, transferring out. I'm just gonna say this. I
think that everyone's kind of, you know, freaking out a
little bit, and I just think that it's never as
bad as it seems, and it's never as good as
it seems. At this exact time last year, the Grids
are going on their run, They're getting all these commitments
from all these transfers who like wanted to hop in
on the parade, and blah blah blah. All of those

(19:30):
transfers ended up not really being all that great. To
be honest, you know, no disrespect to them, but it's
not like Andris Lahyerman and Pat Hayden and I mean,
they brought in like three or four corners, none of
them really ended up even playing. Yep. Uh. You know,
they brought in a you know, Stevie Rocker, who's you know, solid,
but like it was a third string running back like

(19:51):
they And at the time, everyone's.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Like, oh, oh man, we're getting all these transfers.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
We're adding on the momentum blah blah blah. And obviously
they had the season that they're having. Now, I'm just
gonna say, it's never as bad as people see my
I So I just I wouldn't overreact a ton. But
we'll see how it all shakes out, all right. Zach
will send us his picks, so we won't have his
going up, but we'll blast through this and I'll give out,
of course, all my favorite props because that I've been.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
You know bad, I mean not bad.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
You have been the prop master.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
We're like, you know, twelve or thirteen games over five
hundred with our sides. But like, props are still where
it's at. They're a little harder to do at this
point in the year because there's so many data points
now that the books have that it's that it's hard.
But that's why I like I'll go through and I
like certain matchups because it's like things change, Guys come
back from injury, and the books are a little bit slower.
But man props in the first like two months and

(20:44):
month are really awesome because they don't know how to
adjust for rookies and all that kind of stuff. All right,
Washington Commanders on the road. Take it on the Saints
eight and a half, Ben, what you got?

Speaker 4 (20:54):
Give me the Commies eight and a half. Jake Hayner,
the President State Bulldog getting his first NFL starts. I
think Jim Daniels the week off is gonna be really
really well. That that came in a perfect time for
that team. They were kind of sputtering going into the
bye week. Commies come into the super Dome, it'll be

(21:14):
a it'll be a nice win.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Yeah, me too.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
And here's the thing. So we've done these picks right,
and Ben's ahead. So Ben keeps saying like I'm just
cooking your rah, so I'm so much better.

Speaker 3 (21:23):
At this than you, blah blah blah.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
Well here's the thing when it comes to like actually
betting on this with your real money, Like we're doing
force picks for every side. Yeah, but like, I'm not
gonna bet Washington minus eight and a half. I'm just
gonna take Washington down to minus two and a half
and pair it with some of these other teaser legs.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
So it's like I don't even care.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
Like there's been games like like the The Cowboys game
that that we got screwed on at five and a half. Well,
in real life, I pushed that up to eight and
a half and I just paired it with other stuff,
so I won in real life. Because it's betting, there's
everyone can like make picks, but how you manage your
like betting portfolio and how you manage your money is

(22:04):
way more important than what your hit rate is because
so many people put too much money into their parlays.
Like if you have one hundred bucks, they put you know,
forty of it into parlays when it should be you know,
ninety percent of your money should be straight bets and
ten percent of it should be parlays. You know, it's
about the distribution of funds, So just send it out there.

(22:24):
There are quite a few parlays or teasers that I
like in this one, Commanders down to two and a
half is one of them. I do like Brian Robinson
over seventy nine and a half rushing yards. He's projected
for ninety one. They're gonna get a lot of carries,
should be up big. And then I have Alvin Kamara.
I bet it at seventy under seventy four and a half.
It's downtown to sixty six and a half. So you
have to put these props like I check them on

(22:45):
Wednesday when they first open up, because props move faster
than anything else. I know it's hard to do the
work for props. So feel free to reach out to
me because I look Wednesday night and I bet ones
that I like early because yes, I mean I moved
eight yards, which is a ton.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
What's a ton?

Speaker 1 (23:02):
All right? Chiefs on the road taking on the Cleveland Browns.
I know where Ben Wyman's going. There's no way he's
gonna be like, I'm not betting against Patrick Mahomes with
Jamis Winston. Give me the Chiefs.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
They nail it you.

