Speaker 1 (00:01):
Good morning, Big Brother fans. It is Monday, August fourth,
that would be day twenty eight in the Big Brother House,
and things have changed as I talked to you yesterday
a little bit, well little bit, not a lot. Actually,
I went back to check to see what I told
you in Sunday's podcast that I threw up who I

(00:24):
thought might be at risk, and I mentioned Keanu talking
with Morgan in Micky and they were collectively throwing Jimmy
under the bus. Now, I don't know if I really
felt that Jimmy might be a target at that time,
just that he was kind of getting losing some of
his leverage, both with both sets of those folks. But

(00:47):
as it turns out, it looks like later today Micky
will be not Micky. Micky will be making the decision
to put up Jimmy. And that's kind of like whoa,
that's a big swing, as they would say. Yeah, so

(01:10):
she we thought Catherine was gonna be the one to
go up, but she's kind of gotten soft on it,
and I don't know she feels bad or what she well,
she wants to make a big move, I guess, and
she's promised Riley he's safe and she's promised Kelly that
she's safe, so she's got to find someone that she

(01:31):
hasn't promised they're safe, right, and she wants to take
on a big name or a big character in the house.
She personally was pushing for Vinnie as being the possible
nom but she's gotten a lot, a lot, a lot

(01:52):
of pushback from Morgan, who says, you know, Vinnie is
my closest male ally in the house, and her response was, yeah,
closest for you, best for you, but not best for me.
But she seems to have finally kind of conceded and
been like, all right, well, I guess we'll let you know.

(02:14):
We'll we'll take the swing at at at Jimmy, but
I'm gonna need you guys. And they feel like they're
by taking out Jimmy, they're they're taking out her or
taking out his closest Sally or hurting his close Sali
Rachel the most right, So yeah, it's gonna be interesting.

(02:37):
I saw that Jimmy maybe getting a sense. He told
Rachel that he thinks he may be being considered. I
don't think Mickey told her. Mickey's what Mickey's been telling
what biggy kind of told Jimmy was I need I
need a big competitor. I need I need someone to
win the win the Battle of the block or the Blockbuster.
I can't kind of the stupid names like the Blockbuster.

(03:00):
I need someone to win the Blockbuster cop and he
just he got correctly, he's getting the sense that he
may be the one going up. So that's where things
sit as of late last night. I watched a lot
of feeds after after I left my message yesterday and

(03:23):
after anybody did my podcast in the afternoon that last night.
I watched a lot of the goings on, the talking
in Mickey's room, some of the other talks that went on,
and I watched the show and they did not cram
everything into the show. They basically left the show episode

(03:44):
with Mickey taking over. They had a household, so we
saw they had a household competition. It was a team thing.
It was a balance beam, run across balance beams, press buttons,
but you had to do it as teams and there
was a there was three stages. I think the first

(04:05):
stage was was individual, I think, or no it was
it was you teamed up and the best the worst
time from the group whatever it was. Oh, no, whoever
got the best time got to pick other people to
be eliminated, and then they grouped in another grouping where

(04:26):
the the group one one of group one group of
three would move on. Then the other two groups of
three would be eliminated. And in that case, Rachel had
grabbed a hold of Keanu too. It was it was
I don't know, she didn't seem to throw the competition,

(04:49):
but that's what she what she implied in the diary
room that she was doing. But as it turns out,
if if it's to be believed, and this is a
conversation that actually happened last night on the feeds that
Vinnie actually through the competition when he fell off the
balance beam and so he reset the time and so

(05:09):
they got eliminated. That's how it came about that it
came down to Zach, Kenny, Kenny, No, not Kenny, Zach Riley.
And I can't even remember who the third person was.

(05:30):
I'd have to look at my list. I want to
say Vinnie, but it wasn't Vinnie. So let's let's see.
Oh Keanu, No Kana was with Rachel. Oh Will, maybe
maybe it was Will, doesn't really matter. No Will was
eliminated Jimmy. Ah, it was Jimmy, it was Riley. Jimmy
and Zach were the last three and Riley had the

(05:52):
best time. So that's how he got to be had
a household, And of course he was very excited, and
then they showed how he got over the interrogator power
was enacted because rightfully so, Mickey heard that she was
in danger of going on the block. Now, the thing

(06:13):
that we didn't know about the power that we discovered
last night, or at least I didn't know, was that
we knew that we knew that she was going to
get to interror. Sorry, she the head a household was
going to get to interrogate for three minutes to figure
out who the power belonged to or who had the power.

(06:34):
We at least I assumed that it was three minutes total,
that they were going to be standing there at the
tape with the nomination table and get like three minutes
to kind of interrogate the group as a whole. But
as it turned out, it was one on one interrogations
three minutes at a time, and pretty obvious at least
by the editing that Riley was convinced it was Ashley

(06:55):
that had it, and even though other people did suggest
that maybe Mickey had it, he went with Ashley, and
of course he was wrong, and they left it with
him being losing his power and the end of that meeting.
So Wednesdays we'll have Mickey deciding who to nominate, then
the nominations, and then in theory the power of eto

(07:16):
competition and the power of veto ceremony. If they do
all of that in one meeting, maybe they'll carry the
power of veto ceremony over to Thursday's show. I don't know,
I don't know. The editing this year is the way
the things have gone have been a bit Oh, who
am I kidding? They've been wacky for a few years now.

(07:38):
The standard show has not been very standard, all right.
So we have very likely Jimmy going up on the
block today when say Adrian and Keanu takes himself off
the block. So that's gonna be interesting. We'll see how

(08:02):
Jimmy handles it if he goes into full on panic mode.
It's three big fai big names up there, really, I mean,
Keanu and Kelly have been there before and now Jimmy.
Those are three big names. Even though some would say
that Kelly hasn't done anything, but she has one competition,

(08:22):
so and Keanu has one competitions too. I would be
very afraid if I was Jimmy, very afraid that you
aren't gonna win the Blockbuster. But if he does, I
don't know, I don't know who I want to stay
between those three. So let's get to it, though. First

(08:44):
we'll get to it and make sure that's actually what happens,
because there is a chance that this morning Mickey will
have a change of mind because she was not she
saw Jimmy, she really would have she really would prefer
to put up Vinny. Actually, that's the whole thing where
people are freaking out. It's like, why are we not
just putting up Katherine? Why are we Why are we

(09:07):
not trying to get rid of Riley? Why are we
doing that? And and then and there's some truth to that.
It's like, what's what's so bad about getting Riley voted up?
And the problem is that the house seems to really
just love Riley, even though Riley has been he's been
really down and negative, and I don't I think I
think Catherine's getting a little bit tired of his of

(09:29):
his negatism. Last night like negatism negativism. Yes, last night,
she seemed to be getting a little bit annoyed with
him and perhaps concern that his his actions might make
her chances a little bit tougher. But Catherine's Catherine's not

(09:51):
not been very social as far as with other people.
She's really kind of isolated herself in some ways, and
it's it's causing, it's be granting issues for her. So
let's not worry about Catherine. I don't think she's anywhere
on Mickey's radar to go up. I do believe that
it's gonna be Jimmy going up unless something really strange happens,

(10:14):
and we'll see what happens from there. As far as
the rest of the rest of the week, Let's talk
to you guys tomorrow after the Power of You do.
Unless something really wild crops up. We'll fill you in
tomorrow on how the Power of You Too meeting went,
and that'll be it. So have a great Monday morning

(10:41):
and we will talk to you guys on Tuesday unless
something really wild pops up. All right, be well, everybody,
take care, Thanks for your support. By bye.
