Speaker 1 (00:01):
Good morning, Big Brother fans. It is Monday, July twenty eighth.
We're it a Monday, so or at twenty one days
I believe seven times three, so day twenty one in
the Big Brother House. And I didn't do a Big
Butther podcast yesterday. Sorry. The day just kind of got
(00:21):
away from me. And by the time I thought about it,
it's like, ah, I'll just do it tomorrow. So here
we are at tomorrow and we have the Power of
Veto coming up, the meeting coming up later today. The
Power of Veto competition was won on Saturday by Keanu.
It was a laser based game heist where they're carrying
(00:43):
things across the room, right. I believe they cat the trip,
not trip lasers. They get a time penalty. Kyanto won
in let's say, about seven minutes somewhere in that ballpark.
Lauren apparently was second at about seven point thirty. Vinnie
also played and he was in the ten minute range.
I don't know anybody else's times. They may not have
(01:05):
announced them. They only announced like the top three anymore.
They don't go through all of them, so we don't
necessarily see all six times. But those are three of
the times that we knew of roughly, so Keanu will
use the power of veto later today, which led to
a very long Sunday of people trying to get in
(01:29):
Lauren's ear and get hurt to the side to either
Greenaum because these seemed to be the main two ones,
Ashley or Adrian. It's basically two sides of the house.
The house has really come down to roughly two sides,
(01:49):
with some power players on each side and then some
extras and some out in the middle of Nowhere's And
speaking of that, Dolfica came out with her second alliance
map or house chart, whatever you want to call it,
late last night early today. It's still very messy, and
that's not her fault, that's just the house. But it
(02:11):
does give you a general idea of what's going on.
I had said just yesterday in teasing the day that
I thought things were kind of gel would kind of
gel and we'd get a better sense, and I nothing
surprising showed up yesterday. It kind of goes the way
you think. But once you see enough of these people talk,
you get a better feel in your head on who's
(02:32):
related to who as far as which way the house
is going. And this is the clear divide right now,
we're mostly clear divide is Ashley going up as opposed
to Adrian going up. Now, the thought process by some
is that this is just a pawn, but pawns go home, right,
(02:54):
and so there's major concern here by the those involved
that they're getting exposed they could potentially go. No one
is talking about voting Will out that I can remember,
But that was Lauren's purpose when he came up. She
said Keanu was supposed to be the target. He's now safe. Kelly,
(03:14):
in theory, might be the backup, but she got a
strong connection with people, and now she's perceived as a
comp beast as it were, because she's one. And so
everyone's very worried about being up against Kelly. And she
may totally flop on Thursday because she will be competing
(03:38):
on Thursday. She's not coming up the block and Will
is not coming off the block. It will be Will
and Kelly and one other person, either Ashley or Adrian,
probably on Thursday night. Now, I am not going to
bore you with all of the round and rounds that
(03:59):
we went through yesterday day with Lauren. I mean, I
will say this, I watched it more than half an
hour conversation between Lauren and Ashley, and I actually clipped
it and posted it, and by the way, for saying purposes,
have clipped it. So on blue Sky you're allowed to
(04:20):
post up to three minute videos. The default if you
unless you pay on Twitter is two minutes and twenty
seconds video length, so you get a little bit longer
videos for free on blue Sky. Last year I actually
paid on Twitter. It was I think three dollars a month.
I have no idea what it is now, but I
(04:42):
paid three dollars a month for like the three months
so that I could post up to I think ten
minute videos and I did that quite a bit. But
this year there is no pay option on blue Sky.
It's all free. There's no ads, but there's also no
extra long videos if you want to use their platform.
So three minute videos it is. And so I posted
(05:02):
nine videos about this Lauren Ashley conversation from people that
wanted to see it, that missed it, and I remember,
you can watch all this stuff for free on Pluto TV.
You can also watch it on Paramount. The only difference
is on Pluto you get advertising and it's delayed a
little bit more, and on Paramount there is no advertising,
so you get to watch it uninterrupted in theory, other
(05:24):
than if they interrupted themselves and just cut the feeds.