Speaker 4 (23:12):
That was pretty good. Mister Arrow had himself, Ben Weinman, Yeah,
the Chiefs have not had a we had like a
dominant Chiefs win.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
The last seven games against the spread.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
Yeah, that's crazy. I think that changes this week. I
think the Browns suck, and I think Jameis Winston. The
fact that, like, you get to go against Jameis Winston
where any time he could throw well the other you
experienced two weeks ago, he could throw a backbreaking pick
that would change the spread, that put the Chiefs back
in the positive. So yeah, give me five and a

(23:45):
half minus five and a half the Chiefs.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
I'm gonna hold my nose take the Browns.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
The weather.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
I'm a little worried about the weather. If this was
like perfect weather, I would actually like the Browns more
because the Chiefs secondary is not good right now.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
The Chargers, for the most part, we're able to.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Take advantage of it without Lad McConkey and with not
a lot of weapons. The fact that Jerry Judy's been
able to, like you know, get things going with Jamis.
I think if the weather was great, I think they
could really take advantage of it. With the weather being
maybe bad, I like it less, but I will take
the Browns winning by four plus the I mean, the
Chiefs just won the division.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
Letdown spot, Like, what are they playing?

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Like?

Speaker 4 (24:26):
Still playing for a lot. They gotta keep winning.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
Yeah, but they're they're up there, you know, Like, I
just feel like this is kind of a letdown spot.
I love, this is one of my I love Isaiah
Pachecko over fifty six and a half rushing yards. He's
starting to get more and more carries. The Chargers defense
is pretty good and was able to kind of slow
him down in that one. But he's gonna get a
lot of carries, especially if the weather's bad. He's gonna
get over that mark. Give me Pachecko over fifty six

(24:49):
and a half rushing yards. Cowboys Panthers, Baby, the Panthers
are favored by two and a half. Give me Bryce
Young and the Panthers at home.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Really yeah, even as an underdog as a favorite, that
doesn't make scare you, Like, should the Should the Carolina
Panthers in the year twenty twenty four be an NFL favorite?

Speaker 1 (25:06):
Well, who's who's been playing better at quarterback? Cooper Rush
or Bryce Young?

Speaker 4 (25:10):
Bryce Young?

Speaker 1 (25:11):
You're right, who's defense has been better in the last
few weeks? Like, just look at look at these teams
have played. The Panthers should have beat the Eagles on
the road last week. If leget Yeah doesn't drop the touchdown,
they should have won and they were competitive against the Chiefs,
but they were they took the box to overtime. Those
teams are all way better than the teams the Cowboys.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
Do you think this is the year?

Speaker 4 (25:33):
This is the week they blow through the door?

Speaker 1 (25:35):
They get that? I think I really think that the
emergence of Bryce Young prove like showing that he might
not be a bust has has sparked inspiration in the
team and given them hope moving forward. And so I
think it's really the fact that they're at this point
in the season. I just think that that that gives
them motivation.

Speaker 4 (25:55):
So you're saying it's actually good to pick a quarterback
throughout the whole year and stick with him and let
the team rally behind him for.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
The most part.

Speaker 4 (26:02):
Yeah, Bobby out.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
Yeah, uh okay, here's a stat for you. Yeah, if
you're a favorite after Week fourteen. And this is the
Dream Preview podcast, RJ Bell. This is one thing I've
said that I do all the time. I listen to
a lot of content. There's guys that I respect here
and there, and this is I mean, that's what all

(26:24):
of it is, right, And I try and do all
the work for you. And then like pick out the
stuff that I think is relevant. If you're favored after
Week fourteen and you have three wins or less, which
is the Panthers, they're eight and two against the spread.
So that's obviously not gonna happen all that often. So
there you go. Here's an Oh, here's another one. Why

(26:46):
I am on the Browns. The Browns going back a game.
So teams that have an eighty six percent winning percentage
or better after week thirteen, okay, and they're coming off
a close game are nine and fifty seven against the spread.
That's crazy, it's really crazy. Yeah, that's a crazy number.

(27:06):
So there you go. All right, I will you're on
the Boys, right, I will take the Cowboys, okay plus
two and a half. Okay, So all right, we're two
out of these first three games.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
We're heads up.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
I got chances to catch up, and I'm on the
I'm relying on the Browns and the Panthers today. Have fun, man,
Oh boy, oh give me uh chupa Hubbard over twenty
one carries in this one.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
That one's plus money. He's now that uh Brooks.

