Speaker 1 (00:01):
Good morning, Big Brother fans. It is Monday, August eighteenth,
and I'm gonna try to summarize the past couple of days. Sorry,
I didn't talk to you guys Saturday or Sunday, which
I in the past I haven't done. I mean, I
haven't always done Saturday and Sundays, but lately i'd done
(00:22):
it at least one day, but not this time. So
the last time I actually talked to you was Friday morning. Okay, Yeah,
I got a lot to talk about. Nominations. Rachel did
exactly what she said she was gonna do. She nominated
Will not Will. She nominated Mickey Morgan and Vince. No
shock there, Micky. I posted seven videos I think of
(00:51):
Mickey talking to Rachel after nominations where she basically dressed
down Rachel and said she was disappointed in her and
she's not coming for in all of these things. Sunday's
TV episode didn't show that because that happened after nominations,
but it did show it did seem to apply that
(01:11):
Mickey was not targeting Rachel until she thought Rachel was
targeting her. I don't know. I think Mickey always had
designs on Rachel. I think she would have gone after
Rachel as she had gotten had a household. So I
think Rachel's nominations were very good as far as going
after strong players that were against her. So nominations happened.
(01:34):
There are no have nots this week. Again, that's three
weeks in a row. This is technically like the sixth
week of Big Brother and have nots. We only the
first three weeks. They haven't had it since we don't
know if they're having it anymore. They haven't said it's over,
so it's just lurking out there as a possibility. So
(01:58):
para veto, the extra players were Lauren and Will. We
knew it was gonna be Otev and so we were
just waiting for Otev to happen. It did. They lasted
three rounds this time as opposed to just one last time,
and there was talk about like ghosts of Otev. I
(02:19):
don't know if that's the character. I don't really care
about what the character was, but you know, that's that's
the thing it was. You know, fine with me if
it was the same character every single time, but it wasn't.
It was something else, and it was like a concrete
like a construction site theme or something because they were
covered in stuff when they came out of it, like
(02:40):
there was there was things pouring things on their head
from above. It sounded like and there was like they
mentioned concretes and it was like gray water. So whatever
it was, Lauren is the Power of Eto winner. So
Lauren is your Power of Veto holder, which surprised me.
I didn't think she she physically, I didn't have the problem.
I just didn't think that she necessarily would get the
(03:02):
questions quick enough, but she did. Some people took to
scolding me, saying she's a big Big Brother fan, but
she's just not the most I don't know. I don't
think she's the sharpest tool in the shed when it
comes to play in the game. Sorry, And for those
of you that don't watch the feeds, trust me, she's
not particularly entertaining to watch when it comes to Big
(03:31):
Brother and I Am going to not talk the way
she does or else you guys will think that there's
a problem with the podcast and something's broken. She's so
slow and pausey it is painful, all right. So Lauren
has won the Power of Veto. One note from the
actual Power of Veto episode that will air tomorrow or
(03:53):
not tomorrow Wednesday is if they will show us, and
I would hope they do that in the end, and
at one point or near the end, maybe the second round,
I don't know. There was only three rounds. It came
down to or at least Mickey was standing next to Lauren,
and Micky was trying to get Lauren to throw the
(04:17):
power of Veto, so she was actively trying to get
her to throw it in the middle of the Power
of Veto competition, and Lauren's like, I'm not throwing the
power of Veto. So hopefully they show that, because that
was pretty bold of Mickey to try to get Lauren
to throw it right in the middle of it. All right,
So I'm all right, so, oh my gosh, my verbal click,
(04:42):
my verbal little catches. Lauren has the power of Veto.
So now the discussion is is Lauren going to use
the power of veto or not. Lauren's number one closest
ally is Vincent. I am one hundred percent sure of that.
I don't care what anybody else says, and there are
anybody nobody's really arguing that point with me. But some
(05:03):
people are very bothered because they feel like Vincent is
manipulating Lauren, and I'm kind of like, look, you do
what you do. He's not being And this isn't in
a weird way, right, This isn't in a weird like
there was Cameron and Riley that I felt I was
very uncomfortable with a couple of years ago because Cameron's
(05:25):
was I don't know if the age off it's the same,
but you know, there's like nearly a decade between and
well there's a decade between I think between Vinnie and Riley.
And you've got a thirty something year old and a
twenty something year old, and you just see the twenty
something year olds, not all of them, but some of
them are influenceable, and Lauren seems to be one of those.
