Speaker 1 (00:02):
Good morning, Big Brother fans.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
It is Friday, August fifteenth, and on the off chance
are listening, Happy birthday.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
You know who you are.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
They're probably not listening, but it's somebody's birthday, so happy birthday.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Whoever is listening. Someone is surely.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
So. We have a new head of household and we had.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
An eviction last night. How do I want to do this?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Do I want to tease you guys along or do
I want to just throw it out there right away?

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Let's get right to the meat of it.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
The new had a household is Rachel Riley, which Mike
Bloom from Parade Magazine said that apparently she's got now
the most head of households for an American Big Brother player.
I don't know, maybe ever of any I don't know,
because the America's repeated more than more than any other

(00:56):
Big Brother group.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
So Rachel's had a household. But let's talk about how
we got there.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
They did the eviction show and it was the tower
thing that we talked about, and the guys were mostly terrible.
I was very frustrated watching and I won't break it
down for you, but I part of me wants to
because it's like they Why would you take us a
block off of its base when it was in the

(01:27):
right spot to start with. You don't generally need to
move it. Once you got it there, leave it there.
But this is neither here nor there. Both Vince and
Keanu made not Keanu Zach made critical mistakes in their gameplay.
Keanu was very slow and tedious, and yet he won.

(01:49):
He's done this several times that he slows down, but
he's not rushing.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
And he he wins. So Keanu won.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
And uh, Vince and Zach were devastated.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
They hugged.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
There was much hushed whispering, whispering while they you know,
kind of waited for Julie to gather them back together
and do the voting and their speech. And they were
both nice, most that they still wanted to be there.
I wrote out, and this is me just checking myself.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
I said.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
They both said, do what's best for your game. Actually,
Vince did not say do it's best for your game.
Vince Zach did, but Vince did. Vince said, I just
I want to stay. And in the end, the voting
itself was fairly uneventful in that it was a eight
to two vote, with only Will voting to keep Zach,

(02:44):
which is a kind of a keep good on a
promise he made because Zach gave him that. So remember
Zach gave away his trip to the UK. Now, someone
I don't know, one of my other online folks on
Blue Sky said that he heard that Zach got a chunk

(03:08):
of money for doing that competition with Rachel.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
I'm gonna have to dig a little bit on that,
but if he did, he may have gotten more money
out of that than the value of the trip that
he gave away. But I had not heard that until
last night. So either way, I'll find that out and
let you know. But assuming that he didn't, he gave
away a trip to Will, who kept his promise for

(03:32):
one vote and voted to evict Vince over Zach, and
then the other vote was actually Morgan. Morgan actually voted
to evict Zach after Zach claims that he didn't use
his power because Morgan would have been on the block.
So yeah, I mean it could have been, it could

(03:56):
have been. Well, sorry, Morgan, Morgan voted to vic Zach. No,
Rachel voted to evict Vincent. Rachel and Will are the
one were the two votes to a vict Vincent. Morgan
actually voted. She could have voted to a vict Vincent
just just you know, for the purpose of whatever. It
would have been seven to three, but it was it

(04:17):
was eight to two, and Zach went out very solemn,
very somber, very lots of tears, lots of upsetness.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
It just it is what it is, of course whatever. Uh.
He talked to Julie.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Julie spacked him on the head like she did Marcellus
after Big Brother four, when Marcellus chose not to use
his veto. So they're they're drawing similarities. It's not quite
the same, but sure it's you know, it's close as
we're gonna get. I looked for a picture of or
a jiff of Marcellus celebrating something, and the only gifts

(04:54):
out there I could find were him getting smacked by
Julie because I was gonna show Marcellus celebrated and someone
else's gonna take the credit for a bad move. But
people will use this now, I'm going forward. It's newer now,
so they'll point out Zach. So Marcella's the weight maybe
lifting around Marcella's's neck now because enough people don't know

(05:14):
that move, and now that we'll remember Zach's move.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
So Zach.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Is out, We're down to four men, eight women, and
I am going to maybe I will at some point
this weekend probably figure out the scenarios for men versus women.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
At the twelve person stage. I did this last.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Year where I figured out the men versus women numbers
at the eight person stage. So I have to go
back through four weeks of data over twenty eight seasons,
twenty nine seas what you had to include Big Brother
over the Top and Big Brother Celebrity. I will go
through and I will figure out how many men and

(06:03):
women were left and each one of those back to
week twelve.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
Just to see how it looks.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
If this is someone said that this is the first
time that it's been eight versus four women versus men,
I can't say that because I don't know. I only
had gone back through week eight last year, and looking
at week eight, there was about ten times where there
was I think it was four or less at the

(06:32):
eight person mark of men, you know, whether it was
three or four or even two. There was a two person,
there was a six to two I think it was
Big Brother six. It was down to two men left
when they got to the eight week. I need to
go back and look and see, you know how many
men were left. It's just a weird, interesting stat that

(06:52):
I find interesting. So I'll do that at some point.
But the head of household, the fiends didn't come back.
I gave up at roughly one thirty am, I think
ish Big Brother time. The feeds didn't come back until
maybe two am, I believe Big Brother time, but or

(07:15):
Eastern time. Not. I went to bed at one thirty
am Eastern time, and the feeds came back about a
half hour later. But I did roll over and look
at my phone and see that Rachel had one head
of household. So feeds came back. Rachel one head of household.
She talked with lots of people, lots of conversations. I

(07:36):
don't know if she specifically.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Said who she wants to put up to anybody.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
I didn't catch that, and I can't trust anything that
she's told anyone in per se. She had conversations with Keanu,
with Ava, with Ashley, a little one with Vince I
think Kelly.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
So she's talked with lots of people, and I just
don't know.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I would I don't want to guess, Morgan thinks she's
gonna go up.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
It came down.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Apparently the competition came down to Morgan and Rachel were
the final two. From what Dingo said, that's who I'm
going for on this one. She said it was a
some kind of a memory competition, but I don't know
if it was a memory competition how And they were
like having to find differences between things, which they just

(08:29):
did that right in the Blockbuster, So I'm not sure
what the details were, and the fact that it sounded
like it came down to Morgan versus Rachel, and Rachel
was kind of asking Morgan to let her have it,
and Morgan was like, I'm not throwing it to you.