Speaker 1 (27:31):
Brooks is hurt, like he's gonna get the full workload.
Dallas's run dye is not good. And if they're favored
in this one and it's gonna be a close game,
I would not be surprised if he gets like closer
to thirty than he does twenty carries in this game.
That's something I would ladder as well. His line is
over nineteen and a half minus won twenty five twenty

(27:51):
one is even money you can go up to, Like
twenty five carries is like plus two to fifty. I've
I've paired that with other things in Ladder day, So
I really like Chewa Hunberd carries dolphins on the road
taking on the Texans. The numbers at three and a half.
It's a three across the board. So for our competition,
you can take two and a half or three and
a half because sports bet you know doesn't do the

(28:13):
minus threes. Give me the Texans minus two and a half.
As far as how I bet this in real life,
I took the Texans in the first half. There's quite
a few teams that are better in the first half
than second half. Texans are one of them. So give
me the Texans in the first half minus one and
a half and CJ. Stroud over two hundred and fifty
passing yards.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
Yeah, losen Jalen Petrie. This last week for the rest
of the year is really really tough for that Texans defense.
But again I said this last week. I don't think
the Dolphins are good. I just like they're just not
a good team. Two is not a good quarterback. That
offense is out of sinc I think the Texans, of course,
kind of ironically, as Zach mentioned earlier, they need this game.
You know, they shouldn't be in this position, but they do.

(28:53):
They need this game to win the AFC South. So
I'm with you a tax.

Speaker 1 (28:56):
I mean, they like got lucky to go to overtime
against the Jets.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
Like if they lose that game.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
I feel like this line's like four and a half totally,
so if I can get it under a field goal,
like give me the Texans. I wish you were on
the Dolphins, all right, Jets, Jags. Here's another situation. The
numbers three, So it's on sports bet it's you know,
minus three and a half at plus one hundred, or
you could bet at minus two and a half minus
one twenty five. So it's kind of like an either

(29:20):
or I give me the Jets, I guess at two
and a half.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
Yeah, I've been taking the Jets too. I mean, I
you should to be clear, folks, unless you're a Jags
fan or a Jets fan, you should not be betting
American currency on that game. That is a horrible, horrible
NFL game. Yeah, give me the Jets.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
I've placed a couple bets on it.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
I took.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
I took Garrett Wilson over fifty nine and a half
receiving yards and Aaron Rodgers over two earned thirty three
and a half passing yards. He threw for three thirty
last week against the Dolphins. The Jets pasty is bad,
and I think that.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Is it Mac or two a mactra Mac, And I
think that.

Speaker 1 (29:56):
They're gonna you know, I want to like, does Aaron
Rodgers is he playing next year? Does he want to
play next year?

Speaker 4 (30:04):
Or does he want to be a media star?

Speaker 1 (30:05):
I don't know, but I think he wants to go
out with a bang. I think they're gonna throw the
ball around against the jag So I like those the
Bengals taking on the Titans. Bengals five and a half
point favorites.

Speaker 4 (30:15):
Do you want to tell them what you texted me
earlier this week.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Yeah, well, I just said, like I thought, I thought
he would be on the Bengals because I thought you'd
be on the Bengals taking the good quarterback, and you've been.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
We've kind of joked.

Speaker 1 (30:27):
About you being a square better or not a sharp better,
but you're on the Titans.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
I mean I kind of felt preer pressured into it.
So oh, I would rather take the Bengals in this game,
but for the competition, I'll take the Titans. Trying to
im I should take the Bengals now they're at home, like,
I don't know, like Will Levis, I guess this is
an example where it's like I look at the quarterbacks,
I look at the offenses, and just like, can the

(30:54):
Titans score twenty one points? Like I don't know, it's like,
but it's the Bengals defense. The Bengals defense has not
been good, like Cooper Rush hanging that game last Monday
night for all four quarters. So that's my take. I
would I would rather hit the Bengals, but to stick
it to both you and Zach, I'll take the Titans.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
I'm on the Titans too. Don't like it?

Speaker 4 (31:12):
What would be your reasoning as a as a non
square better.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
Um that just the Bengals aren't. It's kind of the
same as last week. Like there it was the same
exact number, five and a half at the Cowboys, Like
are the How are the Titans and the Cowboys? Probably
sort of similar, I would say, so it's kind of
the same number. And I don't know, I don't like

(31:38):
doing this, but I'm on Will Levis or two and
twelve passing yards. God, yuck, it's such a low number
against the bad Bengals defense. All right, the Ravens on
the road taking on the Giants sixteen and a half
point favorites with the Ravens.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
I had a big reaction seeing the line.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
Yeah. We were in the newsroom and I texted, I
give Ben the lines for all this, and he's sitting there.
He's like holy shit, and I'm like what, Like I
thought like there was like a major like passing bomb, like.