(05:46):
And so people are not happy that Vincent seems to
be in some ways trying to manipulate. But everybody's trying
to manipulate Lauren. They all say that she's you know,
she's easily manipula, manipula, easy to manipulate. So I don't
have a problem with it. Vincent's playing his game. He's
doing nothing in a in a way to take advantage
(06:07):
of her any other way than her gameplay, where has.
Some would say that you know you've got well, Like
I said, I mentioned, I mentioned Cameron and Riley a
couple of years ago. There's the whole other situation which
I'm just not really touching on at this point now
with with the other Riley, the male Riley that is
in the Cows this season, and Catherine. I don't, I
(06:28):
don't know. I just that just needs to stop. It
just needs to go away. There's been some some clips
that have popped up on the on the Internet showing
how Riley has now gone from being a love sick
love puppy over Catherine to now he's when the just
the two of them alone. He treats her pretty crappy,
(06:48):
crappily if that's the word. Uh. He's very rude to her,
demanding of her attention, demanding of her to act a
certain way or do certain things, not talk to certain people.
This that. It's it's amazing how quickly it has gone
from Riley being love loveloren love, Oh, she's so beautiful,
and to just why are you even looking that way?
(07:11):
Why are you standing that way? Why are you doing this?
Come here and kiss me, you know, just the just
the U. And then I'm gonna marry you. I just
I'm sorry. I'm trying to throw on a voice. But
all right, that's enoughset about that situation. It can't end
soon enough. But it's not ending because no one is
(07:33):
going after them yet. And Rachel sees a romance and
thinks that he should continue. Rachel is encouraging it. She's like, oh,
it's the showman's of the season. I'm going to save
the show man. So Rachel is going to really regret
how hard she's pushed this relationship and and it's amazing
how blind she is to how toxic A lot of
(07:55):
us see it as back to the show. So Laura
now has the power of veto. And the rest of
the rest of the weekend was issuy or isn't she
going to use it? And the answer as of right
now is maybe. Maybe she went back and forth. I
watched a lot of the feeds last night. I watched
(08:17):
a lot of the feeds this weekend, actually, and it
just depends on who she talks to. She talks to Vincent,
and she's not going to Actually what actually Vincent was like,
don't use it, do use it, don't use it. Vincent
should be safe the theory is that Vincent is safe
no matter what, and it's becomes between Morgan and Mickey,
and the other theory is that Micky is gonna go,
(08:39):
but Morgan is convinced that she's not safe, and so
she's trying to get Lauren to use the power Veto
as well on her, and Micky would like her to
use it on her too, but she's not using it
on Mega. But in fact, Micky and Morgan got in
a fight, a verbal little discussion in front of other
people about if Lauren, who's Laurens, should use the power
(09:00):
Vito on her, whether it should be on Morgan or Mickey,
the two of them were. It was just like, and
there's no way, I don't I think Lauren. The only
person Lauren would truly use it on would be Vincent
if she's going to it all, if she's going to
it all now. Last night, at some point it finally
came around that she decided she was going to use
it and and force Rachel's to reveal her hand, you know, like,
(09:23):
who's Rachel gonna put up now and kind of put
Rachel in an awkward position. Vincent's like, well, she can't
be had a household next week, so she's gonna have
to be nice to all of us so she can't
get her revenge. But Vincent is scared to talk to Rachel.
It's it's a weird Yeah, it is what it is.
So yeah, I went to bed with Lauren supposedly going
(09:48):
to to to use the power Vito, and then Rachel
got wind of it, and Rachel seems to be convinced
that she's going to convince Lauren not to use it.
They're all sleep right now, so they'll have time in
the morning at a little bit to try to figure
this out. But that's that's where it stands right now,
(10:10):
is that Lauren may or may not use the power
of METO. I'm not even sure one hundred percent who
Rachel's renown will be. People seem to think it will
be Kelly, but I don't know. Last night's TV episode
made it imply that Kelly that she that Rachel was
torn between Kelly and Mickey for her last nominee. Mickey
was her number, was gonna be her nominee. There was
(10:31):
no thing, so that to me was a manufactured drama,
either by the diary room or by Rachel. But I
had no doubt that Micky was going up. I don't
know where Kelly. I don't know who Kelly would have
replaced between Vince and Morgan, but I just did not
think Mickey was not going up. That to me seemed
pretty sure, so especially when everyone says she's gonna be
(10:51):
the one going out, right. So that was a little
bit of a creative editing last night on the show
where Rachel even has both. He's in the diary like
I'm not sure who I'm gonna put up. It's like, yeah,
we know. I would have been so stunned if Monday
afternoon I'd said Rachel nominated Kelly instead of Mickey, that
(11:11):
would have been a that would have been headline worthy.
