Sergio Cordero, por su parte, nos cuenta las tecnologías que ya existen para conseguir agua (como la desalación, las granjas de humedad y el sembrado de nubes), y las posibles soluciones que pueden llegar en el futuro, como obtener agua extraterrestre, el biomimetismo avanzado o los generadores de atmósferas.
Alberto Espinosa y Francisco Izuzquiza, mientras tanto, se preguntan cómo será el futuro de la cerveza en un mundo sin agua. ¿Conseguiremos protegerla?