Speaker 4 (32:04):
We can scare I could swear in this. Yeah, oh shit, Okay, yeah,
I mean cool. Sure.

Speaker 1 (32:08):
Just to be clear, I've done it before and never
no one's yelled to be you thought it was a
passing bomb for it was like some trade or something.
And he's like sixteen and a half.

Speaker 4 (32:16):
That's too many points, way too many points. I'm taking
the Ravens, I am.

Speaker 3 (32:20):
I'm taking the Ravens.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Well. First off, I really like Justice Hill over fifteen
and a half rushing yards. I've also laddered that it's
one of my rain Maker plays. They're gonna be up
big and he's gonna get a lot of carries. This
is another weird subset, right, It's only happened three times,
let me find it here three times. We're a road
favorite off of Bye, is favored by more than two touchdowns. Okay,
so fourteen and a half points or more road favored

(32:45):
off of Bye. Those teams are three and oh covering.
So I don't know, it's sixteen and a half. That's
a lot. I but I'm I'm just gonna take the Ravens.
Let's hope that they win like four two to seventeen
or something.

Speaker 4 (33:01):
Do you kind of feel like when I look at
the AFC, you kind of basically, unless the Broncos drop
a game and the Colts kind of sneak in there
for some kind of set, it's kind of set, right, So, like,
how do you view those you know, the Chargers and
the Ravens and the Steelers and the Bills, where it's
like you're now kind of not jocking for a playoff spot,
but you're jocking for seeding. Like I know they of
course all these teams want to win, but there's maybe

(33:24):
not that intensity there of like how we need to
win this game to make the playoffs. It's like, no,
you're you're gonna the Raven's gonna be in the playoffs, you.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
Know, yeah, probably I think that my I would say
that might come into play in a week or two, yeah,
because there's still what four games, so it's kind of
far out to kind of be thinking that.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
Yeah, I think all right, and I will take the
Giants to be clear.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
Okay. Game of the Week Lions and Bills. The Lions
two and a half point favorites at home. I've struggled
with this one over under fifty four and a half.
I like some I like a high over.

Speaker 3 (33:57):
I like props.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
Well, or the Bills have scored thirty straight in like
seven games or whatever.

Speaker 4 (34:01):
Yeah, it's true.

Speaker 3 (34:02):
They just gave up forty four to the Rams.

Speaker 4 (34:05):
Who then scored twelve.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
I'm gonn I'm gonna take the line lines.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
I also the Lions are very good the first half.
So I've bet this Lion's first half minus half a point.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
Okay, what's your take, and then I'll give you my handicap.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
Okay, uh, I like the Bills, give me the points
on the road. I think that they this team needed
a game like they had in Los Angeles this week
against the Rams, were they were riding high, Josh Allen
getting engaged, winning in the snow, Mister Superman basically clinches
the MVP. He throws the pass, and catches the pass

(34:43):
and runs in the pass, all in the same game.
They needed a game like that to get humbled. I
think they come back and it's a it's a close game.
So I'll give me the Bills.

Speaker 1 (34:50):
And here's so I bet Detroit first half, but I
also have the Bills up to eight and a half
and a teaser. And then this is also one where
sometimes I like doing one team to win the first
half the other team to win the game, because those
are like, you know, sometimes six seven to one payouts.
Could maybe look at the Lions bills in for that.
But the one thing that I'm scared about is like, dude,

(35:12):
give me Dan Campbell over McDermott when it comes to
like decisions I'm going forward or not and how and
managing the clock. Like McDermott is proven to be like
one of the worst coaches in the league at this
Like the them helped watching the end of the Rams game,
like that was so bad. Here's my biggest take with
this game. I remember everyone saying when member, when the

(35:35):
Bills played the Ravens, and they're like, the Bills are
really bad at like defending that type of offense right up, Yeah,
moving the ball and using the middle of the field
and all that kind of stuff. The Lions to me
are similar, Like I think that they're gonna like be
able to just run the ball right at Buffalo and

(35:58):
I and then I think, like, I think that this
this is like a decent matchup for golf where he's
gonna like be able to just complete a bunch of
passes in the middle of the field. But I really
think that David Montgomery is gonna go for over fifty
seven and a half rushing yards. I also like Amari
Cooper over receiving yards and Josh Allen give me over
two ninety eight combo yards because I mean last week
he had like three and seventy or something.