What else do I got here? Episode? My handwriting is terrible.
I actually took a couple of notes. But Will in
the head of household. So Rachel's been letting Will sleep
in the head of household all week so far. I
(11:32):
mean this is what night three so so Will has
been letting Rachel. Rachel's been letting Will sleep, and then
Rachel's been sleeping downstairs. Trust me, that is all about gameplay.
Rachel doesn't want anybody conspiring with her not around right,
She's she's being nice to Will. She gets some good, good,
good relationship building with Will. They're all kissing up the
Will man. He's just a vote. They're all kissing up
(11:54):
to Will for his vote in the end. That's what
they're doing. Zach gave him a trip. He he didn't
kid he's not in the house anymore. But Uh, Rachel,
Rachel is a is totally taking advantage of the good
will that the giving will be. Uh. The head of
(12:16):
household room Will Will Garner her what else? Sorry? Uh?
Episode already talked about the episode. Oh, this is the
last thing, and then we'll call it, we'll call it,
we'll call it a day for the pre pov. So
(12:39):
after Vinnie and Morgan Lauren talked at one point last night,
they went off. Lauren was supposed to go out to
talk to Morgan and Vinnie was gonna go out to
talk to Rachel, and eventually Vinnie did talk to Rachel,
but first Morgan talked to uh Lauren over ice cream
in the gym, and over ice cream in the gym,
Morgan got Aulteria. She got out M and M's, which
(13:01):
is one thing that Morgan and Mickey do a lot
of but she also talked to Lauren about I don't remember.
They're kind of both vying for they were vying for Zach's, well,
they weren't. Zach was supposedly interested in Lauren, and Morgan
was interested in Zach, and Morgan was very jealous of Lauren,
(13:24):
of Zach's infatuation with Lauren, and Lauren's you know, not
taking Zach up on it, and that's a whole thing.
So I think that played into what happened here in
that if you recall, maybe you don't recall. Zach told
Morgan that he had a power, but he couldn't use
(13:45):
it because if he used it then Morgan would go up.
Last week and so Morgan was like, oh, he should
have used it, but he didn't, So Morgan so Zach
went home right Well, last night, Morgan told Lauren about
Zach's power and said, Zach told me he had a
power and he didn't use it. He could have used
(14:06):
it on me, or he could have used it, and
but he would have I would have gone up. So
he saved me by not using his power and he
went home. That's how much he cared about And she
eventually for the record, She eventually did say, Zach would
have used it on you and Vince too if he
needed to. She did say that she tossed it out there,
(14:27):
but I prefer to go with the line of Morgan
was just throwing it in Lauren's face that Zach liked
me more than you because he told me about his power.
But Zach had no need to tell Lauren about his
power right because he wasn't gonna use it. But he
did tell He did tell Lauren, and uh, that just
dropped Lauren's jaw. I don't know what she thinks. I
don't know if Lauren processes process processed it to think, oh,
(14:51):
Zach liked you know, Zach, really, Zach didn't tell me something,
you know, Zach liked maybe potentially liked Morgan more than
me here, I don't know. I don't know that should
make the TV show. I don't know if it will
or not. It was kind of a moment. Now. I
guess Morgan may have told Mickey, because I guess Mickey
may know it, may have known as well. But the
(15:11):
whole point is is that Morgan telling Lauren it just
it just I don't I think she I think her
thought was this will get me in good with Lauren.
It'll show that we need to work. She kept saying
that this is because Zach wants us to work together.
But I don't. I just don't know. I just don't
(15:33):
know if that's if that's how Lauren will take it.
I'm not sure. But that's where That's where I kind
of petered out at the end of the night, and
more stuff went on. As I said, Rachel got wind
of the power Veto being used. She said she's gonna
talk Lauren out of it, So we got we got
today to figure it out and see if it's used
or not. I think Vincent is safe. I think Mickey
(15:53):
is the one leaving. I don't know if the rena.
If the power Veno is used and Rachel has to
put a rena, I'm still not sure who it might be.
It might be Kelly, and I don't think that necessarily
means that Mickey still isn't leaving, right. I don't think
Mickey has the vote to say, but it's early. It's early.
We got a lot of days till Thursday, and we
got a battle blockbuster thing that could save Mickey anyways,
(16:17):
So with all that, I am now out of here,
have a good Monday. Thanks for listening. Thank you to
my supporters, thank you to my patrons. You guys have
a great rest of your day and I will try
to do the same. We'll talk to you later. Bye bye,