But I posted it and people watched it, and I
some people have others are smart and don't, because it
pretty much is Ashley trying to pin Lauren down to
say that she won't put her up, and Ashley or
Lauren just would never quite commit to it. Lauren says,
(05:47):
there's lots of people talking to her, and there is
lots of people talking to her, and she is getting
pulled in two different directions. She really wants to put
up Ashley, but she's afraid of the blowback, and so
she may end up putting up Adrian. I don't know
for sure which way it's still gonna go today. It
is still that much up in the air. And Vinnie
(06:13):
Vincent is would someone say he is her closest ally
or maybe her advisor that is getting him in a
little bit of hot water that some people notice and
see it, and he's trying to just like, no, no,
I don't, it's not me, Yes, it is. You have
a lot to say. Others do too, And Vincent would
(06:34):
rather keep Adrian off the block and have Ashley go up,
so there's a little push from that side. But again Adrian,
Adrian Lauren is getting a lot of pushback the other
direction too. Rachel, Jimmy, Morgan, Mickey probably will if he's
(06:59):
talking to her. I don't know, but but those those
would be all people that I say are pushing for
Adrian to go up. And then on the other side,
the people that are that are involved that are would
be pushing would be Vincent, Keanu, I have to Catherine,
(07:20):
Zach wants wants Adrian safe. I don't think Riley's talking game.
Kelly definitely wants Adrian safe. But you can kind of
get a sense there the names. I'm telling you, that's
kind of the two sides of the house. Ava I
don't know which way she's she's going. Ava is kind
of in the middle. She's got a final two now
with Rachel, which they showed on TV last night, but
(07:42):
she's also in good with other people she's playing, and
she said to the camera, I'm letting Jimmy and Rachel
bring the drama and I'm just staying out of the way.
As long as they're you know, stirring the pot and everything.
I can just keep my you know, head down, which
is kind of true. A lot of them are trying
to play that. By the way, Vincent vin is even
though I said that Vinnie's on one side and Morgan's
(08:04):
on the other side, they're also working together and they
both kind of just want to stay out of the
fray for this little opening salvo. And by opening, I
mean we're day twenty one. This is still the this
is still the beginning of the game. We aren't mid
game yet, as it were, if there is a mid game,
you know, if you just think of as two phases,
(08:24):
pre jury and post jury. Either way, they want to
get post jury. They want to lockdown jury, and then
they want to you know, roll up their sleeves and
get to work in theory. So that's kind of where
things are to be, honest. I mean, there's a lot
that's going on, but that's the highlights. You've got it.
It's really comes down to what Lauren does today, Does
(08:47):
she put up Adrian, does she put up Ashley? And
then the fallout from that and what happens on Thursday night.
If I don't even want to guess right now, we'll
leave that for another We've got Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday to
talk about who's likely to go. So let's just wait
and see what happens with the power of veto today
(09:09):
and probably talk tomorrow. I don't think we'll talk again
tonight about that, you know, fallout, what happens with the
power of veto. Other side notes, we've already talked about
have nots. It's just Rachel and not rape. No, not Rachel.
Rachel is not real. Oh, Rachel fell out of bed.
We can talk about that, but that's not that big
(09:30):
of a thing. I think I may imagine Rachel fell
out of bed, but it turns out it was the
have not bed. So she was trying to sleep her
first night out of the have not room, and she
was sleeping in the bunk bedroom and apparently she fell
out of the bunk bedroom or no, no, no, no, sorry,
she didn't. She was in the bunk bedroom. But it
sounds like Big Brother has some rule this year that
(09:51):
is new to all of us, where at least half
of the house guests have to be in bed before
Big Brother will turn off the lights, and or maybe
that has always been the rule, but this season there
are six people in those two rooms, and so they
have to wait until three people or three or four
(10:12):
people are in a room, maybe it's four before they'll
shut off the lights. And if they this is a
rule before, it would have only been two, right because
most of the bedrooms only would sleep too. They sleep
they sleep five the back bedrooms up the five. But
the point is Rachel was like, they aren't turning off
the lights, so I'm just gonna go crawl into a
bed in the have not room so I can get
(10:33):
some sleep. And so she crawled into one of the
raised platform beds in the have not room and she
apparently fell out of the bed. She rolled and fell
out of the bed and just landed on the We
(10:53):
didn't see it, so the camera will probably have caught it.
And she landed on the floor and just kind of
laid there, you know, like a thump, and I don't know,
somebody said she should uf or something, but we didn't
see any of it. All we heard was the aftermath
and and really it was it was really Ashley, I think,
putting her back into her bed in the bunk room.