Speaker 4 (36:20):
Like that, Like I gonna see record.

Speaker 1 (36:21):
Yeah, he's gonna you know, it's gonna be all on him.
And the Lions are getting DJ Reader back, who's like
one of their best run stuffers.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
They're one of the best teams against the run.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
I don't think that Buffalo's gonna be able to just
like run it against his team. And then they play
a lot of man, which means if they're going for passes,
that's a lot of scrambled opportunities for Josh Allen. So yeah,
give me his combo.

Speaker 4 (36:40):
Ye, it's gonna be a great game either way. I
think it's gonna be awesome game.

Speaker 1 (36:42):
To watch the Colts at the Bronco. Zach Kaplan already
said he's on the Colts plus four and a half,
and so am I make it.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
Three the clean sweep. Oh okay, what would be the
case for the Bronco. I know you've not really been
ever high this year on the Broncos, maybe because they're
the division rival to you guys, But will be the
case for not taking the Broncos here? They're the better
I think they're the better team.

Speaker 3 (37:08):
Yeah, just I don't know the Colts.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
I think, I'm pretty sure, like eleven of the thirteen
games have been within one score.

Speaker 4 (37:16):
Yeah, all their games have been close, and they need
and they need the game.

Speaker 1 (37:19):
I think they match up decent against the Broncos, at
least offensively. Defensively, I think they're gonna struggle. I think
that I would take the over in this one over
forty three and a half. I think there's gonna be points.
I like Anthony Richardson over one hundred and eighty eight
and a half passing yards, and I like Nicks over
to thirty five passing yards as well. I don't know,
I just think it's too many points. I think it

(37:39):
should be more like Broncos minus three.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
Ye Colts will win this game. Their season is legitimately over,
so they need the game.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (37:46):
Bucks at the Chargers. Bucks two and a half point
underdogs over under forty five and a half. In real life,
I've just I bet the Bucks up to eight and
a half. I don't think that the Chargers will blow
them out, especially with Herbert a little bit dinged up.
But I'm gonna take the Chargers if I'm getting them
under a field goal at home.

Speaker 4 (38:07):
And this is that kind of kind of ironically. This
is probably gonna be one of their only game home
games this season where it will be a true home game,
not a lot of Bucks fans in La. Yeah, I'll
take the Chargers as well. I've been on probably between
the three of us, I've probably picked the Chargers more
this year than the three that the other two between
you and you and Zach. As long as Herbert, I

(38:29):
think for the Chargers, you gotta just got to keep
Herbert healthy. You can't get letting him keep getting hit
like that he has been the last couple of weeks,
because you've got bigger aspirations this team does than beating
the Bucks in Week fifteen.

Speaker 1 (38:40):
Yeah, I just think this number is kind of a
little short. I think I think the Chargers should be
three and a half four, So if I'm getting them
under a field goal, I'm just going to take.

Speaker 4 (38:48):
And they played they played really good against like the Chiefs,
like they legitimately probably should have won that game last year.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
Last week, so yeah, yeah, I mean they've they've been
in all of these games. So I'll take the Chargers.
Pats on the road taking on the Cardinals Number six
and a half. Cardinals are favored. Give me the Pats.
The Pats have been feisty. I think this could be
a could be a big letdown spot for the Cardinals.
I think last week was their season caress of your Seahawks.

Speaker 4 (39:12):
Thank you very much.

Speaker 1 (39:15):
So give me, I give me. I just think that
the Cardinals are running out of gas. Give me the Patriots,
and give me Drake May over two hundred and fifty
eight passing in rushing yard combo.

Speaker 4 (39:24):
I think the cridinal thing here, which I think is
going to happen in this game is the game will
be close enough that you'll if you take the Pats,
you'll you'll win the bet. I think the Cardinals eventually
will win the game. And that's that's exactly what the
Pats want, right they want They don't want to win.
They don't win another game all year, but have Drake
May look good, So this could be. I think it's
gonna be a closer game.