(08:52):
I don't know how you do a memory competition where
that kind of a discussion would be happening. So we'll
just have to wait and see on Sunday or maybe
they'll talk about it more than the next cup days
about what it was. But point is, it sounds like
Rachel beat out Morgan and Morgan is fairly convinced she's
going on the block. Vincent seemed to think he thinks
Vincent seems to think he's going on the block. I

(09:16):
wonder if Rachel will put Catherine on the block or
Riley one of the two to try to break up
that relationship. Also, she's had a few Caddy moments with Catherine.
I suppose she might go after Lauren. I don't know,
or maybe she'll just target them in. Maybe she will,

(09:39):
she's I don't maybe she's she's not telling Keanu she's
gonna put him up, but maybe she will. She also
told Keiana she doesn't think she'll put up Vincent. Maybe
she will. Not sure, whatever it is, I haven't yet
to see.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
I've yet to be convinced.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
And I think I said this that that Rachel has
a true ride or Diet the house, and so I
don't necessarily trust anything she says to any of them.
And I don't know if she'll ever have a true
writer die in the house that she can share all
of her information with because she wants to win, and
it's gonna be a really tough shot for her to
win a second time because this house is said collectively,

(10:19):
we're not gonna let Rachel win a second time, and
so I'm not sure she can if she can depend
on anybody to help her get to that to that
spot I'm not sure, so that's kind of where things
are sitting. I don't The other thing I noticed is
that Rachel was trying to get Ava. It sounded like

(10:43):
Rachel's trying to get Ava to dish some dirt on Mickey,
and I don't know if Rachel has picked up that
Mickey is kind of If there's anyone that's really gutting
for her, Mickey is probably one who is the the boldest.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
So we'll have to see.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
What happens today once everybody gets up and they start
doing the h the actual one on one meetings. But again,
I don't trust Rachel to be openly honest with anybody
unless she talks to us. Unless she can talks to us,
and Rachel doesn't do a lot of cam talking if

(11:29):
I if my memory serves other than wishing well to
her family and stuff, So I'm not I'm just not
sure that we're gonna know what exactly she has up
her sleeve until she pulls it off. If she has
a one on one where she tells someone her plan
and then that's what she does, put that person a
little bit higher above everybody else in the scheme of

(11:51):
who she trusts. I mean she has she's had some
mentoring conversations with Keanu, but she said she also doesn't
trust him because he doesn't keep his mouth shut. So
but she may click into him and test him to
see if he's if she can trust him. I'm not
sure it'll be interesting. That will happen later today, maybe

(12:12):
this afternoon. We'll see going home. I may fill you
guys in if I get some interesting information we're sharing,
But for now, that's what I got. No talk of
have nots. Haven't heard it mentioned. Didn't look to see
if anyone was sleeping in the have not room, so
they still have have nots. Maybe done. Maybe the room
is just a place to hang out. Maybe they're done

(12:33):
with the have nots. But usually they officially announced when
they're done with have nots. So oh, the other thing
that the elephant of the room is the fact that
it was not a wall competition last night. And we
thought it was gonna be based on information that Dingo
aka Hamster Watch provided and I'm sure she was a

(12:55):
little bit had a little bit of egg on her face,
not vince egg, but egg. Nevertheless, and I had that
last week because last week I had heard it was
last week was gonna be an endurance and then it wasn't,
So you know, it's it's no, but it's it's kind

(13:16):
of one of those well that's what I heard, but
that's not what it was.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
So we'll see. We'll see.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
If they did announce, oh there you go, they did
announce on we kind of suspect that it wasn't gonna
be the wall when Julie announced that they were doing
OTEV this week. Remember that's the big backyard mess And
as soon as they announced it, as soon as she
announced the end the show that they were going to
be doing OTEV, that means it's like there's no way
the backyard is set up for the wall and they

(13:44):
cannot tear down the wall and put up OTEV in
basically twenty four hours. So it was like, Okay, they're
not doing the wall this week, which and obviously they didn't.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
So maybe next week they're doing the wall.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
I think that was speculated, who knows. But this week
they're doing OTEV, which will be a messy physical competition
climbing up that ramp. So but it also remember last
year it basically only lasted one round. Last year was
a real waste of an OTEV. We'll have to see

(14:21):
if if this year goes a little bit better for them,
and uh, there you go.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
So that's the that's the delio.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
Rachel had a household, not sure on nominations yet, OTEV
competition tomorrow, power to a meeting on Monday. Yeah, this
should be an interesting week, right, That's what I got
for you, folks. Hope you have a wonderful Friday. And

(14:56):
personally I'm ready for the weekend.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
That's that's what I know. I am ready.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
For the weekend, and uh hopefully I'll get some relaxing
in and I think drama wise, this week will be
less dramatic.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Than last week. Probably maybe, I think, I don't know,
we'll have to see. Alright, that's it now. I'm just
really at the rambling stage. So how to go to
the folks.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
Thank you as always for your support, and I will
talk to you all later today most likely, but if
not sometime this weekend.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Be well everybody. By