(11:17):
It wasn't even we didn't even see her moving to
her suddenly. We just saw them gathered around talking to her,
and she was she was going back into that or
she was back in a bed in the bunk group.
But I would hopefully they'll show it. Hopefully that'll be
something we'll see on the show if they have time.
They have ninety minutes on Wednesday, last night's episode was on.
(11:40):
It was fine. There was nothing, nothing learned. Really, they
showed the they showed the the Nolan Twins were actually
the host, which was teased on Friday night's show that
the Nolan Twins hosted the Power of the UH at
a household competition. That's interesting and we calm online. I
(12:00):
was not the only one to comment. Several people made
the comment about the choice to have the Nolan Twins
hosting a competition because basically, you're bringing them back onto
the show, raising their awareness. And the Nolan Twins were
rather notorious in the Big Brother community for their post
Big Brother life because they went on they were they
(12:24):
went on trying to be successful as their you know,
the Nolan Twins, the Twins, well, they eventually decided to
go down the adult entertainment line. And I'm just gonna
leave it at that. If you want to figure out
what the Nolan Twins did, you can google them and
look up Nolan Twins to figure out what they what
(12:46):
they might have done. But they did some They did
some online videos and stuff, and it just just like, wow,
this is interesting that CBS, the show that is now
going to have a movie tie in with a cart
and did a cartoon last year too, is having these
these two come back on the show. But as I
also posted, good for them. If they're making it work,
(13:08):
good for them all more power to them. I'm just
kind of surprise. Speaking of the movies. By the way, yes,
there's a movie tie in to the UH was tied
to the Power of Veto. They watched the movie last night.
Keanu took Rachel, Jimmy and Ava to watch the movie.
(13:29):
We aren't sure where the movie was held. There's there's
I'm not sure they closed the backyard early in the
evening last night, and I'm like, are they gonna watch
the movie in the backyard? Did they close it for
that reason? But then Lauren was not in her had
a household room about the same time, and I was
I'd gone to bed by the time they went to
(13:51):
watch the movie. Well, they cut the feeds, so we
didn't see where they went to watch the movie. They
actually didn't bring the feeds back. I was all grouchy
because they they at the feeds, but it sounds like
they just cut the feed so they could load them
into watch the movie, and then they brought the feeds back,
so people did get to watch some feeds while they
were watching the movie, so that was okay. Then they
(14:11):
came back out of the movie. I don't know what
they thought of the movie. I'm not sure, but I'm
not sure where it was held, whether it was held
and they had a household room, or whether it was
held outside. If it ended up that was held in
they had a household room, then I can only guess
that the reason they locked them out of the backyard
might have been there may have been some kind of
events going on at the studio. This is something that's
(14:32):
happened in the past where there's like a party on
the set on the at the studio, you know, and
people are out walking around, and this has happened in
the past where someone walking by going like, hey, that's
the Big Brother House right there, and then they've yelled
over the wall to the house. Guests who were in
the backyard, who can hear a party going on? And
(14:52):
they'll they'll they'll yell, and they may yell information or
they may they just cause problems. So they say, you
know what, sorry, you can't be in the backyard today
because there's tonight because there's something, there's an event going on,
and we don't want you to hear anything inadvertently that's
possible what it was, I don't know, which we'll know
on Wednesday show when we see them watch the movie.
(15:13):
If they're set up in the backyard or if they're
up in the head a household room, that that will
kind of explain that probably. So with that, folks, I
am going to say good night or good night, good afternoon,
good morning, wherever you're at, I'm gonna say something for sure,
have a good Monday. We'll follow up with you tomorrow
(15:36):
with the results of the power of ETO meeting and
what kind of fallout that has and Lauren, we'll finally
have to stop thinking so hard for sure. Oh well,
my there's a problem here at work. Then okay, so
(16:02):
something happened with the with my with my parking area
and I had to drive a slight different way. But anyway, sorry,
so sorry for the distraction. Have a good Monday. We
will talk to you again on Tuesday morning with an
update on what's going on. Thanks for all the support,
(16:23):
Thank you to my patrons, have a great Monday, and
we'll talk to you tomorrow. Bye bye everybody. Thanks bye,