Speaker 3 (39:42):
We just need like twenty six to twenty exactly.

Speaker 4 (39:44):
Give to me exactly.

Speaker 1 (39:45):
The Patriots have been feisty, like they've been close in
a lot of these games.

Speaker 4 (39:47):
Would you, if you're a Cardinals fan, would you how
would you be waking up todays feeling abou Kyler Murray
is your future of your quarterback.

Speaker 1 (39:55):
I've never been a huge Kyler guy. I was not
consistent enough. No, you know, he has good games, but
then he has where he's awful. Like I just want
a guy that's more like consistent. Yeah, you know, but
then again, like I don't know, there's not a lot
of good there's a lot of bad quarterback situations. So
he's better off having him than others like sus Sure
Steelers on the road.

Speaker 3 (40:14):
Taking on the Eagles.

Speaker 1 (40:15):
Uh, Steelers five and a half point dogs, I uh,
you know, Tomlin is a dog.

Speaker 3 (40:22):
Give it to me five and a half points, I
guess yep. I'm with gonna be ugly, yep, I agree
kind of like the under not much else to say.

Speaker 4 (40:28):
Any worry that with George Pickens being out, yeah, I.

Speaker 1 (40:30):
Mean obviously that hurts, but I just feel like they'll
do a decent job slowing down the Eagles offense. That
I just this just has like a twenty seventeen game
written all over it. So just give me the Steelers
and the points. Sure, Jalen hurts under thirty seven and
a half rushing yards part of the rain maker part
of the rain Maker. The Steelers have only given up

(40:51):
nine quarterback scrambles this year?

Speaker 4 (40:53):
What all year?

Speaker 1 (40:54):
All year?

Speaker 4 (40:55):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (40:55):
Yeah, the next closest team is like eight more seven
more than that?

Speaker 3 (40:58):
Huh?

Speaker 4 (40:59):
Would that'd be more like.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
I'd be curious what they're who they've played at quarterback,
if they played Lamar?

Speaker 4 (41:03):
They played Lamar, Yeah, but only so far once.

Speaker 3 (41:05):
But yeah, yeah, but they have always done good.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
They just they're the way that their defense is set up,
like they just don't allow scrambles. And so give me
hurts under thirty seven and a half.

Speaker 4 (41:17):
When you get to when you get to be go
against Mike Tomlin versus Nick Sirianni, like, it's just not unffair.

Speaker 1 (41:22):
I mean, Tomlin's just good in these spots, you know.
So I think they'll make it ugly Packers Seahawks, So football,
this is gonna be fun. The numbers three everywhere, So
if you like the Packers, you can get them at
two and a half, or if you like the Seahawks
three and a half. For our podcast picks, I just

(41:47):
think that this should this game is more gonna be
like a pick them or the Seahawks favored by one
and a half. I think it's the fact that the
Packers all the way out to three give me the
give me the Seahawks. As far as how I actually
bet it, and this is one of the rainmaker. I mean,
how do you not move Seattle like up to eight
and a half and pair it with the Bills update
and half for the or the Bucks or the or

(42:07):
Washington down to a pick him or the Vikings down
to a pick him against the Bears. Love it.

Speaker 4 (42:12):
Do you know the last time the Packers beat the
Seahawks in Seattle? I know, we've got the weird playoff
game No. Two thousand and eight. That's the last time.
Of course, we have the Phil Mary, We've have the
comeback in the NFC title game that was both went
the Seahawks a way two eight. As a long time ago,
Aaron Rodgers was in his like third year as a
starter at Packers. Actually I took the screenshot of that

(42:37):
of that box score. Do you want to know who
the quarterback was for the Seahawks in two thousand and eight?

Speaker 3 (42:43):
That's like pre Like Flynn.

Speaker 4 (42:47):
Pre Matt Flynn.

Speaker 1 (42:48):
Yeah, pre Charlie White, Tavars Jackson, Charlie Frye, Charlie Frye,
Charlie Frye, Julius Jones leading rusher in that game.

Speaker 4 (42:57):
Korn Robinson was the leading receiver in that ball game.
Kind of crazy. Anyways, I I don't, I honestly don't.
I'm not were you on the Packers early this week?
I'm gonna take the Packers officially, So you get him
at two and a half, get him at two and
a half. I don't think Vegas knows what to do
with the Seahawks right now. I really don't, because they've
been basically they've been the last three or four weeks.

