Un pessimo inizio per un'iniziativa volta a stimolare l'uso delle carte a sfavore del contante, nell'ottica di maggiore tracciabilità e contenimento dei costi connessi alla gestione del contante. Una app potenzialmente ottima, una iniziativa condivisibile, partita male che non può che andar meglio, si spera, nel prossimo anno.