(43:19):
They've been underdogs in every single one of these games,
and they've been proving right. They've got last three of
the last four games have been on the road, and.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
They won not against really anybody good.

Speaker 4 (43:27):
Well that's the thing, Like the Niners the Cardinals, like
on paper, maybe they look fine, but like when you
actually like think about those teams are not good teams.

Speaker 3 (43:35):
So it is it is this that you're right.

Speaker 1 (43:40):
The the Seahawks defense is now healthy, way healthier than
it was a month ago. Yes, so that has changed,
but this is also a big step up in class
as far as so correct. We are going to learn
about a lot about the Seahawks.

Speaker 4 (43:54):
Here you have just to set you up. Here, you
have Jackson Smith and Jigba.

Speaker 1 (43:58):
Yeah, and I didn't even know this you told me this. Actually,
I learned all that your Seahawks podcast really didn't do. Yeah,
Jackson Smith and Jigba over sixty four and a half
receiving yards the Packers. I like the matchup, and he's
been over this in like four or five straight games.

Speaker 4 (44:12):
The Packers are literally number thirty two in the NFL
in against slot receivers, and Jayson is probably the best
slot receiver in the league this year, so at least
stats wise. So yeah, I think Jayson's gonna go off
and eat today.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
Yeah, I've learned this because I have DK Metcalf and
Fantasy socked.

Speaker 4 (44:30):
I think DK's hurt, but I do think I do
think Jackson's within Jigs. He gets helped by having DK.

Speaker 1 (44:35):
All Right, So, if you're telling me that his line
is sixty four and a half yards against the team
that gives up the most to his position and his
last here's his last one, two, three, four, five, six games,
you're ready. Sixty nine yards one hundred and eighty one
hundred and ten, seventy seven, seventy four, eighty two. Why
is it at sixty four?

Speaker 4 (44:55):
I have no idea. I have no idea. Hmmm. I
love it. I love that. I love that matchup. I
think he's gonna go off every time I And honestly
it's been this year though, every time I found a
bet like this that I'm like this, Yeah, what's going
on here?

Speaker 1 (45:11):
I hammer it and then it freaking loses.

Speaker 4 (45:14):
For last thing on the Seahawks for this will be
you mentioned kind of a step up in class. I
think we need to see if the Seahawks want to
do anything in the next couple of weeks, make the playoffs,
do anything in the playoffs. We need to see Geno
Smith have a complete, clean game against a good opponent
that that would be something.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
The Packer's strength, though, is not necessarily getting pressure and
turn out. So that's why I kind of like Seattle
because they struggle against teams that can generate pressure with
their offensive line being not the best, and the Packers
that's not necessarily their strength. So that's why I like Seattle.
You know, stats are.

Speaker 4 (45:46):
They're weird, They're completely wild.

Speaker 1 (45:48):
Yeah, okay, uh Two Monday night football games. Yeah in
week fifteen, okay, cool for whatever, foxs sakeho awesome Bears
at the Vikings Vikings six and a half point favorites.
Just give me the Vikings. I will not bet on.
The Bears are on my no bet list now? Really?

Speaker 4 (46:06):
Yeah? How many teams long is that?

Speaker 1 (46:10):
Well? I thought the Titans were on it and then
I picked them this week, SONA got the Begels are
gonna win by a touchdown, And I'm gonna be like you,
they were on your list and you dumb ass still
put them on. I don't know, Just give me the Vikings.
I love the Vikings and a teaser, especially, like if
you pair it with a bunch of stuff and then
it's like Monday night. So if you pair the Vikings

(46:31):
with like, you know, the Seahawks or the Bills up
or Washington down or the Bucks up, and you could
do like three of those, you know, you put like
twenty bucks on each, and then if all of those
hit and you're like, all right, I got three teaser
legs that have all hit the first leg, and I
got the Vikings just to win the game as the
last one.

Speaker 3 (46:49):
Then that's where it's.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
Like, oh, give me the I could take the Bears
plus seven and a half hope to middle maybe you
know I like that position, So I don't know.

Speaker 3 (46:56):
Just give me the Vikings and give me over forty
three and a half.

Speaker 4 (46:58):
They really impressed last week. I thought that I actually
thought the Falcons were gonna win that game. Falcons destroyed
the Falcons.

Speaker 1 (47:04):
I thought the Falcon's kind of impressed me too, though.
How so, I just thought Kirk looked better than what
everyone was saying.

Speaker 4 (47:10):
Oh so you're you're not ready for Michael Pennox. I
mean I think Falcons fans are ready for.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
My Yeah, I mean I think they should because you're
not gonna win the super Bowl with Kirk.

Speaker 4 (47:22):
So what are you doing?

Speaker 1 (47:23):
You know? Give me the Vikings me too, and then
give me the Falcons.

Speaker 4 (47:27):
Okay, yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
Here, here's here's here.

Speaker 4 (47:32):
I'm gonna be complete hurt me here. I mean honestly,
I'm gonna take the Raiders here and I gon in
to my head. I did not know who the quarterback is?
Is it O'Connell?

Speaker 2 (47:42):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (47:42):
They don't know yet, okay, fun Yeah who went out?
He got carted off in an air cast.

Speaker 4 (47:48):
I don't even thin who would it be because Gardner's out.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
It's revenge, dude, revenge game Desmond Ritter against the.

Speaker 4 (47:53):
Whole oay the Cincinnati Bearcat himself.

Speaker 1 (47:57):
Sure, game, dude, I'll take I'll take the I think
they're I think they're kind of like keeping it koy,
gotcha right now?

Speaker 4 (48:04):
Gotcha. That's a fun matchup, revenge game on Monday night.

Speaker 3 (48:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
I think he sucks though, So just gotta get the brock, baby,
Just get it the brock and good things to happen.

Speaker 3 (48:14):
Dude, he should be the rookie of the year.

Speaker 4 (48:16):
I'm sorry, Like, I'm not even close.

Speaker 3 (48:18):
I don't care that, like not even even.

Speaker 1 (48:20):
If even if Daniels and Knicks like bring their teams
to the the playoffs, like if you have the if
you like lead the he's gonna be a first team
All Pro.

Speaker 4 (48:30):
He's gonna be up an easy first team All Pro.

Speaker 3 (48:32):
And then he's not.

Speaker 1 (48:34):
It's so dumb.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
He's by far the best at his position, finish top five.

Speaker 4 (48:42):
He's probably what six to seven right now behind the quarterbacks, and.

Speaker 1 (48:47):
There's just so many quarterbacks, so probably not. But I mean,
it's been very good, pretty good, been very good. I'm
happy with it.

Speaker 4 (48:55):
All right, do you like this slate overall? I do. Yeah,
it's a good slate this week.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
I think I am.

Speaker 1 (48:59):
I I am cautiously optimistic though, because I've you know,
I'm on Tilt City right now. Yeah, I really I do.
I like the I like the slate. I feel confident
about my picks. I like this one more than others.
But yeah, like I said, I the way that some
of those have been going lately, I'm just saying I'm

(49:21):
cautiously optimistic.

Speaker 3 (49:22):
I will not be able to watch a lot of
these games though.

Speaker 1 (49:26):
What Brandon's birthdays on Sunday, my son's turning ten. Ten.

Speaker 4 (49:30):
I am old, is where were you ten years ago?
I mean Brandy came early here, Brandy came early.

Speaker 1 (49:37):
Too, and I was doing this. But yeah, so we're
gonna be at you know, having a dodgeball party fun
from eleven to or Yeah, it's like or no one
to three. I was like, Brittany, it's the worst time.
You're missing the end of all the early games and
the beginning of the late games.

Speaker 3 (49:57):
Like just have the party be you know, three to five,
lib or tend to noon, Like what are we doing?

Speaker 1 (50:03):
Doesn't one to three right in the worst spot. It's
like such, you watch football every Sunday, you can take
one off.

Speaker 4 (50:10):
So this is funny. So this shows you where we're
at in our lives. You're doing your ten year old
son's birthday party on Sunday. I'm doing my wife's baby
shower on Sunday. Like that's where we're at. We're old now,
well I'm definitely old. Yeah, I'm getting there.

Speaker 1 (50:22):
I'm right behind you, so yeah, i'll be, you know,
as long as all my rain maker legs are still
alive by then, I'm I'll be watching YouTube TV on
my phone while at my birthday party with alcohol and
a red color baby.

Speaker 4 (50:36):
You're trying to hide it on there you go watch
watch for the dodge balls.

Speaker 1 (50:38):
All right, good luck everyone,
